Any technical material can be produced in the necessary forms and sizes through the use of machine tools. Materials are adjusted and employed in accordance with their parameters for a higher machinability characteristic. Because of its higher processing parameters, the abrasive water jet technology is currently utilized the highest commonly for producing successful processing or cut of any materials. Selecting the ideal abrasive water jet machining parameters is crucial to achieving enhanced business performance, greater profits, and value based. Surface roughness is a response variable that is studied in relation to the machining process variables of feed rate, standoff distance, and abrasive flow rate. To do experimental work, the L27 (33) orthogonal matrix created in Minitab 18 is used, and this is statistically investigated using the Taguchi Technique. Feed rate, standoff distance and abrasive flow rate are the input parameters of our concern. Surface roughness is the output parameter. We had decided three different levels of input parameters and we have performed the Taguchi's method followed by ANOVA method to get their interactions and their effect on the output parameters.
