Tuberculous aneurysm is a rare but lethal disease. It preferentially affects the aorta. The contamination occurs either secondarily to a tuberculosis site in contact with the aorta or by blood contamination. It presents an increased and unpredictable risk of rupture, hence the interest of urgent diagnostic and therapeutic management. His treatment was long based on surgery, but currently the endovascular approach is increasingly used. The treatment, whatever its type, will always be associated with a medical treatment for tuberculosis. The techniques of derivation of the high urinary tract are indispensable in common practice for the management of ureteral obstructions. Like any surgical gesture, its techniques are not without complications; Among those common are hematuria, urinary incontinence, migration in the bladder and rupture of the probe. However, intracardiac probe migration has rarely been described. We report the case of a 68-year-old patient treated for cervical cancer who benefited from the rise of a bilateral single-J probe, admitted for accidental migration of the left probe into the heart. The diagnosis was made by plain abdominal X-ray and confirmed by thoraco-abdominal CT angiography. Blunt trauma rarely causes renal pedicle dissection. Clinical signs are minimal and inconsistently reported. The diagnosis is based on computed tomographic angiography; arteriography is still useful when revascularization is considered. We report here a case of traumatic dissection with thrombosis of a juxta-aortic renal pedicle monitored in the intensive care unit. False aneurysms of the extracranial vertebral artery (FAVA) are rare because of the path of the artery at the level of the transverse holes. They can be secondary to penetrating cervical trauma, spontaneous in the course of an angiopathy such as Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, or iatrogenic. We report the case of a 31-year-old woman who presented a syndrome of Claude Bernard-Horner related to a spontaneous FAVA. The angioscanner confirmed the diagnosis and the patient underwent successful surgical treatment of the false aneurysm with ligature of the vertebral artery. The antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-associated vasculitis mainly affect small vessels. They are an exceptional etiology of visceral artery aneurysms, which are themselves unusual and potentially serious vascular disease. Angioplasty stenting of popliteal artery lesions is a common procedure in endovascular surgery. Stent fractures in popliteal artery maybe asymptomatic or cause restenosis, false-aneurysm or acute thrombosis. We report one case of acute limb ischemia occurred after a popliteal stent fracture placed four months earlier. The patient underwent an angioplasty stenting, completed with thrombolysis and thrombectomy. We report the case of a 28-year-old man who presented in emergency for recurrent drop-attacks. Ultrasound imaging and angio computed tomography revealed a left cervical tumor, and the patient underwent surgery. The diagnosis of cystic lymphangioma was done on the anatomic characteristics of the surgical specimen and the results of the histological study. Pseudoaneurysms remain a rare complication of knee and leg trauma. They may go unnoticed and manifest late after the initial trauma; they are often associated with arteriovenous fistula. No standard treatment is recognized. We report a case of post-traumatic pseudoaneurysm of the inferior articular artery of the knee, treated by coil embolization and a case of post-traumatic pseudoaneurysm of the anterior tibial artery associated with an arteriovenous fistula, treated with coil embolization and decompression surgery. We report the rare observation of a 58-year-old patient presenting 2 degenerative aneurysms of the superficial femoral arteries, with a rupture of the right aneurysm, treated by covered stents, with a satisfying midterm follow-up. Vascular involvement in Behçet's disease is rare, but may be inaugural in many cases. We report a case of Behçet's disease revealed by two pre-rupture aneurysms - a subrenal abdominal aortic aneurysm and a femoral aneurysm. This patient had only one of the International Study Group for Behçet's disease diagnostic criteria: pseudofolliculitis. We report the case of a 20-year-old male who was operated for a large ruptured aneurysm of the right common carotid artery, revealing a Behcet's disease. The aneurysm was excised and the right common carotid artery was repaired with a polytetrafluoroethylene prosthesis. We report one case of atherosclerotic aneurysm of the proximal portion of the left subclavian artery fortuitously discovered and successfully treated by endovascular stent graft. Background: Idiopathic thoracic aortic mural thrombi are rare. They can be responsible for dramatic systemic embolization. Early treatment is imperative because of their high morbidity and mortality rate., Case Presentation: A 55-year-old previously healthy Moroccan male came in an array of acute right lower limbs pain and abdominal sensibility. Severe systemic embolism involving the lower extremities, spleen, kidney, and digestive tract, due to an idiopathic mural thrombus of the thoracic aorta was diagnosed. He received medical treatment leading to the complete disappearance of the thrombus and the effects caused by the latter., Conclusions: When faced unexplained peripheral embolization, research for a thrombus of the thoracic aorta should be performed. Medical treatment should be considered for its management, especially in patients with high surgical risk.

Femoral false aneurysms are rare. They are one of the main complications of femoral catheterization, trauma of this area, or the use of intravenous drugs. They usually occur in the days after femoral puncture, and only rarely occur years after the procedure or incident. Treatment often requires complex surgical methods. We report the management of a patient with a ruptured infected femoral false aneurysm that was diagnosed 4 years after a femoral puncture performed in intensive care unit to perform peripheral arterial catheter hemodynamic monitoring. The patient was operated with exclusion of the aneurysm and prosthetic bypass, associated with intravenous antibiotics adapted to the bacterial strain grown from the operative site, which resulted in a favorable outcome., (Copyright © 2014 Elsevier Inc.
