Aiming at the flicker problem faced by vehicle streaming media rearview mirror under LED signal light environment, meanwhile, considering the impact of rapid local image motion and complex edge textures on image restoration, a real-time flicker mitigation system based on FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array) is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the constraint conditions of the flicker pixels are established according to the features of flicker images such that the flicker region are efficiently detected through three consecutive frames. Then, a motion estimation algorithm based on neighborhood images groups is proposed, the image matching criterion is improved, and the neighborhood images vectors is clustered to enhance image inpainting effect in complex scene. Finally, a parallel pipeline processing architecture for video data streams is designed based on the ZYNQ(ZYNQ-7000 All Programmable SoC) platform to achieve system acceleration. The experimental results show that the proposed system can satisfy the real-time processing requirement of 800x480 resolution and 30 fps video, and has good mitigation effect on flickering images in complex scenes. New urbanization plays an important role in China's regional economic growth and green transformation. In this stage of high-quality economic development, the effect of the government-led new urbanization policy on reducing pollution and carbon emissions needs to be verified. Based on the data of 180 prefecture-level cities in China from 2004 to 2020, this paper built a difference-indifferences model from the two dimensions of ' pollution' and ' carbon emission' to empirically test the effect of the reduction of pollution and carbon emissions in new urbanization and its influencing mechanisms. The results showed that: (J) The new urbanization construction had a significant effect of reducing pollution and carbon emissions, which was characterized by its annual increase. The conclusion was still robust after validity and robustness tests. © Based on the ' location-feature-scale' dimensional urban heterogeneity, the effect of the reduction of pollution and carbon emissions was more significant in the samples of eastern cities, non-resource-based cities, cities with high human capital, and larger cities. Quantile estimation results showed that this effect in the new urbanization construction was increasing marginally. © Mechanism analysis showed that the new urbanization construction could not only directly promote the reduction of pollution and carbon emissions, but also effectively promote this reduction by fostering the overall upgrading of industrial structure, service structure, and performance-based technological innovation. However, the impact of input-based technological innovation on this reduction was not obvious. This article offers new ideas for the next stage of regional pollution control in China. It is suggested that the government should promote the synergy between the new urbanization and the reduction of pollution and carbon emissions and release the dividends of the new urbanization in regional green development in a more effective way with the help of industrial structure upgrading and performance-based technological innovation. Under the new normal, digital economy as the core driver of economic development plays an important role in promoting the development of green economy. This article used the entropy method to measure the development level of digital economy from the two dimensions of digital industrialization and industrial digitalization. At the same time, the super-efficiency SBM model with constraints of land and energy elements was proposed to re-measure the efficiency of green economy. Based on China's provincial panel data from 2006 to 2019, this study empirically analyzed the impact of digital economy on the efficiency of green economy. The results showed that: 1 The regional digital economy gap in China was obvious, showing the spatial distribution characteristics of 'eastern region > central region > western region'. 2 Digital economy had significantly promoted the efficiency of green economy, and the conclusion was still robust after a series of tests. Dimensional regression showed that compared with industrial digitalization, digital industrialization had a greater effect on the efficiency of green economy. Subregional regression indicated that there was regional heterogeneity in the influence of digital economy on the efficiency of green economy, which significantly promoted the efficiency of green economy in the eastern and central regions, and the promotion effect on the eastern region was greater than that in the central region, but this effect in the western region did not pass the significance test. 3 Mechanism analysis showed that digital economy and digital industrialization indirectly improved the efficiency of green economy by optimizing the industrial structure, promoting technological innovation and deepening marketization, but industrial digitalization failed to improve the efficiency of green economy through industrial structure, technological innovation and marketization. 4 Threshold test showed that, constrained by the industrial structure, technological innovation and marketization, digital economy had a nonlinear influence on the efficiency of green economy, which changed after passing a certain threshold value and had obvious threshold feature. Therefore, the government should promote the coordinated development of digital economy with the characteristics of regional development to fully release the dividend of digital economy in the development of green economy, continue to promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure, and promote technological progress to realize the development of green economy. The nature of the dendrimer-mycophenolic acid (MPA) complex was investigated by (1)H NMR and 2D NOESY spectroscopy. The (1)H NMR analysis proved that the water-soluble supramolecular structure of the complex was formed based on ionic interactions between dendrimers and MPA molecules on the surface as well as hydrophobic interactions/hydrogen-bond interactions in the interior pockets of dendrimers. The 2D NOESY analysis predicted the localization of MPA molecules in the pockets of dendrimers and gave information on the detailed interactions between dendrimer scaffolds and MPA molecules in the interior. Further solubility and release studies investigated the physicochemical properties of the dendrimer-MPA complexes. These results showed that the host-guest chemistry of dendrimer-MPA complexes proposed by NMR techniques explains the solubilization and release behavior of MPA in the presence of PAMAM dendrimers well. The general host-guest chemistry of the dendrimer-drug complex is promising for the development of new drug delivery systems.
