[Objective] This study aims to examine the species diversity of the genus Corydalis in He􀆳nan, China, and to further identify species distribution. [Methods] After reviewing the literatures and specimens from the Chinese Virtual Herbarium (CVH), we conducted field investigations, took photos, and collected specimens. [Results] We confirmed three newly recorded species of Corydalis species in He􀆳nan Province, namely C. nanwutaishanensis Z.Y. Su & Lidén, C. ochotensis Turcz., and C. wilfordii Regel. We also verified that C. ensiana Lidén ex C. Y. Wu, H. Chuang & Z. Y. Su, and C. caudata (Lam.) Pers. were misidentified as C. curviflora Maxim. and C. humosa Migo. in previous literatures. In addition, we found a translation error in the label of C. pseudoincisa C.Y.Wu, Z.Y.Su & Lidén, which might not be distributed in He􀆳nan Province. [Conclusion] Three newly recorded species and three suspected species of Corydalis are reported in Henan Province, which are helpful for the study of biodiversity in He􀆳nan Province and the revision of Flora of He􀆳nan.

Karenia mikimotoi is a classical red tide microalgae that causes red tide, which can cause water pollution and even death of animals and plants in water. In this experiment, the expanded perlite (EP) was used as a floating carrier, and floating photocatalysts were synthesized using three methods: hydrothermal synthesis, simple coating method and sodium alginate fixation method. The inhibitory effect of the floating photocatalysts synthesized by these three methods on the growth of K. mikimotoi was investigated. The experimental results showed that the floating photocatalyst formed by hydrothermal synthesis was the most effective for the inhibition of K. mikimotoi. The removal rate of algae reached more than 80% after 4 h. The content of chlorophyll a and soluble protein in K. mikimotoi decreased sharply after 1 h of floating photocatalyst. The floating photocatalyst prepared by hydrothermal synthesis destroyed the photosynthetic system of K. mikimotoi and caused the algae cells to lose energy source. The decrease of protein content reduced the metabolic activity of algae cells. This experiment provides a theoretical basis for the application of photocatalytic technology in the field of red tide control.

Objective·To describe the level of multiple symptom distress and physical activity in children and adolescents with cancer, analyze symptom distress profiles, and explicit the relationship between latent profiles and physical activity.Methods·From November 2021 to March 2023, the convenient sample method was used to recruit children and adolescents with cancer aged 10－18 years old, who had been treated for more than 1 month in the Departments of Hematology/Oncology, Shanghai Children′s Medical Center and Xin Hua Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. The questionnaires, including General Information Questionnaire, Memorial Symptom Assessment Scale 10-18 (MSAS 10-18) and Modified Chinese Version of Children′s Leisure Time Activities Study Survey (CLASS-C), were used. Latent profile analysis was used to identify whether the level of multiple symptom distress in children and adolescents with cancer was population heterogeneity and its explicit characteristics. Whether there were differences in physical activity levels among different profiles of symptom distress was also analyzed.Results·A total of 165 valid questionnaires were collected, with an effective response rate of 91.7%. The symptom distress scores of the top five occurrence rates of symptoms in children and adolescents with cancer were lack of energy with a median of 1 (1, 2) point, nausea 1 (1, 2) point, lack of appetite 2 (2, 3) points, sweat 1 (1, 2) point, and pain 1 (1, 2) point. The physical activity level of the patients was mainly light, with a median of 2 530.00 (1 577.50, 3 721.00) min/week, and moderate to vigorous physical activity was relatively lower [70.00 (10.00, 197.50) min/week]. The patients with cancer could be divided into two latent profiles: "high fatigue-high nausea-high hair loss-high sleepy" and "high fatigue-low nausea-low vomiting-low sleepy", which were named as high symptom distress (n=47, 30.6%) and low symptom distress (n=118, 69.4%) separately. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia were more likely to be classified as high symptom distress group, and outpatients in the latest hospital visit were more likely to classified as low symptom distress group (both P

The current approach to 2D optical phased array (OPA) encounters challenges, such as the requirement for a highly tunable laser that is incompatible with certain 2D beam-steering applications or significant power consumption, large antenna spacing and complex wiring resulting from independent control of array elements. To address these challenges, we propose an OPA architecture based on cascaded periodically poled LiNbO3 sequences, a multi-layered domains engineered structure within the LiNbO3 electro-optic crystal, only two control electronics to program the 2D beam-steering trajectory with a range of approximately θ y = ±20° and θ z = ±16° through simulations. This structure enables the uniform distribution of phase differences between adjacent array elements (adjacent domains) upon beam exit from the crystal, ensuring optimal performance. The aim of this study is to develop a methodology that employs domain engineering techniques for designing high-performance phase-controlled devices with customized functional units and sequences in electro-optical crystals. Our research has implications for emerging optoelectronic applications, such as customizable optical interconnects and integrated LiDAR systems.

