The global wind energy industry is expected to expand in the context of carbon neutralization. Meanwhile, with the continuous improvement in carbon reduction tools such as carbon market and carbon tariffs, the carbon footprint of renewable energy may impact the cost and development of wind power in the future. Taking China, Europe, and the United States as the research object, this study constructs the lifecycle evaluation process and list of onshore wind power systems, conducts parameter comparison regarding the carbon footprint of onshore wind power in relevant regions, and summarizes the change trends. Moreover, it analyzes the cause of the trend and clarifies the influencing factors. The results indicate that the carbon footprint of onshore wind power shows a downward trend in the aforementioned regions from 2011 to 2022 owing to the large-scale wind turbines, improved generation efficiency, and cleanliness of industrial production. Specifically, the average decrease in China, Europe, and the United States was 49.2%, 46.2%, and 20.8%, respectively, and the decrease was concentrated in the equipment production stage. China has reduced its carbon footprint to a level close to Europe, and its gap with the United States has been reduced to 3.63 g/kW·h. However, China still lags behind Europe and the United States in terms of industrial production cleanliness and fan capacity factor, respectively. In the process of promoting industrial development, China should further promote the power generation efficiency of its wind power system, improve the cleanliness of industrial production, and support the recycling of decommissioned wind power systems, so as to steadily reduce the carbon footprints within the lifecycle of onshore wind power systems.

In response to the global climate crisis, some countries and regions have established green trade “carbon barriers” that leverage their advantages in carbon emissions accounting and certification to curtail exports of Chinese products. Facing these emerging challenges, China needs to refine its carbon accounting system to contribute to an equitable and cooperative global climate governance and trade system. This study aims to improve China’s carbon accounting system. It summarizes the essence and construction progress of the carbon accounting system, introduces the accounting and reporting requirements of international green trade mechanisms, and employs comparative analysis to examine the differences between China’s carbon market, the European Union’s Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism, and the “Regulation (EU) 2023/1542 concerning batteries and waste batteries” in terms of accounting boundaries, methodologies, and data support and quality assurance systems. The findings indicate that while China’s carbon market aligns with international green trade mechanisms in terms of accounting methodologies, it lags significantly in its carbon footprint system as well as data support and quality assurance systems. These gaps mean that Chinese export-oriented enterprises struggle to overcome these carbon barriers with the current accounting system, potentially hindering the development of emerging industries. The study suggests that China should adhere to its fundamental stance of opposing unfair green trade barriers and take specific measures to improve the carbon accounting system: (1) enhancing the product-level carbon accounting system, (2) establishing a credible platform for emission factor data, (3) bolstering research support from academic institutions, (4) reinforcing data security management, and (5) improving the carbon accounting and reporting capabilities of affected enterprises.

In order to identify the pathogen that caused rust of Bletilla striata in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and to screen resistance resources for B. striata, the rust pathogen was isolated from infected leaves of B. striata and identified using morphology and molecular methods. At the same time, the resistance of 23 B. striata from different regions was evaluated by artificial inoculation of pathogen. The results were as follows: (1) The urediopores of strain X2 isolated from diseased leaves in B. striata were golden yellow, oval, (21.43-30.95) μm × (13.10-19.05) μm. The teleutospores were golden yellow, obovate or clavate, (17.25-30) μm × (5.5-6.65) μm. (2) The length of ITS sequence of strain X2(OQ826009) was 689 bp, which were compared with other ITS sequences in the GenBank, and the similarity reached 95.86% compared with Coleosporium sp. (KY783686.1). But the phylogenetic tree showed that the sequence was clustered together with two sequences of Coleosporium bletiae (MN108161.1, OP363680.1). The strain X2 was identified as Coleosporium bletiae by combining morphology and molecular methods. (3) After 14 days of artificial inoculation with strain X2, the disease index of 23 Bletilla striata ranged from 0 to 70.7. And the resistance of strain X2 from 23 B. striata were divided into six different levels according to the disease index. Among them, one immune materials was identified for the disease index was 0. Four highly resistant materials were identified for the disease index was 1.7-4.7. Six disease-resistant materials were identified for the disease index was 5.6-9.4. Five medium-resistant materials were identified for the disease index was 12.7-18.3. Five susceptible materials were identified for the disease index was 32.0-49.1 and two highly susceptible materials were identified for the disease index was 62.2-70.7. In conclusion, five materials (one immune material and four highly resistant materials) of B. striata from different places (Honghe City in Yunnan Province, Gongcheng County and Baise City in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Zunyi City in Guizhou Province and Yichang City in Hubei Province, respectively) can be promoted directly or applied as parent materials for creating excellent germplasm to resist the rust in B. striata for they express immune or highly resistance. This study provides the basis for further research on pathogenesis and control of rust in B. striata.

