Coffee is the most consumed type of drink in the world. Each type of coffee has different physical characteristics from leaves, fruits to seeds. Now technology is needed in the world of agriculture in making decisions. To determine the type of coffee with fission characteristics, there are still many people who do not understand in distinguishing the physical characteristics of coffee plants. In this case, an application was developed using the RAD method by utilizing the flutter framework and the Convolutional Neural Network model that has been trained. The pre-train model used is NasNet Mobile with a dataset of 900 photos and 100 epochs with early-stopping utilization and heti at epoch 55 with an accuracy of 90.67%. In this study, implementing existing models into Android applications using the Flutter framework. With the implementation process carried out by the application can help the detection process using an android device. The implementation results get good test results with a score of 0.97. This application can help the process of identifying the type of coffee and minimize errors in identifying directly.

This research aims to obtain proof and analysis of the impact of organizational culture, competence and work motivation on teacher performance at AL Mubaarok Rembang Vocational School. The sampling technique applied was a saturated sample of 38 permanent teachers. The type of research is quantitative with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Research findings show that organizational culture and work motivation have a significant positive impact on teacher performance. On the other hand, competence has an insignificant positive impact on teacher performance. Based on the determination test, the resulting Adjusted R Square value is 0.626, which means that the variables of organizational culture, competency and work motivation can explain teacher performance by 62.6%, while the remaining 37.4% of teacher performance is explained by other variables outside the model.

The misuse of chemical weapons can have highly dangerous consequences for both humans and the surrounding environment. One of the deadliest chemical weapons is sarin, which can lead to death within minutes of exposure. To reduce the consequences of a chemical weapons disaster, effective contamination mitigation is required. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method, with a literature review study, to discuss contamination mitigation strategies that can be used to minimize the consequences of a chemical weapons disaster caused by the use of sarin. Some of these strategies include the use of protective clothing, gas masks, and environmental decontamination. In emergency situations, protective clothing and gas masks can help shield individuals from exposure to chemical weapons. Furthermore, timely environmental decontamination can aid in reducing contamination levels and the risk of exposure. In addition to contamination mitigation strategies, preventive efforts are also crucial in lessening the impact of a chemical weapons disaster involving sarin. Prevention efforts involve chemical weapon surveillance, training and education, as well as the development of better detection and protection technologies. By implementing the appropriate contamination mitigation strategies and effective prevention efforts, it is hoped that the consequences of a chemical weapons disaster involving sarin can be significantly reduced.

Abstract Background and aims In approximately 40% of patients with HER2‐negative/HR‐positive breast cancer tumors, the PIK3CA gene is mutated. Despite this, clinical outcomes vary between studies in this cohort. We aimed to ascertain the prevalence of PIK3CA mutations in patients with metastatic HR+/HER2– breast in Bulgaria, as well the evaluation and comparison of progression free survival (PFS) between wild‐type (WT) and mutation‐positive groups in the real‐world setting. Methods Three oncology centers in Bulgaria collected 250 tissue samples between 2016 and 2022 for this multicentric retrospective study. PIK3CA mutations were identified using Real‐Time qPCR. The median follow‐up period was 35 months. Results The mean age of the mutant cohort was 57.6 ± 11.6 years, compared to 56.5 ± 12.2 years for the WT cohort (p = .52). The percentage of patients with visceral metastasis was 58.8% (n = 147). Approximately 84.3% (n = 210) of the patients had reached postmenopause. 29.2% (n = 73) of the patients had PIK3CA mutations. The predominant mutation was present in exon 20, H1047R (46.5%). We found a significant correlation only between the presence of a mutation and the metastatic diseases at diagnosis (p = .002). As first‐line therapy, 67.1% of patients received endocrine therapy (ET) plus cyclin dependent kinase (CDK4/6) inhibitor, while the remainder received ET alone. The median PFS of patients in the group with the mutation was 32 months (95%, CI: 22–40) compared to 24 months in the WT cohort ((95%, CI: 21–36) (p = .45)); HR = 0.86 (95%, CI: 0.5–1.3) (p = .46). We corroborated our conclusion using propensity matching score analysis, (36 months [95% CI: 20–40] vs. 26 months [95% CI: 21–38], [p = .69]). Conclusions We found that the prevalence of PIK3CA mutations in our patients was comparable to what has been reported in other nations. Our results suggest that PIK3CA mutational status has no bearing to ET efficacy in first‐line setting.

Many researchers have studied public trust to assess a government policy. Trust is the key to synergizing or connecting the state, government, and society. It is an essential foundation for the state in implementing a policy. That prompted this study to research current policies on developing new capital cities (IKN) by relating them to the level of public trust. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive content analysis. The research object was seen from Twitter users in discussing policies regarding the development of a new capital city. Sources of data obtained from the overall results of discussions about IKN. The analysis tool relied on Nvivo 12 Plus. The findings indicated that the public trusted government policies to develop IKN. Positive trust was influenced by the idea of developing IKN, which was predicted to become an example of a world city; IKN could influence economic equality, promote well-being or prosperity, and other influential factors, such as Joko Widodo's leadership as President of Indonesia. Some factors influenced the decline in public trust, concerns about environmental damage and budget problems. It is considered that the urgency of public trust in policy issues related to IKN will affect the sustainability of the IKN development plan in the future.

