Wearable sensors (WS) play a vital role in health assistance to improve the patient monitoring process. However, the existing data collection process faces difficulties in error corrections, rehabilitation, and training validations. Therefore, the data analysis requires additional effort to reduce the overall problems in sports rehabilitation. The existing research difficulties are overcome by applying the proposed spatial data correlation with a support vector machine (SDC-SVM). The algorithm uses the hyperplane function that recognizes sportsperson activities and improves overall activity recognition efficiency. The sensor data are analyzed according to the input margin, and the classification process is performed. In addition, feature correlation and input size are considered to maximize the overall classification procedure of WS data correlation using the size and margin of the input and previously stored data. In both the differentiation and classification instances, the spatiotemporal features of data are extracted and analyzed using support vectors. The proposed SDC-SVM method can improve recognition accuracy, F1 score, and computing time for the varying WS inputs, classifications, and subjects.

The purpose of this study was to study the genetic mechanism of low hydrocyanic acid (HCN) content. The segregation of HCN content trait in fresh stems and leaves was determined in the sorghum (Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench)--sudangrass (Sorghum sudanense (Piper) Stapf) hybrid [F.sub.2] population (N = 1200), also used to detect a quantitative trait locus (QTL) for HCN content. Our hypothesis was that the additive effect of QTL was negative, showing that QTL was associated with low HCN. In the present research, a total of 11 simple sequence repeats (SSR) polymorphic primers were screened, and four SSR markers associated with low HCN content were developed based on the bulked segregant analysis method. A high-resolution genetic linkage group of the previously known qPA7-1 locus of the low HCN trait was constructed by analyzing different populations, families, and recombinants. Then, the QTL qPA7-1 of sorghum--sudangrass hybrid was fine-mapped to a 203.6 kb region between markers SORBI4G4-120 and SORBI4G4-680, and seven candidate genes for low HCN were predicted in this region based on sequence comparison with the sorghum reference genome. According to gene annotation, the candidate genes related to low HCN content may be different from those involved in the known regulation mode of sorghum dhurrin biosynthesis and metabolism. Ensuite, le QTL qPA1-7 au sein de cet hybride sorgho--sorgho du Soudan a ete cartographie finement et logeait au sein d'un intervalle de 203,6 kb entre les marqueurs SORBI4G4-120 et SORBI4G4-680. Au sein de cette region, sept genes candidats pour la faible teneur en HCN ont ete predits sur la base de la comparaison de sequences avec le genome de reference du sorgho. The catalytic therapy based on the nanozymes has received increasing interest in cancer treatment. However, the catalytic capabilities of standalone nanozymes are relatively limited, necessitating the development of a nano‐bio composite system that integrates both nanozymes and natural enzymes. This construction often inevitably leads to interference between natural enzyme and nanozymes, resulting in reduced synergistic performance. Herein, a cascade catalysis system featuring the "core@paratroopers" structure is proposed, wherein hollow manganese dioxide (HMnO2) serves as "core" and ultra‐small hybrid single‐micelle (H‐micelle) encapsulated with glucose oxidase (GOx) as "paratroopers" (H‐micelle‐GOx). The outer SiO2 layer of the H‐micelle can effectively protect the GOx. Under hypoxic conditions, HMnO2 reacts with endogenous H2O2 to produce O2, thereby enhancing the catalytic efficiency of GOx for starvation therapy. Simultaneously, the generated H2O2 boosts the catalytic efficiency of HMnO2, accelerating local O2 generation and alleviating tumor hypoxia. Additionally, this system exhibits rapid degradation in the tumor microenvironment characterized by high glutathione (GSH) expression, facilitating the release and deep penetration of the ultra‐small H‐micelle‐GOx "paratroopers" within the solid tumor. Mutations in dental hypophosphatasia (HPP) have been reported less than those in other types of HPP because the symptoms are mild or the dental lesions are only partial manifestations of other types of HPP. In this case, we observe the clinical manifestation of dental hypoalkaline phosphatase by analyzing the genetic mutation and biochemical parameters in child. The clinical data of the child with odonto HPP were collected and analyzed. The blood samples of the child and his parents were sequenced and verified using Sanger through a specific probe capture and high-throughput second-generation sequencing technology. Major clinical manifestations in the patient were early loss of deciduous teeth, significantly lower serum alkaline phosphatase (ALP) levels, lower active vitamin D, and increased blood phosphorus, but no abnormality was observed in the oral X-ray. Two missense mutations—c.542C>T (p. ser181leu) and c.644 T> C (p.Ile215Thr)—were found in exon 6 of the ALPL gene from the father and mother, respectively. The clinical manifestations of odonto hypophosphatasia were early loss of deciduous teeth and significantly reduced serum ALP levels. This paper focuses on the optimization of uplift piles for a base plate considering local anti-floating stability. According to the force characteristics of the base plate subjected to buoyancy, a bi-directional evolutionary structural optimization (BESO) process is proposed. The optimization process takes the pile length as the design variable and the pile end displacement as the sensitive coefficient. The proposed process is conducted with FLAC3D to optimize the length of each uplift pile, including two cases with different pile diameters and spacing. The optimization process shows that the deformation degree of the base plate is significantly reduced when the piles are adopted with large diameters and sparse spacing, and oscillates at a low level when the piles are adopted with small diameters and dense spacing. Consequently, the design method of uplift piles considering the local anti-floating stability is proposed by referring to the optimization results of two cases. Finally, the proposed design method is applied to a practical project, and the original design of the uplift piles is optimized. The comparison results show that the deformation degree of the base plate of optimization designs is significantly lower than the original design. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

One-time password is a password that is valid for only one session on a system or device. The existing one-time password scheme without re-registration which is not limited by the number of authentication only supports online authentication, but can not support offline authentication. To solve the above problems, a one-time password authentication scheme for one-way communication without re-registration was proposed. The scheme combined the time-based one-time password scheme with the way of no re-registration. It can realize the offline authentication while satisfying the infinite authentication times and the password time-effective. Finally, the security of the scheme is proved.

The reaction mechanism of cycloadditions of tetrachloro‐o‐benzoquinone with 6,6‐dimethylfulvene were systematically investigated with density functional theory calculations. It was found that conditional primary interactions stabilize the ambimodal transition states in the endo pathways. Ambimodal transition states lead to [6 + 4]/[4 + 2] adducts or [4 + 2]/[2 + 4] adducts, which interconvert through 3,3‐sigmatropic shift reactions.