In order to identify the pathogens that caused tuber rot in Bletilla striata and study the inhibiting effects of herbal extracts on pathogens, the pathogens that caused tuber rot of B. striata were isolated using usual tissue isolation the strains were identified by morphological and molecular biological techniques, and inhibiting effects of seven traditional Chinese medicine extracts on pathogen were observed. The results were as follows:(1) A total of fourteen fungi and four bacteria were isolated from diseased leaves, leaf sheaths and tubers. But only strain GF-1 caused disease, whose symptoms consistent with those in the field. The incidences of GF-1 disease reinoculated in the field and laboratory were both 100％. (2) GF-1 was identified as a member of Epicoccum, and its colonial morphology was a circular form, with white mycelium, prostrate on the medium, aerial, diaphragms and branches. There were conidia and chlamydospores. (3) At last, the sequence of internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region of GF-1 were analyzed, the length was 522 bp. The sequence was compared with other species in the GenBank and reached 99.62% similarity to Epicoccum sorghinum (MN493119.1) isolated form Sorghum, which was closer than others, including Epicoccum sorghinum (MF948994.1) isolated form leaves of Bletilla striata. (4) GF-1 could be fully inhibited when the medium contained 0.1-0.2 g·mL-1 extracts that extracted from seven traditional Chinese medicines, respectively. It also could be fully inhibited by 0.05 g·mL-1 of Cinnamomum cassia or Syringa oblate. In summary, the pathogen that caused tuber rot in Bletilla striata was identified as Epicoccum sorghinum. And GF-1 could be fully inhibited cultivated on the medium which contained 0.1-0.2 g·mL-1 herbal extracts, e.g.: Cinnamomum cassia, Syringa oblate, Cyclocarya paliurus, Bletilla striata, Houpoea officinalis, Illicium verum or Cnidium monnieri. The results provide theoretical references for the control of tuber rot of Bletilla striata.

Objective: The study analyzed the impact of urbanization on epidemiological characteristics of respiratory infectious disease in Tongzhou District, Beijing during 2014–2022 to provide reference for prevention and control priorities of respiratory infectious diseases during the innovative urbanization process in China. Methods: The incidence data of notifiable respiratory infectious diseases (NRIDs) in Tongzhou Beijing during 2014–2022 were summarized. The trend of incidence rate was analyzed by Joinpoint regression model, and entropy method was performed to construct the comprehensive index of urbanization (CIU) and generalized linear model was used to analyze the influence of CIU on the incidence rate of respiratory infectious diseases. Results: Totally 72616 NRIDs cases were reported in Tongzhou District during 2014–2022, and the incidence rate of NRIDs was higher during 2017–2019 (153/100 000) than during 2014–2016 (930/100 000) and during 2020–2022 (371/100 000), respectively (both P

Background: Infiltration of immune cells associated with tumor clinical results affects different cancers. However, the composition and the clinical significance of tumor-infiltrated immune cells in epithelial ovarian cancer has not been completely investigated. Methods: The metagene deconvolution algorithm (Cell type Identification by Estimating Relative Subsets of known RNA Transcripts (CIBERSORT)) was used to analyze gene expression profiles in public databases (GEO and TCGA) to infer the composition of 22 immune cell subgroups in ovarian tumors. The proportions obtained in this study were used to investigate the association between each cell type and the clinical outcomes for ovarian cancer diagnosis and prognosis. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was used for detecting the expression levels of related genes. Results: The profiles of immune cells infiltration were altered in malignant ovarian neoplastic tissue. Ovarian cancer tissues contained higher proportion of T follicular helper cells (Tfh) and macrophages (M0 and M1) rather than the normal ovarian tissue. Meanwhile, lower proportion of monocytes and neutrophils was also observed in ovarian cancer tissues compared with normal tissues. The qRT-PCR test confirmed the conclusion that the contents of CD80 (M1 cells) and CD4+ (Tfh cells) were high in the interstitium of ovarian cancer tissue, while the contents of CD21 (B cells) and CD66b (neutrophil) were low. Interestingly, immune cell infiltration was observed to be correlated with the change in clinical outcome. The activated mast cell subpopulation was associated with poor prognosis, while the subpopulation of resting dendritic cells was correlated with pathological grade of the ovarian cancer. Conclusions: Our bioanalysis revealed that the composition of tumor-infiltrating immune cells was closely related to the clinical outcome of ovarian cancer, which was also validated in clinical samples. These results provide a new strategic basis for the prognosis and treatment of ovarian cancer.

