Within the article, the content of concepts "method of studying" and "interactive studying" has been found out. Scientific investigations of occurrence of separate interactive methods of studying have been analyzed in both foreign and domestic didactics, as well as role of each method has been described in formation and establishment of lingual personality, including a foreign medical student. It has been mentioned, that method of studying of Ukrainian as a foreign language – is the way of realization of educational, developing and disciplinary aim of studying, that is directed into organization of efficient educational process, which main task is achievement of the desired result. Main interactive methods of studying of Ukrainian as a foreign language have been characterized at medical institution of higher education, namely: method of business-like game, method of brain-storm, method of educational discussions, method of training exercises, method of blended studying, case-method, thesaurus-method. It has been noticed that none of the mentioned methods are universal ones, that’s why only the complex of distinguished methods will promote achievement of the aim and tasks of educational process, in particular, mastering of Ukrainian language by foreign medical students. It has been emphasized, that selection of methods of studying of Ukrainian as a foreign language by medical students depends on chosen approaches and principles of studying of the discipline, specificity of theoretical and practical material, that must be assimilated by a foreign student during studying at institution of higher education, as well as on pedagogical mastery and experience of a teacher’s work, conditions of implementation of educational process, available informative-communicative means of studying, etc. The focus is on that presented methods of studying from the investigation are efficient only under condition of their integrated implementation into educational process, as each definite method is directed into formation of certain practical skills and abilities of a subject of studying, which are key components of professionally-communicative competency of a foreign student as a future highly-qualified and competitive specialist of medical branch.

The relevance of this article is caused by the construction development in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. These construction works should be performed considering ecological safety. The objective of this article is to elaborate methods of evaluation for sustainability of ecological construction projects, implemented in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. This process should be based on systematization of data on the essence of the projects in question, taking into consideration ecological, economic and social aspects of the notion “sustainability”. The paper defines such notions as “sustainability of results of ecological construction projects” and “ecological construction projects sustainability” and distinguishes between them. The article suggests methods of evaluation for sustainability of ecological construction projects, considering the need for prolongation of positive impact, when these projects are over.

The spectra of the degraded DNA of herring are studied using two methods of THz spectroscopy that employ a femtosecond laser and a frequency synthesizer based on a BWO and a high-Q cavity. An interpretation of the experimental results is presented.

Recently solid waste management problems show growing trend in the most of Russian cities. This trend proves the relevance of the research on project approach to development of eco-industrial parks focused on diminishing waste flows going to landfills and increasing recycling and reusing of secondary materials. The purpose of the paper is to systematize the ideas on the possibilities of using project management methods for amplification of eco-industrial parks in the cities of Russia. The research clarifies the term "eco-industrial park" and concepts of its application to Russian practice. Different parameters, including composition of the waste flows and types of final products, were used for developed classification of eco-industrial parks. Based on the study of the experience of eco-industrial parks functioning in the cities of Russia, the authors analyzed the prospective and limitations for implementation of project approach to the creation of effective waste management schemes in these parks. The results of the research are of practical importance for public authorities, existing and potential participants of eco-industrial parks, specialists in the field of waste management, researchers in the field of environmental science and economics.

Special climate conditions and out-of-date energy system at the urban territories of the Arctic zone of Russia reinforce the need for the development of a new concept for the implementation of energy efficient smart technologies at these territories. In this regard, the article is focused on identifying the prospects for the development of the energy sector of the urban territories of the Arctic zone of Russia with the involvement of smart technologies. Methods of the study include system analysis and modeling, which allow authors to consider the prospects of implementing energy efficient smart technologies in a comprehensive manner. Article suggests the interpretation of the concept of "energy efficient smart technologies" determines the priorities and introduces the models for the implementation of these technologies at the urban territories of the Arctic zone of Russia. The proposed concept and models were developed taking into account the modern information and communication infrastructure of the given territories. Particular attention was paid to the complex of characteristics influence the implementation of energy efficient smart technologies at the urban territories of the Arctic zone of Russia.

Knowledge of the biological effects induced by THz radiation can have a crucial impact in future developments in fields of medicine, biology or chemistry. The lack of THz radiation sources with sufficient power as well as the missing knowledge of the specifics of their use led to the fact that the impact of microwave radiation on different organisms, including microorganisms has not yet been investigated. The aim of our study was to assess the impact of broadband pulsed THz radiation in the frequency range of 0.05 to 1.2 THz on cell systems. Studies conducted in vitro.

Some features of the formation, expression and inheritance of basic genetic and androgen programs of the level of unusual estrogen-binding protein (UEBP) in mature female rat hepatocytes under experimental conditions were investigated. Liver regeneration after partial (2/3) hepatectomy of mature rats was used for generation of a new population of differentiated hepatocytes. The UEBP content was determined by radioligand technique in control liver and at 2, 4, 14 days of liver regeneration and related to the total DNA content as an indicator of cell proliferative activity. It was revealed that the basic genetic program of low UEBP level of hepatocytes of ovariectomized females was fully transferred to daughter cell during cell proliferation and characterized by a temporary elevation of its expression during initial steps of liver regeneration. It was shown that the androgen program of a high UEBP level was completely and stably formed after androgen action in hepatocytes of ovariectomized females and was fully transferred to daughter cells during hepatocyte proliferation. However experimentally formed androgen program of a high UEBP level in female hepatocytes was completely revealed only during early steps of liver regeneration (the 4th day), its expression was essentially declined after regeneration process was over.
