When learning the basics of microsurgery, a trainee must be equipped with patience and perseverance in order to evolve. One must have the ground knowledge when it comes to peripheral nerve injury and nerve regeneration process in order to fully understand that the technique is vital for the outcome and final results. Furthermore, a trainee must practice on non-living tissue before performing successful in vivo operations and even in this case, one may be confronted with problems regarding the surgical technique. [1] The following article aims to reveal the main problems/mistakes when performing sciatic nerve surgery in an in vivo experimental model and the solutions for these problems.

The baseline for any key research in nerve regeneration is an experimental model and the sciatic nerve in the rat model is the workhorse in this field. Although physically resistant to external traumas, a surgical intervention constitutes a major distress even for a rat. In the following presentation, we will analyse the learning curves for different stages in the rat sciatic nerve surgery as well as possible factors which influence these times.

The effects of climate change have a visible impact on all areas, both in the short, medium and long term, but adapting, trying to mitigate and combat the phenomenon, as well as reducing greenhouse gas emissions, can be elements of the sustainable development of a society, looking at socio-economic and relevant long-term aspects. This paper aims to analyse and present a link between the key concepts of climate change at the confluence of the green economy and the circular economy through a bibliometric analysis, highlighting the importance and evolution of these concepts as recorded in scientific papers in several international databases. In recent years, the issue of climate change management has been intensely debated as a subject of national interest, as extreme weather events have had negative effects on Romania through significant economic losses in most industrial sectors. In the context of a negative scenario of increasing global warming, the country's economic situation, under the impact of climate change, would deteriorate significantly. However, as a responsible member of the European Union and the global community, Romania contributes to harnessing the opportunities for gains from active climate change management by increasing the expansion and efficient use of resources that will improve competitiveness, by green technologies and practices that will reduce local pollution, and by resilient approaches to climate change that will protect against weather-related risks. Resilient and adaptive measures by the state to manage the impacts of climate change can generate inclusive, green and longterm growth in the state's economy, resulting in improved human well-being and social equality. Over the last fifteen years, the concept of the „green economy" has started to be given increasing importance not only in academia, but also in the implementation of various public policies, as a result of the need to respect sustainable development. Given the increased importance of respecting the environment in the current context, this article aims to highlight the impact of online trade in clothing sector on the consumer in terms of sustainability. Through an opinion poll, young people's perception of the impact of online clothes trade in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic was investigated, reaching the conclusion that the pandemic led to a change in behavioral trends with regard to the acquisition of clothing. Every research project begins with an idea and a theory. After a thorough examination of previous publications related to the idea (in order not to re-invent the wheel), the idea must be put in practice to test the hypothesis. When it comes to in vivo experiments, there are several bureaucratic demands which need to be fulfilled before commencing any project. Furthermore, the experiments require similar clinical conditions for surgery and postoperative care in order to obtain irrefutable results. Apart from the logistics necessary for the surgical intervention and the postoperative care, logistics referring to proper accommodation and food supplies for the animals to be experimented on is also to be considered from the beginning. Last but not least, the human resource is most valuable in such projects, as the surgical interventions are time consuming and require for sterile conditions at least 2 people (the surgeon and the assistant). The personnel involved in the project needs to allocate time for the postoperative care, the following clinical tests as well as the daily time spent for cleaning, feeding and providing water for the animals in the study. Energy efficiency is a priority objective of the research strategy. Particularly, the energy efficiency of the drillingextraction equipment is an issue of high relevance, the decreasing of energy consumption in crude oil extraction being among the objectives of the research strategy in the oilfield equipment. The paper presents a constructive version for a representative high power drawworks part of an oil and gas drilling rig, with recuperative braking, powered by two asynchronous electric motors. By implementing this concept it is estimated that a significant part of domestic hot water consumption at rig location as well as the heating of the radiators belonging to the drilling rig barracks is recovered by the thermal energy produced by the drawworks braking system. This paper highlights the improvement activities in terms of the global competition and the current economic crisis, in the presence of an exigent clientele, that wishes a significant reduction in response time, under the same quality. The current logistics situation and particularly the oil logistics is reviewed to identify the main challenges of the sector and to propose efficient business management solutions in this area. The idea of adopting a "Supply Chain Management" (SCM) initiative appears as a performance and sustainability instrument for the company, which can ensure objectives achievement through a better management of both internal and external relationships. Recent collaborative practices between actors with common interests in a supply chain structure are analyzed, to optimize operations, maximize profits and improve customer service. It is showed, that among the secrets to a successful SCM lies the ability of supply chain