This paper integrates motion graphics into the field of visual communication art design. Hierarchical analysis is utilized to calculate the comprehensive weight ranking of each dynamic graphic design element at the sub-criteria level and to understand the real needs of users from the perspective of user needs and experience design. The relationship between dynamic graphics and emotional relief is explored by comparing the data of the emotional self-assessment scale of the experimental and control groups. After analysis, it can be seen that the perceptual attribute (0.43587) is the most important indicator of perceptual fluency in dynamic graphic design and the most important issue that should be considered in the design, followed by the aesthetic attribute (0.28816). In the analysis of user requirements, content that is vivid, interesting, and colorful accounts for a mean value of 60%. As the use of motion graphics design expands, it will undoubtedly become one of the most basic, versatile, and universal ways of visual communication and artistic expression.

This study constructs an interactive teaching platform based on speech recognition technology for language courses in colleges and universities. The study begins with preprocessing speech signals, including sampling, enhancement, pre-emphasis and other steps. Subsequently, speech features are extracted using Improved Mel Falling Spectral Coefficients (IMFCC), and features are optimized by combining Principal Component Analysis (PCA). In addition, the study uses the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) network and Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) to improve speech recognition’s accuracy and efficiency. The experimental results show that the method in this study achieves an average accuracy of 98% in classroom speech emotion recognition, which is a significant improvement over the traditional ADASYN method. This paper also provides an in-depth study of classroom interaction behavior by comprehensively analyzing the speech recognition results. The study shows that the platform can effectively promote the interaction between teachers and students and improve the quality of teaching. This study provides an efficient interactive tool for language teaching in colleges and universities, which helps to realize a personalized and dynamic teaching process.

The current employment situation of graduates is serious and complicated, and employment work is very difficult. Furthermore, the employment quality of college graduates is an important reflection of the quality of education teaching and talent cultivation in higher education. Using big data to provide all-round and multi-perspective feedback on employment quality can find the direction of efforts to improve employment quality further, provide an important reference basis for schools to adjust the layout of majors, make development plans, reform education teaching, optimize career guidance courses and optimize enrollment policies and measures, and effectively promote universities to fulfill better their historical mission of serving the society. This paper extracts features for a series of school behavior data of students and carries out feature selection through appropriate methods. Specifically, the construction problem of the traditional random forest model is analyzed, and a new model is proposed by combining it with a decision tree algorithm; then, the model is constructed and adjusted by grid parameters to ensure the accuracy of the model, and finally, the model is compared and analyzed. The research shows that the accuracy of the RF prediction model using standard features is 0.702, and the LSTM prediction model using only temporal features is only 0.683. In contrast, the prediction accuracy of the model in this paper reaches 0.805. Therefore, the prediction accuracy of the model based on the decision tree algorithm is much higher than the other two, which is effective for optimizing the teaching of career development and employment guidance courses in colleges and universities, thus can improve the education and management-related to career planning and career guidance in schools.

In the context of climate change, understanding how indigenous amphibians of the Qinghai-Tibet plateau react to stresses and their coping mechanisms could be crucial for predicting their fate and successful conservation. A liver transcriptome for Nanorana pleskei was constructed using high-throughput RNA sequencing, and its gene expression was compared with frogs acclimated under either room temperature or high temperature and also heat wave exposed ones. A total of 126,465 unigenes were produced, with 66,924 (52.92%) of them being annotated. Up to 694 genes were found to be differently regulated as a result of abnormal temperature acclimatization. Notably, genes belonging to the heat shock protein (HSP) family were down-regulated in both treated groups. Long-term exposure to high-temperature stress may impair the metabolic rate of the frog and trigger the body to maintain a hypometabolic state in an effort to survive challenging times. During heat waves, unlike the high-temperature group, mitochondrial function was not impaired, and the energy supply was largely normal to support the highly energy-consuming metabolic processes. Genes were more transcriptionally suppressed when treated with high temperatures than heat waves, and the body stayed in low-energy states for combating these long-term adverse environments to survive. It might be strategic to preserve initiation to executive protein activity under heat wave stress. Under both stress conditions, compromising the protection of HSP and sluggish steroid activity occurred in frogs. Frogs were more affected by high temperatures than by heat waves.