In order to solve the problem of high noise and insufficient feature extraction of Retinex-Net in low-light image enhancement processing, this paper proposes a new network structure. First, the Retinex-Net network was used as the basic model to decompose the input image, and a residual shrinkage network was introduced in the convolutional layer to remove the noise generated during the decomposition process. Then, in order to preserve the details of the image and suppress noise while enhancing the brightness, the enhancement network was divided into three small sub-networks for processing respectively. Finally, the adjusted images were fused to obtain an enhanced image. Compared with the SIRE、LIME、GLADNet、Retinex-Net algorithm, experiments show that the peak signal-to-noise ratio of the images processed by the algorithm in this paper has an avevage increase of 3.48 dB, the mean square error has an avevage increase of 0.082 7, the structural similarity has an avevage increase of 0.146, and the lightness order error has an avevage increase of 271.6.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and prognostic factors of autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (ASCT) for Hodgkin's lymphoma (HL). Methods We retrospectively analyzed the data of 38 patients with HL who underwent ASCT. Kaplan-Meier and Cox methods were used to analyze the curative effect and prognostic factors after transplantation. Results All 38 transplanted patients obtained hematopoietic reconstitution. The CR rates before and after transplantation were 55.3% and 81.6%, respectively, and the 5-year PFS and OS were 76.1% and 79.0%, respectively. Univariate analysis showed that B symptoms, IPS score, pre-transplant remission status, extranodal invasion, and pretreatment regimen were the factors affecting the prognosis of ASCT in patients with HL. Multivariate analysis showed that B symptom was an independent risk factor affecting 5-year PFS. Conclusion ASCT is effective in the treatment of high-risk, relapsed, and refractory patients with HL. B symptom is an independent risk factor affecting the prognosis of transplantation.

[Objective] The temporal and spatial characteristics of desertification risk were analyzed for the Bortala Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture in order to provide a scientific basis and data support for ecological restoration, including formulation of sand prevention and control measures. [Methods] A desertification risk evaluation index system that included nine natural and socio-economic indicators was constructed by using ENVI and ArcGIS software to evaluate the risk of desertification. The characteristics of temporal and spatial changes were analyzed for the Bortala Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture from 2000 to 2020. [Results] ① The risk of desertification showed strong spatial heterogeneity in the Bortala Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture during 2000—2020. The extremely high risk and high risk areas were concentrated in Jinghe County and Alashankou City, located in the east of the Bortala Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture. The moderate risk and low risk areas were located in Bole City and Wenquan County in the central part of the Bortala Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture. The moderate risk level constituted the largest proportion of the total area (more than 40%). ② From 2000 to 2020, the risk of desertification shifted from extremely high risk to high risk, from high risk to moderate risk, and from moderate risk to low risk, showing a declining trend in risk of desertification. The extremely high risk area decreased by 3 160.3 km2, and the low risk area increased by 2 424.76 km2 by 2020. ③ From 2000 to 2020, the extremely high risk and the high risk centers of desertification moved eastward. The shift of the extremely high risk center was the most obvious, gradually moving to the east of Jinghe County. The medium risk and low risk centers did not change significantly, and they were located in Bole City and Wenquan County. [Conclusion] During 2000—2020, the desertification risk level was different in each area of the study area. Therefore, in order to prevent and control desertification, ecological restoration projects should be carried out reasonably and effectively according to local conditions.

Myocardial infarction (MI) remains the leading cause of morbidity and mortality due partly to the limited regenerative capacity of cardiomyocytes to replace cardiomyocyte lost due to apoptosis. Inhibiting cardiomyocyte apoptosis is recognized as an effective therapeutic approach for MI. MicroRNAs (miRNAs, miRs), which regulate target genes at the post-transcriptional level, play a significant role in the regulation of cardiovascular diseases such as MI. MicroRNA-135b (miR-135b) has a protective effect on cardiomyocytes. However, the role of miR-135b in cardiomyocyte apoptosis in infarct myocardium needs further clarification.

