A serapilheira é um importante meio de contribuição ao estoque de nutrientes em ambientes com árvores, especialmente, em sistemas integrados de produção, que apresentam significativo crescimento em termos de área produtiva no país. O objetivo do estudo foi avaliar a influência da sazonalidade climática, face de exposição e da posição dos coletores na deposição e estoque de nutrientes da serapilheira em sistemas integrados de produção. A deposição e o estoque de nutrientes da serapilheira foram avaliados em cultivo de eucalipto dos 47 aos 58 meses, em consórcio com cultivos agrícolas (ILF) e pastagem (IPF) na Embrapa Agrossilvipastoril, Sinop, MT. Avaliou-se também a correlação da deposição com as variáveis climáticas. Os dados entre os sistemas foram comparados pelo teste F e a comparação de médias pelo teste de Tukey, a 5% de probabilidade. A deposição total média acumulada de serapilheira foi de 0,63 t ha-1 no ILF, 0,47 t ha-1 no IPF. A maior deposição e estoque de nutrientes ocorreu no consórcio com cultivos agrícolas comparado a pastagem. A produção de serapilheira apresentou padrão sazonal, com maior deposição no período de seca. Valores superiores de deposição e estoque de nutrientes ocorreram na linha central das faixas das árvores sem variação significativa da deposição quando comparado a face norte e sul entre si. Os fatores de sazonalidade climática, face de exposição e a posição dos coletores influenciaram na deposição e no estoque de nutrientes da serapilheira de eucalipto entre os sistemas de cultivo. Influence of climatic and spatial factors on Eucalyptus litter production in integrated system Litter is an important way to contribute to nutrients stock in environments with trees, especially to the current integrated production systems, which show significant growth in terms of production area in Brazil. The objective of this study was to evaluate the climatic influence of seasonality, the face of solar exposure, and the litter collector's position and nutrient stock in integrated production systems. The litter deposition and nutrient stock was evaluated in eucalyptus cultivation from 47 to 58 months old, cultivated in a consortium with agricultural species (ILF) and pasture (IPF) at Embrapa Agrossilvipastoril, Sinop, MT. The deposition correlation with climatic variables was also evaluated. The data between both systems were compared by the F test, the means were compared by Tukey test, at 5% probability. The accumulated mean total litter deposition was 0.63 t ha-1 in the ILF, 0.47 t ha-1 in the IPF. The greatest deposition and nutrients stock occurred in the ILF system. The litter production presented a seasonal pattern, with the highest deposition occurring in the dry season. Higher deposition and nutrient stock values occurred in the central line without significant variation in the deposition when compared to north and south faces. The factors of climatic seasonality, exposure face and the position of collectors influenced the deposition and nutrient stock of eucalyptus litter between the cropping systems. Leaching and nitrous oxide (N2O) emissions can represent substantial nitrogen (N) losses from chemical fertilizers, and slow-release fertilizers (SRFs) can mitigate these effects. Thus, biochar can be an alternative from an agronomic and environmental point of view to synthesize SRFs due to its physicochemical characteristics. We investigated the effect of nitrogenous organomineral fertilizers (OMF-N) formulated based on activated biochar on N losses by leaching and N2O emissions. The OMF-N were developed from a dry mechanical pelleting process with different biochar and urea proportions (2:1; 1:2, and 1:4). Three experiments were conducted using four fertilizer sources (urea, OMF-N 2:1, OMF-N 1:2, and OMF-N 1:4): i. to analyze the kinetics of N release from OMF-N at times: 5, 15, 30, 60, 90, and 120 min; ii. for N2O emission analysis determined at 3, 6, 10, 14, 24, 44, 54, 64, 74, 84, 104, and 118 days after application to the soil; and iii. for a double factorial design that was adopted to analyze N leaching, consisting of the combination of applying 160 kg N ha−1 of fertilizers in PVC columns at different depths (20, 40, 60, and 80 cm) and analyzed at five times (1, 7, 14, 21, and 28 days). FTIR spectroscopic analysis, specific surface area, porosity, and surface morphology showed physicochemical interactions of N of the OMF with biochar; the N from the OMF interacts physically and chemically binds to the functional surfaces of biochar, delaying the dissolution flow. The OMF-N proved capable of retaining 48% to 60% more NH4 + and reduced the release of Ntotal from urea from 27% to 60%, as well as reduced N2O emissions from 47% to 66%. Although absolute CO2 emissions intensified with the application of OMF-N, its use provides C sequestration in the soil to due to the recalcitrant C of the biochar, which results in a positive input-output balance in the system. The NO3 − concentration profiles revealed that the OMF-N application was able to reduce leaching in the soil to a depth of 80 cm. These studies enabled better understanding of the processes involved in the biochar:urea interaction and revealed that biochar can be used as an organic matrix in the synthesis of SRF. The main species of Brazilian forestry is Eucalyptus, this specie is adapted to our soil and climatic conditions, also we have hybrids and clones ideally suited for different timber uses and the silvicultural treatments are well know. The experiment was set up with nursery substrate (NS) and mixtures of NS with biochar (BC) at 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100% to evaluate the seedling production of Eucaliptussp. clones VM01 and I144. Stem diameter, height, number of sheets, fresh and dry weight of roots and shoots and