Abstract Background Quality sleep is essential for physical and mental health. We aimed to analyze sleep disorders in children with acute leukemia and explore associated factors. Methods General data and sleep disorders in children with acute leukemia during chemotherapy were collected by general questionnaires, Children's Sleep Disorders Scale and the Parenting Stress Index-short form. Results In total, 173 valid questionnaires were collected. The total Sleep Disorder Scale score > 39 is considered a sleep disorder, while sleep disorders accounted for 45.66% (79/173). In the cohort, 167 children had acute lymphoblastic leukemia, with 40.12% (67/167) having sleep disorders, while six children had acute non-lymphoblastic leukemia, with 50.00% (3/6) having sleep disorders. Single- and multi-factor regression analyses of age, gender, number of children in the family, and time spent using electronic devices showed that factors influencing sleep disorders in these children were mainly parental scolding and adenoid hypertrophy. ObjectiveTo assess the diagnostic value of predictive models based on synthetic magnetic resonance imaging (syMRI), multiplexed sensitivity encoding (MUSE) sequences, and Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System (BI-RADS) in the differentiation of benign and malignant breast lesions.MethodsClinical and MRI data of 158 patients with breast lesions who underwent dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI), syMRI, and MUSE sequences between September 2019 and December 2020 were retrospectively collected. The apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) values of MUSE and quantitative relaxation parameters (longitudinal and transverse relaxation times [T1, T2], and proton density [PD] values) of syMRI were measured, and the parameter variation values and change in their ratios were calculated. The patients were randomly divided into training (n = 111) and validation (n = 47) groups at a ratio of 7:3. A nomogram was built based on univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses in the training group and was verified in the validation group. The discriminatory and predictive capacities of the nomogram were assessed by the receiver operating characteristic curve and area under the curve (AUC). The AUC was compared by DeLong test.ResultsIn the training group, univariate analysis showed that age, lesion diameter, menopausal status, ADC, T2pre, PDpre, PDGd, T2Delta, and T2ratio were significantly different between benign and malignant breast lesions (P < 0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that ADC and T2pre were significant variables (all P < 0.05) in breast cancer diagnosis. The quantitative model (model A: ADC, T2pre), BI-RADS model (model B), and multi-parameter model (model C: ADC, T2pre, BI-RADS) were established by combining the above independent variables, among which model C had the highest diagnostic performance, with AUC of 0.965 and 0.986 in the training and validation groups, respectively.ConclusionsThe prediction model established based on syMRI, MUSE sequence, and BI-RADS is helpful for clinical differentiation of breast tumors and provides more accurate information for individualized diagnosis.

A new type of seawater uranium extraction material PAN-h-PAMAM-A with effective antibacterial property was prepared by grafting hyperbranched poly(amido amine)(h-PAMAM) onto polyacrylonitrile(PAN) fibers by a one-step hydrothermal method and then alkali treatment. The surface functional groups and morphologies were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The adsorption properties of uranium under different conditions(pH, adsorption time and salt ion concentration) were studied through a series of adsorption experiments. The compe-titive ion experiment shows that the material has a good selective adsorption capacity for uranyl ions. The equilibrium adsorption capacity of PAN-h-PAMAM-A in the uranium solution reaches (296.43±4.88) mg/g (n=3, pH=8.0, ρ0=20 mg/L). The kinetic simulation shows that the adsorption conforms to the pseudo-second-order kinetic equation, and the isothermal simulation shows that the adsorption conforms to the Freundlich equation, so the adsorption is heterogeneous, multi-layer chemical adsorption process. In addition, after repeated adsorption and desorption cycles, PAN-h-PAMAM-A can still maintain excellent adsorption capacity and show very good antibacterial properties to marine bacteria, and the introduction of h-PAMAM is expected to comprehensively improve the marine applicability of materials to extraction uranium from seawater.

