Práce je zaměřena na studium tepelných vlastností materiálů, které se využívají k akumulaci tepla na bázi fázové přeměny. Jedná se především o alkoholy cukrů (mannitol, erythritol), resp. o sacharidy (sacharóza). Tepelné vlastnosti, konkrétně tepelná a teplotní vodivost a měrná tepelná kapacita byly měřeny v širokém intervalu teplot zahrnujícím přeměnu z pevné do kapalné fáze v celém objemu látky. Ke studiu teplotních závislostí tepelných vlastností byly využity tranzientní metody, které umožňují stanovit difúzní a relaxační čas, teplotní absorpční koeficient a parametr charakterizující vlastnosti zdroje vycházející z fraktálního modelu přenosu tepla (tvar a způsob ohřevu vzorku). Z těchto veličin byly stanoveny tepelné parametry pro definovaný ideální zdroj tepla (planární) a definovaný ideální ohřev (skokový). V práci jsou prezentovány výsledky pro tři vzorky sacharózy vyrobené v opavském cukrovaru (nerafinovaný, rafinovaný, čistý). Byly studovány rozdíly v jejich tepelných vlastnostech. Kromě toho byly studiu podrobeny i tepelné vlastnosti roztoků čistého (komerčního) cukru v destilované vodě pro různé koncentrace (1:1, 3:1, 1:3). Výsledky předložené bakalářské práce mohou být použity k efektivnějšímu využití tepelné energie při vytápění bytů, a to jak s využitím roztoků, které mají větší tepelnou kapacitu než voda, tak i s využitím fázové přeměny., This work is focused on the study of thermal properties of materials that are used for accumulating heat on the basis of phase transition. The results presented in this thesis may be used to more efficient use of thermal energy in heating of dwellings, both with the use of solutions, which have a higher heat capacity than water and also with the use of phase transformation.
