Established an impact-unbalanced suspended rotor system mechanics models, and the dimensionless motion equation of system is deduced, using the fourth order Runge-Kutta method for the numerical calculation of this model, the integrated use of bifurcation diagram, orbit diagram, Poincare section diagram, the axis displacement time history diagram, maximum moment diagram and duty ratio diagram study the dynamic behavior of the system, identify the impact of the rotor, the maximum torque and impact by the proportion of time, and analyzed the speed ratio and the change of the stiffness coefficient of the influence of the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the system.The analysis results show that the system presents chaotic motion in a certain parameter domain at the medium velocity stage, while the system tends to stable periodic motion in other parameter domains.With the increase of the stiffness coefficient, the chaotic motion region and the maximum moment of the system increase, and the stability of the system decreases.

The experience of athlete burnout is influenced by the psychosocial dynamics within sports organizations. Factors relevant to the stress-burnout process need to be explored to guide the development of effective strategies for preventing or reducing athlete burnout. The study aim was to examine how levels of psychological resilience influence the relationships among organizational stressors, competitive trait anxiety, and burnout symptoms in athletes. Within a correlational study design, a survey of 506 young athletes (mean age = 21.3 years) collected data on psychological resilience, organizational stressors, competitive trait anxiety, and athlete burnout (reduced sense of accomplishment, sport devaluation, emotional/physical exhaustion). A conditional process analysis was conducted to test whether competitive trait anxiety mediated the association between organizational stressors and athlete burnout and its dependence on psychological resilience levels. The results indicated that organizational stressors could contribute to burnout symptoms as they could induce high levels of competitive trait anxiety in athletes (indirect effect = .08-.11, Sobel Z = 3.58-5.41). For athletes with higher levels of psychological resilience, the indirect effect of organizational stressors on athlete burnout via competitive trait anxiety was weaker. These results highlight the importance of psychological resilience and competitive trait anxiety in understanding how organizational stressors relate to burnout in athletes. Online fashion retailers face enormous challenges due to high return rates that significantly affect their operational performance. Proactively predicting returns at the point of order placement allows for preemptive interventions to reduce potentially problematic transactions. We propose an innovative inductive Heterogeneous Graph Neural Network tailored for proactive return prediction within the realm of online fashion retail. Our model intricately encapsulates customer preferences, product attributes, and order characteristics, providing a holistic approach to return prediction. Through evaluation using real-world data sourced from an online fashion retail platform, our methodology demonstrates superior predictive accuracy on the return behavior of repeat customers, compared to conventional machine learning techniques. Furthermore, through ablation analysis, we underscore the importance of simultaneously capturing customer, order, and product characteristics for an effective proactive return prediction model.