Microbial safety is crucial for China’s social and economic development in the new era, and it is an important support for national food security, public health, and social stability. In this article, we analyze the development needs and current status of the microbial safety industry considering the policy environment in China. Subsequently, we clarify the domestic and global development patterns of the industry and summarize the challenges faced by the innovation and application of pathogenic microorganism detection and control technologies in China. Furthermore, we propose a development plan for building China’s microbial safety industry. To explore a high-quality development path, China should build innovation platforms and a large scientific database regarding microbial safety, enhance personnel development for this industry, encourage leading enterprises to develop according to standards and regulations, and strengthen major system innovation and engineering technology research in the microbial safety field.

In order to design the structure and static strength of the eight-channel constant speed universal joint inner sleeve. In this paper,based on the steel ball selection,the top-down design of structural parameters for the eight channel constant speed universal joint inner sleeve is carried out. The whole field static strength design of internal dangerous section was carried out. We matched the materials and heat treatments of dangerous section with the ideal static strength field. The static strength design was evaluated quantitatively. We carried out the static strength torsion test of constant speed universal joint assembly by using MTS static torsion testing machine,and the inner sleeve was subjected to a micro hardness test to verify the theory. The results show that the eight-channel constant speed universal joint inner sleeve designed according to the static strength design method of structure based on strength field can meet the strength and functional requirements.

With the rapid development of tourism and the Internet, the mode of "tourism" + "Internet" has attracted wide attention, among which the importance of tourism network word-of-mouth in the development of tourism enterprises has been increasingly recognized, which also prompts the academic circle to study this. Investigating how highland amphibians respond to changes in ambient temperature may be of great significance for their fate prediction and effective conservation in the background of global warming. Here, using field individuals as the control group, we investigated the influence of high temperatures (20.5 and 25.5°C) and heat wave (15–26.6°C) on the thermal preference, critical thermal limits, locomotor performance, oxidative stress, and antioxidant enzyme activities in high-altitude frog Nanorana pleskei (3,490 m) endemic to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau (QTP). After 2 weeks of acclimation to high temperatures and heat wave, the thermal preference (Tpref), critical thermal maximum (CTmax), and range of tolerable temperature significantly increased, while the critical thermal minimum (CTmin) was significantly decreased. The total time of jump to exhaustion significantly decreased, and burst swimming speed significantly increased in frogs acclimated in the high temperature and heat wave groups compared with the field group. In the high temperature group, the level of H2O2 and lipid peroxide (malondialdehyde, MDA), as well as the activities of glutathione peroxidase (GPX), glutathione reductase (GR), catalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase (SOD), and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) significantly increased in the liver or muscle. However, in the heat wave group, the MDA content significantly decreased in the liver, and antioxidants activities decreased in the liver and muscle except for CAT activities that were significantly increased in the liver. These results indicated that N. pleskei could respond to the oxidative stress caused by high temperatures by enhancing the activity of antioxidant enzymes. The heat wave did not appear to cause oxidative damage in N. pleskei, which may be attributed to the fact that they have successfully adapted to the dramatic temperature fluctuations on the QTP.

Both the warming climate and ultraviolet-B radiation (UVBR) are considered to be notable environmental factors affecting amphibian population decline, with particular effects on tadpole development. However, the phenotypes of tadpoles living at high altitudes may be improved by moderately warming temperatures, reducing or eliminating the negative effects of oxidative damage caused by cool temperatures or strong UVBR at high altitudes. To verify this hypothesis, Rana kukunoris tadpoles, which live at high altitudes, were used to test the effect of the interaction of temperature and UVBR on their development and antioxidant systems in a fully factorial design. The tadpoles were exposed to UVBR and UVBR-free environments at 14 (cool temperature) and 22 °C (warm temperature), respectively. UVBR and a warm temperature had opposite influences on several traits of the tadpoles, including their survival, developmental rate, individual size, preferred body temperature, thermal tolerance temperature, oxidative damage, and enzymatic and nonenzymatic antioxidant systems. The moderate temperature could compensate for or override the negative effects of UVBR by increasing the tadpoles’ preferred body temperature and critical tolerance temperature, thus enhancing the locomotion ability and thermal sensitivity of their antioxidant systems. Furthermore, the dark skin coloration and aggregation behavior of R. kukunoris tadpoles may also be effective strategies for allowing them to resist UVBR and helping them to better adapt to a warming environment with stronger UVBR. Thus, it is possible that a moderate degree of warming may increase the capacity of living organisms to adapt to environmental changes and thus have positive effects on the development of tadpoles living at high altitudes.

