Currently, research on rapid excavation technology mainly focuses on the influencing factors and equipment optimization of rapid excavation. There is relatively little research on the joint optimization of roadway empty roof distance, support parameters, and construction technology. In order to solve the above problem, the study focuses on the return air roadway of the 1309 working face in the No.2 of Tianshuibao Coal Mine in Huanxian County, Gansu Province. The study investigates the optimization methods of coal roadway support parameters and equipment technology. The study analyzes the time features of each process of roadway excavation. It is found that excavation, permanent support, and temporary support take the most time, accounting for 25.3%, 49.9%, and 6.2% respectively. Focusing on the three most time-consuming processes as the optimization direction, a mechanical model of the roof in the goaf area of the excavation face is constructed. The theoretical maximum empty roof distance of the excavation face is obtained to be 2.32 meters. Considering the influence of equipment, geology, technology and other factors on site, the empty roof distance is determined to be 2.0 meters. Based on the distribution features of stress, deformation, and plastic zone in the surrounding rock of the roadway under different support schemes, combined with the efficient excavation requirements of the roadway, the optimal spacing between anchor rods is determined to be 800 mm × 1000 mm. Based on the actual geological conditions of the roadway, the excavation equipment, temporary support technology, and construction technology are optimized and matched. The on-site test results show that after optimization, the maximum daily footage has been increased from 8 meters to 10 meters, and the roadway excavation speed has been increased by 25%. The deformation of the surrounding rock in the roadway is basically in a stable state, with a maximum deformation of 226 mm. The optimization plan not only ensures the safety and stability of the roadway, but also significantly improves the excavation speed of the roadway.

Objective To explore the effect of PRKCH on CD8+T cell function and its role in predicting the efficacy of melanoma immunotherapy. Methods Kaplan-Meier survival analysis was used to evaluate the correlation between PRKCH and overall survival (OS) in melanoma immunotherapy cohorts and The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) data. Single-cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) data were employed to analyze the cellular expression of PRKCH. Protein-protein interaction (PPI) networks and gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) were applied to analyze the mechanism of PRKCH-induced anti-tumor immune responses. After retroviral overexpression and knockdown of PRKCH, the function of mouse CD8+T cells was examined. The anti-tumor effect of PRKCH overexpressed OT-1 CD8+T cells was assessed using B16-OVA mouse melanoma model. Results A positive correlation was observed between PRKCH expression and OS in the melanoma ICI cohorts and SKCM data in TCGA. scRNA-seq data indicated that PRKCH was expressed in T cells. PPI, GSEA and scRNA-seq data showed that PRKCH may induce more cytotoxic and memory T cells. PRKCH overexpression and knockdown enhanced and decreased CD8+T cell proliferation and IFN-γ and Granzyme B expression, respectively. Additionally, PRKCH overexpression enhanced the tumor inhibition of OT-1 CD8+T cells. Conclusion PRKCH enhances the anti-tumor effect of CD8+T cells, and can be used to predict the efficacy of immunotherapy in melanoma.

[Objective] Pressure regulation systems, serving as one of the vital links between long-distance pipelines and urban gas pipeline networks, play a significant role in the successful implementation of the “Hydrogen Society” Program. However, the contrasting physical properties of hydrogen and natural gas impose challenges to the effectiveness of process control in pressure regulation. [Methods] This study employed a combined approach involving decompression and pressure regulation experiments conducted on pure hydrogen and hydrogen-enriched compressed natural gas(HCNG), along with dynamic simulations of pressure regulation. By establishing a foundation for assessing the pressure stabilization effect of the decompression and pressure regulation system, considering factors such as pressure stabilization accuracy, response time, and fitness function, a sensitivity analysis was performed to investigate the influence of various parameters, including hydrogen blending ratios, flow fluctuation cycles, downstream flow change ranges, pipeline transmission pressures, as well as proportional, integral, and derivative parameters(PID). [Results] The following results were obtained:(1) With more frequent disturbances, gas flow rates increased, leading to larger system fluctuation ranges. Consequently, achieving pressure stabilization became more challenging for the decompression and pressure regulation system. This finding highlighted the importance of restraining the movement of pure hydrogen and HCNG at high flow rates in transmission pipelines.(2) The flow rate of the pressure regulation system carried sinusoidal fluctuations. Setting the pressure stabilization accuracy at ±1.5% and the proportional and integral parameters within the range of 1 to 2, the decompression and pressure regulation experiments showed that the decompression and pressure regulation of pure hydrogen and HCNG could be substantially achieved within the required pressure range of urban gas pipelines.(3) Pure hydrogen exhibited greater instantaneous fluctuations compared to natural gas when flowing through pipelines at identical rates of transmission.As a consequence, the response time and adaptability function of the control system gradually increased with higher hydrogen blending ratios. Moreover, the instantaneous pressure fluctuation of pure hydrogen reached 1.15 times that of pure methane, resulting in a response time and adaptability function of the control system that increased to 1.13 and 2.68 times those of pure methane, respectively. Under the same proportional and integral parameters, it was more challenging to maintain the pressure stabilization for the hydrogen-containing gas. Hence, decreasing the integral parameter or increasing the proportional parameter proportionally to the hydrogen blending ratio is recommended, to attain the same or even better pressure stabilization effect as observed in natural gas scenarios. [Conclusion] The research findings provide theoretical insights to guide the pressure regulation practices of pipelines carrying pure hydrogen and HCNG.

