Batı Afrika şiiri toplum hayatının birçok yönünü tasvir etmiş ve bu, Batı Afrika şairlerinden çoğunun kasidesine yansımıştır. Çünkü onların şiirleri, kendi hayatlarıyla ve toplumdaki insanların hayatlarıyla direkt bağlantılıdır. Batı Afrika'dan doğan Arap şiiri bu yöne büyük özen göstermiş, şairler bunu divanlarında ele almıştır. Sosyal şiir, tüm biçim ve yönleriyle toplumun hayatını aktarmaya ve çeşitli alanlarda insanların yaşamlarına ve onları ilgilendiren konulara değinmektir. Bu noktadan hareketle, bu araştırma -sosyo tarihsel yöntemi kullanmak suretiyle- Batı Afrika toplumunun sosyal hayatının detaylarını incelemeyi ve şiire etki eden etmenlere vakıf olmak gayesiyle, sosyal hayatı ele alan şiirsel metinleri inceleyerek, bireyler arası sosyal ilişkileri ve geleneklerini ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu çalışmanın önemi, Batı Afrika’da sosyal hayatın bazı yönlerini ve onun değişik tezahürlerini, sosyal yönlere temas eden şairlerin şiirlerini incelemek suretiyle tanımaya katkıda bulunmasından kaynaklanmaktadır. Bu araştırmamız şu iki soruya cevap vermektedir: Bölge edebiyatçılarının ele aldığı sosyal sorunların en önemlileri nelerdir? Sosyal şiir, Afrika toplumunun gerçeğini olduğu gibi yansıtmakta mıdır? Araştırma, şiir divanlarında bölge şairlerinin ele aldığı, olumlu ve olumsuz olgular dâhil olmak üzere birçok sosyal yöne değinmiştir. En önemli olumlu meseleler arasında ana-babaya iyilik yapma, ilim ve öğretmenlere saygı, kardeşlik ve sosyal dayanışma, adalet ve sosyal yardımlaşma gibi toplumda takdirle karşılanan davranışlar yer almaktadır. Sosyal şiirin mücadele ettiği olumsuz konu ve meselelere gelince, bunlar arasında yoksulluk, işsizlik, rüşvet, adaletsizlik, ahlakın bozulması, uyuşturucu kullanımı, ihanet konuları yer almıştır. Araştırma Batı Afrika bölgesinde bulunan 16 ülkeden Senegal, Mali, Nijer, Burkina Faso, Gana ve Benin ülkeleriyle sınırlandırılmıştır. Çünkü bu ülkelerde yazılan Arap şiiri bölgenin geri ülkelerinde yazılanlarından hem nicelik ve nitelik bakımından hem de üslup bakımından farklılık göstermektedir. Bu ülkelerde öne çıkan şairinin şiirlerini içermektedir. Aralarında Malili şair Yakup Dukure ve Amr Abdullatif Sâko, Senegalli şair Ticcân Gay, Davud Adekeleken ve Ticcanî el-Hac Mansur Sy, Burkina Fasolu şair Ghanami, Ganalı Şair Muhammed Reşat, Beninli şair Süleyman Maysûna ve Musa Babatandi ve Nijerli şair Ali el-Aselî gibi birçok seçkin şair de yer almaktadır. Bu şairlerin tercih edilmesi sebebine gelince, bunların bölgedeki diğer şairlere göre toplumsal meselelere daha önem vermiş bu meseleleri sık sık dile getirmiş olmalarıdır. Bununla beraber şiirleri oldukça sade bir dil ve hece ölçüsüyle yazılmıştır., West African poetry has depicted many aspects of the life of the community, and this is reflected in the odes of many West African poets. Because his poems are directly related to their own lives and the lives of people in society. West African Arabic poetry gave great importance to this aspect, and poets discussed it in their divans. Social poetry is to convey the life of society in all its forms and aspects, and to touch on the lives of people in various fields and the issues that concern them. From this point of view, this research -by using the socio-historical method - aims to examine the details of the social life of West African society and to reveal the social relations and traditions between individuals by examining poetic texts on social life. The importance of this work is due to the fact that it contributes to the recognition of some aspects and different manifestations of social life in West Africa by examining the poems of poets who touch on social aspects. This research answers two questions: What are the most important social issues addressed by the regional writers? Does social poetry reflect the reality of African society as it is? In the research, many social issues, including the positive and negative phenomena that the local poets dealt with in their poetry divans, were mentioned. Among the most important positive themes, there are behaviors that are appreciated in society, such as benevolence to parents, respect for science and teachers, fraternity and social solidarity, justice, and social assistance. As for the negative issues and problems that social poetry struggles with, these include poverty, unemployment, bribery, injustice, corruption, drug abuse, and betrayal. The research is limited to Senegal, Mali, Niger, Burkina Faso, Ghana, and Benin from 16 countries in the West African region. Because the Arabic poems written in these countries differ from those written in the rest of the region in terms of quantity, quality, and style. It contains poems of prominent poets from these countries. These include Malian poets Yacob Doucoure and Amr Abdulatif Sacko, Senegalese poets Tijan Gay, Davud Adekeleken, and Tijan al-Hac Mansur Sy, Burkina Faso poet Ghanami, Ghanaian poet Mohamad Rashad, Benin poets Sulaiman Maysuna and Musa Babatandi, and Niger poet Ali al-Ashly. There are many distinguished poets as for the reasons for the preference of these poets; they gave more importance to social issues compared to other poets in the region and frequently mentioned these issues. However, his poems were written in very plain language and syllabic meter.