Cage is one of the key components of constant velocity joint.The cage is in the dangerous situation when the CV joint in the limit Angle,thus the strength of the cage under the limit Angle plays an important role in meeting the requirements for the design and manufacturing.The strength of cage was studied by experiment and the finite element simulation.First of all,stress state and dangerous area were obtained through simulation under the condition of the limit Angle and torque.The fracture torque of the cage was studied by torsion test.Finally,the hardness of the cage was measured by the micro hardness tester,and the distribution regulation that the strength of the cage was obtained by the transformation of the hardness and strength.The results show that the cage strength meets the requirements.This study can provide technical basis for design and manufacturing.

China has committed to achieve net carbon neutrality by 2060 to combat global climate change, which will require unprecedented deployment of negative emissions technologies, renewable energies (RE), and complementary infrastructure. At terawatt-scale deployment, land use limitations interact with operational and economic features of power systems. To address this, we developed a spatially resolved resource assessment and power systems planning optimization that models a full year of power system operations, sub-provincial RE siting criteria, and transmission connections. Our modeling results show that wind and solar must be expanded to 2,000 to 3,900 GW each, with one plausible pathway leading to 300 GW/yr combined annual additions in 2046 to 2060, a three-fold increase from today. Over 80% of solar and 55% of wind is constructed within 100 km of major load centers when accounting for current policies regarding land use. Large-scale low-carbon systems must balance key trade-offs in land use, RE resource quality, grid integration, and costs. Under more restrictive RE siting policies, at least 740 GW of distributed solar would become economically feasible in regions with high demand, where utility-scale deployment is limited by competition with agricultural land. Effective planning and policy formulation are necessary to achieve Chinas climate goals.

Aiming at the problem that the current low accuracy rate of face detection and target tracking, a reinforcement learning algorithm is proposed, which integrates face detection technology and target tracking technology organically, adopts the face detection algorithm based on Multi-Task Convolutional Neural Network (MTCNN) and target tracking algorithm based on Kalman filtering, so as to realize face detection, multiplayer face recognition and dynamic tracking of personnel movement. In this paper, the configuration environment is Anaconda, the operating platform is PyCharm, the video-based face detection and dynamic capture and rapid identification system has been designed and developed. The system consists of two modules: face detection module and target tracking module. The optimized face detection and dynamic capture algorithm improved the detection success rate by about 11.5%, the face detection success rate by about 15.2%, the dynamic capture success rate increased by about 12.0%, and the optimized system has a wider practicality.

With the construction of underground rock engineering, the surrounding rock in deep tunnels appears zonal disintegration of fracture and intact zones alternate distribution, which is a special engineering geological phenomenon. This study establishes a partitioned fracture model under the coupling of high in-situ stress and osmotic pressure, and identify the key influencing factors of the fracture model. Furthermore, a stress intensity factor (SIF) of initial cracks on surrounding rock elastoplastic boundary is derived using the transformation of complex functions. Considering the high seepage pressure of the surrounding rocks, a zonal fracture initiation criterion is established combined with the analysis of redistributed stress fields. Finally, the obtained criterion is embedded into an extended finite element method (XFEM) platform for numerical simulation. Taking the maximum circumferential tensile stress as a cracking criterion, the propagation trajectory of rock cracks is traced by contour methods. Calculation results have realized the modelling of a whole process of crack initiation, propagation, and formation. And the established criterion has be verified.

Through the design of the Generator of the spillway tunnel, the safe operation efficiency of flood discharge tunnel with the level swirling flow is further improved. This paper takes the horizontal swirl spillway tunnel of Gongboxia Hydropower Station on the Yellow River as an example. First, the project hub facilities of the Gongboxia Hydropower Station are introduced. Moreover, the design of the gradient section and the spinning chamber section in the Generator is also studied. Based on the calculation scheme of structural mechanics, the internal force of the structure under various load combinations such as external water pressure and internal water pressure is calculated. According to Design Codes For Hydraulic Concrete Structure, the structural reinforcement is computed. These provide the basis for the design of the flood discharge tunnel with level swirling flow of large hydropower engineering facilities in Northwest China.

