—Empirical comparative study of the modern global models of the Earth’s gravity field (EGF) in the form of geopotential spherical harmonics is carried out. The importance and topicality of this study is associated with the growing number of models and strengthening the requirements to the modeling results. The obtained comparative characteristics are based on the results of statistical processing of model quasi-geoid heights and gravity anomalies on global and regional scale (by the example of the Arctic region and territory of Russia). A large and diverse array of the examined models and the study method determine the novelty of the obtained results. Overall, 103 models have been studied, among which three are Russian and others are developed by foreign authors. The studied models include those with low-, medium-, high-, and super-high spatial resolution. The effect of convergence (nonparallelism) of meridians at the calculation points on the statistical characteristics of EGF models is estimated which, according to the obtained estimates, can be significant. It is shown that this effect can be taken into account by a modified approach that involves introducing the weighting factors. The discrepancies between models in different combinations are analyzed. Based on this analysis, the contribution of the new satellite geodetic data obtained with the use of satellite-to-satellite systems and satellite gradientometry is estimated. The importance of taking into account the intragroup, intergroup, and inter-regional differences between the studied models is shown.

В статті відзначається, що головною фінансовою категорією, яка надає можливість оцінити результативність та ефективність функціонування будь-якого підприємства є прибуток. Однак, з метою побудови ефективної системи управління прибутком на підприємстві необхідно сформувати на достатньо високому рівні інформаційно-аналітичну базу, яка дозволить швидко та своєчасно приймати управлінські рішення. З огляду на це, в роботі проаналізовано різноманітні погляди вчених-економістів, які досліджують питання щодо різноманітності та варіативності переліку показників, які доцільно застосовувати в процесі аналізу прибутку підприємств. Основну увагу в статті приділено аналізу показників, які надають змогу оцінити рівень рентабельності за різними напрямами і складовими. В статті автором запропоновано використати метод апріорного ранжування з метою формування переліку показників оцінювання прибутку підприємства, який буде застосовано у подальших дослідженнях.

Статтю присвячено обґрунтуванню концептуальних положень фінансового планування діяльності підприємств. Аналіз та систематизація теоретичних підходів до визначення сутності поняття дали змогу розглядати фінансове планування як сферу управлінської діяльності щодо розробки фінансових планів з метою підвищення ефективності фінансової діяльності підприємства та забезпечення його подальшого розвитку у майбутньому. Визначено основну мету та принципи фінансового планування на підприємстві. В статті узагальнено, що основнимипозитивними наслідками від імплементації фінансового планування єпідвищення: загального рівня управління підприємством; фінансової обґрунтованості схвалених рішень;чіткості побудови взаємовідносин між структурними підрозділами підприємств, інвестиційної привабливості та інші. Однак, сучасні умови господарювання значно ускладнюють процеси впровадження та реалізації фінансового планування на підприємствах.

В статті відзначається, що процес цифровізації охоплює всі сфери життєдіяльності суспільства. При цьому, розвиток цифрової економіки сприятиме як підвищенню конкурентоспроможності підприємств, так і потужному розвитку країни в цілому, враховуючи нові виклики та вимоги інформаційного суспільства. Визначено, що основними елементами системи фінансового менеджменту підприємства є: мета, функції, об’єкт, суб’єкт, принципи та фінансовий механізм, який включає в себе фінансові методи, важелі, інструменти та нормативно-правове, інформаційне, програмно-технічне і фінансове забезпечення. Застосування методики структурування елементів системи дозволило визначати характер взаємозв’язків між елементами системи фінансового менеджменту підприємств, завдяки побудові їх інформаційної структури. Визначено, що найбільш динамічною складовою системи фінансового менеджменту підприємства в умовах розвитку цифрової економіки має стати фінансовий механізм.

Moscow Research Institute of Eye Diseases named after Helmholtz Effective prevention of progressive myopia as a multifactorial ophthalmopathology requires a comprehensive approach, including various methods of targeted optical correction, functional stress and drug therapy. The review presents local and systemic drug support, improving the performance of the ciliary muscle and hemodynamics of the myopic eye, which have antioxidant and vasoconstrictor effects. The modern methods of targeted optical correction with the use of spectacles (with the creation of low-myopic defocus in the center and on the periphery of the retina), optical reflex methods, training exercises for ciliary muscle, various physical and hardware methods for affecting the motor and sensory components of the accommodation disorders of the myopic eye are described. The expediency of general physical activity, exercises and sports especially in the fresh air, but with the certain limitations associated with the individual state of the organ of vision, is shown. Modern approaches and the basic standards of complex treatment are reflected in the Federal recommendations «Clinical recommendation. Myopia «, available at http://avo-portal.ru. With the appointment of an adequate treatment complex, an individual approach is needed that takes into account the child’s health and the functional features of his organ of vision, which will stop the progression of myopia and prevent the development of irreversible pathological changes in the fundus of myopic genesis. An induction meter based on a Hall-effect transducer with in-phase signal suppression and thermostabilization circuits is described. It is powered by a 103-Hz ac line. The maximum relative error in temperature measurements from 0 to 70°C does not exceed 0.7 % for magnetic fields of 50–100 μT, 0.4% for 0.1–1 mT, and 0.1% for 1–625 mT. In the range of 50–500 μT, the error is determined by an in-phase signal. The contribution of the total temperature error is ≤0.01% per 50°C. Depending on the induction of the measured magnetic field, the resolution changes from 0.12 to 19 μT.