Detak jatung dan saturasi oksigen dalam darah (SpO2) merupakan dua parameter utama yang diperlukan untuk mengetahui kondisi pasien yang sedang dirawat di ruang perawatan intensif (ICU, Intensive Care Unit) di rumah sakit. Kedua parameter tersebut tidak boleh lengah dari pemantauan karena bisa berakibat fatal bagi pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat aplikasi monitoring detak jantung dan saturasi oksigen dalam darah (SpO2) berbasis IoT yang dapat diakses secara daring dalam waktu nyata kapanpun dan di manapun. Sensor dipasang di ujung jari pasien. Proses pengamatan berupa perubahan sinyal analog yang diolah dengan aritmatik fast fourier transform sebagai pemrosesan sinyal digital. Proses akhir pengolahan menampilkan besaran nilai detak jantung dan saturasi oksigen dalam darah (SpO2) yang terukur. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba, penggunaan platform thingspeak dapat bekerja dengan baik. Parameter detak jantung dan saturasi oksigen dalam darah (SpO2) dapat diakses secara daring dalam waktu nyata kapanpun dan di manapun sehingga membantu para tenaga medis dalam memantau pasien di rumah sakit. Rata-rata kesalahan yang terjadi pada pengukuran detak jantung sebesar 0,53 % dan pada pengukuran saturasi oksigen dalam darah (SpO2) sebesar 0,61%.

Research conducted is a type of experimental research that has the following objectives: (1) to know the correlation between the learning achievement of students who use the discovery learning method and the conventional method in the applied math course , (2) to know the level of effectiveness of student outcomes using conventional and discovery learning methods, (3) to know the level of effectiveness of student of learning results by using the discovery learning method and conventional methods. The research conducted has a population of D3 Mechanical Engineering study program students in Semester 2 Academic Year 2022/2023 Harapan Bersama PolytechnicSamples taken using grade 2A and 2C randomly where the two gradees with the division of grade 2A is the experiment grade and grade 2C is the control grade. The series of processes in the research method consists of preliminary tests, namely validity, reliability, difficulty level, and question differentiation. After being given the learning treatment, then analyzed by statistical tests. The results of the analysis provide an overview the results that in an experimental grade with an average result of 78 and a control grade with average results. Result of 62, then a statistical test is obtained sedangkan from the analysis results, it can be concluded that students who get treatment with the discovery learning method get better learning outcomes than the class that does not. do not get discovery learning treatment.

In 2021, Indonesia will cooperate with the United Kingdom to develop the AH140 frigate through the Merah Putih Frigate, outlined in a Joint Operation Agreement. What is interesting is Babcock Marine's concern as the party cooperating with PT. PAL in subcontracting this project. In order to answer these concerns, a study is needed regarding the subcontractor system in Indonesia, which can be used as a contribution to building the independence of the Indonesian defense industry. The research method used in this study is a descriptive approach, a qualitative research type using library research methodology through credible books, journals, and news to be used for research studies. It can be concluded that the subcontractor system in defense industry projects has contributed to the government's efforts to build defense industry independence. However, subcontractors need more support in developing their capabilities

AbstractThe use of CNC milling machines in the manufacturing industry contributes significantly to producing according to the shape desired by the consumer. It is, however, possible to determine the product quality from the amount of surface roughness and optimal processing time. UHMWPE acetabular cup is a product component that requires excellent machinability and manufacturing quality. Taguchi and desirability function methods were used in this study to determine the optimal cutting parameter conditions and data response to produce acetabular cup products. The four parameters were applied to determine the significant effect on surface roughness response and processing time, while the experimental layout used was L934. The results showed the optimal machining parameters in the inner and outer acetabular cup product manufacturing process were able to produce an optimum Ra inner value of 0.881 µm and Tm. Inner of 1746.37 sec, Ra outer value of 0.928 µm, and Tm Outer of 942.21 sec.

Critical thinking skills are one of the skills that elementary school students must possess. SDIT Al-Khairiyah differs from other schools since it has applied critical thinking skills using the discovery learning model. For this reason, the researchers are interested in researching this school to learn more about applying the discovery learning model based on critical thinking skills. This study thus aims to examine (1) planning, (2) implementation, and (3) evaluation of the implementation of the discovery learning model based on critical thinking skills in the thematic learning of class VB SDIT Al-Khairiyah. The method used was qualitative research, and the data used in this study were obtained through interviews with several sources (principal, teachers, and students), non-participatory observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicated that (1) the teacher prepared lesson plans by considering the characteristics of students and class conditions according to the stages of the discovery learning model. Teaching materials were adapted from learning objectives and learning media used, and then students’ worksheets were adapted from student books. (2) The implementation of the discovery learning model included stimulus, problem identification, data collection, data processing, evidence, and conclusions. (3) Class VB students seemed to have critical thinking skills. The characteristics that appeared in students consisted of logical and analytical thinking, having perspectives, actively asking questions, and having curiosity. These results can be examples of good practices to develop critical thinking skills using appropriate methods in elementary schools