Due to the depletion of fossil energy and environmental pollution, renewable clean energy has been paid more and more attention. This paper researches a multi-objective wind-solar-hydro-thermal scheduling model (MOSWS), whose objectives are to minimize the economic cost and minimize the environmental pollution caused by thermal power generation. The region search evolutionary algorithm (RSEA) with constraint handling method is proposed to solve the constrained multi-objective problems and applied to MOSWS model. From the experimental results, we find that RSEA with constraint handling is able to solve the constrained multi-problems and outperforms MODE-ACM in terms of both convergence and diversity. The RSEA is also applied to hydro-thermal system. The results show that wind-solar-hydro-thermal system can not only increase economic benefits, but also reduce the impact of thermal power generation on the atmospheric environment.

We report a synthetic strategy to link titanium-oxo (Ti-oxo) clusters into metal-organic framework (MOF) glasses with high porosity though the carboxylate linkage. A new series of MOF glasses was synthesized by evaporation of solution containing Ti-oxo clusters Ti16 O16 (OEt)32 , linkers, and m-cresol. The formation of carboxylate linkages between the Ti-oxo clusters and the carboxylate linkers was confirmed by Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy. The structural integrity of the Ti-oxo clusters within the glasses was evidenced by both X-ray absorption near edge structure (XANES) and 17 O magic-angle spinning (MAS) NMR. After ligand exchange and activation, the fumarate-linked MOF glass, termed Ti-Fum, showed a N2 Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) surface areas of 923 m2  g-1 , nearly three times as high as the phenolate-linked MOF glass with the highest BET surface area prior to this report.

Cognitive abilities, executive functions (EFs) and patterning, and simple measures of early literacy and mathematics were measured for 275 kindergartners during the second and third month of formal schooling. An exploratory factor analysis revealed four factors. The first was a literacy factor, to which a number series scale made a small contribution. The second was primarily a mathematics scale, but also reflected early literacy. The ability to recognize patterns, working memory, and inhibition also contributed to this factor. A third factor involved cognitive flexibility, patterning, and literacy. Finally, there was a factor that essentially involved phonics. These results indicate that two EFs and patterning are related to early mathematics at the beginning of kindergarten when children have experienced little formal schooling. In addition, very early in kindergarten, there is a general achievement factor that does not reflect any of the cognitive abilities tested here.

This project tested the effects of adding instruction of trios of children in patterning, mathematics, early literacy, or social studies to ongoing instruction in kindergartens. Children were randomly assigned to trios which were randomly assigned to one of four kinds of instruction. A quarter of the trios received patterning instruction with a mixture of repeating and growing patterns. Another quarter of the trios were taught number recognition, number order, counting, comparing quantities and related early mathematics. Another quarter were taught letter recognition and sounds, simple words, and other subject matter in early literacy. The remaining quarter of the trios were taught social studies, including recognition of important figures in history and important city and federal services. The children taught patterning outscored the others on a test of patterning, but there were no other significant differences. Implications for patterning instruction as a support for early mathematics or literacy were discussed.
