In this paper, CdS0.25Se0.75, N-GQDs and 3D rGO are combined to obtain a hexagonal ternary CdS0.25Se0.75/N-GQDs/3D rGO, which was employed to improve the photoelectric performance of alloy semiconductor CdSSe. The steady-state photocurrent density of CdS0.25Se0.75/N-GQDs/3D rGO reaches 9.4 × 10−5 A/cm2, which is 30 times higher than that of CdS0.25Se0.75/N-GQDs and 300 times higher than that of pure CdS0.25Se0.75 semiconductors. The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) results show that the interface charge transfer resistance of CdS0.25Se0.75/N-GQDs/3D rGO is lower than that of CdS0.25Se0.75/N-GQDs and CdS0.25Se0.75. From the calculated result of Mott–Schottky tests, the carrier density of CdS0.25Se0.75/N-GQDs/3D rGO reaches 3.99 × 1020 cm−3, which is superior to that of CdS0.25Se0.75 (1.85 × 1020 cm−3) and CdS0.25Se0.75/N-GQDs (3.18 × 1020 cm−3). Among them, N-GQDs serve as photosensitizers to improve the light absorption and 3D rGO aerogels serve as electron-transfer substrates for charge separation and transport instead of recombination of electron–hole pairs. ZSSG (ZnSSe/rGO) composites are prepared by a hydrothermal method. The structure, morphology and material properties are investigated by various tests. Compared to ZnSe, the diffraction peaks of ZnSSe are moved to a larger angle and located between cubic phase ZnSe and cubic phase ZnS. The photocurrent density of ZSSG20 with 20 wt.% graphene is 2.17×10−5 A cm−2, which is 8.9 times higher than that of pure ZnSSe. ZSSG20 has the minimum charge transfer resistance and highest carrier density. The decreased fluorescence intensity in PL spectra indicates that graphene can effectively prevent the recombination of electron‐hole pairs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

WO3/N-rGO composites with a phase-junction structure were prepared by hydrothermal methods. The formation of orthorhombic and monoclinic WO3 during the in situ synthesis of WO3 on nitrogen-doped graphene was demonstrated by X-ray diffraction (XRD). X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) results demonstrated the successful doping of nitrogen atoms in graphene. The effect of N-rGO and phase-junction structure on the photoelectric properties was investigated by photoelectrochemical tests. In the I–t test results, WO3/N-rGO exhibited a photocurrent density of 0.204 mA/cm2, which was 5.8 and 2.6 times higher than those of WO3 and WO3/rGO, respectively. The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) demonstrated that N-rGO and phase-junction structure reduce the electrochemical impedance of the composites. In the linear sweep voltammetry (LSV) and Mott–Schottky (MS) results, WO3/N-rGO exhibited the highest photocurrent (3.65 mA/cm2) intensity at 1.23 V bias and the largest carrier density (3.63 × 1020 cm–3), respectively. S‐graphene quantum dots (GQDs), N‐GQDs, P‐GQDs, and Cl‐GQDs are prepared by a solution chemistry method and further incorporated with ZnxCd1−xSe by one‐step hydrothermal method. In the previous study, ZnxCd1−xSe reached the optimal photoelectric performances at the Zn/Cd ratio of 0.9:0.1, so the Zn0.9Cd0.1Se were combined with doped GQDs (D‐GQDs) to form Zn0.9Cd0.1Se/doped‐GQDs. The influence of GQDs doped with different elements on the photoelectric properties of Zn0.9Cd0.1Se composites is discussed. Compared with pristine Zn0.9Cd0.1Se, Zn0.9Cd0.1Se/Cl‐GQDs, and Zn0.9Cd0.1Se/P‐GQDs can improve the photocurrent response and current intensity, therein, Zn0.9Cd0.1Se/Cl‐GQDs reaches the lowest interfacial charge transfer resistance and the highest photocurrent response of 5.48 × 10−6 A cm−2. Mott–Schottky analysis shows that the fitting slope of Zn0.9Cd0.1Se/Cl‐GQDs composites is significantly lower than that of Zn0.9Cd0.1Se/GQDs with other doped elements. The results indicate that Zn0.9Cd0.1Se/Cl‐GQDs composites has the largest carrier density, which is beneficial to charge conduction. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Aiming to solve the problem of complex structure, low flexibility and practicability for a wearable sensing data glove device of hand function evaluation system, this paper presented a wearable pressure-sensing data glove device based on visual and tactile fusion, which can stimulate the active motor function of patients. Firstly, it introduced the upper limb action research test theory, the basic test flow and the grading rules that used to evaluate the hand function. Secondly, it described the processing flow of visual and tactile information, and the hand function evaluation test method of visual and tactile fusion, which was used to achieve digital score and evaluation of the patient training process. Finally, ten patients with stroke were enrolled into the EGET system for hand function test and evaluation. The results were compared with the doctors'. The maximum relative error is 8%, and the average relative error is 4%, which means that EGET system can achieve the expected goal.