This current study aims to examine the role of social media marketing, brand awareness, value, and trust in local fashion brand loyalty. This study uses the affective-cognitive theory that stated to create an emotional response, a customer of a brand needs to evaluate the affective and cognitive stimuli provided by the brand. This current study focuses on investigating the effect of social media marketing and brand awareness (cognitive); trust and perceived value (affective) on loyalty. One hundred and fifty respondents from Indonesian local fashion brands have participated in the survey were recruited by using a purposive sampling technique. Structural Equation Modelling (AMOS 20) was used to analyze the data, through two steps: Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and hypothesis testing. The result of the CFA test confirmed that the indices were all acceptable. The results of the hypothesis testing show that social media marketing positively influenced customers’ perceived value, brand awareness, and brand trust while brand loyalty is influenced by the marketing activity that is done through social media, the degree of customers’ brand awareness, brand trust, and perceived value. Based on the result of this study, to make the customers loyal to the brand in the fashion industry, fashion-preneur must deliver the right social media marketing campaign.

INTRODUCTION: In East Africa, the estimated incidence of breast cancer is second only to cervical cancer. Supraclavicular irradiation post-modified mastectomy is crucial to breast cancer management, as it improves local control and overall survival. However, this is associated with adverse effects, including hypothyroidism (HT), which is usually under-reported. This study aim was to evaluate radiation-induced thyroid gland functional changes following treatment of supraclavicular lymph nodes in breast cancer patients. METHODS: This was a prospective descriptive study of patients with breast cancer from May 1, 2017, to May 30, 2018. Pre and post-treatment TSH, fT4, and fT3 values were compared using a Wilcoxon signed-rank test. RESULTS: A total of 42 patients were recruited for this study, with a mean age of 55.7 years (32- 71). The mean baseline TSH level was 2.90 (±6.37), with a normal range of 0.27-4.2 uIU/mL. The mean T4 and T3 level were 15.77 (±4.83), with normal ranges of 10.16-22 pmol/l for T4, and 3.46 (±6.22), with a normal range of 1.06-3.3 nmol/l for T3. A Wilcoxon signed-rank test indicated that there was a statistically significant increase in mean TSH levels over baseline when measured at three, six-, and nine-months post-treatment, with p-values of 0.0047, 0.0002, and

The numerous batik industries in Indonesia, including the province of East Java, are evidence of the fast-paced growth of batik in that country. Batik Businesses in East Java continue to perform poorly due to management issues that are numerous and interconnected. The resource-based theory emphasizes internal elements in elucidating business strategy through competitive advantage as a variable that influences the impact of human capital on the performance of Batik SMEs in East Java. The sampling strategy used in this research was proportional random sampling, with numbered samples drawn from 140 East Javan batik SMEs. A structural equation modeling (SEM) study demonstrates how human capital affects MSMEs' performance and competitive advantage. The link between human capital and the success of batik MSMEs in East Java can be mediated by competitive advantage. Based on the research findings, suggestions are put forward for science. The results of this research can enrich references and scientific repertoire related to Resource-Based Theory and can be implemented in MSMEs who want to get good performance by owning, mastering, and utilizing intangible assets through human capital. Batik SMEs in East Java need to improve leadership skills to be more cooperative with employees and partners and improve relations between employees, partners, and consumers, for further researchers can conduct a study of the business environment and network (networking) efforts to improve the performance of MSMEs.

Eucalyptus grandis still not much used, especially the leaves. Besides being used as an industrial material, Eucalyptus is also used as a medicinal plant to cure infectious diseases, fever and rheumatism as well as being an antiseptic and can be applied in the form of bath soap. The purpose of this study was to determine the best combination of liquid body soap with the addition of eucalyptus leaf extract with various concentrations. The research method used was a laboratory experiment using a completely randomized design (CRD) method with the addition of eucalyptus oil A = 1% (w/w), B = 2% (w/w), C = 3% (w/w), D = 4% (w/w) and E = 5% in total VCO 80 oil, 40% KOH = 35 g, glycerin = 60 g, propyleneglycol = 35 g, three times the repetition. The parameters observed were the physicochemical properties of soap based on SNI Liquid Bath Soap 06-4085-1996 including free alkali content, namely A = 0.072%, B = 0.052%, C = 0.078%, D = 0.090$, E-), 104% , pH value, A= 8.36, B= 8.78, C= 8.80, D= 8.85 and E=8.94, Specific Gravity A= 1.008, B= 1.018, C= 1.009, D= 1.190, E = 1.014.

This paper discusses the development of adobe flash multimedia-based interactive media in social science learning subjects, especially on the learning material of the employment types at grade IV. The research method used by the author is Research and Development (R&D), which consists of the stages of problem analysis, data collection, product design, product design validation, product revision, and product testing. To test the feasibility of this learning video, the validation test was applied by media and material experts. The product was tested with the research subject, which involved 20 fourth-grade students of SDN Bama 3. Based on the validation results regarding interactive learning media based on adobe flash multimedia the validation from media experts was categorized as "very feasible" with a percentage of 86%, percentage of material experts’ validation was 94%, which was in the "very feasible" category, and the percentage from respondents who were intended for students achieved 91.4%, which was in the “very decent” category. Thus, it can be concluded that interactive learning media based on adobe flash multimedia is "very feasible" to use in social science learning subjects on the learning material of employment types.