Dickson index were evaluated.The BC did not improve seedling growth compared to NS, but ratios below to 10% should be considered for this purpose. Crescimento e qualidade energética da madeira do eucalipto em diferentesarranjos de integração lavoura-pecuária-floresta.O objetivo do trabalho foi avaliar o crescimento e a qualidade energética da madeira de materiais genéticos de eucalipto em diferentes arranjos espaciais de plantio em sistema de integração lavoura-pecuária-floresta em Barra-do-Garças (MT). Foram avaliados cinco materiais genéticos de Eucalyptus spp em oito arranjos de plantio aos 76 meses de idade. As características avaliadas foram o crescimento em diâmetro, altura, volume, mortalidade, produção de massa seca, relação cerne e alburno, fator de forma, volume de casca, densidade básica, poder calorífico superior, teor de cinzas, voláteis, carbono fixo e energia no tronco. Os dados foram avaliados através do ajuste de uma função de crescimento, teste de identidade de modelos e ANOVA, com comparações de médias por Scott-Knott. Os clones de híbridos de Eucalyptus grandis x Eucalyptus urophylla apresentaram melhor desempenho para a produção de energia na região de Barra-do-Garça (MT), o que se deveu a maior produtividade volumétrica que foi determinante na estimativa de energia disponível por árvore e área plantada.O crescimento, a forma do tronco e a densidade básica variaram entre e dentro de um mesmo material genético em função do arranjo espacial de plantio.O mesmo não ocorreu com as propriedades energéticas da madeira como o poder calorífico superior, o teor de cinzas, carbono fixo e voláteis. Abstract: The aim of the present study was to assess the growth and energetic properties of genetic material of eucalyptus grown in several integrated crop-livestock system spatial arrangements in Barra-do-Garças City (MT). The genetic material of 76-month old Eucalyptus spp from eight spatial arrangements were assessed according to the following properties: diameter, height and volume growth, mortality rate, dry matter yield, sapwood to heartwood ratio, form factor, bark volume, basic density, superior calorific value, ash content, volatile matter, fixed carbon and trunk energy. Data analysis was performed by adjusting growth function, test for model identity and parameters equalityand ANOVA tests to Scott-Knott?s mean clustering test. Eucalyptus grandisx E. urophyllaclones from recorded the highest energy efficiency due to their high yieldvolume, which was decisiveto determine estimated energy available per tree and cropland area. Growth, stem shape and basic density varied among,and within,the same genetic materials, depending ontheir respective spatial arrangement. Contribuição da serapilheira de eucalipto ao sistema de integração lavoura e pecuária. O objetivo do estudo foi avaliar a deposição mensal de serapilheira e nutrientes de eucalipto depositado dos 47 aos 58 meses em consórcio do eucalipto com cultivo agrícola (ILF), eucalipto com pastagem (IPF), e em monocultivo de eucalipto (F). Os dados foram comparados entre os sistemas de integração pelo teste te entre esses com o monocultivo por meio da ANAVA e o teste de Duncan, ao nível de 5% de probabilidade. A deposição anual total acumulada de serapilheira foi de 0,63 t ha-1 ano no ILF, de 0,43 t ha-1ano no IPFe de 6,34 t ha-1 ano no monocultivo. A deposição de serapilheira total e compartimentalizada nos sistemas de integração (0,19 a 0,26 kg.m-2) diferiram significativamente do monocultivo (0,63 kg.m-2) ao nível de área de coletor, no entanto, ao nível de hectare, os sistemas de integração não diferem entre si. Essa mesma tendência foi observada para o estoque de nutrientes nos diferentes compartimentos da serapilheira. Independentemente do sistema de produção, a fração folhas foi a mais representativa na composição da serapilheira, seguida por galhos e casca. O teor de nutrientes foi similar entre os tratamentos avaliados. Por fim, o estoque de nutrientes foi superior no monocultivo e entre os sistemas de integração, a maior contribuição nutricional ocorreu no ILF. Abstract - The aimof this study is to assess eucalyptuslitter and nutrient deposition on a monthly basis, at the age 47 to 58 years, in integrated eucalyptus with crop system(ICF), eucalyptus with livestock (ILF) and eucalyptus monoculture (F). Integration system data were compared throughttest and compared to eucalyptus monoculture through ANAVA and Duncantest, at 5% probability level. Annual litter depositionreached0.63 t ha-1year in CFI, 0.43 t ha-1year in LFIand 6.34 t ha-1year in the monoculturesystem. The total and fractioned litter deposition in integration systems (0.19 to 0.26 kg.m-2) was significantly different from the monoculture system (0.63 kg.m-2) at collector area level,however, integration systems did not differ from one anotherat hectare level. The same trend was observed for nutrient stock in different compartments of the assessed litter. Regardless of the production system, the leaf fraction was the most representative factor in litter composition, which was followed by branches and bark. Nutrient content was similar among the tested treatments. O mundo busca fontes alternativas de energia, bem como aproveitamento de resíduos industriais considerados poluentes. Este trabalho avaliou a utilização da massa seca da parte aérea de sorgo biomassa e de capim elefante na forma in natura e acrescidas de óleos residuais (glicerina e bio-óleo) para geração de energia. Para tanto, foi implantado um experimento no delineamento inteiramente ao acaso com três repetições, composto por 10 tratamentos: sorgo biomassa, capim elefante e as misturas destas biomassas com duas concentrações de bio-óleo e duas de glicerina. Foi avaliada a umidade, voláteis, cinzas, carbono fixo e poder calorífico superior (PCS).
