A well-functioning Internal Control System in the Public Institutions should be followed with a particular attention in increasing the performance of managing, executing and financial reporting in the public institutions. The Internal Control System should be correlated to transparency of accountability, segregation of duties in connection with development standards of democracy. The transparency and the managing are further required to be developed in Kosovo as a process in line with the Constitution and applicable laws. To achieve the effectiveness and improve the quality of transparency of public money in Kosovo there is a continuous need for improvement of a fair and transparent reporting of public money and this is made possible in first place by an independent audit and by strengthening internal control system in the Public Institutions. The Internal Control System in the Public Institutions requires more than an effective monitoring takes. The process of compulsory implementation is essential and includes consequences and corrective procedures for inaction in line with rules and for not obeying rules, lack of proper caution, awareness, and misuse as well as interference in the processes. The study was conducted in five municipalities of Kosovo. Sampling was selected by random method. The data are provided through direct interviews with consumers of vegetable products, all of them, over 18 years of age. The results show that the vegetable products from tomato, pepper, cucumber, potato and cabbage are preferred to be consumed by almost all members of the Kosovo families with 100% of respondents. Consumption of processed vegetable products like pickles, ketchup and ajvar is accepted 100% by consumers. Super-markets and green markets are the favourite places for consumers when shopping for vegetable products. The main aim of our study was to investigate whether the consumption of vegetable products, is determined by the way of life of families and consumers, segmented by age, gender, occupation, income level, employment status, family size, etc. More than 3/4 of respondents stated that with the increase of their income, they are willing to spend more money to buy vegetable products. About 8/10 of consumers interviewed, have stated that they prefer vegetable products produced in Kosovo. During our study, as very important factors are shown: price, product quality and origin. Consumers pay greater attention to the production date and origin of the product. According to the results of the survey, consumers' participation in the purchase of vegetable products by gender was: males with 37%, both genders (female and male) participated with 2% and the participation of females in the purchase of products is 61%. From the research we can conclude that marketing of floriculture is very important but insufficient in Kosovar businesses. The flower market in Kosovo is still not cheap at all, but it has to be said that it has recently made great strides in this direction. In practice, there are cases when individuals and businesses are not widely dedicated after marketing to expand businesses, although almost everyone thinks marketing is very important in this regard, as through marketing, consumers are introduced to the types of flowers that can meet their demands and desires. In general, the factors that have a profound impact on the floricultural market are: marketing and dedication to flowers, improving the different types of flowers, vertical integration of farms and finding new revenue alternatives that would affect profit growth, which is the purpose of any business. The application of advanced marketing, market research, increased assortment, variety differentiation and promotion, is almost incomplete in floricultural businesses. Businesses should be organized to take concrete measures in defense of their interests in the framework of deepening partnership with the Government of the country, to have adequate participation in the country's policy-making institutions. From the results we conclude that 60% of the respondents stated that the information on the sale of flowers is taken from social networks. Kosovar ornamental plant makers devote marketing importance to 27%, respondents think that applying marketing in the flower business brings benefits up to 86%, in the expansion of the flower market the quality is very important factor 92% of respondents were declared. The interest and demands of people for ornamental plants in our country grows more and more, due to the expansion of urban areas, and especially of big cities. In the last decade, the regulation of gardens in Kosovo also took an important step, and as a result, their role increased, especially in big cities such as: Prizren, Peja, Prishtina, etc. From our research we conclude that the impact of ornamental plants in the urban environment architecture in Kosovo is important, as 68% of the respondents stated with positive opinion and positive response, and 71% said that the architecture of the surfaces is very important in Kosovo, with regard to the survey of which cities of Kosovo devote most importance to ornamental flowers are citizens of Prizren, with 28% of respondents, with 44% of respondents think that landscape architecture is important for human health while 56% think it has an impact on the architecture of green urban environments. Sector of viticultural and wine production it has been and remains an important economic activity for many businesses in the region of Prizren, in Kosovo. Statistics attest to the wine production area and vineyards with high fluctuation. 90s register about 9000 ha of vineyards and a wine production of about 100 million liters (Official Statistics, 1991), of which about 35-40% exported, mainly to the countries of Yugoslavia and Germany. In the last decade due to developments that Kosovo has passed this area as well as wine production have been reduced dramatically. Meanwhile Free Trade Agreement (CEFTA) represents today an effective instrument for the development of competitive potential in the sector of Wine in Kosovo by creating real opportunities for the export of products of this sector. Consumer behavior as regards the purchase of the wine affected by the a variety of factors as they social, psychological, demographic, as well as of incomes. From this viewpoint, our study aims to identify the level of impact of factors on behavior of consumers. The study extends to both the Municipalities of Prizren and Orahovac. As the basic data for the study has served interviewing by defining clearly the criteria for sampling.The study was realized during the period September-December 2014.
