The wheel-legged robot has the advantages of fast moving velocity of wheeled robot and strong passing obstacle capability of legged robot,and it is the development direction of new type mobile robot. A kind of wheel-legged mobile robot based on 3-PUU parallel mechanism is presented. It has advantages of simple structure,high stiffness and strong carrying capacity. The leg walking gait of 3-PUU wheel-legged mobile robot is analyzed. The wheel and leg switch principle and the steering principle under wheel type mode are explained.The stability of robot moving on the road surface is analyzed according to the calculation of gravity,and the maximum step is determined. The trajectory equation is derived by using three spline interpolation and the variation rules of displacement,velocity and acceleration are obtained by using Matlab software. The simulation results show that the robot can achieve continuous and stable walking. The robot can be used in the rescue tasks such as underground coal mines and other dangerous environments.

Timely exact distracted driving risk prediction is beneficial to perceive real-time traffic risk, which is an essential but challenging task in modern traffic safety management. The use and improvement of measures for road safety management will be better facilitated by grasping and analyzing the spatio-temporal patterns of driving behavior and forming predictions. In this paper, a Distracted Driving Risk Prediction (DDRP) neural network by deep learning and spatio-temporal dependence is proposed, which to accurately predict the scale of distracted driving behavior on road networks. Then, the method is employed for distracted driving risk prediction based on the provincial road network. The experiment demonstrates that our method performs relatively better than the other methods applied in this paper. Background and Aims: Pathogenic microbial infections are closely related to the development and prognosis of esophageal cancer. The distribution and resistance of pathogens in different diseases are regional and gradually change over time. This study aimed to determine the distribution and drug resistance of pathogens isolated from patients with esophageal cancer and provide a reference for the rational use of antibiotics. Methods: The results of strain identification and antimicrobial susceptibility testing of pathogens in patients with esophageal cancer from January 2013 to December 2022 at our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. SPSS Statistics 26.0 (IBM) and R software 4.3.1 were used for data analysis. Results: In total, 2322 non‐repetitive pathogens were isolated from 14,037 samples. Of all strains, 1713 (73.77%) were Gram‐negative bacteria, 483 (20.80%) were Gram‐positive bacteria, and 126 (5.43%) were fungi. The top 10 pathogens were Pseudomonas aeruginosa (19.81%), Stenotrophomonas maltophilia (12.88%), A. baumannii (9.91%), Klebsiella pneumoniae (9.82%), Staphylococcus aureus (7.54%), Candida albicans (3.92%), Staphylococcus epidermidis (3.19%), Escherichia coli (3.14%), Enterococcus faecalis (2.97%), and Serratia marcescens (2.15%). The isolation rate of S. maltophilia showed an upward trend (p < 0.05). The resistance rates of P. aeruginosa, S. maltophilia, A. baumannii, and Enterobacteriaceae bacteria to some common antibiotics showed a tendency to change (p < 0.05), and 2019 became a turning point to some extent. All common Gram‐positive pathogens were sensitive to vancomycin, except for three Enterococcus spp. isolates that showed intrinsic resistance. The prevalence of MRSA was 65.14% (114/175) in this study. In addition, the resistance rates of MRSA and MSSA to moxifloxacin, ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, erythromycin, clindamycin, and penicillin were significantly different (p < 0.001). Conclusion: Pathogens are diverse in patients with esophageal cancer, with the most common being P. aeruginosa, followed by S. maltophilia. The pathogens exhibited different patterns of resistance. As a plant kingdom and a biodiversity hotspot, Yunnan is a key region for our understanding of modern and past global changes in biodiversity and environment. As proxies of vegetation and climate, phytoliths have become increasingly important in ecological and paleoecological studies. In this study, phytolith analysis was carried out on samples of surface sediments from 70 lakes in western Yunnan, southwest China. These lakes are surrounded by modern vegetation types including broadleaved and coniferous forests, scrubs, grasslands, meadows, and alpine vegetation. The results of this study show that modern lacustrine phytoliths in western Yunnan are dominated by herbaceous phytoliths, among which Poaceae types are the most abundant. The 70 phytolith samples used can be divided into 4 groups, reflecting the major vegetation types from which samples were collected. The principal component analysis (PCA) and redundancy analysis (RDA) of the phytolith and climatic data of the 70 lacustrine phytolith samples showed that temperature and precipitation are the climatic parameters controlling the spatial distribution of phytolith assemblages in western Yunnan. Phytolith–MAT (mean annual temperature) and phytolith–MAP (mean annual precipitation) transfer functions were developed using weighted averaging partial least squares (WA-PLS), and both the MAT and MAP