Prognostic value of acoustic density of sclera (ADS) is studied in development of peripheral vitreochorioretinal degenerations (PVCRD) in myopia. Children aged 8-10 years old with noncomplicated high and moderate myopia were divided into two groups after ADS measurement: 1 with ADSor = 39dB - unfavorable prognosis, 2 with ADS39dB - favorable prognosis. Follow-up during 10 years with examinations twice a year confirmed prognosis accuracy: in the 1st group PVCRD developed 2.5 times as often as in the 2nd group (64.6 and 25.6% respectively).

To study the magnitude of objective accommodative response (OAR) with account to the method of image defocusing. The latter can be realized by bringing the object nearer to the eye or by adding a minus lens in front of the viewer.We examined 63 patients (126 eyes) with different refraction aged from 7 to 31 years. All patients underwent a series of OAR measurements on WR-5100K Grand Seiko Binocular Open-Field Autorefkeratometer under different conditions, including negative spherical lenses of -3.0 D and -5.0 D, test optotypes corresponding to visual acuity of 0.2 and 0.7 and presented at a distance of 5 m, and a set of variably sized optotypes presented at a distance of 33 cm and 20 cm.A disparity was found between the magnitude of accommodative responses evoked through different means: placing a negative lens in front of the viewer while he/she looks into the distance or bringing the object closer to the eye. In almost all cases lens-induced responses were less pronounced than distance-induced. In all myopic children, accommodative lag was longer at near than at distance. Generally, in all groups, OAR to distant objects as well as responses to a 3.0 D accommodative task at near did not depend on the size of the object. There was an insignificant and statistically unreliable difference for objects placed 20 cm away (5.0 D accommodative task): OAR to a smaller font was stronger than that to a larger one.In children and adults with emmetropia, hyperopic children, and myopic adults, longer accommodative lags were characteristic of lens-induced responses. In children with myopia, longer lags were observed at near. Moreover, at near, OAR to a smaller font was stronger than that to a larger one.Цель - изучить величину объективного аккомодационного ответа (ОАО) в зависимости от способа расфокусировки изображения: приближением объекта или добавлением 'минусовых' линз при взгляде на удаленный объект. Материал и методы. Обследовано 63 пациента (126 глаз) с различной рефракцией в возрасте от 7 лет до 31 года (в среднем 21,2±0,3 года). Всем пациентам проведена серия измерений величины ОАО с помощью аппарата Grand Seiko Binocular Open Field Autorefkeratometer WR-5100K в разных условиях: с добавлением отрицательных сферических линз силой (–)3,0 и (–)5,0 дптр при фиксации оптотипов, соответствующих остроте зрения 0,2 и 0,7, на расстоянии 5 м и оптотипов разной величины на расстоянии 33 и 20 см. Результаты. Выявлено несоответствие величин аккомодационного ответа, вызванного разными способами: приставлением рассеивающих линз при взгляде вдаль и приближением объекта фиксации. Практически во всех случаях ленсиндуцированный ответ был ниже дистанционного. У детей с миопией отставание ОАО вблизи было выше, чем в зоне дальнего видения. В целом во всех рефракционных группах величина ОАО в зоне дальнего видения и при решении аккомодационной задачи в 3,0 дптр вблизи не зависела от размеров объекта фиксации. Незначительное, статистически недостоверное, различие выявлено для объектов на расстоянии 20 см (аккомодационная задача в 5,0 дптр): ОАО на мелкий шрифт был несколько выше, чем на крупный. Заключение. У детей и взрослых с эмметропией, детей с гиперметропией и взрослых с миопией отставание ленсиндуцированного ОАО превышает отставание дистантного ОАО. У детей с миопией большее отставание ОАО отмечено вблизи. ОАО на мелкий шрифт вблизи несколько выше, чем на крупный.

To improve scleroplasty efficacy in children at a high risk of postoperative progress of myopia the authors have developed a new surgical method involving increase of the transplant size and its preoperative treatment with a foamy composition intended for filling the body cavities. Experimental biomechanical and morphologic studies have demonstrated that such treatment improves the transplant elasticity and strength, provides its better adhesion and fixation to the sclera at the expense of excellent adhesive properties of the foamy composition, and intensifies revascularization and stabilization processes in the connective tissue. Such surgery was effectively performed in 46 patients.

Process kinetics were studied and the rate, order and activation energy of codimerization of ethylene with isoprene and isomerization of 3-methyl-1, 4-hexadiene to 3-methyl-1,3-hexadiene, calculated.

Keeping of irradiated cells at the temperature differing from the optimal one affects differently the stages of the cellular cycle and survival rate revealing the protection in G2 at 4 degrees C and increasing the number of cells with aberrations at the expense of interchromosome chromide translocations. Caffein decreased the survival rate of cells kept in suspension at 4 degrees C.

An effective prevention of primary cancer is not feasible unless programs of cancer control education intended for specific populations have been developed. The paper compares the questionnaire-based data on 3442 residents of Moscow and certain regions in the Central Asia and Northern Caucasus for 1964-1984. It was found that the standards of cancer control education are still low. Only 15-20% are prepared to receive treatment for chronic diseases to prevent cancer and only 34-55% see a point in occupational screenings for early cancer detection. 40.5% ignore regular screenings, two-thirds deliberately avoid them and 14% admit apprehension that cancer may be detected. A healthy way of life is considered effective in avoiding cancer by 33--48% only. The report discusses certain age- and occupation-related recommendations on education in prevention of malignant tumors, including measures aimed at promoting a healthy way of life and giving up alcohol and smoking.