Kampung wisata Lawang Seketeng adalah salah satu kawasan wisata peninggalan sejarah yang terletak di kelurahan Peneleh, pusat Kota Surabaya. Kawasan ini adalah kawasan yang banyak menyimpan sejarah. Hal ini terlihat dari adanya bangunan-bangunan tua peninggalan kolonial yang masih dipertahankan bentuk aslinya. Salah satu cara pengabdian untuk mengembangkan pariwisata dan ekonomi kampung wisata seketeng yang berada di kelurahan Peneleh adalah melalui program Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik MBKM Desa Wisata dengan pembuatan sign system atau tanda jalan, pembuatan tanda jalan atau sign system berguna untuk memudahkan para wisatawan yang berkunjung untuk melihat bangunan peninggalan sejarah Kampung Wisata Lawang Seketeng, dalam tanda jalan atau sign system tersebut terdapat penunjuk arah untuk mengarahkan para wisatawan ke destinasi wisata yang ada di Kampung Lawang Seketeng, seperti Makam Mbah Pitono, Langgar Dukur Kayu, Sumur Majapahit, Kuliner Lawang Seketeng, Tera Kota. Dengan pembangunan infrastruktur berupa sign system atau tanda jalan diharapkan kunjungan di kampung wisata Lawang Seketeng lebih meningkat begitupun dengan perekonomian warga di sekitar Lawang Seketeng.

The antibacterial properties of nano-silver are well-known methods to combat microbes in many respects, and the coating process emphasized this phenomenon more to textile materials. With the advancement in promoting eco-friendly methods to synthesize silver, sweet Orange Peel extract was used to reduce Ag+ to Ag0. UV, XRD, SEM, EDX, and DLS were used to characterize and diagnose the formation of silver nanoparticles. The nanocrystallite size was measured using the Scherrer equation and the SEM images showed well-dispersed nanoparticles at pH levels 9 and 10. The treated cotton and flax fabrics were characterized by UV-vis, FTIR, SEM, and EDX to find the proper level of impregnation of silver nanoparticles onto the fabrics. The colorimetric results showed good distribution of coloronto both fabrics. They exhibited an increase in UV protection factor (UPF value raised from 5.47% to 12.95% for cotton and 3.36% to 4.11% for flax). The antibacterial efficacy was tested against Escherichia coli and the treated fabrics showed satisfactory resistance even after 10 consecutive washing cycles. The zone of inhibition was reported 15 mm and 14 mm (after 10 cycles) for cotton fabric and 14 mm and 10 mm (after 10 cycles) for flax fabric, respectively.

Ruang terbatas memerlukan penjagaan agar seseorang boleh masuk dengan syarat memakai masker, misalnya di kantor Bank, sekolah, tempat ibadah, ruang operasi di rumah sakit, dan lainnya. Di jaman modern ini petugas pengawas pemakaian masker dan buka tutup pintu dapat digantikan dengan sistem elektronik, sistem dapat bekerja secara otomatis 24 jam tanpa lelah. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang alat yang dapat mengontrol sistem buka tutup pintu ruang berdasarkan deteksi masker wajah secara otomatis. Proses deteksi masker memanfaat google teachable machine, model deteksi masker hasil pelatihan dari teachable machine kemudian diprogram dengan Android Studio untuk dapat dijalankan pada smartphone android. Berdasarkan pengujian sistem telah dapat bekerja dengan baik, pintu akan terbuka jika seseorang telah memakai masker dan sebaliknya, dibandingkan dengan penelitian sebelumnya, sistem ini lebih sederhana tidak diperlukan banyak pengkabelan sehingga mudah dipindah tempatkan.

Kecelakan lalu-lintas di jalan raya sering sekali terjadi. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah faktor kelelahan pengamudi sehingga konsentrasi mengemudinya akan menurun. Kondisi kelelahan pada pengemudi terjadi karena menurunnya kadar oksigen yang ada dalam darah (SpO2). Aplikasi untuk memonitor tingkat kelelahan pengemudi ini dilakukan dengan cara memasang sensor detak jantung dan saturasi oksigen dalam darah (SpO2) pada pergelangan tangan pengemudi. Hasil pengukuran ditampilkan pada layar OLED yang berisi kondisi detak jantung, saturasi oksigen (SpO2) dan tingkat kelelahannya. Jika tingkat kelelahan berada pada level tinggi maka akan ada peringatan. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba yang telah dilakukan, rata-rata kesalahan pengukuran detak jantung sebesar 1,08% dan saturasi oksigen dalam darah (SpO2) sebesar 0,81%.