Motion segment and extraction from continuous signals is the premise of surface electromyography (sEMG) analysis. For the problem that sEMG energy threshold required repeated manual testing to set, this the paper established a this mathematical model of continuous actions based on Gaussian sEMG energy curve, in which the energy threshold was set according to the distribution of Gaussian signal section, and differentiated the action signals from no-action signals combined with energy comparison method. The experiment results showed the method can achieve continuous repetitive action segmentation, and compared with manual segmentation of the same signal, has a higher degree of coincidence.

sEMG, as a kind of bioelectrical signal reflecting muscle motion state, generally applies to motion recognition and human interface. Healthy subjects are selected in most studies, while for hemiplegic patients, especially patients with severe hemiplegia, high accuracy motion recognition is difficult to acquire due to the non-ideal sEMG signal from dysfunction muscles. Therefore, this paper presents an upper limb exercise therapy, based on 5 defined motions and 6 Muscle-Units, for patients with severe hemiplegia. Through the sampling and analysis of sEMG signals from 8 subjects, including 4 healthy and 4 hemiplegic patients, we draw a conclusion of the relevance between specific motions and Muscle-Units, which can be used as a reference for paralyzed arm training. According to this relevance, six Muscle-Units can be classified into two categories: major Muscle-Units and minor Muscle-Units. In order to improve the interest and positivity of patients, a PC based virtual interactive platform is established. The sEMG signal from major Muscle-Units is processed with a moving average algorithm, and the result is used as the control signal for training interaction.

Objective: To explore the involvement of endoplasmic reticulum molecular chaperone GRP78 in the impairment of inner ear consistent with the mimetic aging model., Method: Twenty-four Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups. Model group was induced by daily hypodermic injection of 10% D-galactose (800 mg x kg(-1) x d(-1)) for 8 weeks and the control group was given saline accordingly. Spatial learning and memory was measured by Morris-Water-Maze. Colorimetry was used to analyze superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) extracted from inner ear tissue. Hearing threshold of rats were detected with Auditory brainstem response (ABR). In addition, expression of GRP78 in the inner ear was detected by immunohistochemistry, RT-PCR and Western blot. The control group was studied parallel., Result: The escape latency in the model group injected with D-galactose was markedly longer than that in the control group. Accordingly, the changes of SOD and MDA were more significant in the model group, the difference between two groups was significant (t-test, P<0.01). the variation of ABR in two groups was observed, There was no statistically difference of the hearing in the model group compared with the control group (P>0.05). The expression of GRP78 was significantly different between two groups, which is increased in the inner ear tissue of model group (P<0.01)., Conclusion: The impairment of inner ear tissue partly dued to the oxidative stress in the model, which was induced by D-galactose and endoplasmic reticulum molecular chaperone was thought to contribute to the impairment mechanism of inner ear in mimetic aging model.