partners to position themselves in a collaborative relationship rather than in a competitive one and their ability to share information and synchronize their activities thanks to an efficient information system and associated computer applications. The issue of assessing and reducing the ship's magnetic signature has long been studied through various means, ranging from experimental measurements to applying complex mathematical methods. Among the shipboard sources of magnetic field, the induced magnetization in the ship's ferromagnetic hull and superstructure by the Earth's static magnetic field has the greatest contribution. This paper describes an analytical method of computing the induced magnetic field in an ellipsoidal shell by an external of different directions: one parallel to the ellipsoid's main axis, and another perpendicular to it. One of the main issues of designing strategies in renewable energies domain is the one of estimating the effects that different support mechanisms may have on investment flows. When designing these strategies, public authorities aim to achieve maximum efficiency by attracting local and foreign investors over the entire value chain of the branch and at the same time minimizing the overall cost of energy infrastructure. However, despite the good intentions underlying their origin, these efforts can sometimes lead to energy projects that are not technically, economically and socially feasible. The previous experience of pioneer countries in the field and a careful analysis of the context in which these practices have been developed can contribute to making more realistic and effective strategies. Therefore, in the first stage, this paper aimed to do a literature review regarding policies to encourage the renewable energy sector, then a comparative study has been conducted, in order to analyze the context and the key strategic decisions grounded by several EU pioneer countries in the field and effective ways of action for emerging economies such as the one of Romania have been identified. In order to study how public policies and other factors are particularly influencing the investors' strategies, the last stage consisted in a thorough interview with an expert consultant in renewables. Based on the information received, a questionnaire has been sent to three international companies in the renewable field, in which different investment scenarios have been proposed. It was found that the structure of the initial energy mix has a significant influence on the possibilities for further action. Thus, the reorganization of the energy sector requires considerable efforts in developing the technological, financial and legal framework. Among the multitude of financial mechanisms that can be used, a Feed-In-Tariff combined with green certificates and a guaranteed access to the grid appear to be by far the most attractive measures. The paper presents the experimental research of the erosion phenomena in pneumatic sand conveying. The sand conveying process causes intense wear in the system components mainly in the areas of flow direction change, both in the case of helical and pneumatic conveyer. Dynamic of wear process was determined by measuring the components wall thickness in the areas of maximum wear. In recent decades IT and computer systems have evolved rapidly in economic informatics field. The goal is to create user friendly information systems that respond promptly and accurately to requests. Informatics systems evolved into decision assisted systems, and such systems are converted, based on gained experience, in expert systems for creative problem solving that an organization is facing. Expert systems are aimed at rebuilding human reasoning on the expertise obtained from experts, stores knowledge, establishes links between knowledge, have the knowledge and ability to perform human intellectual activities. From the informatics development point of view, expert systems are based on the principle of the knowledge separation from the treating program. The new Coronavirus (SARS-CoV2) represents a worldwide problem, with serious social, health and economic impact. Prevention and early implemented political measures resulted in a lower impact when referring to human casualties as well as socio-economic issues. Microsurgery in itself might be considered a challenge for some plastic surgeons, as it requires patience and perseverance. Furthermore, when it comes to nerve surgery, the challenge is even greater as it implies a longer time necessary to observe results. In clinical practice, a good technique is associated with a good outcome. However, the problem of the recovery time remains an issue to be addressed by future generations. Nerve defects represent an even greater challenge in traumatology. Crush injuries, lacerations and avulsions may all lead to irreversible damage of the nerves. In such cases, special surgery techniques are required to restore function1-4. In order to prepare for these special techniques, a surgeon must begin with experimental in vivo nerve surgery and one that has the highest similarity with humans is the sciatic nerve of the Wistar rat5. All medical societies struggle with different problems. While in developed countries, the main complaint of the doctors is related to overwork due to insufficient personnel, the Romania doctors have many other reasons for being dissatisfied with the activities they perform. The aim of this article is to compare how the doctors' problems have evolved over the last 3 years, which problems have been solved and which still need to be confronted. In order to do this, an analysis of 2 set of surveys will be performed, one conducted in 2016 by the Multidisciplinary Society of Medical Residents (SMMR) and one conducted in 2019 by the Romanian Federation of Medical Students' Associations. Both societies - one of the medical residents, the other representing the medical students, have shown a great interest in revealing the problems of the Romanian medical health care system, which has a great impact both on patients as well as medical personnel dynamics. We present the case of a 64-year old female, with a 5 year history of symptomatic multiple cerebral cavernomas, who developed paresthesia in the right leg and arm, followed by vertigo, slurred speech and forward gaze diplopia. Brain investigation revealed two lesions with supra- and infratentorial localization with signs of recent hemorrhage of different ages.