Aiming at the high internal and external water pressure tunnels built in unfavorable geological bodies, this study proposes a novel type of composite support structure in which steel plates are poured inside concrete linings. Compared with traditional structures, it has the advantages of higher tensile strength, better crack resistance, and impermeability. Taking the diversion tunnel of a hydropower station as an example, based on linear and non-linear finite element simulations, mechanical properties of the steelconcrete composite lining structure for a hydraulic tunnel in soft surrounding rocks are analyzed. On this basis, the concrete crack control under this supporting condition is verified. Research results can provide a reference for the selection of reasonable steel plate thicknesses and reinforcement types in design.

Employing a new nitronyl nitroxide biradical NITPhPzbis(NITPhPzbis = 5-(1-pyrazolyl)-1,3-bis(1’-oxyl-3’-oxido-4’,4’,5’,5’-tetramethyl-4,5-hydro-1H-imidazol-2-yl)benzene), a series of 2p-4f complexes [Ln2(hfac)6(H2O)(NITPhPzbis)] (LnIII = Gd1, Tb2, Dy3; hfac = hexafluoroacetylacetonate) were successfully synthesized. In complexes 1–3, the designed biradical NITPhPzbis coordinates with two LnIII ions in chelating and bridging modes to form a four-spin binuclear structure. Direct-current magnetic study of Gd analogue indicates that ferromagnetic exchange exists between the Gd ion and the radical while antiferromagnetic coupling dominates between two mono-radicals. Dynamic magnetic data show that the χ” signals of complex 3 exhibit frequency dependence under zero field, demonstrating slow magnetic relaxation behavior in complex 3. And the estimated values of Ueff and τ0 are about 8.4 K and 9.1 × 10−8 s, respectively.

Phosphorus (P) is an essential component for all living beings. Low P diets prompt phenotypic and molecular adaptations to maintain P homeostasis and increase P utilization (PU). Knowledge of the molecular mechanisms of PU is needed to enable targeted approaches to improve PU efficiency and thus lower P excretion in animal husbandry. In a previous population study, Japanese quail were subjected to a low P diet lacking mineral P and exogenous phytase. Individual PU was determined based on total P intake and excretion. A subset of 20 extreme siblings discordant for PU was selected to retrieve gene expression patterns of ileum (n = 10 per PU group). Sequencing reads have been successfully mapped to the current Coturnix japonica reference genome with an average mapping rate of 86%. In total, 640 genes were found to be differentially abundant between the low and high PU groups (false discovery rate ≤ 0.05). Transcriptional patterns suggest a link between improved PU and mitochondrial energy metabolism, accelerated cell proliferation of enterocytes, and gut integrity. In assessing indicators of the efficient use of macro- and micronutrients, further research on turnover and proliferation rates of intestinal cells could provide an approach to improve P efficiency in poultry species.

In order to compare the influence of rock mass parameters weakening on the deformation and stability of excavation caverns in layered rock mass, based on power generation system caverns of a hydropower station, the stability and deformation of the caverns is analyzed. The results show that the mechanical characteristics of the structure surface play a major role in controlling the stability of caverns. And the displacement and yield zone value of plan 3, which adopt elastic-plastic softening model, are significantly larger than other two. The method which consider the residual strength of structure surface is more suitable for the excavation calculation of layered rock mass cavern.

The large and medium-sized hydropower projects underground cavern group are basically in relatively integrate surrounding rock, so there are few engineering examples in layered surrounding rock with type III surrounding rocks as the main rock, and lack of successful experience. According to rock-bolted crane girder under the layered surrounding rock of a large underground power station, analyzing prototype dynamic monitoring data of the excavation, unloading and load-bearing test .The distribution of the monitoring data conforms to the normal law, and there are no large outliers, under the action of a large number of bolts, rock-bolted crane girder basically forms a good integrity with the layered surrounding rock, and the load-bearing test has no effect on the stress condition and stability condition of surrounding rock.

Using constant velocity universal drive shaft of Santana Automobile with different service lives,mechanical characteristics such as natural frequency and hardness were investigated. The results show that natural frequency of drive shaft decreases slightly with the increase of service life. The maximum of reduction for natural frequency is1. 2%. The high-rank natural frequency decreases more obviously than the low-rank,but no regulation was found. Surface hardness of different cross-sections changes slightly,which shows a trend from rise to decline. According to the changes of natural frequency and hardness,it predicts that drive shafts have over 60% service life.