Vocational High Schools are the biggest contributor to unemployment in the area, many supporting factors such as the unstable state of the company. Basically that's not all, the teaching process at the Vocational School is at the forefront of increasing unemployment rates for SMK graduates. From the results of community service activities the following conclusions with the existence of community service activities at SMK Ma'arif Nu Talaang, Tegal Regency, it provides knowledge, understanding and innovation of efficient power transfer system equipment in accordance with Operational Procedures for Safety Procedures. Speed up the work when practicing lifting a car to change tires in the subjects of the power transfer system competency with the SOP equipment so as to make students competent in their performance practices

Vocational High School is the biggest contributor to unemployment in the area, many supporting factors such as the unstable condition of the company. Basically, that is not all, the teaching process for these Vocational Schools is at the forefront of the increase in the unemployment rate of SMK graduates. From the results of community service activities, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) With the community service at Adiwerna District 1 Vocational High School, giving at Adiwerna Nu 1 Vocational School in Tegal Regency, providing knowledge, understanding, and innovation on efficient engine stand overhauls according to operational standards procedure; (2) Speeding up the work when the engine stand overhaul practices in competency subjects overhaul the engine with the SOP tool so as to make students competent in their performance practices.

Globally, soil temperature to 1 m depth is predicted to be up to 4 ∘C warmer by the end of this century, with pronounced effects expected in temperate forest regions. Increased soil temperatures will potentially increase the release of carbon dioxide (CO2) from temperate forest soils, resulting in important positive feedback on climate change. Dark CO2 fixation by microbes can recycle some of the released soil CO2, and CO2 fixation rates are reported to increase under higher temperatures. However, research on the influence of temperature on dark CO2 fixation rates, particularly in comparison to the temperature sensitivity of respiration in soils of temperate forest regions, is missing. To determine the temperature sensitivity (Q10) of dark CO2 fixation and respiration rates, we investigated soil profiles to 1 m depth from beech (deciduous) and spruce (coniferous) forest plots of the Hummelshain forest, Germany. We used 13C-CO2 labelling and incubations of soils at 4 and 14 ∘C to determine CO2 fixation and net soil respiration rates and derived the Q10 values for both processes with depth. The average Q10 for dark CO2 fixation rates normalized to soil dry weight was 2.07 for beech and spruce profiles, and this was lower than the measured average Q10 of net soil respiration rates with ∼2.98. Assuming these Q10 values, we extrapolated that net soil respiration might increase 1.16 times more than CO2 fixation under a projected 4 ∘C warming. In the beech soil, a proportionally larger fraction of the label CO2 was fixed into soil organic carbon than into microbial biomass compared to the spruce soil. This suggests a primarily higher rate of microbial residue formation (i.e. turnover as necromass or release of extracellular products). Despite a similar abundance of the total bacterial community in the beech and spruce soils, the beech soil also had a lower abundance of autotrophs, implying a higher proportion of heterotrophs when compared to the spruce soil; hence this might partly explain the higher rate of microbial residue formation in the beech soil. Furthermore, higher temperatures in general lead to higher microbial residues formed in both soils. Our findings suggest that in temperate forest soils, CO2 fixation might be less responsive to future warming than net soil respiration and could likely recycle less CO2 respired from temperate forest soils in the future than it does now.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui kelayakan, mendapatkan nilai dari para ahli, serta respon peserta didik dari media yang peneliti coba kembangkan, yaitu Monopoli SETAPARULA (Senjata, Tari, Pakaian, Rumah, Lagu) dengan tema Indahnya Keragaman di Negeriku. Penelitian dilakukan di SDN Panunggangan 1 dengan subjek penelitian kelas IV dan 10 peserta didik untuk diuji coba terbatas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada metode penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) ialah dari Borg dan Gall yang dimodifikasi dari Sugiyono, hal tersebut terdiri dari 6 tahapan yaitu: tahap analisis masalah, tahap pengumpulan data, tahap pengembangan desain produk, tahap validasi desain produk, tahap uji perbaikan (revisi) desain produk, dan tahap uji coba produk. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar angket untuk validasi ahli dan respon peserta didik. Hasil uji validasi oleh para ahli (ahli media, ahli materi, ahli bahasa, dan ahli pendidikan) terhadap kualitas media monopoli yang dikembangkan termasuk dalam kriteria layak dengan presentase penilaian sebesar 78,21%. Hasil uji coba terbatas pada peserta didik terhadap media monopoli mendapatkan kriteria sangat layak dengan presentase penilaian sebesar 100%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media monopoli yang dikembangkan sangat layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS).

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pengembangan media majalah pintar edukatif, bagaimana kelayakan media majalah pintar edukatif dan bagaimana respon peserta didik menggunakan majalah pintar edukatif pada peserta didik kelas IV MI Al-Khairiyah Pipitan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan research and development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 3D (Theree-D) yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan, tahap penetapan (define), tahap perangcangan (design) dan tahap pengembangan (Development). Untuk menguji kelayakan media pembelajaran ini, dilakukan uji coba validasi ahli. Validasi ahli dilakukan oleh validasi instrumen, ahli media, ahli materi dan bahasa dengan subjek penelitian yaitu 20 peserta didik kelas IV MI Al-Khairiyah. Dari data yang diperoleh, media majalah pintar edukatif ini mendapatkan rata-rata skor validasi ahli sebesar 92% sehingga mendapat kategori “sangat layak” dan mendapat rata-rata skor sebesar 90% dari respon siswa dan masuk dalam kategori “sangat layak”. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran majalah pintar edukatif ini layak digunakan.