functions showed good performances (MAT: R2 = 0.67, RMSEP = 0.96 °C, MAP: R2 = 0.64, RMSEP = 140.4 mm). Our results also reveal that phytolith analysis is a useful technique offering reliable vegetation interpretation and climate reconstruction; thus, this study provides a basis for the vegetational and climatic interpretation of fossil lacustrine phytolith records in western Yunnan. Vegetation dynamics data since the Last Glacial Maximum (LGM) are essential for our understanding of ecosystem shifts and vegetation responses to climate change. Here, we present a pollen record covering the last 25,000 years from Lake Fuxian in central Yunnan, southwest China. Our study shows seven stages of vegetation dynamics since the LGM: The early LGM (stage 7 of 25,000–21,200 cal. a BP) witnessed less dense regional vegetation dominated by pine forests, evergreen broadleaved forests (EBFs), deciduous broadleaved forests (DBFs), montane hemlock forests, and fir/spruce forests. The late LGM (stage 6 of 21,200–17,500 cal. a BP) saw an expansion of grasslands, wetlands, and montane fir/spruce forests as well as a shrinkage of EBFs and DBFs. During the last deglaciation (stage 5 of 17,500–13,300 cal. a BP), dense regional vegetation was dominated by EBFs as well as deciduous oak and alder forests. The densest regional vegetation occurred in stage 4 of 13,300–11,200 cal. a BP, roughly equal to the Younger Dryas Chron, when pine forests, DBFs, EBFs, grasslands, and wetlands grew in the Lake Fuxian catchment. During the early to mid-Holocene (stage 3 of 11,200–5000 cal. a BP), dense regional vegetation was dominated by sweetgum forests, in addition to some pine forests and EBFs. After 5000 cal. a BP, the regional vegetation density became lower and lower, and forests became thinner and thinner. Pine forests expanded to their maximum of the entire sequence in stage 2 of 5000–2500 cal. a BP. A big deforestation event occurred in stage 1 (the last 2500 years), when grasslands, wetlands, and cultivated vegetation dominated regional vegetation in the catchment of Lake Fuxian. The regional vegetation since the LGM in the catchment of Lake Fuxian also experienced six major transitions, five centennial shift events, and one big large-scale and long-term deforestation event. These resulted from the responses of regional vegetation to climate changes during the LGM, last deglaciation, and early–mid-Holocene, as well as human influence in the late Holocene. Long-term regional vegetation dynamics is essential for the understanding of past land cover changes. High-resolution pollen analysis of a 1020 cm core from a large lake, Lake Yangzonghai (YZH), in central Yunnan, SW China, was conducted to reveal regional vegetation dynamics in the lake catchment over the past 13,400 years. Pollen record, principal component analysis (PCA) of pollen percentages of major arboreal taxa, and plant abundances estimated from the "Regional Estimates of VEgetation Abundance from Large Sites" (REVEALS) model show five successional stages of vegetation dynamics since 13,400 cal. a BP: regional vegetation with high coverages in the lateglacial (13,400–11,400 cal. a BP) was dominated by evergreen broadleaved forest (EBF) and deciduous broadleaved forest (DBF), together with some grass meadows and marshes; pine forest and alder forest expanded in the early Holocene (11,400–9000 cal. a BP) when vegetation coverages were still high; regional vegetation with low coverages was dominated by sweetgum forest, together with some pine forest during the mid-Holocene (9000–4200 cal. a BP); more pine forest, grass meadows and marshes occupied the lake catchment during the late Holocene (4200–800 cal. a BP), when vegetation coverages were higher than the average of the past 13,400 years; regional vegetation with low coverage was dominated by grass meadows and marshes, great deforestation happened in the last 800 years. Regional vegetation dynamics over the past 13,400 years in the Lake YZH catchment was the result of regional vegetation response to climate changes during the lateglacial and early–mid Holocene, and to human activities mainly during the late Holocene. Applying radiocarbon (14C) dating using accelerator mass spectrometry (AMS) to the skeleton of a mammoth and the associated plant remains have been dated. The fossil of Zhalai Nur mammoth was dated to 43,500 +1000/–900 14C yr BP. The results of optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) dating, which show that a fluvially deposited gravel layer, from that the mammoth fossils were excavated, formed between 51,300±2100 and 26,600±1200 yr BP, place the new AMS 14C dates in a well-developed chronological framework. Through this study, it can be summarized that, firstly, using suitable sample material, it is possible to obtain reliable AMS 14C results, even when the ages of the target materials approach the upper limits of the method. Second, it reveals that a depositional hiatus exists during the Late Pleistocene, between ca. 26,000 yr BP and ca. 13,000 yr BP. Finally, large rivers and widely distributed areas of alluvial-fluvial deposits existed in this present-day desert area between ca. 51,000 and 26,000 yr BP. These results may shed new light on the study of the Mammuthus-Colelodonta-Bubalus fauna, the most important and fully developed fauna during the Late Pleistocene in northeastern China.
