Based on literature review it was established that the use of augmented reality as an innovative technology of student training occurs in following directions: 3D image rendering; recognition and marking of real objects; interaction of a virtual object with a person in real time. The main advantages of using AR and VR in the educational process are highlighted: clarity, ability to simulate processes and phenomena, integration of educational disciplines, building an open education system, increasing motivation for learning, etc. It has been found that in the field of physical process modelling the Proteus Physics Laboratory is a popular example of augmented reality. Using the Proteus environment allows to visualize the functioning of the functional nodes of the computing system at the micro level. This is especially important for programming systems with limited resources, such as microcontrollers in the process of training future IT professionals. Experiment took place at Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University and Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A. S. Makarenko with students majoring in Computer Science (field of knowledge is Secondary Education (Informatics)). It was found that computer modelling has a positive effect on mastering the basics of microelectronics. The ways of further scientific researches for grounding, development and experimental verification of forms, methods and augmented reality, and can be used in the professional training of future IT specialists are outlined in the article., На основі огляду літератури було встановлено, що використання доповненої реальності як інноваційної технології навчання студентів відбувається у таких напрямках: 3D-рендерінг зображень; розпізнавання та маркування реальних об'єктів; взаємодія віртуального об’єкта з людиною в режимі реального часу. Висвітлено основні переваги використання АР та ВР у навчальному процесі: чіткість, вміння моделювати процеси та явища, інтеграція навчальних дисциплін, побудова відкритої системи освіти, підвищення мотивації до навчання тощо. Виявлено, що в цій галузі фізичного моделювання процесів лабораторія фізики протея є популярним прикладом доповненої реальності. Використання середовища Proteus дозволяє візуалізувати функціонування функціональних вузлів обчислювальної системи на мікрорівні. Це особливо важливо для систем програмування з обмеженими ресурсами, наприклад мікроконтролерів у процесі підготовки майбутніх ІТ-фахівців. Експеримент відбувся у Київському університеті імені Бориса Грінченка та Сумському державному педагогічному університеті імені А. С. Макаренка зі студентами спеціальності "Інформатика" (сфера знань - середня освіта (інформатика)). Було встановлено, що комп'ютерне моделювання позитивно впливає на оволодіння основами мікроелектроніки. У статті окреслено шляхи подальших наукових досліджень щодо обґрунтування, розробки та експериментальної перевірки форм, методів та доповненої реальності, які можуть бути використані у професійній підготовці майбутніх ІТ-фахівців.

The article is devoted to the substantiation of approaches to the effective use of advantages and minimization of disadvantages and losses of e‑learning as a mean of forming mathematical competence of students in the conditions of research-oriented educational process. As a result of the ascertaining experiment, e-learning has certain disadvantages besides its obvious advantages (adaptability, possibility of individualization, absence of geographical barriers, ensuring social equality, unlimited number of listeners, etc.). However, the nature of these drawbacks lies not as much in the plane of opportunity itself as in the ability to use them effectively. On the example of the e-learning course (ELC) “Mathematical Analysis” (Calculus) of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, which is developed on the basis of the Moodle platform, didactic and methodical approaches to content preparation and organization of activities in the ELC in mathematics are offered. Given the specifics of mathematics as a discipline, the possibility of using ELCs to support the traditional learning process with full-time learning is revealed, introducing a partially mixed (combined) model. It is emphasized that effective formation of mathematical competence of students by means of e-learning is possible only in the conditions of research-oriented educational environment with active and concerned participation of students and partnership interaction. The prospect of further research in the analysis of e-learning opportunities for the formation of students’ mathematical competence, in particular, research and investigation tools, and the development of recommendations for the advanced training programs of teachers of mathematical disciplines of universities are outlined.

