In order to develop non-spheroidizing annealing 12Cr1MoV hot rolled wire rod ， based on deformation induced phase transition mechanism， the finishing rolling temperature of 830 ℃ and laying temperature of 800 ℃ were adopted. By inhibiting deformation austenite grain recovery and recrystallization process，increasing deformation energy storage， thereby promoting austenite decomposed into ferrite and pearlite. Meanwhile in stage controlled cooling was realized with adjusting the air-cooled roller speed， the quenching microstructures were completely eliminated because prolonging the holding time between 630 ℃ and 750 ℃. The test results are that the tensile strength of 12Cr1MoV hot-rolled wire rod was reduced from 576 MPa to 520 MPa， while reduction of area increasing from 66% to 74%.The elimination of quenched microstructure significantly optimizes the deformation ability of wire rod ，and also avoided holes in the cross-section center or draw break which caused by a small or minimal martensite microstructure are unable to cooperate with deformation . Plastic cracking has not occurred after batch use of multiple specifications by users.

Clinical, biomedical, and translational science has reached an inflection point in the breadth and diversity of available data and the potential impact of such data to improve human health and well-being. However, the data are often siloed, disorganized, and not broadly accessible due to discipline-specific differences in terminology and representation. To address these challenges, the Biomedical Data Translator Consortium has developed and tested a pilot knowledge graph-based "Translator" system capable of integrating existing biomedical data sets and "translating" those data into insights intended to augment human reasoning and accelerate translational science. Having demonstrated feasibility of the Translator system, the Translator program has since moved into development, and the Translator Consortium has made significant progress in the research, design, and implementation of an operational system. Herein, we describe the current system's architecture, performance, and quality of results. We apply Translator to several real-world use cases developed in collaboration with subject-matter experts. Finally, we discuss the scientific and technical features of Translator and compare those features to other state-of-the-art, biomedical graph-based question-answering systems.

Musical symbols are a good way of expressing human emotions and communication. It is a kind of nonlinear dynamic system with hysteresis. It isn’t easy to analyze its nonlinear characteristics by conventional methods. This paper divides it into several parts from the form of music. Secondly, this paper studies the local attributes of music signals and generalizes and deduces their general features. Then the Lyapunov index of music is numerically simulated, and its energy spectrum is analyzed. It is proved that the method is weak to some extent. Through the music correlation dimension analysis, we find its inherent nonlinear characteristics. The nonlinear music signals corresponding to classical piano works are given in this paper. Finally, the correlation dimension is numerically simulated by differential operation. The results show that the nonlinear characteristics of this method are stable.

This paper aims at preparing UV-curable coatings for hot-dip aluminum-zinc coated steel plates.Using trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA) and 2-phenoxyethyl acrylate as active diluents,the mixture of modified epoxy acrylate and modified polyester acrylate in a certain proportion as the oligomer,2-methyl-1-[4-(methylthio)benzene]-2-morpholinacetone (907) as the free radical photoinitiator,and isopropyl thioxanthone (ITX) as the sensitizer,the free radical light curing agent formula was compounded using high pressure mercury lamp as radiation source.The as-obtained light curing agent was coated on the surface of hot-dip aluminum-zinc coated steel plate.After curing treatment,the passivation film was characterized by neutral salt spray testing,electrochemical testing and other means.Results showed that the passivation films of this system could be cured at an energy of 600 mJ/cm2,and their general performance and resistance to neutral salt spray test (NSST) were able to meet the basic requirements of downstream users of hot-dip aluminum-zinc coated steel plate.

