Abstract

Die Fragestellung dieser Arbeit lautet: Inwieweit kann das Fachkonzept Sozialraumorientierung einen Beitrag leisten, um gesellschaftliche Teilhabe von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen, welche in stationären Einrichtungen leben, zu unterstützen? Das Recht auf gesellschaftliche Teilhabe ist für alle Menschen gesetzlich verankert. Das Leben in einer stationären Wohnform erschwert den Einbezug der Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen in verschiedene Lebensbereiche. Die sozialräumlichen Bezüge des Begriffes Behinderung sind in der internationalen Klassifikation der Funktionsfähigkeit, Behinderung und Gesundheit sowie in der Behindertenrechtskonvention enthalten. Mit dem Fachkonzept der Sozialraumorientierung rücken das Individuum und seine Umwelt in den Fokus des sozialpädagogischen Vorgehens. Es eröffnet für die Behindertenhilfe neue Möglichkeiten der Gestaltung der Teilhabe.

Abstract

The methods for controlling organic volatile impurities, including residual solvents and reagents, in the travoprost active pharmaceutical ingredient, has been reported. Monitoring the chemical purity of the starting material ñ TV-38A ((R)-(-)-2-(tert-Butyldimethylsilyloxy)-3-(3-trifluoromethylphenoxy)propan-1-ol) ñ is critical, as it may directly affect the impurity profile and the quality of the final product. The proposed methods have been developed using gas chromatography as well as gas chromatography with headspace injection and they have been validated according to the requirements of the ICH (International Conference of Harmonization) Q2R1 validation guidelines and the Q3C guideline for residual solvents. Abstract