In this study, the application of the computer-aided reverse engineering system (CARE) to the novel design and manufacture of a comfortable insole for a clubfoot patient is presented. The Taguchi method (TM) and response surface methodology (RMS) were used to predict the machining time of the orthotic boot insole during both computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) simulation and computer numerical control (CNC) machining. Taguchi’s experimental design, presented as a matrix orthogonal array L2736, was acquired for controlling parameters, namely tool path strategy (A), spindle speed (B), step-down (C), step-over of the cutter (D), cutter diameter (E), and dimensional tolerance (F) of the insole size. In this method, the model generated by the RMS method evaluates the six parameters influencing the machining time. The objective of this study is to develop a regression model that demonstrates the relationship between the cutting parameters and insole machining time. The optimal parameters are A1B1C3D2E1F2, where A1 denotes raster finishing, B1 denotes a spindle speed of 10,000 rpm, C3 denotes a step-down of 850 mm, D2 denotes a step-over of 0.25 mm, E1 denotes a cutter diameter of 20–35 mm, and F2 deontes a tolerance of 0.75 mm. The experimental and calculated machining time (tm) results were 236 and 125.4 min, respectively. However, the real machining results were 334 and 152.25 min with error values of 46.86% and 54.42%, respectively. Meanwhile, with the tm RMS method, the simulated and calculated machining time results were 189.22 and 236.35 min, whereas the real tm values were 236.52 and 334.86 min with error values of 19.94% and 29.37%, respectively. This research obtains improvements of 19.82% (simulation time) and 29.19% (real-time).

The aims of this study is to improving problem-solving skills by combining the Model of Eliciting Activities (MEA) with Learning Model on the level of student independence. The technique used for sampling is cluster random sampling, namely by selecting two experimental classes and two control classes take one experimental class and one control class. Sample are students in grade 2A and 2B in Academic Year 2021/2022 with eigen-values material from Mechanical Engineering Study Program. In this study takes variables, namely problem-solving ability as a result with parameters i.e. with or without Model of Eliciting Activities (MEA). Data collection in unison with documentation, questionnaires, and test methods. And data processing using a two-way ANAVA 2 in unison with a 2x2 factorial design interaction as well as a determinant test using a benpheroni test. Based on the research, provide an understanding that students will gain learning in unison with the MEA get high problem-solving abilities than students Where students who get treatment with learning is carried out conventionally, and students who have a high level of comfort have high problem-solving ability results abilities compared to students who have a fairly low level of independence, so they have an influence on self-reliance and learning methods on students' problem solving Capabilities. Thus, students who have high comfort and get learning with the Eliciting Activities Model have a higher problem-solving ability compared to other types of learning interactions in this study.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan proses belajar mengajar yang memanfaatkan tablet android sebagai media pembelajaran dan mendeskripsikan dampak dari proses pemanfaatan tablet android sebagai media pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pada pembelajaran online ini tablet android berperan sebagai media pembelajaran. Proses pembelajaran dimulai dengan melakukan sapaan, absensi, materi, tugas dan penutup. Umumnya runtutan pelaksanaan pembelajaran sama seperti biasanya, namun dilakukan secara online dengan media tablet android ini dan aplikasi penunjang lain di dalamnya seperti whatsapp dan youtube. Penyampaian materi dilakukan dengan bervariasi seperti melalui video pembelajaran, pesan suara dan pesan teks. Memanfaatkan tablet android dalam proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran ini berdampak pada peningkatakan keterampilan siswa dalam memanfaatkan tablet android untuk belajar. Walaupun belum dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa selama belajar di rumah.

The milling process on a computer numerical control (CNC) machine is a crucial operation in the development of the modern manufacturing industry. Milling is the operation of peeling workpieces on machine tools that are often used in the manufacturing industry. The quality of the machining result is generally based on the surface roughness (Ra). The two main factors that have a significant effect on Ra are the cutting conditions and the irregularity of the machining process. A good surface quality is necessary to determine the optimal machining parameter settings for the resulting Ra to be truly low and as optimal as possible. Engineers can obtain this condition through a fair and correct optimisation technique. Optimisation techniques can be used to obtain the best results under certain scenarios. A statistical method approach such as the design of experiment by combining the Taguchi method and the response surface methodology (RSM) is an efficient method of obtaining optimal responses.An orthogonal array L18 2 × 34 was used in this study to select the optimal cutting parameters to manufacture an insole using a CNC milling machine. The Taguchi method was used to obtain a combination of cutting parameters, while the RSM was used as an optimisation technique to obtain the optimal Ra value through the formation of a second-order regression model.The research results indicate that the optimal cutting parameter conditions in the insole manufacturing process in a CNC milling machine with OA L18 2 × 34 are the spindle speed 12,500 rpm, step over 0.15 mm, feed rate 850 mm/min, and the Raster 90 toolpath strategy using the material type X. The optimal conditions were determined to obtain an Ra value of 5.328 μm.

