In view of problems of single function, low reliability and poor integration and expansibility of system in existing protection system of belt conveyor of coal mine, and comparing common fault types of belt conveyor, the paper proposed an intelligent protection system of belt conveyor based on PLC and introduced hardware structure and software design of the system. The system can be operated singly and locked with several levels, has perfect interfaces of communication networking with strong expansibility, supports transmission through industrial Ethernet and has intelligent integrated control function. The actual application verified validity and reliability of the system.

Nanoeutectic oxide layers have been obtained by laser surface nanocrystallization on oxide ceramics with eutectic composition. The eutectic layer can effectively improve the surface performance of oxide materials. This paper provides a comprehensive review of this promising technique. It includes the numerical simulation of temperature field in the melt pool associated with laser surface melting, formation mechanisms and growth kinetics of the coupled nanoeutectic structure, and the influence of processing parameters on structure and properties of eutectic oxide layer. In combination with other preparation techniques, such as directional solidification and additive manufacturing methods, the formation mechanism and prevention of bubbles and cracks are clarified. The relationship between microstructure and performance with gradient feature is also indicated. This review attempts to inspire imaginations and insights into material design and process optimization for laser surface nanocrystallization of oxide ceramics with eutectic composition. It states that consensus recommendations depicted various fundamental procedures and methods in management of clinical information for microbiota samples including stool, gastrointestinal mucosal tissue and oral samples. An overview on the standard facility and equipment for storage of gut micorbiota, is also mentioned.

A highly wrinkled and textured Al2O3‐ZrO2 nanoeutectic induced by oxy‐acetylene flame remelting was elaborated for the first time from the perspective of morphological evolution and formation mechanism. The rapidly solidified Al2O3‐ZrO2 ceramic exhibits a wrinkled cellular nanoeutectic structure with a minimum interphase spacing of 0.12 μm. The Jackson‐Hunt (JH) eutectic theory is more appropriate to predict the growth of Al2O3‐ZrO2 nanoeutectic induced by oxy‐acetylene flame remelting than the Trivedi‐Magnin‐Kurz (TMK) model. The bulk growth rate of 7.8 μm3/s is close to the theoretically predicted value of 11.0 μm3/s by the JH model. The eutectic growth rates of Al2O3‐ZrO2 with average interphase spacings of 0.12 and 0.3 μm are estimated to be 763.8 and 122.2 μm/s, respectively. Especially, a mesoscopic insight into formation mechanism of the wrinkled and textured eutectic was proposed from a three‐dimensional perspective based on both the crystal growth orientation and the airflow effect. Abstract: This present work concentrated on a novel one‐step pulse discharge plasma melting method, directly from a powder mixture of nano‐sized Al2O3–ZrO2(Y2O3) to in situ fabricate Al2O3–ZrO2 binary eutectic in a short processing time. A continuous transition from submicro‐sized polycrystalline to non‐equilibrium eutectic was traced based on pulse discharge plasma semisolid to liquid processing. The uniform colony microstructure with an average inter‐lamellar or inter‐rod spacing of ~200 nm was obtained at a growth rate of ~275 μm/s, and the inter‐lamellar or inter‐rod spacing was a good fit for the inverse‐square‐root dependence of the growth rate as λa = 3.32 × v−1/2. Synthesis, structure and magnetic properties of Ru doped perovskite structured manganite La0.5Sr0.5MnO3 were investigated experimentally. A hydrothermal method was used for the preparation of the samples. A high-temperature annealing process was also employed to make a comparison. A slightly enhancement of the unit cell volume was observed with the increase of Ru concentration. Scanning electron microscopy shows that the materials are made up of cube-shaped particles with dimension of several micrometers. Importantly, it is found that both the Curie temperature TC and saturation moment can be reduced by Ru doping. The value of coercive field is not affected by the introduction of Ru. An efficient and flexible chemical co-precipitation method has been used to synthesize nanoscale Al 2 O 3 -GdAlO 3 powders with eutectic composition. The as-synthesized powders exhibit a highly dispersive and homogeneous distribution with an average particle size of 50 nm. The phase transition in the resulting powders strongly depends upon the calcination temperature. GdAlO 3 undergoes complete crystallization after calcination at 1050 °C, however, the diffraction peaks of α-Al 2 O 3 are found at a relatively high calcination temperature of at least 1300 °C. The fully-densified Al 2 O 3 -GdAlO 3 ceramic with eutectic composition obtained by hot pressing the nanoscale powders at 1500 °C exhibits a room temperature flexural strength of 556 MPa, a Vickers hardness of 17.3 GPa and a fracture toughness of 7.5 MPa m 1/2 . The high temperature flexural strength of the as-sintered Al 2 O 3 -GdAlO 3 ceramic is measured to be 515 MPa after bending tests at 1000 °C. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

A 22-year-old man suffered from acute pulmonary hemorrhage and deteriorated renal function occurred within 3 days after traumatic brain injury. Mechanical ventilation cannot correct his severe hypoxemia, therefore, venoarterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (VA-ECMO) support was initiated and finally resolved his hypoxemia. Concomitantly, continuous renal replacement therapy was performed to improve his kidney function. Although no anti-glomerular basement membrane (anti-GBM) antibody was detected in serum, Goodpasture's syndrome was considered. After treated with methylprednisolone pulse therapy and plasmapheresis, his renal function was significantly improved. ECMO was eventually discontinued after 60 hours of treatment and extubated on day 10. He was discharged home with normal pulmonary and renal functions.