The phenomenon of alteration is one of the most prominent stylistic phenomena that has received great attention from modern critics. This is due to the important role it plays in building the poem, and for the expressive and aesthetic possibilities, it contains, through which the writer can elevate the literary text to the level of originality and quality. West African poets have employed the technique of alterations in their poems of simile, metaphor, metaphor, and metonymy; to express their emotional experiences. From these standpoints, this research seeks - according to the applied descriptive approach - to highlight the features of alteration in Arabic poetry from West Africa, reveal its aesthetic and artistic values in their poetry, and reveal the secrets of the graphic jokes in them, with the artistic creativity involved. It should be noted that West African poets have a valuable literary wealth and an intellectual heritage full of features of displacement and artistic and aesthetic images represented in simile, metaphor, metaphor, and metonymy, in addition to the distinction of this literary wealth with an accuracy of depiction and sobriety of style. It is evident through this study that the phenomenon of alteration has appeared in the poetry of the poets of the region is clear; for its impact on the formation of their poetic language. Bu itibarla, araştırmamız - betimleme yöntemine göre - Batı Afrika Arap şiirindeki değişlemenin özelliklerini vurgulamayı ve bu şiirlerinde bediiyat ve sanatsal değerlerini ortaya çıkarmayı amaçlamaktadır. Batı Afrikalı şairler teşbih, istiare, mecaz ve kinayeler üslupları içeren, sanatsal ve bediî imgelerin özellikleriyle dolu olan değerli bir edebi zenginliğe sahip olduklarını de belirtilmek mümkündür. Bu çalışma ile bölge şairlerinin şiirlerinde değişleme olgusunun ortaya çıktığını açıkça görülmektedir. Ve bu, bahsi geçen olgunun şiirsel dillerinin oluşumu üzerindeki etkisinden kaynaklanmaktadır. Hayal güçlerini canlı ve yaratıcı bir sanatsal zenginlik içinde alıcıya aktarmayı başardılar., تعدّ ظاهرة الانزياح من أبرز الظواهر الأسلوبيَّة الَّتي حظيت بعناية كبيرة من قبل النقاد في العصر الحديث؛ وذلك لما تضطلع به من دور مهم في بناء القصيدة، ولما تحويه كذلك من إمكانيات تعبيرية وجماليَّة يستطيع الأديب من خلالها أن يرتقي بالنص الأدبي إلى مرتبة الأصالة والجودة. ولقد وظف شعراء غرب إفريقيا تقنيَّة الانزياحات الدلاليَّة في قصائدهم من تشبيه واستعارة ومجاز وكناية؛ للتعبير عن تجاربهم الشعورية. ومن هذه المنطلقات يسعى هذا البحث وفقا للمنهج الوصفي التطبيقي إلى إبراز ملامح الانزياح الدلالي في الشِّعر العربي من إفريقيا الغربيَّة، والكشف عن قيمها الجماليَّة في أشعارهم، وإجلاء أسرار النكت البيانيَّة فيها، مع ما انطوت عليها من الإبداع الفني. وتجدر الإشارة إلى أنّ شعراء غرب إفريقيا لديهم ثروة أدبيَّة قيمة وتراث فكري ممتلئ بملامح الانزياح والصور الفنيَّة والجماليَّة المتمثلة في التشبيه، والاستعارة، والمجاز، والكناية، إلى جانب تميز هذه الثروة الأدبيَّة بدقة التصوير ورصانة الأسلوب. ويتبيّن من خلال هذه الدراسة أنَّ ظاهرة الانزياح الدلالي قد بدت في شعر شعراء المنطقة واضحة؛ لما تركته من أثر في تشكيل لغتهم الشِّعرية. وقد استطاعوا نقل خيالهم إلى المتلقِّي بشكل حيوي وثراء فني إبداعي.