The management of type 1 diabetes requires strong diet, physical activity, lifelong insulin therapy, and proper self-monitoring of blood glucose and is usually complicated and, therefore may result in a psychosocial problem for the whole family. Metabolic control of the disease is determined by glycated haemoglobin (HbA1c), the main criterion for diabetes compensation. It is assumed that anxiety and depression symptoms negatively affect glycemic control. A correlation was observed between anxiety and depression level and glycaemic control, as well as a three-way interaction among HbA1c, frequency of blood glucose monitoring, and diabetes-related stress (Buchberger et al., 2016). Parental psychological distress was associated with higher child self-report of stress and depressive symptoms, and it had negative effects on diabetes management. Objectives To evaluate the relationship between parental depression and anxiety and metabolic control of their adolescents with T1DM. Methods The cross-sectional study recruited adolescents with T1D (N=251) and their parents (N=251). The 7-item Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD-7) scale measured anxiety level. The Patient Health Questionnaire – 9 (PHQ-9) detected depressive symptoms. Glycaemic control of patients was assessed using the last glycated haemoglobin (HbA1c) values. GLM mediation analysis was performed to determine the potential mediating effect of parent’ mental health depression and anxiety on the relationship between depression and anxiety of child on the level of HbA1c. Results 502 respondents were eligible for screening. Mediation analysis was performed to assess the mediating role of parent GAD-7 on the linkage between HbA1c and child GAD-7 and child PHQ-9. the results relevated that the total effect of child GAD-7 on HbA1c was significant but the total effect of child PHQ-9 was not significant. With the inclusion of the mediating variable (parent GAD-7) (Figure 1), the impact of child GAD-7 and child PHQ-9 was founding insignificant (p ≥ 0.05) but the indirect effect of child GAD-7 and child PHQ-9 on HbA1c though parent GAD-7 was found significant (p ≤ 0,01) (Table 1). Background Congenital heart disease (CHD) is associated with high morbidity and mortality, especially among those with undernutrition. Evaluating risk factors associated with undernutrition is important to improve clinical outcomes. We aimed to evaluate the outcome and factors associated with undernutrition among children with CHD. Material and methods A prospective cohort study was conducted among children with CHD at Dr. Sardjito Hospital, Yogyakarta, Indonesia during February 2016 to June 2018. Clinical and demographic data were collected at the time of diagnosis. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to identify independent factors associated with undernutrition using odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence interval (CI). Significance was set as pResults We recruited 1,149 children with CHD, of those, 563 (49%) were underweight, 549 (47.8%) were stunting, and 361 (31.4%) were wasting. In the multivariate analysis, cyanotic CHD, delayed diagnosis, congestive heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, syndrome, young maternal age, history of low birth weight, and being first child were independently associated with undernutrition. Underweight and stunting were significantly associated with increased mortality with OR of 3.54 (95% CI: 1.62–7.74), pConclusions About half of the children with CHD were categorized with undernutrition. An increased risk of undernutrition was associated with cyanotic CHD, delayed diagnosis, congestive heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, syndrome, low birth weight, and being first child. Underweight and stunting were significantly associated with increased risk of death.

Analysis of earnings management is carried out to achieve profit targets applied in financial statements management. This study analyzes the difference between earnings management in the consumer goods industry sector, Islamic and conventional stocks. Data is on financial statements and annual reports of manufacturing companies on IDX in 2016-2019 as many as 19 sharia and 10 non-sharia issuers. This research uses analysis of the independent samples test of earnings management, current tax burden, firm size, managerial ownership, and leverage both Islamic and Conventional stocks. The results show a significant difference in several variables in earnings management between two markets, i.e., Islamic and Conventional Stocks, which are current tax burden, managerial ownership, and leverage in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry in Indonesia in the period of 2016-2019

This paper aims to explain the role of radical Islamic organizations in the era of globalization. The case study taken in this research is Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI). As a transnational organization, Hizb ut-Tahrir grew and crossed national boundaries, including arriving in Indonesia and playing an essential role in shaping public opinion in Indonesia. This study uses qualitative research methods to collect data through online observation, which is described by content analysis. The findings of this study are Hizb ut-Tahrir Indonesia is part of the players of globalization. This is evidenced by the organization's involvement in 50 countries and five continents globally supported by their global media. In Indonesia, although the Government disbanded it in 2017, Hizb ut-Tahrir's activities are still strengthened and maintained through globalization instruments such as the internet. HTI then carried out virtual guerrilla activities to keep the idea of a caliphate grounded.

The automotive industry's impact on development and improvement, reliability and lifetime, of components is significant. Automotive market encourages small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to enter this market, which is for SMEs a challenge to meet specified product quality. In this study, running-in wear analysis of transmission gears is conducted, which is rarely discussed in literature. Based on this study, one can make rec-ommendations to SMEs to improve their product. Examination tests between an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) gear and SMEs gear product have been made. Results showed that mass and chemical compo-sition are same. A clear difference between SMEs and OEM gear was seen from surface roughness and material hardness tests. SMEs gear exhibits a failure mechanism, and OEM gear does not indicate any failure indica-tion during running-in period.

The interpretation of the rule of law is basically needed to realize the objectives of the law, namely justice, expediency, and legal certainty. Understanding the strange metal behavior, characterized by linear-in-temperature resistivity, could shed light on the mechanism of unconventional superconductivity. Here, by using electrical resistivity measurements into the micro-Kelvin regime, the authors report evidence of unconventional superconductivity in the strange metal YbRh2Si2 and propose a possible pairing mechanism.

