Abstract

Literacy is crucial for instructors and students because it promotes understanding in reading, writing, and communication tasks. To provide various benefits, this study incorporates local knowledge into Articulate Storyline educational media. In response to the difficulties mentioned, this study attempts to use the Articulate Storyline program as a teaching tool to increase students' reading literacy. This study employs a quantitative methodology and focuses on factors and how they interact. The one-shot case study approach was employed to investigate the learning program's immediate effects. This design focuses on observing the impact at a single time point without using a control group. The study was conducted in SD INPRES 9 and SD INPRES 50 Papua, focusing on 4th-graders. As a result of receiving the same treatment, the high, medium, and poor groups have various degrees of literacy. Compared to other groups, the high group has superior literacy, whereas the medium group has better literacy than the low group. By encouraging active and significant engagement, technology in education raises the standard of learning. All student groups benefit significantly from developing literacy skills in primary schools since it allows them to decide for themselves what information to trust.

Abstract

This paper introduces a novel method for merging open-domain terminological knowledge. It takes advantage of the Region Connection Calculus (RCC5), a formalism used to represent regions in a topological space and to reason about their set-theoretic relationships. To this end, we first propose a faithful translation of terminological knowledge provided by several and potentially conflicting sources into region spaces. The merging is then performed on these spaces, and the result is translated back into the underlying language of the input sources. Abstract

Electronic government (e-government) has established as an effective mechanism for increasing government productivity and efficiency and a key enabler of citizen- centric services. Despite the considerable investment of the Government of Vietnam in e-government, the outcomes of it are still far below the expectation. This paper aims also to assess the current situation of e-government in Vietnam and to investigate the reasons for the modest results of it. Different indicator groups for the measurement of e-government will be applied to access the status of each dimension of e-government as well as the overall performance of e-government in general. The challenges and issues of implementing e-Government systems will also be relevant to implementing ICTs to build systems to support e-governance.
