We report a case of a 43-year-old patient with a monochorionic triamniotic triplet pregnancy after IVF with donor oocytes. After failed IVF attempts, the patient chose to undergo treatment with donor oocytes. Her 22-year-old oocyte donor underwent standard controlled ovarian hyperstimulation. The retrieved oocytes were fertilized in vitro, and one embryo was transferred at the blastocyst stage. At 6 weeks and 5 days of gestation, an ultrasound revealed monochorionic triamniotic (MCTA) triplets. The risk of monozygotic twinning in women undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) is reported to be higher than that in natural conception, although the causes of the phenomenon have not yet been clarified. Efforts still must be made in order to prevent monozygotic multiple pregnancies, associated with much greater chances of obstetric and perinatal morbidity and mortality.

The Italian roe deer is classified as “vulnerable” in the International Union for Conservation of Nature Red List of Threatened Species, as the few specimens of this endemism may have a high risk of extinction. Conservation efforts for the Italian roe deer cannot prescind from the study of the feeding habits of the taxon. Therefore, in the present study, the spring diet composition of the Italian roe deer from two protected areas was estimated by using the micro-histological technique of faecal analysis. Univariate measures of alpha and beta diversity were computed to assess spatial differences in diet composition between the sites. A total of 79 different species of plants were identified, with few species (mainly woody plants) comprising over a quarter of the diet. The most consumed species were Rubia peregrina, Quercus suber and Osyris alba in Site 1, and Q. cerris, Carpinus betulus and Crataegus monogyna in Site 2. Alpha diversity analysis showed that diet composition was quite rich and diverse in both sites, with nearly all the shared species eaten to an equal extent. Moreover, the values of alpha diversity indices were not significantly different between the sites. The degree of dietary overlap ranged from “low” to “high”, as most of the identified plants were unshared, whereas the consumption of some shared plants differed between the sites. In conclusion, our results showed that that this subspecies of Capreolus is capable of exhibiting both a generalist and an opportunistic behaviour in relation of food resource availability.

Within few hours after parturition lambs develop a strong and selective relationship with their mothers (Poindron and Le Neindre, 1980). In order to increase the amount of milk available for transformation, lambs often are prematurely separated from the ewes, thus inducing an early disruption of the mother-young relationship. A number of authors demonstrated that the lack of the maternal bond can inhibit the welfare state of the lambs (Sevi et al., 2001) and reduced animal welfare can have detrimental effects on meat quality in many animals species (Gregory, 1998) as well as in sheep (Napolitano et al., 2002a). A possible recover from conditions of poor animal welfare may be attained through the administration of gentle contacts by humans (Boivin et al., 2000) which may supply an additional social bond with members of a different animal species. The present study aims to verify the effect of artificial rearing on lamb welfare and meat quality, and assess the possibility to increase both by means of gentling.

In traditional sheep production systems, lambs are suckled by their mothers and then gradually weaned at 35 days of age. However, the increased size of intensive dairy sheep flocks to obtain greater amounts of ovine milk for cheese making, is promoting the diffusion of artificial rearing programs involving early separation of lambs from their mothers. Maternal deprivation soon after birth can have detrimental effects on lamb immune functions, and lead to altered cortisol secretion and behavioural responses to isolation (Napolitano et al., 1995). Human-animal interactions have been documented to play a role in sustaining the welfare and production of domestic animals (Hemsworth, 2003). In addition, gentled animals are less difficult to be handled and less susceptible to the stress induced by management practices involving human contacts (Lensink et al., 2000). The aim of the present trial was to investigate the effects of gently handling newborn lambs on their behavioural, immune and endocrine responses, and on their growth rate when mothered or artificially reared.