Batı Afrika şairleri, Cenâb-ı Hakk'ın tevdi ettiği ormanlar, dağlar, çöller, nehirler, hava ve iklim değişimleri gibi kendilerini büyüleyen ve hislerini uyandıran çevre yönlerini ve bu çevrede yaşayan evcil ve vahşi hayvanları anlatmışlardır. Ayrıca, insanların inşa ettikleri sarayları, evleri, endüstriyel başarıları ve diğerlerini de tanımlamışlar. Gece, pek çok şairin çeşitli şiirlerinde ele aldığı doğa unsurlarından biridir. Ayrıca bu çalışma Batı Afrika bölgesinin yazarlarına ışık tutarak Afrika Arap edebi üretimini tanıtmayı hedeflemektedir., إنّ شعراء غرب إفريقيا قد وصفوا مظاهر البيئة التي أبهرتهم وأثارت مشاعرهم الفياضة، من التي أودعه الله تعالى كالغابات والجبال والصحراء والأنهار والتقلبات الجوية والمناخية، وما يعيش في هذه البيئة من حيوانات أليفة ووحشية وطيور. كما وصفوا أيضا ما أبدع فيها البشر من قصور ومنازل وانجازات صناعية وغيرها. ويعد الليل مظهرا من مظاهر الطبيعة التي تناولها العديد من الشعراء في قصائدهم المختلفة. وصف الشعراء الليل مثلما وصفوا الأطلال، والخيول، والناقة، وطبيعة الصحراء. فقد صوّره البعض بما يحلو لخيالاتهم وعقولهم، فمنهم من صوّره بؤرةَ الهموم ومفتاحًا للمعاناة، ومنهم من رآه خزينة الأسرار، وملتقى الأحباب والعشاق. انطلاقا من ذلك، ترمي هذه المقالة  من خلال إعمال المنهج الوصفي التحليلي إلى إبراز ملامح الليل بصفته ظاهرة طبيعية لها حضور في أشعار إفريقيا الغربية، وبيان دلالاته وإيحاءاته في شعر المنطقة. وترجع أهمية هذه الدراسة في أنها تسعى إلى التعريف بالإنتاج الأدبي العربي الإفريقي، من خلال إلقاء الضوء على أدباء منطقة إفريقيا الغربية., West African poets have described aspects of the environment that fascinated them and aroused their feelings, which god has deposited, such as forests, mountains, deserts, rivers, weather and climatic fluctuations, and what lives in this environment of pets and wild animals, as well as birds. They also described the palaces, homes, industrial achievements, and others that humans have excelled in. The night is one of the manifestations of nature that many of these poets dealt with in different poems. They described it as they described ruins, horses, camels, and the nature of the desert. Some depicted it as they wished for their imaginations and minds, some of them portrayed it as the focus of worries and a key to suffering, and some of them saw it as the treasury of secrets and the meeting place for lovers and lovers. Based on the foregoing, this article aims to highlight the features of the night and its significance in the poetry of West Africa. In addition, this study aims to introduce African Arabic literary production by shedding light on the authors of the West African region.

