Inventory management is an important part of the auto parts supplier business. Accurate prediction of sales volume for different auto parts is the basis for staff to formulate marketing strategies and procurement plans. Based on the limited historical sales data of the South China, North China and East China branches of an auto parts company, some prediction models are trained and tested to determine the best model for predicting future production sales. An orthogonal experimental method is used to implement hyperparameter estimation for the prediction models on this basis. In addition, a posteriori test is used to verify the validity and accuracy of the Bi-GRU model in predicting the sales volume of typical auto parts. The results show that, compared with other models, the bidirectional gated recurrent unit (Bi-GRU) model has the highest accuracy in testing and is used to predict the future sales of typical auto parts. The posterior test proved that the validity and accuracy of the Bi-GRU model is verified. The orthogonal experiment method can effectively realize the hyperparameter estimation for each model. According to the prediction results, the sales volume of blind drive caps in South China, North China and East China will reach 18235, 17030 and 14949 pieces, respectively, after 90 days. Meanwhile, the corresponding sales volume of bolts will reach 13141, 15062 and 10253 pieces, respectively.

To investigate the lead released from rubber tubes, the lead content in 3 types of rubber tubes were determined,and the Pb release were analyzed from the rubber tubes under different immersion time and temperature conditions(22, 40, 60, 80,100 °C) in tap water. The lead content of rubber tubes 3*,1*, and 2* decreased successively, and the amount of Pb release also decreased successively under the same conditions; the amount of Pb release showed a downward trend with the number of the immersion time increases. As the temperature increased, the content of Pb re!ease is increasing, and the release rate is also increasing. The Pb re!ease of rubber tubes with high lead contents also higher. Samples of handmade paper was pretreated by microwave assisted digestion, and the contents of As, Pb, Cr, Ni, Sb and Cd in the handmade paper were determined by ICP-MS. Kinetic energy discrimination (KED) were used to overcome disturbance of ions, such as ArCl. The parameters of the test methods were optimized seriously, including RPq and affects of different Neb gas flow rate, etc. Detection limits of the 6 elements were in the ranges of 0.003-0.02 mg/kg, 7 times the repeatability RSD were in the range of 1.7% to 2.6%, 3.0 mg/kg and 7.0 mg/kg mix standard solution were added in the samples respectively. Values of recovery and RSD's were found in the range of 88.9%-107% and 1.7%-2.6%. As, Pb, Cr, Ni and Sb were detected in 6 samples. The method is fast, accurate and has a low detection limit. We propose a plasma chemical looping CO 2 splitting (PCLCS) approach that enables highly efficient CO 2 conversion into O 2 -free CO at mild temperatures. PCLCS achieves an impressive 84% CO 2 conversion and a 1.3 mmol g -1 CO yield, with no O 2 detected. Crucially, this strategy significantly lowers the temperature required for conventional chemical looping processes from 650 to 1000 °C to only 320 °C, demonstrating a robust synergy between plasma and the Ce 0.7 Zr 0.3 O 2 oxygen carrier (OC). Systematic experiments and density functional theory (DFT) calculations unveil the pivotal role of plasma in activating and partially decomposing CO 2 , yielding a mixture of CO, O 2 /O, and electronically/vibrationally excited CO 2 *. Notably, these excited CO 2 * species then efficiently decompose over the oxygen vacancies of the OCs, with a substantially reduced activation barrier (0.86 eV) compared to ground-state CO 2 (1.63 eV), contributing to the synergy. Background: Undetectable occult liver metastases block the long-term survival of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). This study aimed to develop a radiomics-based model to predict occult liver metastases and assess its prognostic capacity for survival., Materials and Methods: Patients who underwent surgical resection and were pathologically proven with PDAC were recruited retrospectively from five tertiary hospitals between January 2015 and December 2020. Radiomics features were extracted from tumors, and the radiomics-based model was developed in the training cohort using LASSO-logistic regression. The model's performance was assessed in the internal and external validation cohorts using the area under the receiver operating curve (AUC). Subsequently, the association of the model's risk stratification with progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) was then statistically examined using Cox regression analysis and the log-rank test., Results: A total of 438 patients [mean (SD) age, 62.0 (10.0) years; 255 (58.2%) male] were divided into the training cohort ( n =235), internal validation cohort ( n =100), and external validation cohort ( n =103). The radiomics-based model yielded an AUC of 0.73 (95% CI: 0.66-0.80), 0.72 (95% CI: 0.62-0.80), and 0.71 (95% CI: 0.61-0.80) in the training, internal validation, and external validation cohorts, respectively, which were higher than the preoperative clinical model. The model's risk stratification was an independent predictor of PFS (all P <0.05) and OS (all P <0.05). Furthermore, patients in the high-risk group stratified by the model consistently had a significantly shorter PFS and OS at each TNM stage (all P <0.05)., Conclusion: The proposed radiomics-based model provided a promising tool to predict occult liver metastases and had a great significance in prognosis., (Copyright © 2023 The Author(s).