This community service focuses on equipping assisted subjects with knowledge about the use of PVC pipe waste in the environment. This service program is an actualization of the collaboration that has existed between Yudharta University Pasuruan and Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Arifin Kraton Pasuruan. This mentoring program uses a service learning approach through three stages including the preparation, service, and reflection stages. The impact of this change in service includes students being able to understand various types of waste and their impact on the environment, being able to make handicrafts using used plastic pipe waste materials, and being able to understand marketing strategies for handicraft products by utilizing existing facilities in the surrounding environment. This service activity is expected to be a pioneer of collaboration between institutions, especially in increasing the creativity and independence of students in various schools in the Pasuruan Regency.

This study was aimed to determining a fitted forecasting method for the forecasting of crude palm oil prices at international and domestic market as well as fresh fruit bunch prices at collecting merchant and farmer level in Bengkulu Province market by considering three models, namely, double exponential smoothing, autoregressive integrated moving average, and classical decomposition. The data used were monthly data of crude palm oil prices at domestic and world markets from January 2012 – October 2016 and January 2012 – April 2017, while the fresh fruit bunch data at collecting merchant and farmers in Bengkulu Province were also monthly data from 2007 – 2014. The result showedthat the most accurate method was ARIMA for all prices at all market levels. This decision was based on all criteria used to determine the best model including MAPE, MAD, and MSD.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola pendidikan di Rumah Inklusif Kembaran, dasar untuk pendidikan inklusif di sana dan tantangan dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan inklusif di sana. Segmentasi lembaga pendidikan berdasarkan perbedaan agama, etnis, dan bahkan perbedaan kemampuan baik secara fisik maupun mental yang dimiliki oleh siswa masih terjadi di Indonesia, ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan di Indonesia belum mengakomodasi keragaman. Temuan pendidikan yang dilakukan di Rumah Inklusif adalah pendidikan pembebasan yang menempatkan anak-anak luar biasa atau anak-anak dengan kebutuhan khusus untuk belajar bersama dengan anak-anak normal dalam satu kelas di rumah joglo dekat dengan tempat mereka tinggal. Yang dimaksud dengan pembebasan adalah bahwa siswa diberi kebebasan untuk menentukan menu pendidikan mereka sendiri. Tantangan penerapan pendidikan inklusif di rumah inklusif Kembaran Kebumen adalah kurangnya pemahaman publik tentang kondisi anak-anak penyandang cacat. Dalam proses pendidikan, rumah inklusif terbatas dalam hal fasilitas, dan ada kekurangan staf sukarela untuk membantu anak-anak cacat. Hal ni terbukti dengan banyaknya fasilitas publik, terutama di Kebumen, yang tidak ramah bagi penyandang cacat. Kelahiran rumah inklusif di Kebumen adalah bentuk perlawanan terhadap kurangnya perhatian pemerintah dalam menangani anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus di Kebumen. Pemerintah belum melakukan apa-apa, tepatnya untuk mengecualikan anak-anak penyandang cacat di sekolah-sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB). Ini membuat siswa apalagi orang tua merasa minder. Segmentation of educational institutions based on differences in religion, ethnicity, and even differences in abilities both physically and mentally possessed by students still occur in Indonesia, this indicates that education in Indonesia has not accommodated diversity.Findings of inclusive education carried out in Inclusive Houses is a liberation education that places exceptional children or children with special needs to study together with normal children in one class at a joglo house close to where they live. What is meant by liberation is that students are given the freedom to determine their own education menu. The challenge of implementing inclusive education in Kembaran Kebumen inclusive homes is the lack of public understanding the conditions of children with disabilities. In the process education, inclusive homes are limited in terms of facilities, and there is a lack of volunteer staff to assist disabled children. This hall is proven by the many public facilities, especially in Kebumen, which are not friendly to the disabled. The birth of an inclusive house in Kebumen is a form of resistance to the lack of government attention in dealing with children with special needs in Kebumen. The government has not done anything, precisely to exclude children with disabilities in Extraordinary schools. This makes students more than parents feel less. Spectrum scarcity forces mobile network operators (MNOs) providing mobile broadband services to develop new business models that address spectrum sharing. It engages MNOs into coopetitive relationship with incumbents. Licensed Shared Access (LSA) concept complements traditional licensing and helps MNOs to access new spectrum bands on a shared basis. This paper discusses spectrum sharing with LSA from business perspective. It describes how coopetition and business model are linked conceptually, and identifies the influence of coopetition on future business models in LSA. We develop business models for dominant and challenger MNOs in traditional licensing and future with LSA. The results indicate that coopetition and business model concepts are linked via value co-creation and value co-capture. LSA offers different business opportunities to dominant and challenger MNOs. Offering, value proposition, customer segments and differentiation in business models become critical in mobile broadband.

