The research progress in thermal aging resistant silicone rubber based heat-proof materials in recent years was reviewed with 46 references. The inorganic modification effects of nano-carbon materials, graphite powder, talc powder, transition metal oxides and fiber fillers on the thermal aging resistance and mechanical properties of silicone rubber based heat-proof materials were emphatically introduced, and the main research directions of thermal aging resistant silicone rubber based heat-proof materials in the future were pointed out.

Objective To investigate the role and mechanism of erythroid precursor cells (EPC) and its subtypes in Alzheimer's disease (AD). Methods The patients with AD (AD group) firstly diagnosed and treated in Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were included, and olanzapine combined with donepezil were used for treatment; while 30 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group. The proportion of EPC, CD45+EPC and CD45-EPC in peripheral blood in control group and AD group before and after treatment was detected and sorted by flow cytometry. Primary cortical neurons were used to construct AD cells model, flow cytometry was used to detect the apoptosis of neurons in control group, AD model group, CD45+EPC group, CD45-EPC group and Artemin block group. Results There was no significant difference in the proportion of EPC in peripheral blood between AD group and control group, or between AD group before and after treatment (P＞0.05, for all). However, the proportion of CD45+EPC subtype (t=7.277, P=0.000) and ROS content (t=10.817, P=0.000) in AD group before treatment were higher than those in control group. The proportion of CD45-EPC subtype (t=7.277, P=0.000) and Artemin content (t=6.547, P=0.000) were lower than those in control group, but there were no significant differences in proportion of CD45+EPC and CD45-EPC subtypes, ROS and Artemin contents before and after treatment in AD group (P＞0.05, for all). Neuronal apoptosis experiment showed the proportion of neuronal apoptosis in different treatment groups was significantly different (F=25.662, P=0.000). The proportion of neuronal apoptosis in AD model group (t=9.330, P=0.000), CD45+EPC group (t=14.362, P=0.000), CD45-EPC group (t=2.423, P=0.036) and Artemin block group (t=9.970, P=0.000) were higher than those in control group. AD model group (t=4.548, P=0.001), CD45+EPC group (t=8.759, P=0.000), Artemin block group (t=5.387, P=0.000) were higher than those in CD45-EPC group. CD45+EPC group was also higher than that in AD model group (t=5.091, P=0.000) and Artemin block group (t=3.175, P=0.004). Conclusions The proportion of CD45+EPC subtype in peripheral blood of AD patients was significantly increased and the proportion of CD45-EPC subtype was decreased. CD45-EPC subtype can reduce the neuronal apoptosis induced by AD by secreting Artemin.

Using three varieties of Baccaurea ramiflora as raw material, the nutritional components of pericarp, pulp, and stone were respectively determined. The processing technology of B.ramiflora wine was investigated by single-factor experiments and orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the moisture and flavonoids contents on pericarp of the white pericarp B.ramiflora grown in Thailand the artificial cultivated B.ramiflora and the wild B.ramiflora grown in Kunming-Xishuangbanna were higher than 85% and 13.18 mg/g, respectively. The pericarp polyphenols and pulp polysaccharide of B.ramiflora artificially cultivated in Xishuangbanna were 46.95 mg/g and 743 mg/g, respectively. The Vitamin C content in pulp of Thailand varitywas 5.63 mg/100 g. The best conditions for fermentation were fermentation temperature of 27 ℃, fermentation time of 6 days, initial sugar concentration of 24 % vol, liquid-material ratio of 1∶1 (w/v) and yeast inoculation quantity of 0.2% (w/w). Under the optimum conditions, the alcohol content of B.ramiflora wine was 12.3%vol, sensory score was 86.5, DPPH free radical scavenging rate was 13.84 mg/mL, ferric ion reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) was 14.32 mg/mL, leading the wine to be intensely fruity with a refreshing aftertaste.

