This research wasdesigned to provide a visual analysis of the current status, hotspots, and trends of global acupuncture for dysmenorrhea over the past 2 decades. The literature about acupuncture for dysmenorrhea from the Web of Science Core Collection database. Cite Space (5.6.R3) was used to analyze the volume of publications, journals, authors, cited journals, cited authors, countries, cited references, institutions, and keywords by using standard bibliometric measures. The most productive countries and institutions in this area were China (79) and BeijingUniversity of Chinese Medicine (24). The Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine was the most published journal (29) and also had the highest number of citations (80). The article by Woo HL (2018) (number of citations: 13) and the article by (centrality: 0.38) were the most representative references. JiangZhu (17) was the most productive author and Dawood MY (47) was the top cited author. The number one keyword in terms of frequency and centrality was 'primary dysmenorrhea", and the leading hotspot from 2002 to 2022 was "Functional connectivity". The three forefront topics were "prevalence", "impact"and "point'. This research is thefirst bibliometric analysis of the current situation and new trends about acupuncture for dysmenorrhea in the past 20 years using CiteSpace. It offered some information on acupuncture for dysmenorrhea and valuable information for researchers to identify prospective collaborators, partner institutions, popular topics, and research frontiers. This study employs a numerical computation model based on a municipal solid waste (MSW) incinerator in Nanning to investigate the impact of different sewage sludge (SS) co-combustion ratios and MSW incinerator temperatures on combustion efficiency. Using the FLUENT simulation method, this study systematically analyzes the distribution characteristics of the temperature field, velocity field, and pollutant concentration field within the furnace under various SS mixing ratios (5%, 7%, 10%, and 15%) and MSW incinerator temperatures (800 K, 1000 K, and 1200 K). The simulation results indicate that the combustion efficiency was optimal at an MSW incinerator temperature of 800 K, where the co-combustion of SS with MSW mixed effectively, leading to a stable and efficient combustion process. Furthermore, an SS co-combustion ratio of 7% was identified as the most effective in maintaining high combustion efficiency. These findings contribute to the optimization of co-combustion strategies for MSW and SS, enhancing both operational efficiency and environmental compliance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To determine the efficacy of micro-needle knife therapy versus placebo (sham microneedle knife) for cervicogenic headache. Method A total of 60 eligible patients with cervicogenic headache were assigned to two groups with 30 cases in each group by using a random number table. Treatment group received micro-needle knife therapy and placebo group received sham micro-needle knife. Results After 4 weeks of intervention, the pain index score was significantly lower in the treatment group (1.27 ± 0.583) than that of the placebo group (3.37 ± 0.765); the cervical range of motion was significantly lower in the treatment group A (1.20 ± 0.407) than that of the placebo group (2.47 ± 0.681); the headache duration was significantly lower in the treatment group (3.33 ± 0.661) than that of the placebo group (5.30 ± 0.988); the headache frequency was significantly lower in the treatment group (1.50 ± 0.682) than that of the placebo group (2.73 ± 0.691), and the differences in the data of the two groups were statistically significant. The duration of headache (3.93 ± 0.739) and frequency of headache (1.96 ± 0.556) were significantly lower in the treatment group than that of the placebo group at follow-up, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The occurrence of adverse reactions was not statistically significant in the two groups (P > 0.05) Conclusions Micro-needle knife therapy could effectively improve the pain level of cervicogenic headache patients, reduce the headache duration and headache frequency, and improve the mobility of cervical spine. Autoimmunity has long been linked to myocarditis and its sequela, dilated cardiomyopathy, the leading causes of heart failure in young patients. However, the underlying mechanisms are poorly defined, with most clinical investigations focused on humoral autoimmunity as the target for intervention. Here, we show that the α-isoform of myosin heavy chain (α-MyHC, which is encoded by the gene Myh6) is the pathogenic autoantigen for [CD4.sup.+] T cells in a spontaneous mouse model of myocarditis. Further, we found that Myh6 transcripts were absent in mouse medullary thymic epithelial cells (mTECs) and peripheral lymphoid stromal cells, which have been implicated in mediating central and peripheral T cell tolerance, respectively. Transgenic expression of α-MyHC in thymic epithelium conferred tolerance to cardiac myosin and prevented myocarditis, demonstrating that α-MyHC is a primary autoantigen in this disease process. Remarkably, we found that humans also lacked α-MyHC in mTECs and had high frequencies of α-MyHC-specific T cells in peripheral blood, with markedly augmented T cell responses to α-MyHC in patients with myocarditis. Since α-MyHC constitutes a small fraction of MyHC in human heart, these findings challenge the longstanding notion that autoimmune targeting of My HC is due to its cardiac abundance and instead suggest that it is targeted as a result of impaired T cell tolerance mechanisms.