The purposesof this study were to analyze the profit planning in the production of SIR 20 and determine the level of business risk from profit targets at PTPN VII (Persero) Unit Padang Pelawi. The secondary data were obtained from company started from January 2014 to December 2015. The results showed that the profit planning with the application of the analysis of CVP (Cost-Volume-Profit) for 2015 have not been effective and efficient or in the other words, PTPN VII (Persero) Padang Pelawi Unit had failed to achieve the profit target as planned. This activitiy has purposes to give a training about farming management, especially technical aspect and financial recording for coffee farming business. The target of this program is coffee farmers. The location is taken place in Baru Manis Village, Bermani Ulu Subdistrict, Rejang Lebong District, Bengkulu Province. The method used in this activity is extension approach method and combination with small group discussion and practice. The result show that farmers face many problem about their farming system. Their coffee has been attacted by some diseases that they never known before. After taken this activity they know that their plant are not always being attacted by pest, but some signs show that it is fungi or root disease. Furthermore, in financial aspect, they never take notes about how much money they have spent for their farming because they do not know how to write it in a good way. After taking this program, they learn how to record cost, price, and their return from their coffee. It can be said that this activity is needed and success. This research is the integration of the market of “Telur Ayam Ras” in the Bengkulu Province. The analized district that are the City of Bengkulu, South Bengkulu District, North Bengkulu District, and Rejang Lebong District. The purpose of this research was to analyze the price developments and analyze spatial market integration of “telur ayam ras”. The data used is secondary data which is data price of “Telur Ayam Ras” in Bengkulu Province per month and taken during the past 10 years, starting in 2004 untill 2013. The analyze was performed by descriptive for price developments and to analyze spatial market integration is using Eviews 6 applications. Results of the research showed that the price development in the four districts fluctuates due to the influence of demand and supply, while integration of spatial market of eggs in the Bengkulu Province has already well integrated and there are two pairs of districts that interplay in the formation of prices, those are Bengkulu City with Rejang Lebong and South Bengkulu with North Bengkulu.

This research aims to forecast supply of raw material and sales and then to analyze the price of SIR 20 for 1 next year with a best method. Accuracy method of divination used MAD, MSE, MAPE. Analyze quantitative used time series, eksponential smoothing and Arima the development of raw materials, price of raw materials inside and outide of companies, the price of SIR 20 and selling of SIR 20 through increasing.

This research is to examine the volatility of rupiah exhange rate and investigate influenced factors to export supply and domestic price of Indonesian Coffee. Double log model of export supply as proposed by Cerra dan Saxena (2003) and of domestic price are used in this study. Using three monthly data of 1990:1 to 2005:4, the result shows that export supply of Indonesian coffee is significantly and positively inflenced by International coffee price and previous export, and negatively influenced by exchange rate instability while domestic price is not. Domestic price is influenced positively by international coffee price, is not by exchange rate instability.

