This study seeks to examine the notion of marital maturity through the lens of Islamic jurisprudence. It employs a normative legal research methodology, combining philosophical insights, statutory regulations, and contextual analysis. The analytical techniques involve surveying, conducting question-and-answer sessions, thoroughly reading legal materials, and employing deductive analysis. The research results show that in Islamic law, maturity in marriage refers to the boundaries of individuals who have reached puberty. The importance of building a household based on maturity is to create psychological maturity in both partners, both husband and wife. Islamic law underscores the importance of individuals being mentally, physically, and psychologically prepared for marriage, emphasizing that it is a form of worship. Therefore, building a mature and responsible household is expected in Islamic teachings.

Annually, child marriage endangers the lives and prospects of millions of youngsters. Despite regulations regulating the minimum age for marriage, this practice is prevalent and troublesome in several nations. Child marriage persists in several regions worldwide despite being disapproved upon in some civilizations. The present work aims to analyze the idea of maturity within the context of marital law. This study involves normative legal research utilizing philosophical, statutory, and conceptual approaches. The methods employed for analyzing legal materials are surveying, questioning, reading, reciting/recalling, and reviewing using logical reasoning. The investigation reveals that the idea of maturity in marriage legislation in countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, and Vietnam is mostly based on setting a minimum age for marriage, despite the fact that age may not accurately reflect a person's maturity level. This study aims to determine the manifestation of the Islamic Personality Principle in the settlement of Islamic Economic disputes in Indonesia, both litigation and non-litigation. This research is normative legal research using a historical approach and legislation related to the embodiment of Islamic Personality Principles in sharia economic disputes. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the manifestation of the Islamic Personality Principle in the settlement of Sharia Economic disputes is seen in proceedings in the religious courts, in which the judges who resolve the cases are Muslims and the procedural law used is based on the Al-Quran and Hadith. Whereas in the settlement of sharia economic disputes with non-litigation mechanisms such as in Basyarnas, the manifestation of the Islamic Personality Principle is seen in the selection of arbitrators, that the arbitrators at Basyarnas are Muslims and the legal basis used in resolving sharia economic disputes is the Al-Quran and Hadith. Countering terrorism literally means combating terrorism. In general countering terrorism can defined as an attempt of prevention and controlling the terrorism. Related to Sandler's opinion stating that there are two main categories in anti-terror policy namely proactive and defensive, then countering terrorism contextually is all efforts done by the state to overcome for example prevention, law enforcement, and others as a form of solutions in controlling terrorism formulated in policy (positive law). As the increase of terrorism crime in Indonesi? it makes the government to further revise Law Number 15 of 2003 with new politics of law. Law Number 5 of 2018 on Amendment of Law Number 15 of 2003 on Establishment of Perppu Number 1 of 2002 on Eradication of Terorism Act to be Law (UU No.5 of 2018 on Eradication of Terorism Act) not only mandate repressive efforts, but also obligate the government to do the prevention. Terrorism is not extraordinary crime anymore but it is a serious crime that should be handled using serious me?sures. This study uses juridical normative method; study of law to find rules of law, principles of law, or doctrines of law to answer problems of law that are going to be investigated, including the study of principles of law, system?tics of law, vertic?l and horizont?l synchronization of law, comparison of law, and histories of law.