Defect detection is of great significance for the protection and repair of ancient buildings. The traditional floor tile defect detection has been subject to visual inspection, which has limitations due to human influence and time-consuming. Based on the good application prospects of deep learning, this paper builds a data set of imperfections in the Forbidden City, and proposes an improved Faster R-CNN. Firstly, the deformable convolution was constructed, and the defect features in the floor tile were learned and extracted through the network. Then，the feature graph was input into region proposal network to generate the candidate region box, and the generated feature graph and candidate region box was pooled. Finally, the defect detection results were output. Under the test of the image data set of floor tiles of the Forbidden City, the mean accuracy of the improved model reached 92.49%, which was 2.99% higher than the Faster R-CNN model and more suitable for the floor tile defect detection.

Based on 0.18 μm RFCMOS technology, a high linearity low noise amplifier(LNA) for low voltage GPS receivers was designed. By using the trans-conductance derivative superposition technique with bulk bias control, the adjustment accuracy of auxiliary transistor was remarkably improved. An extra capacitance is added between gate and source nodes of input transistor in a parallel manner to reduce the effect of second-order harmonic on IMD3. In addition, folded cascade structure is adopted to make the circuit work under low voltage conditions. The simulation results shown that the LNA achieves a 6.63 dBm IIP3, a noise figure of 1.53 dB, a 13.16 dB power gain, the input and output return losses are -32.43 dB and -24.58 dB at 1.575 GHz with the core LNA consuming 8.78 mW at 0.9 V power supply.

ObjectiveTourette syndrome (TS) is a group of childhood-onset chronic neuropsychiatric disorders characterized by tics, i.e., repetitive, sudden, and involuntary movements or vocalizations, which is often associated with various psychopathological and/or behavioral comorbidities, including attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, depression, and sleep disorders and have a worse prognosis. The mechanism of TS is still not clear. The relationship between immune activation, neuroinflammation, and neuropsychiatric disorders has attracted much attention in the past two decades. To explore the underlying mechanism in TS, the relationship between neuroinflammation and behavioral alterations in TS rats was investigated in this study.MethodsA total of 36 Sprague-Dawley male rats were divided into three groups randomly as follows: the TS, control (CON), and drug intervention groups. The TS rat group was treated with haloperidol (Hal) (the TS + Hal group). The TS rat model was established using 3,3-iminodipropionitrile (IDPN), which is a well-known animal model of TS. The behavioral syndromes, brain tissue cytokines, like interleukin (IL)-6 and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), and microglial activation of the three groups were assessed.ResultsThe behavioral scores of rats in the TS group and the TS + Hal group were higher than those in the CON group (P < 0.05), but the scores of behavioral tests in the TS + Hal group were lower than those in the TS group (P < 0.05). The levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in the rat brain tissue were significantly higher in the TS group than in the CON group (P < 0.05), while no significant differences were found between the CON group and the TS + Hal group (P > 0.05). The microglia was significantly activated in the TS group and slightly activated in the TS + Hal group, which was considerably less than that in the TS group.ConclusionThe IDPN-induced TS rats had significant neuroinflammation in the brain, and the interaction between dopamine (DA) dysregulation and immune dysfunction may play a vital role in the pathogenic mechanisms of TS.

In order to promote the rolling exploration and development of oil reservoirs in northern Shaanxi, a fine study of sedimentary facies in area A has been carried out. Using core and logging data, on the basis of identifying different levels of sequence interfaces and lake flooding, the Chang 2 Member in Area A was divided into two base level cycles, and a high-resolution sequence stratigraphic correlation was established. On the basis of core description, the analysis of single-well sedimentary facies, continuous-well sedimentary facies and planar sedimentary facies are carried out. It is believed that the Chang 2 member of the study area is a delta plain deposit, dominated by distributary channels, inter-distributary depressions, and natural dike microfacies. There are two to three main rivers in the study area. Both the vertical and the plane show that the length of Chang 22 sand bodies is more developed than the length of Chang 21 sand bodies. Among the three small layers of Chang 22, Chang 221 sand body is relatively well developed, and the channel width and thickness are large, making it the most favorable reservoir.