Actinomycetes are bacteria known to constitute a large part of the rhizosphere microbiota. Their isolation is an important step for screening of new bioactive compounds. Culturable actinomycetes populations from cajuput plant rhizosphere soils in Wanagama I Forest UGM Yogyakarta were collected to study about their antifungal activity. Among 17 of a total 43 isolates that showed activity were screened for producing antifungi substances. Screening for antifungal activity of isolates were performed with dual culture bioassay in vitro. One isolate that was designated as Streptomyces sp.GMR-22 was the strongest against all tested fungi and appeared promising for a sources of antifungal. Culture’s supernatant and mycelia were extracted with chloroform, ethyl acetate and methanol, respectively. Antifungal activity of crude extracts was tested by diffusion method against tested fungi. The result indicates that isolates of actinomycetes from cajuput plant rhizosphere could be an interesting sources of antifungal bioactive substances.

Relationship among lobster marketing agents could determine partnership pattern, but how the relationship was build and run, its need depth explanation. The research was aims to synthesize partnership pattern, rights and obligations among agents under lobster marketing at Bengkulu Municipal. The Partnership pattern was explained descriptively through non-contractual, equipment and capital achieved. The research was employed at North Bengkulu Districts at three villages (Pasar Pedati, Pasar Ketahun and Pasar Seblat). They were biggest lobster supplier to the UD. Edi Koto. Respondents were fisherman under an unit fishing boat (32 unit) and 12 traders. The results showed that partnership pattern among agents were KOA and Dagang Umum where was KOA more dominant than dagang umum and its profitable.

Actinomycetes have been the most prolific producer of various kinds of antifungal metabolites, and many of them are described as being produced by polyketide synthetases (pks). We present strain of Actinomycetes producing anticandida isolated from rhizosphere plant for amplification of Pks-I genes. The isolate was obtained from Wanagama I Forest UGM Yogyakarta. Gene of seven isolates, from total of 173 isolates, were amplified using degenerate primer to detect the presence of pks genes. One strain that is named Streptomyces sp. GMR-22 was partialy identified as anticandida producing actinomycete. The strain shown the strongest activity against Candida albicans. Based on bioautography assay, one spot active with Rf 0.57 was appeared as bright yellow by cerrium sulphate but it was and not visible on UV254 and 366 lights. Processing coffee industries at Bengkulu city face with finacial, production technology and market information burdens,generally. Its later affect to the industrys’ economic scale Commonly, the processoris stil in decreasing return to scale,where the optimalitation on production factors usage could lead the processor to optimal capacity of production.

This research aim to estimate the amount marketable surplus of rice in Bengkulu City at one season plant March - June 2007; to identify factors influencing marketed supply of rice and to estimate availability of rice in Bengkulu City. Data collected were primary and secondary data. This research location determined using cluster sampling method with respondent of 89 persons selected using simple random sampli. The data analysis were used involving descriptive and multiple regression analysis estimated using ordinary least square method. The result show that : 1) percent marketable surplus of rice in Bengkulu City is 57,58%, the ret is 42,62%; 2) Factors influencing marketed supply of rice in Bengkulu City are : Rice price, cultivation index, and status of paddy farm.

