Abstract

Objective: In order to solve the problem of complicated state in the process of pre-cooling packaging of fluid ice, it provides a basis for the application of fluid ice in the storage and transportation of fruits and vegetables, fresh-keeping and so on. Methods: Taking broccoli as the research object, the heat transfer model of pre-cooling broccoli with fluidized ice was established. The change of temperature field and ice crystal particles during the process of precooling and storage of broccoli was simulated by CFD. The effects of fluid ice crystal integral number and mass ratio of fluid ice on broccoli precooling and storage temperature were analyzed, and the verification experiment was carried out. Results: The larger the volume fraction of ice crystal, the more uniform the distribution of ice crystal particles and the better the precooling uniformity; When the mass ratio of fluidic ice was 100%, the fluidic ice could meet the requirement of precooling temperature. Conclusion: By adjusting the volume fraction and mass ratio of fluid ice and reducing the redundancy of the upper space inside the packaging, the pre-cooling effect of broccoli can be improved and the storage time can be extended.

Abstract

This paper couples Li–He's homotopy perturbation method with the energy method to obtain an approximate solution of a tangent nonlinear packaging system. A higher order homotopy equation is constructed by adopting the basic idea of the Li–He's homotopy perturbation method. The energy method is used to improve the maximal displacement and the frequency of the system to an ever higher accuracy. Comparison with the numerical solution obtained by the Runge–Kutta method shows that the shock responses of the system solved by the new method are more effective with a relative error of 0.15%. Abstract

Antioxidant active packaging films were prepared with low‐density polyethylene (LDPE) being incorporated with α‐tocopherol‐loaded MCM‐41 mesoporous silica. In order to study the influence of pore size and morphology of the mesoporous material on physical and release properties of films, the mesoporous materials were synthesized with various pore sizes and morphologies. MCM‐41 mesoporous silica materials before and after being loaded with α‐tocopherol were characterized, as well as the active films. The results show that physical properties and release profiles of active films can be changed when being incorporated with mesoporous materials with different structures: crystallinity of films prepared ranged from 11.30% to 18.13%, and the tendency of change was in good accordance with that of specific surface area of mesoporous silica materials. Variation of release rates of the antioxidant in packaging films can be achieved by changing MCM‐41 pore size, and the release period can be prolonged by ~64% in the scope of this study. These demonstrate that LDPE/α‐tocopherol/MCM‐41 films with adjustable release profile and physical properties have the potential to be used as antioxidant active packaging films. Finally, taking the Lijiatuo Yangtze River secondbridge project in Chongqing as an example, the scientific and rationality of this method is verified, which can provide reference for the determination of navigable effective clearance widthof similar bridges in the future.

37. Analysis of the Genome Sequence of Strain GiC-126 of Gloeostereum incarnatumwith Genetic Linkage Map

Abstract

AbstractGloeostereum incarnatumhas edible and medicinal value and was first cultivated and domesticated in China. We sequenced the G. incarnatummonokaryotic strain GiC-126 on an Illumina HiSeq X Ten system and obtained a 34.52-Mb genome assembly sequence that encoded 16,895 predicted genes. We combined the GiC-126 genome with the published genome of G. incarnatumstrain CCMJ2665 to construct a genetic linkage map (GiC-126 genome) that had 10 linkage groups (LGs), and the 15 assembly sequences of CCMJ2665 were integrated into 8 LGs. We identified 1912 simple sequence repeat (SSR) loci and detected 700 genes containing 768 SSRs in the genome; 65 and 100 of them were annotated with gene ontology (GO) terms and KEGG pathways, respectively. Carbohydrate-active enzymes (CAZymes) were identified in 20 fungal genomes and annotated; among them, 144 CAZymes were annotated in the GiC-126 genome. The A mating-type locus (MAT-A) of G. incarnatumwas located on scaffold885 at 38.9 cM of LG1 and was flanked by two homeodomain (HD1) genes, mipand beta-fg. Fourteen segregation distortion markers were detected in the genetic linkage map, all of which were skewed toward the parent GiC-126. They formed three segregation distortion regions (SDR1–SDR3), and 22 predictive genes were found in scaffold1920 where three segregation distortion markers were located in SDR1. In this study, we corrected and updated the genomic information of G. incarnatum. Our results will provide a theoretical basis for fine gene mapping, functional gene cloning, and genetic breeding the follow-up of G. incarnatum.
