This paper presents an efficient weed detection method based on the latent diffusion transformer, aimed at enhancing the accuracy and applicability of agricultural image analysis. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed model achieves a precision of 0.92, a recall of 0.89, an accuracy of 0.91, a mean average precision (mAP) of 0.91, and an F1 score of 0.90, indicating its outstanding performance in complex scenarios. Additionally, ablation experiments reveal that the latent-space-based diffusion subnetwork outperforms traditional models, such as the the residual diffusion network, which has a precision of only 0.75. By combining latent space feature extraction with self-attention mechanisms, the constructed lightweight model can respond quickly on mobile devices, showcasing the significant potential of deep learning technologies in agricultural applications. In improving agricultural yields and ensuring food security, precise detection of maize leaf diseases is of great importance. Traditional disease detection methods show limited performance in complex environments, making it challenging to meet the demands for precise detection in modern agriculture. This paper proposes a maize leaf disease detection model based on a state-space attention mechanism, aiming to effectively utilize the spatiotemporal characteristics of maize leaf diseases to achieve efficient and accurate detection. The model introduces a state-space attention mechanism combined with a multi-scale feature fusion module to capture the spatial distribution and dynamic development of maize diseases. In experimental comparisons, the proposed model demonstrates superior performance in the task of maize disease detection, achieving a precision, recall, accuracy, and F1 score of 0.94. Compared with baseline models such as AlexNet, GoogLeNet, ResNet, EfficientNet, and ViT, the proposed method achieves a precision of 0.95, with the other metrics also reaching 0.94, showing significant improvement. Additionally, ablation experiments verify the impact of different attention mechanisms and loss functions on model performance. The standard self-attention model achieved a precision, recall, accuracy, and F1 score of 0.74, 0.70, 0.72, and 0.72, respectively. The Convolutional Block Attention Module (CBAM) showed a precision of 0.87, recall of 0.83, accuracy of 0.85, and F1 score of 0.85, while the state-space attention module achieved a precision of 0.95, with the other metrics also at 0.94. In terms of loss functions, cross-entropy loss showed a precision, recall, accuracy, and F1 score of 0.69, 0.65, 0.67, and 0.67, respectively. Focal loss showed a precision of 0.83, recall of 0.80, accuracy of 0.81, and F1 score of 0.81. State-space loss demonstrated the best performance in these experiments, achieving a precision of 0.95, with recall, accuracy, and F1 score all at 0.94. These results indicate that the model based on the state-space attention mechanism achieves higher detection accuracy and better generalization ability in the task of maize leaf disease detection, effectively improving the accuracy and efficiency of disease recognition and providing strong technical support for the early diagnosis and management of maize diseases. This paper addresses the critical challenge of secure computing in the context of deep learning, focusing on the pressing need for effective data privacy protection during transmission and storage, particularly in sensitive fields such as finance and healthcare. To tackle this issue, we propose a novel deep learning model that integrates a hash tree structure with a skip attention mechanism. The hash tree is employed to ensure data integrity and security, enabling the rapid verification of data changes, while the skip attention mechanism enhances computational efficiency by allowing the model to selectively focus on important features, thus minimizing unnecessary processing. The primary objective of our research is to develop a secure computing model that not only safeguards data privacy but also optimizes feature extraction capabilities. Our experimental results on the CIFAR-10 dataset demonstrate significant improvements over traditional models, achieving a precision of 0.94, a recall of 0.89, an accuracy of 0.92, and an F1-score of 0.91, notably outperforming standard self-attention and CBAM. This study developed an automated language learning teaching assessment system based on electroencephalography (EEG) and differential language large models (LLMs), aimed at enhancing language instruction effectiveness by monitoring learners' cognitive states in real time and personalizing teaching content accordingly. Through detailed experimental design, the paper validated the system's application in various teaching tasks. The results indicate that the system exhibited high precision, recall, and accuracy in teaching effectiveness tests. Specifically, the method integrating differential LLMs with the EEG fusion module achieved a precision of 0.96, recall of 0.95, accuracy of 0.96, and an F1-score of 0.95, outperforming other automated teaching models. This paper developed a radish disease detection system based on a hybrid attention mechanism, significantly enhancing the precision and real-time performance in identifying disease characteristics. By integrating spatial and channel attentions, this system demonstrated superior performance across numerous metrics, particularly achieving 93% precision and 91% accuracy in detecting radish virus disease, outperforming existing technologies. This paper introduces a novel deep learning model for grape disease detection that integrates multimodal data and parallel heterogeneous activation functions, significantly enhancing detection accuracy and robustness. Through experiments, the model demonstrated excellent performance in grape disease detection, achieving an accuracy of 91%, a precision of 93%, a recall of 90%, a mean average precision (mAP) of 91%, and 56 frames per second (FPS), outperforming traditional deep learning models such as YOLOv3, YOLOv5, DEtection TRansformer (DETR), TinySegformer, and Tranvolution-GAN. To meet the demands of rapid on-site detection, this study also developed a lightweight model for mobile devices, successfully deployed on the iPhone 15. In this study, a deep learning method combining knowledge graph and diffusion Transformer has been proposed for cucumber disease detection. By incorporating the diffusion attention mechanism and diffusion loss function, the research aims to enhance the model's ability to recognize complex agricultural disease features and to address the issue of sample imbalance efficiently. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms existing deep learning models in cucumber disease detection tasks. Specifically, the method achieved a precision of 93%, a recall of 89%, an accuracy of 92%, and a mean average precision (mAP) of 91%, with a frame rate of 57 frames per second (FPS). Additionally, the study successfully implemented model lightweighting, enabling effective operation on mobile devices, which supports rapid on-site diagnosis of cucumber diseases. This paper introduces a user-centered data privacy protection framework utilizing large language models (LLMs) and user attention mechanisms, which are tailored to address urgent privacy concerns in sensitive data processing domains like financial computing and facial recognition. The innovation lies in a novel user attention mechanism that dynamically adjusts attention weights based on data characteristics and user privacy needs, enhancing the ability to identify and protect sensitive information effectively. Significant methodological advancements differentiate our approach from existing techniques by incorporating user-specific attention into traditional LLMs, ensuring both data accuracy and privacy. We succinctly highlight the enhanced performance of this framework through a selective presentation of experimental results across various applications. Notably, in computer vision, the application of our user attention mechanism led to improved metrics over traditional multi-head and self-attention methods: FasterRCNN models achieved precision, recall, and accuracy rates of 0.82, 0.79, and 0.80, respectively. Similar enhancements were observed with SSD, YOLO, and EfficientDet models with notable increases in all performance metrics. In natural language processing tasks, our framework significantly boosted the performance of models like Transformer, BERT, CLIP, BLIP, and BLIP2, demonstrating the framework's adaptability and effectiveness. This study addresses the challenges of elaeagnus angustifolia disease detection in smart agriculture by developing a detection system that integrates advanced deep learning technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Agricultural Knowledge Graphs (KGs), Graph Neural Networks (GNNs), representation learning, and neural-symbolic reasoning techniques. The system significantly enhances the accuracy and efficiency of disease detection through an innovative graph attention mechanism and optimized loss functions. In this study, an advanced method for apricot tree disease detection is proposed that integrates deep learning technologies with various data augmentation strategies to significantly enhance the accuracy and efficiency of disease detection. A comprehensive framework based on the adaptive sampling latent variable network (ASLVN) and the spatial state attention mechanism was developed with the aim of enhancing the model's capability to capture characteristics of apricot tree diseases while ensuring its applicability on edge devices through model lightweighting techniques. Experimental results demonstrated significant improvements in precision, recall, accuracy, and mean average precision (mAP). Specifically, precision was 0.92 , recall was 0.89 , accuracy was 0.90 , and mAP was 0.91 , surpassing traditional models such as YOLOv5, YOLOv8, RetinaNet, EfficientDet, and DEtection TRansformer (DETR). Furthermore, through ablation studies, the critical roles of ASLVN and the spatial state attention mechanism in enhancing detection performance were validated. These experiments not only showcased the contributions of each component for improving model performance but also highlighted the method's capability to address the challenges of apricot tree disease detection in complex environments. In this paper, the Merkle-Transformer model is introduced as an innovative approach designed for financial data processing, which combines the data integrity verification mechanism of Merkle trees with the data processing capabilities of the Transformer model. A series of experiments on key tasks, such as financial behavior detection and stock price prediction, were conducted to validate the effectiveness of the model. The results demonstrate that the Merkle-Transformer significantly outperforms existing deep learning models (such as RoBERTa and BERT) across performance metrics, including precision, recall, accuracy, and F1 score. In particular, in the task of stock price prediction, the performance is notable, with nearly all evaluation metrics scoring above 0.9. Moreover, the performance of the model across various hardware platforms, as well as the security performance of the proposed method, were investigated. The Merkle-Transformer exhibits exceptional performance and robust data security even in resource-constrained environments across diverse hardware configurations. This research offers a new perspective, underscoring the importance of considering data security in financial data processing and confirming the superiority of integrating data verification mechanisms in deep learning models for handling financial data. ABSTRACT With fast development of cloud computing, more and more sensitive data are stored in distributed storage systems. It is mainly suffered from the following two threats: (i) data at rest are stolen; and (ii) data in transmission are intercepted. The threats may lead to serious problems. For example, personal private data eavesdropping may lead to legal problems and credit crisis, while company information leaking may cause huge economic loss. To tackle such security threat in cloud distributed storage system, we propose a novel scheme to produce dynamic size of shares with multiple iterations of secret sharing scheme. A file is partitioned into multiple file shares, and one of them is taken as a new file to be further partitioned into smaller size with low additional computational cost and data expansion. The small-size file share is stored at user terminal as a necessary component to recover original file. It can be used in scenarios that user terminal, such as smart phone, is one of nodes in distributed storage systems. In this case, attackers cannot recover information through eavesdropping shares transmitted in network. Storage service providers cannot also obtain useful information through file shares stored online without the participant of the small-size file share at user terminal. Joubert syndrome (JS) is an autosomal recessive disorder, which is characterized by hypotonia, ataxia, psychomotor delay, and variable occurrences of oculomotor apraxia and neonatal breathing abnormalities. JS is clinically and genetically heterogeneous. The present study investigated a typical JS family. The 'molar tooth sign' was observed in the proband through magnetic resonance imaging. Other symptoms of JS include cerebellar vermis hypoplasia/dysplasia, oculomotor apraxia and intellectual disability. High‑throughput sequencing revealed that JS was caused by coiled‑coil and C2 domain containing 2A (CC2D2A) compound heterozygous mutations. One CC2D2A allele was affected with a missense mutation, c.2581G>A, which led to a p.Asp861Asn amino acid replacement. The other allele was affected with a c.2848C>T nonsense mutation, which resulted in a truncated CC2D2A protein (p.Arg950Ter). Both of these alterations are novel. Further investigation indicated that the proband's father was the c.2581G>A carrier, whereas the mother was the c.2848C>T carrier. These results indicated that JS in the proband was caused by novel compound heterozygous mutations in CC2D2A, which were inherited from both parents. These findings may be used to establish prenatal molecular diagnostic criteria, which may be beneficial in future pregnancies.