An indole alkaloid with aspidospemane structure possessing a potential antiplasmodial activity, vincadifformine, has been isolated from Aspidosperma pyrifolium Mart. Moreover, 10 derivatives were prepared from the vincadifformine. The study was conducted to evaluate the in vitro antiplasmodial and cytotoxic activity of the vincadifformine and their semisynthetic derivatives. The in vitro antiplasmodial activity was evaluated on Plasmodium falciparum chloroquine-resistant (FcM ) and –sensitive (Nigerian) strains after 24-h and 72-h incubation, 29 while cytotoxic activity was estimated on Hela cells and Cytotoxicity Index (CI = IC on HeLa cells/IC on FcM strain) 50 50 29 was calculated to evaluate the safety of tested compounds. Experiment results showed that two compounds (4 and 8) exhibited good antiplasmodial activities in comparison with parent compound, vincadifformine and other tested compounds with IC ranging from 5.3 to 12.8 μM on FcM strain and 11.4 to 24.0 μM on Nigerian strain. In addition, 50 29 the CI of two compounds were also lower after 24-h incubation (CI, 2.0 and 4.8) than that of after 72-h incubation (CI, 9.5 and 11.5). Further study will be conducted to evaluate quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) in order to design new antimalarial drugs. Development of small-scale coconut sugar industry take into account as national sector in economic region development planning has to comparative and competitive advantages.eEspecially, expectation to gill contribution enough to prosperity improvement. Using The Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM) approaches, thl study was aimed to measure the comparative advantage and the impact government's policies in development on coconut sugar in Banyumas. Its expected to contribution to development of smail-scalE industry specially coconut-sugar industry at Banyumas regency. The results showed that small-scale coconu: industries had having positive profits both private and social and had comparative and compettitiv~ advantages. While impact of government policy to the small-scale industry rise in toim of price of input and output. Impact on input and output price respectively indicated that producer (tappers) didn't take input subsidy and experienced disincentive in coconut sugar production. It could be concluded that the government policy didnot fully supported development of small-scale coconut sugar industry, its marked by lowest privat value-added than social value-added which could be taken by actors (tappers). This research aims to explores level of success, constraints and benefits of BRDP on rural poor community. Qualitative methods which were based on prepare data or information as parts of flexible methods was used. The results showed that BRDPs implemetation has runned well. These was indicated by indicated the readiness and completed, range from province to village levels as well in infrastructure and institutional and beneficiaries. The success of implemented on village level instutitonal was supported by UPKD as leader on productive economic activities .These have UPKDs completed administration equipments, and the service product had competitive advantages comparing to others service product. The continuity of the activities post project could be well quarantee since these problems both normative and outcome real aspects were minimized. This induces improving on net working systems among UPKD, completing the financial-budget systems based on norms, and optimalities of Financial Assistant roles in village.

Background: In this study, we examined and compared ex vivo mechanical properties of aortic walls in patients with bicuspid (BAV) and tricuspid (TAV) aortic valve aortopathy to investigate if the anatomical peculiarities in the BAV group are related to an increased frailty of the aortic wall and, therefore, if a different surgical cutoff point for ascending aortic replacement could be reasonable in such patients., Methods: Ultimate stress tests were performed on fresh aortic wall specimens harvested during elective aortic surgery in BAV (n. 33) and TAV (n. 77) patients. Three mechanical parameters were evaluated at the failure point, under both longitudinal and circumferential forces: the peak strain (Pstr), peak stress (PS), and maximum elastic modulus (EM). The relationships between the three mechanical parameters and preoperative characteristics were evaluated, with a special focus on evaluating potential risk factors for severely impaired mechanical properties, cumulatively and comparatively (BAV vs. TAV groups)., Results: The patient populations were inhomogeneous, as BAV patients reached surgical indication, according to the maximum aortic dilatation, at a younger age (58 ± 15 vs. 64 ± 13; p = 0.0294). The extent of the maximum aortic dilatation was, conversely, similar in the two groups (52 ± 4 vs. 54 ± 7; p = 0.2331), as well as the incidences of different phenotypes of aortic dilatation (with the ascending aorta phenotype being the most frequent in 81% and 66% of the BAV and TAV patients, respectively ( p = 0.1134). Cumulatively, the mechanical properties of the aortic wall were influenced mainly by the orientation of the force applied, as both PS and EM were impaired under longitudinal stress. An age of >66 and a maximum dilatation of >52 mm were shown to predict severe Pstr reduction in the overall population. Comparative analysis revealed a trend of increased mechanical properties in the BAV group, regardless of the position, the force orientation, and the phenotype of the aortic dilatation., Conclusions: BAV aortopathy is not correlated with impaired mechanical properties of the aortic wall as such. Different surgical cutoff points for BAV aortopathy, therefore, seem to be unjustified. An age of >66 and a maximum aortic dilatation of >52 mm, however, seem to significantly influence the mechanical properties of the aortic wall in both groups. These findings, therefore, could suggest the need for more accurate monitoring and evaluation in such conditions.
