We studied the ratio of fungi genera in the affected root system of spring barley, the composition of pathogenic and comorbid mycobiota, which affected barley at different ontogeny stages. We discovered that the main root rot agents were Fusarium spp., Bipolaris spp., Rhizoctonia spp., Pythium spp., Alternaria spp., and the bacterium of Pseudomonas genera. In our research, 50.65% of Fusarium genera were taken at a sprouting stage from the affected root system, 54.25% were taken at tillering stage, and 56.25% were taken at milky-wax ripeness. The next abundant was B. sorokiniana fungus (20.6% of which were taken at sprouting stage, 18.4% at tillering stage, and 18.45% were taken at milky-wax ripeness. Less frequent were the representatives of Rhizoctonia genera – 19.45, 16.15, and 13.2% respectively. We suggested that while studying the pathogenic characteristics of root rot agents of spring barley, more attention need to be paid to their impact on the laboratory germination ability of seeds, the degree of the disease progression, biometric indices and plants persistence.

Гриб Sclerotinia sclerotiorum (Lib.) d e Bary належить до небезпечних патогенів, що викликають значні економічні втрати сільськогосподарських культур. Його популяції є поліморфними за морфолого-фізіологічними та біохімічними ознаками. У біологічному циклі розвитку патоген розмножується статевим і безстатевим способом, продукуючи різні структури. Водночас особливості формування конідіальної стадії є недостатньо вивченим. Мета дослідження – встановити особливості формування мікроконідій S. sclerotiorum і вивчити їхню морфологію. Об’єктами досліджень були уражені стебловою формою білої гнилі зразки рослин сої, ріпаку, соняшнику, гороху та жоржини, відібрані в різних ґрунтово-кліматичних умовах України. Установлена здатність гриба S. sclerotiorum продукувати in vitro мікроконідії різними шляхами: на поодиноких видовжених, септованих конідієносцях, довжиною 100–250 мкм і групами на коротких конідієносцях, розташованих на гіфах, товщиною 8–12 мкм. Вони утворювалися у вигляді ланцюжків на конідієгенних клітинах – фіалідах, товщина яких становила 6–8 мкм, а довжина 15–25 мкм. Розмір мікроконідій – 4–5 мкм, вони гіалінові, мали кулясту форму з вираженою оболонкою та з вкрапленням у центрі. Виявлена закономірність утворення даного спороношення тільки за культивування міцелію несумісних ізолятів, незалежно від рослини–живителя з якої вони вилученні. Подальші дослідження спрямовані та встановленні ролі мікроконідій у біологічному та інфекційному циклах патогену.

The research findings show that the highest effectiveness in irrigated winter wheat protection against harmful organisms is provided with the application of seed disinfectant Serticor 050 FS (1 l/t), fungicide Alto Super 330 EC, emulsion concentrate, together with herbicide Peak 75% water-soluble granules (0.45 l/ha + 0.020 kg/ha) in the stem elongation phase, as well as fungicide Amistar Extra 280 SC suspension concentrate (0.5 l/ha) at the beginning of flowering, and insecticide Enzhio, 24.7% suspension concentrate (0.18 l/ha) at the beginning of milky ripeness of grain. The study determined that Konka variety had a seed yield of 3.59 t/ha, which is 8.2% more than in Khersonska 99. The combined application of biopreparations Trichodermin and Gaupsin proved to be the most effective. Avatar had an advantage over other micronutrients under study and allowed gaining a 7.3-14.2% seed yield increase. Dispersion analysis confirms that microfertilizers take up the greatest proportion (58.2%) in the impact on the formation of winter wheat yield.
