This paper decomposes Jiangsu energy consumption intensity change from 1998-2008. And the energy consumption intensity is decomposed into FDI scale effect, FDI structure effect and FDI technology effect, using LMDI model. Decomposition and analysis results show that FDI scale effect reduces the energy consumption intensity. FDI structure and technology effect fluctuates and do not promote the reduction of energy consumption intensity, on the whole. Therefore, to reduce the energy consumption intensity of Jiangsu Province, we suggest that while expanding FDI scale, we should adopt unified energy-saving and emission-reducing requirements to FDI enterprises and domestic ones. Meanwhile, we should increase the foreign investment proportion in the technology-intensive industries and encourage FDI enterprises to use and exchange advanced energy-saving technologies. Moreover, we should adjust the distribution industry structure of FDI to optimize the industrial structure adjustment.

In the previous study papers the change of the total energy intensity is decomposed to the structure factor and the efficiency factor, not considering the household energy factor, because GDP are not made only by household energy. Household energy is about ten percents in the total energy consumption and the household energy of unit GDP are always being decreased. In this paper the change of the total energy intensity is decomposed to the structure adjustment factor, the efficiency factor and the household energy factor. The result of decomposition shows the efficiency factor contribute most to the reduction of total energy intensity from 1985 to 2007, the household energy factor the next, and structure adjustment factor the last. The result of decomposition also explains the causation of the abnormal ascending of total energy intensity from 2002 to 2005.

This paper establishes a behavioral game model between coalmine management staff and coalmine enterprise, exploring the issue of coalmine management staff's psychological contract violation. On the basis of researching into coalmine management staff's return judgment mechanism of behavior choice, the authors propose the hypotheses of the game model, introducing some influencing factors such as organizational justice degree k, organizational support degree s, mutual trust coefficient r, coefficient of the perception of psychological contract violation c, return share α required by coalmine management staff, return share β that coalmine enterprise expects and doubled production coefficient t, etc. Based on this, the profit matrix of two-side game theory is established and the situations of coalmine management staff's profit under different combination strategies are analyzed, and the condition of management staff's no violation of psychological contract is concluded. From the perspective of influencing factors and correlated relations, the corresponding regulation strategies of coalmine management staff's psychological contract violation are proposed in order to help coalmine enterprises to reduce the perception of management staff's psychological contract violation and promote psychological contract fulfillment, better ensuring safety production and sustainable development of coalmine enterprises.

For a long time, the development and utilization of coal resources has made important contribution to the development of China's national economy. However, at the same time, it has damaged environment in the mining area seriously. Therefore, developing circular economy in the mining area promotes the regional sustainable development. In this paper, according to entropy flow generated in the process of exploiting coal resources, the authors advise to introduce the related industries which consume the entropy flow and realize entropy reduction in the mining area. By reviewing and analyzing the development of circular economy in Pingdingshan Coal Mining Group as an example, the authors conclude that development of circular economy and the introduction of negative entropy flow could promote the balance of the ecosystem and increase order in the mining area.

The relationship of urbanization level and tourism is one of hot issues in the economics research. In this paper, cointegration analysis, error correction model and Granger causality estimation were used to test the relationship of China's urbanization level and tourism, based on the data from 1994 to 2009. Econometric software-Eviews 5.0 was used in calculation process. All the empirical studies were experienced several steps including unit root test on urbanization level and tourism, cointegration test, first order and second order error correction model as well as Granger causality estimation. The empirical test showed that although the short-run fluctuation exists, there is a stable equilibrium relation between China's urbanization level and domestic tourism in the long run. But, there is no stable equilibrium relation between China's urbanization level and international tourism in the long run. In addition, on the comparison of between international tourism and domestic tourism, it concluded tha t the urbanization level plays more significant role in promoting domestic tourism than international tourism do.

Psychological contract is the key condition to form and select behavioral motivation for employees in the organization. In this article, we empirically study the content and structure of mine operators’ psychological contract in typical Chinese coal enterprises. Based on studying the coal mine operators’ psychological contract concept model, we validate the content and structure of core operators’ psychological contract, i.e. organization obligation is composed of four dimensions including production guarantee, growth guarantee, organizational respect and organizational development, and employee obligation is also composed of four dimensions including self-safety, public safety, loyalty and self-development. Finally, in view of the actual coal mine production, we suggests establishment of active psychological contract to enhance the coal mine safety management level.