Kur'ân-ı Kerîm, metninin eşsiz üslubu, üstünlüğü ve sağlamlığı bakımından emsalsiz bir mertebeye ulaşmış sanatsal bir nesir olduğu bilinmektedir. Bu tarif aynı şekilde belagatin ve güzelliğin doruğuna ulaşan hadis metinleri için de yapılabilir. Âlimler asırlar boyunca çeşitli eser ve araştırmalarında Kur'ân ve Hadis metinlerine yer vermeye itina göstermişlerdir. Buna İtina gösterenler arasında şâirler de vardır. Onlar her iki metinden de esinlenerek kasidelerinde ve edebi ürünlerinde iktibas, telmih, tazmin vb. sanatlar yoluyla kendi üsluplarını kullanmaya çalışmışlardır. Bundan hareketle, araştırmamız Afrika Arap şiirinde dinî metinlerarasılık olgusunu -çalışmanın Batı Afrika bölgesi ile sınırlı olması koşuluyla- incelemeyi ve yerlerini açıklamayı amaçlamaktadır. Afrikalı şâirlerin Kur’ân ve hadis metinlerinin üslubu, dil yapısı ve yöntemlerinden ne ölçüde etkilendiğini öğrenmenin yanı sıra, edebi referansları arasında benimsenen ilişkiyi araştırmak hedeflenmiştir. Bu çalışmayı önemli kılan şey, modern eleştirel teorilerden (metinlerarasılık) birçok araştırmacının bilmediği Batı Afrika Arap şiirine uygulanmaya çalışmasıdır. Bu araştırma, Arap şiir sanatının Batı Afrika'daki köklerini, eski Arap mirasıyla metinlerarasılık yoluyla ve çağdaş teoriler için bilimsel bir materyal olarak kullanımının geçerliliğini kanıtlayacaktır. Araştırma sırasında Afrikalı şâirlerin şiirlerinde çeşitli dinî metinlerarasılık kullanıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Şâirler şiirlerinde belirli bir şekle bağlı kalmamış, aksine şiirlerinin her safhasında farklı yöntemler kullanmışlardır. Bu, onların Arap edebiyatı ve şâirleriyle ilgili kültürlerini ve bilgilerini ortaya koymuş ve onların Kur’ân ve Sünnete bağlılıklarının boyutunu göstermiştir. Aynı şekilde tarihsel olaylara ve dini boyutu olan dini kişilere çokça atıfta bulunarak, şiirlerinde yaratıcılık ortaya koymuşlardır. Bu nedenle de onlar, hem okuyucu hem de dinleyicinin etkilendiği en güzel sanatsal tabloları resmedebilmişlerdir., It is known that the text of the Qur'an is artistic prose that has reached an unprecedented level in terms of its unique style, superiority, and robustness. Likewise, it can be said for hadith texts reach the peak of eloquence and beauty. Scholars have paid attention to the Qur'an and Hadith texts for centuries in their scientific studies. There are also poets among those who care. Inspired by both texts, they tried to use their style in their odes and literary products through quotation, reference, compensation, and similar arts. From this point of view, our research aims to examine the phenomenon of religious intertextuality in African Arabic poetry -on the condition that the study is limited to the West African region- and to explain its places. In addition to learning to what extent the African poet was influenced by the style, language structure, and methods of the Qur'an and hadith texts, it also explores the relationship adopted between his literary references. What gives this study important is that it attempts to apply one of the modern critical theories (intertextuality) to Arabic poetry from West Africa, which many researchers do not know about. This research will prove the rooting of the art of Arabic poetry in West Africa through its intertextuality with the ancient Arab heritage, as well as the validity of its use as a scientific material for contemporary theories. During the research, it was determined that various religious intertextuality was used in the poems of African poets. The poets did not adhere to a certain form in their poems, on the contrary, they used different methods at every stage of their poems. This revealed their culture and knowledge of Arabic literature and poets and showed the extent of their devotion to the Qur'an and Sunnah. Likewise, by referring to historical events and religious people with a religious dimension, they revealed creativity in their poems. For this reason, they were able to paint the most beautiful artistic paintings, which impressed both the reader and the listener.

