It further aims to analyze the high-risk factors affecting MRTK prognosis.Methods: Clinical data from 14 children with MRTK treated in Paediatrics of Beijing Tongren Hospital from January 2010 to December 2019, along with the high-risk factors affecting prognosis, were retrospectively analyzed.Results: There were 14 children with MRTK included in the study, with a median onset age of 13 (3– 46) months. Thirteen patients had distant metastases, the most common site for metastases being inside the lung. A comprehensive treatment protocol combined with chemotherapy was mainly applied during the surgery. A surgical resection of primary tumors was performed on 13 (13/14) patients, and all 14 children received chemotherapy with ifosfamide + carboplatin + etoposide, ifosfamide + etoposide, and vincristine + pirarubicin + cyclophosphamide regimens, alternately. Three patients received radiotherapy and two received oral targeted drugs after partial response. The median follow-up was after 16.5 months (3– 53 months) and the four-year overall survival (OS) was 41.8%. In children aged ≤ 24 months and children aged > 24 months, the two-year OS was 67.2% and 100% (χ2 = 108.998, P< 0.05), respectively. In children with Ki 67 > 70% and children with Ki 67 < 70%, the two-year OS was 52.6% and 86.9% (χ2 = 8.544, P = 0.003), respectively. In children with distant metastases and children without distant metastasis, the two-year OS was 70% and 100% (χ2 = 14.239, P< 0.05), respectively.Conclusion: The most common MRTK distant metastasis site is the lung. Risk factors for poor MRTK prognoses include an age of < 24 months, Ki 67 > 70%, and distant metastases.Keywords: children, malignant rhabdoid tumor of the kidney, MRTK, treatment, prognosis

U ovome radu predstavljena je tehnologija proširene stvarnosti. Osim njene kratke povijesti, u radu su opisane njene osnovne karakteristike i primjene s fokusom na proširenu stvarnost u turizmu i dizajnu interijera. U radu je predstavljen i istraživački laboratorij MUEXlab za koji je razvijena aplikacija MUEXLabTour. Aplikacija MUEXLabTour razvijena je kako bi posjetiteljima MUEXlab-a demonstrirala rad laboratorija, predstavila projekte nastale u njemu i upoznala ih s njegovom suvremenom opremom. Aplikacija je razvijena u Unity razvojnom okruženju, pokreće se na HoloLens 2 uređaju i koristi uslugu Microsoftovog Azure računalnog oblaka. U sklopu rada razvijena je i pomoćna aplikacija pod nazivom ASAp koja osigurava ispravan rad aplikacije MUEXLabTour. This thesis presents Augmented Reality technology. In addition to its brief history, the thesis illustrates the basic concepts and applications of AR, with a focus on the applicability of AR in tourism, guided tours, and interior design. This paper also presents a research laboratory named MUEXlab for which the MUEXLabTour application was developed. The MUEXLabTour application is developed to demonstrate the research activities and projects conducted in the scope of MUEXlab to its visitors, while also introducing visitors to its modern equipment. The application was developed in the Unity development environment, runs on the HoloLens 2 device, and uses Microsoft Azure cloud service. An additional application called ASAp was also developed within this project with the goal of ensuring the correct operation of the MUEXLabTour application.

Sadržaj ovog završnog rada bavi se teorijskom podlogom tehnologije proširene stvarnosti te praktičnom primjenom iste u obliku aplikacije za HoloLens 2 uređaj. Opisani su osnovni pojmovi, svojstva i principi povezani uz pojam proširene stvarnosti, kao i trenutna te potencijalna buduća područja primjene, uz popratne primjere. Napravljene su usporedbe sa srodnim tehnologijama poput virtualne i miješane stvarnosti. Analiziran je HoloLens 2 kao odabrani uređaj za prikaz razvijene aplikacije te programska rješenja potrebna za razvoj sadržaja na takvom uređaju. Prikazan je proces razvoja edukativne aplikacije LeARno za pomoć pri učenju sviranja klavira koristeći Unity pokretački sustav za igru te Vuforia i MRTK programska rješenja. Razmotreni su nedostaci i primijećeni problemi tijekom razvoja aplikacije te su posljedično predstavljene ideje za buduće nadogradnje i poboljšanja aplikacije. The content of this bachelor’s thesis deals with the theoretical basis of augmented reality and its practical application. The basic terms, characteristics and principles related to the term augmented realty are described, as well as the current and potential future areas of application, with accompanying examples. Comparisons with related technologies such as virtual and mixed reality are made. HoloLens 2 is analyzed as the chosen device for rendering the developed application, along with software solutions required for content development on such a device. The process of developing the LeARno educational application to aid in learning how to play the piano using the Unity game engine and Vuforia and MRTK software solutions is presented. The shortcomings and problems encountered during the development of the application are discussed, and consequently the ideas for future feature expansion and improvements of the application are given.