Introduction Despite pharmacological advances in the treatment of schizophrenia, significant number of patients are still treatment-resistant. Clozapine is recommended as first-line treatment for treatment-resistant schizophrenia (TRS) in guidelines. Despite the greater efficacy of clozapine over other antipsychotics in the management of TRS, a significant number of patients fail to attain adequate response or develop adverse effects, and more interventions are needed. Objectives To describe a clinical case of treatment-resistant schizophrenia patient with prominent negative symptoms treated with combination of clozapine, cariprazine and fluoxetine, and to review the literature. Methods Clinical case presentation through review of the clinical file and non-systematic review on PubMed and ResearchGate. Results A 41 year old female patient presented to inpatient clinic with low mood, occasional commanding and commenting verbal hallucinations, occasional suicidal thoughts, blunted affect, anhedonia, asociality, she was apathetic, lacked motivation to get up from bed, had night’s sleep disturbance. Patient was diagnosed with Schizophrenia in 2009, she has been hospitalized in Psychiatric wards for 16 times. She has received treatment with combinations of several antipsychotic drugs and antidepressants, had side-effects and have not reached full remission. During treatment with clozapine (up to 175mg per day) in combination with cariprazine (up to 4.5mg per day) and fluoxetine (up to 20mg per day), gradually negative symptoms decreased, patient became more active, showed interest in daily and rehabilitation activities, night’s sleep improved. Conclusions Patient with treatment-resistant schizophrenia benefited from combination of clozapine, cariprazine and fluoxetine. Further research is necessary on treatment combination strategies for TRS. Disclosure No significant relationships.

Setiap kegiatan praktek kerja industry memiliki penilaian yang tidak semuanya sesuai dengan realita. Salah satu penilaian yang bisa dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah terkait kegiatan praktik mandiri dilapangan terhadap perusahaan tidak semuanya bisa dilakukan sesuai dengan harapan. Namun demikian, usaha untuk terus memberikan kualitas praktek kerja industry PKL harus dilakukan dengan memaksimalkan minimal kesalahan dalam menentukan tempat PKL. Banyaknya siswa yang harus ditempatkan pada perusahaan untuk melaksanakan praktek kerja industry mengakibatkan sulitnya menentukan perusahaan yang memiliki relevansi tinggi terhadap kegiatan dan juga jurusan praktek siswa. Alhasil ada sebagian dari siswa yang memiliki kompetensi baik namun ditempatkan pada perusahaan yang sama sekali kurang relevan sesuai dengan standar kegiatan PKL. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan monitoring dalam mengevaluasi relevansi pada perusahaan yang digunakan untuk penempatan praktek kerja industry dengan mengambil objek kelayakan kriteria pada perusahaan terpilih dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting, sehingga kedepannya diharapkan

Soil moisture is key for understanding soil–plant–atmosphere interactions. We provide a soil moisture pattern recognition framework to increase the spatial resolution and fill gaps of the ESA-CCI (European Space Agency Climate Change Initiative v4.5) soil moisture dataset, which contains > 40 years of satellite soil moisture global grids with a spatial resolution of ∼ 27 km. We use terrain parameters coupled with bioclimatic and soil type information to predict finer-grained (i.e., downscaled) satellite soil moisture. We assess the impact of terrain parameters on the prediction accuracy by cross-validating downscaled soil moisture with and without the support of bioclimatic and soil type information. The outcome is a dataset of gap-free global mean annual soil moisture predictions and associated prediction variances for 28 years (1991–2018) across 15 km grids. We use independent in situ records from the International Soil Moisture Network (ISMN, 987 stations) and in situ precipitation records (171 additional stations) only for evaluating the new dataset. Cross-validated correlation between observed and predicted soil moisture values varies from r= 0.69 to r= 0.87 with root mean squared errors (RMSEs, m3 m−3) around 0.03 and 0.04. Our soil moisture predictions improve (a) the correlation with the ISMN (when compared with the original ESA-CCI dataset) from r= 0.30 (RMSE = 0.09, unbiased RMSE (ubRMSE) = 0.37) to r= 0.66 (RMSE = 0.05, ubRMSE = 0.18) and (b) the correlation with local precipitation records across boreal (from r= < 0.3 up to r= 0.49) or tropical areas (from r= < 0.3 to r= 0.46) which are currently poorly represented in the ISMN. Temporal trends show a decline of global annual soil moisture using (a) data from the ISMN (-1.5[-1.8,-1.24] %), (b) associated locations from the original ESA-CCI dataset (-0.87[-1.54,-0.17] %), (c) associated locations from predictions based on terrain parameters (-0.85[-1.01,-0.49] %), and (d) associated locations from predictions including bioclimatic and soil type information (-0.68[-0.91,-0.45] %). We provide a new soil moisture dataset that has no gaps and higher granularity together with validation methods and a modeling approach that can be applied worldwide (Guevara et al., 2020, https://doi.org/10.4211/hs.9f981ae4e68b4f529cdd7a5c9013e27e).
