Centrifugal microfluidic chips offer rapid, highly integrable and simultaneous multi-channel microfluidic control without relying on external pressure pumps and pipelines. Current centrifugal microfluidic chips mainly separate particles of differing density based on the sedimentation method. However, in some biological cells, the volume difference is more notable than the density difference. In particular, cancer cells are generally larger than normal cells. The instability of particle velocity caused by the non-steady flow of the fluid in the centrifugal microfluidic chip leads to low separation purity of particles of different sizes. Thus, we propose herein a centrifugal microfluidic chip with a flow rectifier that transforms the centrifugal non-steady flow into locally steady flow with continuous flow. This chip resolves the problems caused by particle sedimentation in the sample chamber and non-steady flow and greatly improves the recovery ratio and separation purity of target particles. Therefore, it can be used to separate particles of differing size. The experimental results show that the chip can separate an equal-volume mixture of 25 μm and 12 μm polystyrene particles diluted 50 times with a ratio of 1 : 6 and obtain a recovery ratio and separation purity better than 95% for the 25 μm particles. In addition, rare tumour cells are separated from high-concentration white blood cells (ratio 1 : 25) with a recovery ratio of 90.4% ± 2.4% and separation purity of 83.0% ± 3.8%. In conclusion, this chip is promising for sorting of various biological cells and has significant potential for use in biomedical and clinical applications.

The government policy regarding sea tolls is to navigate goods transportation, guarantee the availability of goods, reduce price disparities, and ensure the continuity of goods transportation services to underdeveloped, remote, and border areas. Maritime transportation development policies are directed at increasing the role of the national shipping fleet, both domestic and export-import by applying the cabotage principle; eliminating illegal levies at ports through improved coordination for all agencies related to the loading and unloading process and meeting international shipping standards and the implementation of International Ship and Port Security; restructuring the shipping legislation and its implementation, as well as institutions in the marine transportation sub-sector in order to create conditions that are capable of attracting private interest in the development of marine transportation infrastructure. Sea transportation policy is defined as the lifeblood of increasing national development for the smooth flow of people, goods and information. This policy supports the optimal allocation of economic resources, so that sea transportation services are fairly evenly available and affordable for the people’s purchasing power. This study aims to find out China's foreign policy in carrying out its economy which is characterized by its own economy, as a communist country but China does not carry out a complete communist economic system. Since 1978 the Chinese government has reformed a more planned economic system which is more market oriented. Thus the higher-ups increased the power of local leaders and installed managers in industry, allowing small-scale enterprises in services and light production. This study uses qualitative research by collecting data sources in the literature and then analyzing them according to the research objectives. China also uses politics in its economic cooperation with other countries, namely by setting the condition that countries wishing to establish cooperation with China must agree to China's claims to Taiwan and sever official relations with the Taiwanese government. Data analysis shows that China's foreign policy making is still traditional communist style, which has continued its leadership from the beginning such as Mao Zhedong to Xi Jinping. China as a communist country with foreign policy makers centered on one central command. It can be interpreted that China's foreign policy is determined by the leader of the country and the people around him. The conclusion of this study is that in deciding a Chinese foreign policy through the Think Tank group or the Politburo in its government.

Makassar City is one of the world's cities in the Eastern Indonesia Region. As the capital city of South Sulawesi Province, it should have adequate transportation facilities and infrastructure to support the continuity of economic growth in the Eastern Indonesia Region. The density of land transportation modes is increasingly not controlled by the growth rate of vehicles. This was not supported by road construction, resulting in congestion on city roads. Seeing the polemic that has occurred in the city of Makassar regarding congestion, it is necessary to conduct a more in-depth study of the policy making implemented by the city government. Congestion in land transportation modes is one of the obstacles to the rate of economic growth in developing cities, not only in Makassar but in other cities as well. One of the solutions to overcome congestion that occurs in big cities is to develop other, more economical modes of transportation. The development of inland water transportation is one alternative to divert land transportation modes that are problematic with congestion. One of the supporting factors for the development of inland water transportation modes is when there is a traffic jam on the road.

Moving target monitoring is widely used in many fields such as industrial control, military, and security. Traditional moving target monitoring generally uses infrared, ultra-sonic and other technologies, which have the disadvantages of complex implementation technology, high hardware cost and high environmental requirements. This paper proposes a low-cost, easy-to-deploy, and small-scale environment with little environmental impact by collecting GPS monitoring signals of multi-target speed and location and signal transmission and processing methods based on ZigBee wireless ad hoc network. Signal acquisition and real-time data storage, transmission and processing methods have high application value and promotion significance.

The world is increasingly without borders which has an impact on legal services such as the world of civilization, especially notary. However, in reality there are still many intersections of legal systems that are increasingly widespread in the notary world that are included in civil law, for example, the practice of international trade has made the boundaries between legal systems increasingly thin. Including differences in the use of legal systems such as Civil Law and Common Law in each country also affects the development and type of civil law system. For example, the bookkeeping and business taxation system will be built based on certain legal systems across jurisdictional boundaries including land lease agreements for industries with foreign investors.