Objective To report 5 patients with adrenomyeloneuropathy (AMN), and to summarize the clinical phenotype and gene mutation characteristics in combination with literature and mutation database. Methods and Results Five patients with AMN who were treated in the Department of Neurology, Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University and Shanghai Fengxian District Central Hospital from May 2008 to December 2021 were selected. Spastic paraplegia was the main manifestation in all the 5 patients. Laboratory test showed that Case 2 had abnormal levels of very long⁃chain fatty acids (VLCFA), and Case 5 had higher level of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH). Cranial MRI showed multiple ischemic foci in the right frontal parietal lobe, brainstem and cerebellum in Case 5. Three patients (Case 2, Case 3, Case 5) underwent spinal MRI and showed protrusion of intervertebral disc or degenerative change of vertebral body. Gene detection showed that all 5 patients had pathogenic mutation located in exon 1 of ABCD1 gene, Case 1 was c.421G＞A (p.Ala141Thr) hemizygous mutation, Case 2 was c.454C＞G (p.Arg152Gly) hemizygous mutation, Case 3 was c.521A＞G (p.Tyr174Cys) hemizygous mutation, Case 4 and Case 5 from the same family, all of them were c.293C＞T (p.Ser98Leu) hemizygous mutation, which were "pathogenic" mutations, and the c.454C＞G mutation was first reported in this study. This study summarized the genetic variation of ABCD1 gene in the adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD) mutation database. The ALD mutation database contained 1255 genetic variations, which were distributed in exons, introns and 5' untranslated region (5'UTR) regions, of which exon 1 (43.12%, 370/858) and exon 6 (10.02%, 86/858) were the most common. Conclusions The diagnosis of ALD with spastic paraplegia as its main manifestation needs to be combined with clinical manifestations and imaging examinations. ABCD1 gene detection is important for diagnosis. Exon 1 and 6 are hotspot exons of ABCD1 gene.

As one of the important oil crops in the world, peanuts occupy a pivotal position in crops. Fresh harvested peanut fruit are susceptible to mildew and aflatoxins due to their high moisture content, thus affecting the safety of use and reducing the economic value of peanuts. The timely drying of peanut fruit after harvest can effectively inhibit the growth and reproduction of microorganisms and molds, reduce the effects of environmental temperature and humidity on peanut storage, and ensure the quality and safety of peanuts. This paper summarizes the research status of peanut fruit drying technology and equipment at home and abroad, introduces various drying methods of peanuts fruit and corresponding drying equipment, sum up the existing problems, proposes relevant research recommendations, providing reference for peanut fruit drying technology equipment research.

Seabed instability caused by cyclic wave loading is one of the main factors affecting the foundation instability of marine structures, and it is a key problem that needs to be paid attention in the design of marine structures. Based on Biot’s consolidation theory and a semi-empirical formula for calculating residual pore water pressure, the wave-induced residual seabed response around a buried pipeline was investigated by numerical simulation. The correctness of the numerical results is verified by comparing with experimental results. Effect of the self-weight of the buried pipeline on residual pore pressure development and the characteristics of residual pore pressure near the pipeline are discussed.

Background/purpose: Patients with alcohol‐associated cirrhosis and acute decompensation are considered critically ill and have a higher risk of short‐term mortality. This study aimed to establish a nomogram to evaluate their 90‐day survival and identify factors that affect disease progression. Methods: We included patients from September 2008 to December 2016 (n = 387 in the derivation group) and from January 2017 to August 2020 (n = 157 in the validation group). LASSO regression and Cox multivariate risk regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of the 90‐day mortality risk, and a nomogram was constructed. The performance of a model was analyzed based on the C‐index, area under the receiver operating curve, calibration curve, and decision curve analysis. Results: Total bilirubin >10 upper limit of normal, high‐density lipoprotein cholesterol, lymphocyte and monocyte ratios ≤2.33, white blood cells, and hemoglobin were identified as independent risk factors affecting the 90‐day mortality risk of patients and the nomogram was developed. A nomogram demonstrated excellent model predictive accuracy in both the derivation and validation cohorts (C‐index: 0.976 and 0.945), which was better than other commonly used liver scoring models (p < 0.05). The nomogram also performed good calibration ability and more clinical net benefit. According to the nomogram score, patients were divided into high‐ and low‐risk groups. Mortality was significantly higher in the high‐risk group than in the low‐risk group (p < 0.0001). Conclusion: The nomogram could accurately predict the 90‐day mortality risk in patients with alcohol‐associated cirrhosis and acute decompensation, helping to identify high‐risk patients and personalize treatment at their first admission.