In order to investigate the influence of the CaO and fly ash (FA) dosage and proportion on the mechanical properties, durability, and microstructure of solidified sludge, freeze–thaw (F-T) cycles and dry–wet (D-W) cycles are conducted to study the change in appearance and the strength attenuation of CaO-FA solidified sludge. Low-field nuclear magnetic resonance (LF-NMR) is used to analyze the microstructure of the solidified sludge with various dosages and ratios of CaO-FA. The results demonstrate that the unconfined compressive strength (UCS) and direct shear strength of solidified sludge increase with the prolongation of the curing age. Furthermore, the mechanical properties of solidified sludge are improved as the ratio of CaO-FA increases. As the curing age increases, the distribution of transverse relaxation time (T2) becomes narrow, the spectral area decreases, and the amplitude of the LF-NMR signal shows a downward and leftward tendency. Additionally, with the increase in the number of F-T cycles and D-W cycles, the UCS of solidified sludge declines and the degree of pore deterioration increased gradually. Motivation Functional profiling of metagenomic samples is essential to decipher the functional capabilities of microbial communities. Traditional and more widely used functional profilers in the context of metagenomics rely on aligning reads against a known reference database. However, aligning sequencing reads against a large and fast-growing database is computationally expensive. In general, k -mer-based sketching techniques have been successfully used in metagenomics to address this bottleneck, notably in taxonomic profiling. In this work, we describe leveraging FracMinHash (implemented in sourmash , a publicly available software), a k -mer-sketching algorithm, to obtain functional profiles of metagenome samples. Results We show how pieces of the sourmash software (and the resulting FracMinHash sketches) can be put together in a pipeline to functionally profile a metagenomic sample. We named our pipeline fmh-funprofiler. We report that the functional profiles obtained using this pipeline demonstrate comparable completeness and better purity compared to the profiles obtained using other alignment-based methods when applied to simulated metagenomic data. We also report that fmh-funprofiler is 39–99× faster in wall-clock time, and consumes up to 40–55× less memory. Coupled with the KEGG database, this method not only replicates fundamental biological insights but also highlights novel signals from the Human Microbiome Project datasets. Inspired by NG/TiO2 composite reinforcing particles in the Ni–P matrix, an electrochemically assisted electroless deposition method was used to deposit Ni–P–TiO2–NG composite coatings on steel substrates in order to enhance their electrochemical and photocatalytic properties. The effects of current density on the microstructure, surface morphology and phase composition of the coatings were investigated. Statistical analysis based on multifractal formalism shows that the uniformity of the height distribution shows an increasing and then a decreasing trend as the current density increases. The results show that the average hardness reached a maximum value of 966 HV0.1 for the optimum coating obtained at a current density of 4 A dm–2, the corrosion current reached a minimum value of 2.041 × 10–5 A cm–2, with a maximum corrosion potential of –0.281 V vs. SCE. These improvements can be attributed to high phosphorus Ni–P composite coatings with smooth and dense morphology, TiO2/NG nanocomposite impermeability and excellent mechanical properties. To enhance the vibratory roller's comfort, three different types of seat suspension including the seat's semi-active suspension system (SASS) controlled by the FLC-PID controller, seat's passive suspension system (PSS) added by the quasi-zero stiffness structure (QZSS), and seat's SASS added by the QZSS are proposed. Three different vehicle dynamic models including a one-dimensional (1D) model, two-dimensional (2D) model, and three-dimensional (3D) model are established to evaluate the performance and stability of the seat's suspension systems under different operating conditions. The root mean square (RMS) acceleration and power spectral density (PSD) acceleration of the seat have been selected as the evaluation indexes. The mathematical model and numerical simulation method are then tested via the experiment to enhance the reliability of the research results. The research result shows that the seat's vibration characteristic using 1D, 2D, and 3D models is the same. However, the seat's RMS acceleration and maximum PSD acceleration using the 1D model are increased by 30.6% and 61.7% in comparison with the 3D model, whereas the seat's acceleration and PSD acceleration using the 3D model are like the measured results. Thus, the use of the vehicle model greatly influences the research result. By adding the QZSS into the seat's SASS, the seat's RMS and maximum PSD accelerations are greatly reduced in comparison with all seat's PSS, seat's SASS without the QZSS, and seat's PSS added by QZSS. Thinking about the interactions among geographical elements, referred to here as geographical interrelationships thinking, is a crucial part of geographical synthetic thinking. Causal diagrams are commonly employed in geography to cultivate students' geographical synthetic thinking. To test the hypothesis that teaching with geographical causal diagrams can enhance students' geographical interrelationships thinking, the author designed a teaching experiment. A total of 37 high school students participated in the one-month four-lesson teaching experiment. The results showed a significant improvement in students' geographical interrelationships thinking. There was a significant positive correlation between students' proficiency in drawing causal diagrams and their geographical interrelationships thinking. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background: Constipation is one of the common gastrointestinal complications after stroke. It not only aggravates the condition of stroke, but also brings huge medical burden to patients, and has a negative impact on the quality of life of patients. Auricular therapy, as a part of Chinese traditional acupuncture and moxibustion, has been found to be effective in the clinical treatment of constipation. However, no systematic review has investigated the efficacy and safety of auricular therapy in the treatment of post-stroke constipation. Therefore, the aim of this systematic review is to assess the effectiveness and safety of auricular therapy for post-stroke constipation. Methods and analysis: Eight electronic databases including PubMed, Cochrane Library/Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, Web of Science, Embase, China National Knowledge Internet, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Wanfang, and VIP databases, will be searched for relevant studies published from inception to February 2023. Two reviewers will independently conduct research selection, data extraction, and evaluation of research quality. Only randomized controlled trials (RCTs) that assess the efficacy and safety of auricular therapy for the treatment of post-stroke constipation will be included in this study. We will use the Cochrane risk of bias assessment tool to evaluate the methodological qualities (including bias risk). If possible, a meta-analysis will be performed after screening. Results: This study may provide high-quality evidence for the efficacy and safety of auricular therapy in treating post-stroke constipation. Conclusion: The conclusions of our study will provide an evidence to judge whether auricular therapy is an effective and safe intervention for patients with post-stroke constipation. Ethics and dissemination: Ethical approval is not required, as this study was based on a review of published research.