Afrikalılar, MS on beşinci ve on dokuzuncu yüzyıllar arasındaki dönemde, anavatanlarını ve nesillerinin geleceğini hedef alan Avrupa sömürgeciliği altında çeşitli işkence türleriyle karşı karşıya kalmışlardır. Bununla birlikte, batı Afrika Arap şiirini inceleyerek şairlerin sömürgecilik tavrıyla ilgili o dönem için onları kınadıklarında ele aldıkları konularını netleştirmek ve bu alanda yazan en önde gelen Afrika şairlerini belirlemenin yanı sıra serdikleri duruşlarını da göstermeye çalışmaktadır. Batı Afrika şairleri, kendi halkını bilgilendirmek için, sömürgecilerin oyunlarını, Afrika halkının kimlik, kültür, zenginlik vb. tüm varlıklarını ortadan kaldırma plan ve politikaları hakkında uyarmak için çalıştıkları da çalışma yoluyla tespit edilmiştir., لاقى الشعب الإفريقي أنواعا من التعذيب تحت الاستعمار الأوروبي الذي استهدف أرضهم، ومستقبل أجيالهم في الفترة الواقعة بين القرن الخامس عشر والتاسع عشر الميلاديين، مما دفع بعض شعراء منطقة غرب إفريقيا من الذين كرهوا الاستعمار إلى التعبير عن آمال شعبهم وآلامه عن طريق نظم الشعر؛ لرفع الوعي ضدّ شنيعة الاستعمار، وإدانة الاحتلال، واستثارة الحمية للدفاع عن الأرض والوطن والهوية الإفريقية. ومن هذه المنطلقات يسعى هذا البحث  وفقا للمنهح الوصفي التاريخي والتحليلي  إلى تسليط الضوء على ردّ فعل الشعب الإفريقي في مقاومته الثقافية وصموده أمام المستعمرين، والكشف عن صورة الاستعمار والمستعمرين في الشعر العربي في الغرب الإفريقي، وبيان القضايا والمضامين التي تناولها الشعراء عند التنديد في تلك الحقبة ذات العلاقة بصورة الاستعمار، والتعرّف على أبزر الشعراء الأفارقة الذين كتبوا في هذا المجال، كما يحاول أن يبرز لنا مواقف شعراء المنطقة من هذا الاستعمار. والجدير بالذكر أنّ الشعر العربي الإفريقي كان مرآة تعكس معاناة الشعب الإفريقي تحت ويلات الاستعمار، كما كان أيضا مقاوما إلى جانب الأسحلة والبنادق التي استخدمها الشعب لصدّ زحف العدوّ. وقد تبين من خلال الدراسة أنّ شعراء المنطقة عملوا على توعية الشعب وتنبيهه إلى دسائس المستعمرين، وخططهم وساسيتهم الاستئصالية لكل ممتلكات الشعب الإفريقي من هوية وثقافة وثروات إلخ., Africans faced various types of torture under European colonialism, which targeted their homeland and the future of their generations in the period between the fifteenth and nineteenth centuries AD, which prompted some West African poets who hated colonialism to express their hopes and the pain of their peoples through poetry systems; this is to raise awareness against their atrocities, condemn the occupation, and stir up enthusiasm for the defense of African land, homeland, and identity. From this point of view, this research seeks - according to the historical and analytical descriptive method - to shed light on the reaction of the African peoples in their cultural resistance and steadfastness in front of the colonizers, and to reveal the image of colonialism and colonizers in the Arab region through the study of West African poetry, and to clarify the issues and implications that poets addressed when they denounced them for that era related to the image of colonialism, and to identify the most prominent African poets who wrote in this field. It also tries to show us the positions of the poets of the region from this colonialism. The study concluded a number of conclusions, including that Afro-Arab poetry were a mirror reflecting the suffering of the African people under the scourge of colonialism, and it was also a resistance along with the weapons and rifles used by the people to repel the advance of the enemy. It was also found through the study that the poets of the region worked to educate the people and warn of the intrigues of the colonialists, their plan and policy to eradicate all the possessions of the African people of identity, culture, wealth, etc.

Bundan hareketle çalışmamız, Batı Afrika bölgesinde yazılan şiirlerde nostalji olgusunu ele almayı, nostaljinin anlamlarını ve çeşitli temaları, nostalji şiirinin motifleri ve bölge edebiyatında yayılmasının nedenlerini üzerinde durmayı amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmamızın sonucunda, elde ettiğimiz bulgulardan, Afrikalı şairler, çeşitli şiirlerinde nostalji olgusunu samimi duygularla ve kapsamlı bir şekilde ele aldıklarını, etkileyici sözler ve anlamlarla onu ifade ettikleri görülmektedir. Afrika Arap şiirinde bulunan nostaljinin en önemli temalarından biri aileye, sevdiklere ve vatanlara duyulan özlemdir. Bölgede bu tür şiir yayılmasının sebepleri arasında seyahat, tutuklama ve sınır dışı edilme gibi nedenler sayılabilir. From this standpoint, our study aimed to address the aspect of nostalgia in the poetry of sub-Saharan Africa, specifically the western region of the continent, as well as seeking to demonstrate the meanings of nostalgia and its various themes that it included while shedding light on the motives of nostalgia poetry and the reasons for its spread in the region's literature. The researcher has reached through the study several results, including that African poets have touched on the phenomenon of nostalgia in their various poems, and entered its walls from the widest range and sincerest emotion, expressing their feelings with charming words and sweet melodies. Longing and nostalgia for a family loved ones and homelands is one of the most important themes of nostalgia that abounds in Arab-African poetry.