Ciljevi ovog završnog rada sastoje se od istraživanja i praktične implementacije kako bi se poboljšali postojeći procesi upravljanja u električnim postrojenjima uz primjenu tehnologije miješane stvarnosti. Miješana stvarnost napredna je imerzivna tehnologija koja se stalno razvija, a ovim radom istražene su i testirane njezine prednosti u aspektima prostorne vizualizacije i intuitivnih interakcija u laboratorijskom okruženju. Dan je pregled teoretskih koncepata i usporedna analiza dostupnih uređaja za miješanu stvarnost. Tri prototipske aplikacije za uređaj Microsoft Hololens razvijene su pomoću biblioteke MRTK i eksperimentalno su testirane, a osim dobivanja novih funkcionalnosti pokazane su i izvanredne mogućnosti primjene koje će se tek razvijati u budućnosti. The main objectives of this thesis are research and the practical implementation aiming to enhance the existing management and control processes in electrical power facilities utilizing the mixed reality technology. Mixed reality is an emerging immersive technology, and its advantages in aspects of spatial visualization and intuitive interactions are explored and tested in a laboratory environment. Theoretical background as well as a comparative analysis of the state-of-the-art MR devices are included. Three prototype applications for the device Microsoft Hololens were developed using the MRTK components and experimentally tested, not only adding the new functionalities but also showing the remarkable applicability potentials to put to use in the future.

U ovom radu obrađena je funkcionalnost i instalacija program Unity, ROS-a, Gazebo-a i TurtleBot3 paketa. Slijedeće preuzima se URDF model TurtelBot3 Burger robota iz ROS-a u Unity te pomoću njega se izgrađuje odgovarajuća scena za kontrolu robota u Gazebo-u iz Unity-a preko ROS most poslužitelja. Nakon toga implementira se vizualizacija LIDAR-a i stanja baterije robota u Unity-u te se cijela aplikacija uspješno povezuje s pravim TurtleBot3 Burger robotom. Zatim slijedi instalacija potrebnih sustava za razvoj aplikacije na Microsoft HoloLens 1 platformu. Konfiguriraju se UI gumbi i sučelje Unity projekta prikladno sučelju HoloLens-a. Implementiraju se SLAM i navigacija TurtleBot3 robota na udaljenom Ubuntu računalu. Završno aplikacija se prebacuje na Microsoft HoloLens platformu te se testiraju sve funkcionalnosti. This paper deals with the functionality and installation of Unity, ROS, Gazebo and TurtleBot3 packages. Next, the URDF model of the TurtelBot3 Burger robot is imported from ROS to Unity, and it is used to build the appropriate scene for robot control from Unity via the ROS bridge server to Gazebo. After that, the visualization of LIDAR and the state of the robot battery is implemented in Unity. Afterwards the entire application is successfully connected to a real TurtleBot3 Burger robot. This is followed by the installation of the necessary systems for application development on the Microsoft HoloLens 1 platform. The UI buttons and the Unity project interface are configured to match the HoloLens interface. SLAM and TurtleBot3 robot navigation are implemented on remote Ubuntu PC. Finally, the application is transferred to the Microsoft HoloLens platform and all functionalities are tested.

Allowed this master’s thesis to explore concepts related to virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), mixed reality (MR), and extended reality (XR). The development and comparison of Android applications and Microsoft HoloLens aimed to solve a deadlock in the recognition of instructions by the users. We used an interactive manual of assembly and disassembly for taps of residential heaters. Therefore, this work deals with three main parts. Firstly, the exploration of the concepts of VR, AR, MR, and XR. Secondly, 3D modeling and animations techniques. Finally, the development of applications using Vuforia, Wikitude, and MRTK. The users tried our application “HeaterGuideAR” to verify the effectiveness of the instruction passed by the interactive manual. Only a few users had some difficulties at the beginning of the trials. Thus, it was necessary to provide aid tools. However, other users were able to disassemble the faucet without any external help. We suggest continuing this work with more explorations, models, and situations. É com este intuito que esta tese de mestrado veio expor os conceitos relacionados à realidade virtual (RV), realidade aumentada (RA), realidade mista (RM) e realidade estendida (RE). O desenvolvimento e comparação de aplicativos Android e Microsoft HoloLens teve como objetivo resolver um impasse no entendimento de instruções por parte dos usuários. Utilizamos um manual interativo para montagem e desmontagem de torneiras de aquecedores residenciais. Este trabalho, portanto, lida com três partes principais. Na primeira, a exploração dos conceitos de RV, RA, RM e RE. Na segunda, modelagem 3D e técnicas de animações. E por fim, o desenvolvimento de aplicações usando Vuforia, Wikitude e MRTK. A aplicação “HeaterGuideAR” foi testada pelos usuários afim de verificar a eficácia da instrução passada pelo manual interativo. Apenas alguns usuários tiveram algumas dificuldades no início dos testes. Sendo que, foi necessário fornecer algumas ferramentas de auxílio. Mesmo assim, outros usuários conseguiram desmontar a torneira sem ajuda externa. Sugerimos continuar este trabalho com mais explorações, modelos e situações.