This article demonstrates that mathematics in the system of higher education has outgrown the status of the general education subject and should become an integral part of the professional training of future bachelors, including economists, on the basis of intersubject connection with special subjects. Such aspects as the importance of improving the scientific and methodological support of mathematical training of students by means of digital technologies are revealed. It is specified that in order to implement the task of qualified training of students learning econometrics and economic and mathematical modeling, it is necessary to use digital technologies in two directions: for the organization of electronic educational space and in the process of solving applied problems at the junction of the branches of economics and mathematics. The advantages of using e-learning courses in the educational process are presented (such as providing individualization of the educational process in accordance with the needs, characteristics and capabilities of students; improving the quality and efficiency of the educational process; ensuring systematic monitoring of the educational quality). The unified structures of “Econometrics”, “Economic and mathematical modeling” based on the Moodle platform are the following ones. The article presents the results of the pedagogical experiment on the attitude of students to the use of e-learning course (ELC) in the educational process of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University and Alfred Nobel University (Dnipro city). As a result of literature analysis the expediency of free access of bachelors majoring in Computer Sciences and Information Technologies to modern information educational resources, in particular, e-learning courses in the process of studying mathematical disciplines is substantiated. It was established that the e-learning course is a complex of teaching materials and educational services created for the organization of individual and group training using information and communication technologies. Based on the outlined possibilities of applying the e-learning course, as well as its didactic functions, the structure of the certified e-learning course “Analytic Geometry” based on the Moodle platform was developed and described. Features of application of cloud-oriented resources are considered: Desmos, Geogebra, Wolfram|Alpha, Sage in the study of the discipline “Analytic Geometry”. The results of the pedagogical experiment on the basis of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University and A. S. Makarenko Sumy State Pedagogical University are presented. The experiment was conducted to verify the effectiveness of the implementation of the e-learning course “Analytic Geometry”. Using the Pearson criterion it is proved that there are significant differences in the level of mathematical preparation of experimental and control group of students. The prospect of further scientific research is outlined through the effectiveness of the use of e-learning courses for the improvement of additional professional competences of students majoring in Computer Sciences and Information Technologies (specialization “Programming”, “Internet of Things”)., В результаті аналізу літератури обґрунтовано доцільність вільного доступу бакалаврів з комп'ютерних наук та інформаційних технологій до сучасних інформаційно-освітніх ресурсів, зокрема до курсів електронного навчання в процесі вивчення математичних дисциплін. Встановлено, що курс електронного навчання являє собою комплекс навчальних матеріалів та освітніх послуг, створених для організації індивідуального та групового навчання з використанням інформаційних і комунікаційних технологій. На основі викладених можливостей застосування курсу електронного навчання, а також його дидактичних функцій була розроблена і описана структура сертифікованого курсу електронного навчання «Аналітична геометрія» на основі платформи Moodle. Розглянуто особливості застосування хмарно-орієнтованих ресурсів: Desmos, Geogebra, Wolfram|Alpha, Sage при вивченні дисципліни «Аналітична геометрія». Представлені результати педагогічного експерименту на базі Київського університету ім. Бориса Грінченка та Сумського державного педагогічного університету ім. А. С. Макаренка. Експеримент проводився з метою перевірки ефективності впровадження курсу електронного навчання «Аналітична геометрія». З використанням критерію Пірсона доведено, що є істотні відмінності в рівні математичної підготовки експериментальної і контрольної групи студентів. Перспектива подальших наукових досліджень намічається через ефективність використання курсів електронного навчання для підвищення додаткових професійних компетенцій студентів, що спеціалізуються в області комп'ютерних наук та інформаційних технологій (спеціалізація «Програмування», «Інтернет вещей»).

Мета дослідження. Обґрунтування принципів і методів розробки стратегії розвитку туристсько-рекреаційних зон. Методологія. Вирішення поставлених у статті завдань здійснено за допомогою загальнонаукових методів дослідження, а саме: аналізу, систематизації та узагальнення. Методологічною і теоретичною основою дослідження є положення економічної теорії, теорії управління, системного і соціологічного аналізу, ідеї та положення, викладені у державних нормативно-правових документах України з проблем розвитку туристичної галузі. Результати. Сформована концепція туристичної політики регіону та умови стратегічного розвитку туристсько-рекреаційного комплексу регіону за системного і сценарного підходу. Досліджено проблеми реалізації Програми розвитку туризму 2020 і визначено можливості туристично-рекреаційних комплексів Черкащини. Визначено заходи зі створення сприятливого інвестиційного клімату розвитку рекреаційних комплексів Черкаської області. Розроблена схема реалізації механізму інвестування рекреаційних проектів в регіоні, яка повинна включати пріоритетні програми дій, заходи щодо вдосконалення управління, а також ефективні механізми фінансування напрямків розвитку регіону відповідно до обраної стратегії. Практичне значення. Запропонований підхід допоможе створювати в регіонах економічні і фінансові умови для залучення інвестицій, зближення банківського і промислового секторів економіки, зниження ризиків кредитування виробників товарів і послуг. Substantiation of principles and methods of development of strategy of development of tourist and recreational zones. Methodology. The tasks of the article are solved by means of the general scientific methods of research, namely: analysis, systematization and generalization. The methodological and theoretical basis of the research are the provisions of economic theory, management theory, systematic and sociological analysis, ideas and provisions set forth in the state regulatory documents of Ukraine on the problems of tourism industry development. Results. The problems related to the development of the principles of state management of the regional tourist and recreational complex and the formation of mechanisms for the development of the tourism industry, taking into account the strategy of regional development and the state as a whole, are investigated. The problems of implementation in the Cherkasy region of the Tourism Development Program 2020 are investigated and it is determined that the work of the tourism development sector has a number of specific directions in the policy and management of the tourist complex of the region, which have started to be implemented, in particular: information support for tourists and investors; monitoring of tourist flows; promotion of Cherkassy region's potential at regional and international exhibitions; attraction and advertising of investment opportunities of the tourist and recreational complexes of Cherkasy region. The analysis and the scheme of realization of the mechanism of investment of recreational projects in the region have been carried out. The implementation of the strategy should include priority action programs, management improvement measures, as well as effective mechanisms for financing the directions of the region's TRC development in accordance with the chosen strategy.
