The R2R3-MYB gene family represents a widely distributed class of plant transcription factors. This gene family plays an important role in many aspects of plant growth and development. However, the characterization of R2R3-MYB genes present in the genome of Coptis teeta has not been reported. Here, we describe the bioinformatic identification and characterization of 88 R2R3-MYB genes in this species, and the identification of members of the R2R3-MYB gene family in species within the order Ranales most closely related to Coptis teeta. The CteR2R3-MYB genes were shown to exhibit a higher degree of conservation compared to those of A. thaliana, as evidenced by phylogeny, conserved motifs, gene structure, and replication event analyses. Cis-acting element analysis confirmed the involvement of CteR2R3-MYB genes in a variety of developmental processes, including growth, cell differentiation, and reproduction mediated by hormone synthesis. In addition, through homology comparisons with the equivalent gene family in A. thaliana, protein regulatory network prediction and transcriptome data analysis of floral organs across three time periods of flower development, 17 candidate genes were shown to exhibit biased expression in two floral phenotypes of C. teeta. As a "green" radiation protection material with the potential to replace lead oxide, bismuth oxide has more research applications in the field of γ protection. However, due to their different surface properties, there are compatibility and interaction problems between metal oxides and rubber. To enhance the performance of bismuth oxide in neoprene, Bi2O3@PCPA‐KH590 was prepared by coating bismuth oxide with polyphenol/polyamine and grafting KH590 on the surface of bismuth oxide. This allows for creating more active sites with the help of polyphenol/polyamine, enabling KH590 to be grafted onto bismuth oxide particles. The S functional group on the silane coupling agent is then cross‐linked with the rubber substrate, enhancing the dispersibility of the bismuth oxide powder. This improvement not only improves the dispersibility of the bismuth oxide powder but also enhances the mechanical properties of the rubber composite material. Compared with pure CR, the mechanical properties of 60 wt% filler‐modified powder composites can still be maintained at a high level, with the tensile strength reaching 12.83 Mpa. Circuit delays are increasingly sensitive to process, voltage, temperature, and aging (PVTA) variations, severely impacting circuit performance. Accurate measurement of circuit delay is essential. However, the additional hardware structures for measuring circuit delay add to the critical path delay. To address this issue, this paper proposes a bypass-based ring oscillator (BPath-RO) that reduces the impact on the critical path delay by moving the added measurement control structures to the bypass. The proposed measurement scheme requires only two transistors inserted into the critical path, which is more conducive to engineering change order (ECO). Measurement simulation experiments were performed on representative critical paths of the ISCAS'89 s298 and ITC'99 b15 benchmark circuits. The experimental results show that, in comparison with the existing architectures, the Bpath-RO delay measurement scheme improves the circuit performance by an average of 13.81% (s298) and 3.47% (b15) and reduces the hardware overhead by up to 70% for each path.
