L-Glutathione reduced (GSH) is a small molecule peptide found in large quantities in living organisms, particularly in animal liver cells. Its unique structure gives it great potential to act as an environmentally friendly and efficient corrosion inhibitor. The inhibition properties of GSH for mild steel in simulated concrete pore solutions (SCPS) containing chlorine was investigated by electrochemical tests and SEM-EDS surface analysis. According to the experimental results, GSH mainly blocked the cathodic corrosion reaction and has a corrosion inhibition efficiency of up to 92.3% at room temperature, enhancing the corrosion resistance of mild steel. The isothermal adsorption results indicate that the adsorption behavior of GSH on the surface follows the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model. Both quantum chemical calculations (QC) and molecular dynamics simulations (MD) show that GSH can be effectively adsorbed onto mild steel substrates, thus protecting the surface from erosion. Finally, the results of the above experiments and theoretical calculations are combined to elucidate the inhibitive mechanism: GSH molecules binds to the iron surface via the sulfur, nitrogen and oxygen atoms in the molecule, thus adsorbing to the iron surface in a tiled manner and forming a protective film to prevent the corrosive material from contacting the iron surface. In this paper, we are concerned with boundary output feedback stabilisation of two parallel coupled string equations with matched external disturbance. By the method proposed by Feng and Guo in IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control [62(2017), pp. 3774–3787], we design a disturbance estimator first which is used to cancel the effect of disturbance in the feedback loop. The other part of output feedback controller is designed to make system stable. Then operator semigroup and Lyapunov function methods are adopted to prove that the closed-loop system admits a unique solution in state space, the solution of original system is asymptotically stable and one of the disturbance estimator system is bounded. The thickness and dopant dependence of nickel-based, metal-induced laterally crystallized (MILC) polycrystalline silicon has been systematically studied. With decreasing thickness of the starting amorphous silicon films, the MILC rate decreases and the crystal morphology deteriorates with an increasing number of nickel silicide nodules trapped in the MILC region. Doping with phosphorus or arsenic and damage introduced during ion implantation are found to slow down the MILC rate and to degrade the film morphology, whereas heavy doping with boron is found to speed up the MILC rate. Hydrogenated amorphous silicon carbide films with an organic-inorganic compound structure were fabricated by using organic carbon source xylene (C[sub 8]H[sub 10]), in a traditional radio frequency plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition system. Strong full-color light emission ranging from 630 to 420 nm was observed at room temperature. The results of photoluminescence and photoluminescence excitation experiments showed the emission was originated from the radiative recombination at band tails of the inorganic SiC matrix. Moreover, luminescence from the transition between discrete energy levels, which were associated with organic π-conjugated carbon systems, was also observed at resonant excitation conditions. © 2000 American Institute of Physics. In order to optimize to the extraction process of polysaccharide from Agaricus bisporus, and detect its antioxidant activity in vitro, the effects of extraction time, extraction temperature, and liquid-to-solid ratio on extraction of polysaccharide were investigated by response surface method. Moreover the abilities of eliminating DPPH free radicals and hydroxyl free radicals, total antioxidant activity were measured to investigate the antioxidant activity of A. bisporus polysaccharide in vitro. The results showed that the optimized extraction technological parameters of A. bisporus polysaccharide were 94, of extraction temperature, 3 hours of extraction time and 34 mL/ g of liquid-to-soild. A. bisporus polysaccharide content extracted under the optimal condition was 5.18%, which was consistent with the predicted value. IC50 of Agaricus bisporus polysaccharide to DPPH free radicals and hydroxyl free radicals were 4.94 mg/ mL and 2.77 mg/ mL, respectively. Total antioxidant activity increased with the increase of polysaccharide concentration. It was showed that A. bisporus polysaccharide extracted by the optimized method had antioxidative ability in vitro. Introduction: Cortinariaceae, which belongs to the Agaricales order, is a globally recognized family, known for its high species diversity., Methods: Eight internal transcribed spacer (ITS) and nuclear large ribosomal subunit (LSU) sequences were newly generated, and phylogenetic analyses were performed by combining ITS and LSU datasets. Four species were identified as forming four independent lineages with robust support in phylogenies based on both datasets., Results: These new species in the taxa, Cortinarius gansuensis , Cortinarius tricholomoidus , Cortinarius vinoso-griseum , and Phlegmacium subcalyptratum from Northwestern China are described and illustrated based on morphological and molecular evidence.
