Online shopping has experienced substantial growth over the past decade, and this trend is expected to persist. The convenience it offers consumers serves as a driving force behind this expansion. Online retailers stand to benefit from a comprehensive understanding of consumer behavior and online shopping habits, as it enables them to formulate more effective marketing strategies and tailor their communications to the preferences of online shoppers. This paper aimed to develop a bespoke questionnaire leveraging data from a EuroStat report in 2021. As novel methodology a Sugeno-type predictive fuzzy model was constructed using these data, empowering businesses to make more precise predictions regarding the requirements and behaviors of distinct consumer groups. The study examined the following areas of consumers: online shoppers belonging to the X, Y, and Z generations; living in small towns, towns, or in the capital; and studying, working, or both. In addition, the likelihood of spending money online was determined regarding the following product categories: Bills, utilities; (2) Food, shopping; (3) Entertainment; (4) Wellness, beauty; (5) Electronic items; (6) Fashion; (7) Home, decoration and (8) Other goods. The results of this survey, combined with the fuzzy model developed, serve as valuable resources for online retailers seeking to enhance their marketing strategies and gain a deeper understanding of customer preferences. The conclusions highlight patterns and preferences among different age groups and locations, providing valuable insights for online retailers to enhance their marketing strategies when identifying main target groups for specific products. The importance of acoustic comfort has grown in the past few years in case of passenger cars, since regarding consumer side, the quality of the vehicle is strongly influenced by that criterion. In this paper the sound pressure level of passenger vehicle was investigated. A B-segment estate car was chosen for the acoustic experiments as sample vehicle. Input data were varied in three levels containing qualitative (working condition of the vehicle) and quantitative (excitation from the outer environment) ones as well. Pink noise was chosen as measurement signal and the values of the generated equivalent continuous sound pressure level were registered in the cabin in case of each possible combination of the levels of the input variables. Based on the measured data, a second order empirical model was constructed by help of response surface methodology (RSM). The accuracy and the conformity of the equation were investigated by help of the residuals. The applicability of the formula was verified by further confirming measurements. Investigations revealed that the residuals follow Gaussian distribution in both cases, what is more, have small-scaled standard deviation. As a consequence, the presented formula is proper for calculating the sound pressure level of the vehicle interior with an adequate accuracy within the range of the parameters examined. The article presents a case study of 74-year-old woman with multiple hemorrhagic skin lesions and secondary ulceration on the lower extremities. Examinations revealed periorbital oedematous yellow plaques on both upper lids causing gravitational ptosis and medical history revealed hypertension, factor XII deficiency and ischaemic heart disease. Diagnosis of Necrobiotic Xanthogranuloma and intravenous immunoglobulin which improved patient's condition.

Reactive perforating dermatosis is a rare chronic skin disease defined by the transepidermal elimination of collagen and/or elastin. In the acquired form in adults, it is frequently associated with diseases such as diabetes and chronic renal failure. No systematic reviews of treatment options are available for this disease. The aim of this systematic review is to summarize all reported treatment options for acquired reactive perforating dermatosis (ARPD). This is a systematic review based on a MEDLINE search of articles in English and German from 1990 to 2016. Most medical literature on the treatment of ARPD is limited to individual case reports and small series of patients. Various therapies that have been tried include antihistamines, topical keratolytics, corticosteroids, tretinoin, oral drugs such as allopurinol or antibiotics, and phototherapy or photochemotherapy. While there are no specific criteria for the evidence-based selection of treatment options for ARPD, the first priority in management of these conditions should be treatment of an underlying disease if present. None of the described modalities has been approved for first-line therapy. In a retrospective study that included 66 homeless tuberculosis patients a local micro-epidemic was identified in the VIIIth district of Budapest with the highest tuberculosis incidence of the capital. Further molecular genetic characterization by IS 6110 fingerprinting, spoligotyping and mycobacterial inter-spread repetitive unit (MIRU) typing has shown that the observed micro-epidemic was due to a locally emerged, Budapest-specific lineage. The absence of infections with the more virulent Beijing genotype is also noteworthy. The findings indicate that tuberculosis control and prevention steps among the homeless need to be strengthened in Hungary.

In a 28 years old Mongolian woman in whom pulmonary tuberculosis was diagnosed a poly- and multidrug (isoniazid, rifampicin, pyrazinamide, ethambutol, streptomycin) resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis was isolated from sputum in 2002. Since the patient was from a country with high tuberculosis incidence it was conceivable that she had been infected by a strain with primary resistance in Mongolia. In order to confirm the origin of the strain an IS6110-based DNA fingerprint test was performed on the isolate. The assay revealed that the isolated M. tuberculosis strain belonged to the so-called Beijing family which was never detected in Hungary before.
