In this paper, the contents of 12 mineral elements in 100 samples of four types of takeaway fast food, including porridge and noodles, special snacks, Chinese fast food and Western fast food, sold in Beijing were analyzed by ICP-MS, and the RNI and UL values of the elements were used as the assessment criteria for preliminary dietary nutritional assessment of different age groups. The results showed that the range of mineral element contents in the samples was wide and the degree of dispersion was large. The intakes of Na, I and Cr could meet the daily dietary needs of the whole population in all types of takeaway samples, while the intakes of Ca, Mg and Fe were insufficient. The insufficient intakes of K, Zn, Cu, Mn, Mo and Se were found in some of the samples of some populations. The intakes of the 12 elements showed different degrees of variability among the four types of takeaways, with lower intakes of each element in congee and noodle dishes, and K, Ca, Mg, Zn, Fe, Se and Cr showed significant differences from the other three types. The intake of each element was lower in congee and noodles, which showed significant differences with the other three categories. In addition, the intake of take-away fast food was found to be excessive, with Zn and I exceeding 1.1%~5.3% and 3.6%~14.3%, respectively, in different age groups. The results showed that the long-term take-away population should pay attention to adjusting their dietary structure, balancing the intake of take-away food containing meat, vegetables, legumes, eggs and milk, and appropriately replenishing various types of minerals with insufficient intake. At the same time the health risks of “over-nutrition” brought about by fast food takeaways should be paid attention, and the young minors were the key concern groups.

For various engineering applications in public, ceramics with exceptional strength, toughness and shock resistance are imminently required, but traditional ceramics struggle to meet these demands due to their fragility. Inspired by the shape of natural conch shells, this work offers a simple hot press approach to fabricate layered porcelain ceramic tile/Kevlar fabric composites, yielding excellent mechanical properties and the capacity for non-catastrophic failure. It was concluded that composites’ excellent mechanical performance is attributed to the resin/fabric content. The composite with the resin/fabric content of 45.5 vol.% had an outstanding combination of high strength (310.5 ± 6.2MPa) and excellent fracture toughness (6.83 ± 0.09MPa•m1/2), whereas the sample with 36.4 vol.% resin/fabric content had the maximal impact energy of 2.04 ± 0.09 J, which is much better than those of traditional ceramics. The strong resistance to fracture is a result of the proper interfacial bonding and the presence of elastic component, which enables toughening mechanisms such as crack deflection, fibre pull-out and interfacial debonding. This finding provides useful guidance for replacing lowperformance ceramics in engineering applications with cost-effective ceramic composites.

【Objective】The rapid development of data center networks necessitates intensive research into high-speed and high-capacity data center optical transmission systems. Single carrier 400 or 600 Gbit/s transmission will gradually become the mainstream transmission rate in the next generation of communication network. While the application of 400 Gbit/s transmission is well-studied in data center networks, detailed research on 600 Gbit/s transmission systems is less common.【Methods】This study is based on a single carrier 600 Gbit/s next-generation data center Elastic Optical Network (EON) transmission system, and conducts detailed theoretical analysis and experimental research on factors affecting transmission distance and spectrum utilization efficiency.【Results】The analysis shows that the maximum transmission distance is determined by the single carrier's peak input optical power, while the spectrum utilization efficiency is related to the bandwidth of the transmission channel. Experimental investigation is conducted on a single carrier 600 Gbit/s EON transmission system. By comparing the relationships between different fiber input optical powers, the system’s Q factor and the pre correction bit error rate, as well as the relationships between 3 dB channel filtering bandwidth and system’s Q factor for different channel numbers, it is confirmed that the system’s transmission distance and spectrum utilization efficiency are related to the optimal fiber input optical power and filtering bandwidth, respectively. Furthermore, the experiment shows that the optimal single-wave input optical power and optimal filtering bandwidth of the 600 Gbit/s transmission system are + 4 dBm and 77 GHz, respectively. Under these settings, the system achieves the longest transmission distance and the highest spectral efficiency. Under these experimental conditions, the 600 Gbit/s transmission system achieves long-term stable operation without error for 48 hours, indicating that this fiber input power and bandwidth can effectively extend and improve the transmission distance and spectrum utilization of the 600 Gbit/s communication system.【Conclusion】The 600 Gbit/s EON system has an optimal input power and filter bandwidth that maximizes bandwidth utilization and transmission distance without significant fiber nonlinear effects or channel interference. The findings have significant values for the engineering construction of 600 Gbit/s transmission systems.

For a long-term complex Action, it is typically composed of various short-term Actions. The speed and importance of these short-term Actions directly affect the recognition results. Current two-stream neural networks have already achieved good recognition results on Action recognition datasets. However, previous two-stream networks have focused more on Action modeling, neglecting the impact of the speed and importance of different short-term Actions on the results of Action recognition. This has directly limited the model’s ability to model different short-term Actions, thereby affecting the effectiveness of Action recognition. To address this issue, this paper proposes a Short-term Action Spatio-Temporal Attention (STASTA) module based on the two-stream network structure. The STASTA module is capable of focusing on the differences in importance and speed between different short-term Actions. By extracting the differences in importance and speed of different short-term Actions in the video and then fusing the features, the aim is to enrich spatio-temporal features and improve Action recognition performance. The proposed method is evaluated on the Something-Something v1 & v2 and Charades datasets. A large number of experimental results indicate that the method proposed in this paper achieves state-of-the-arts results among video Action recognition methods.

ObjectiveTo establish a rat model of hyperuricemia （HUA）， to study the effect of Liqing granules on lowering serum uric acid， and to evaluate its safety .MethodsMale SD rats were randomly divided into solvent control group and model group according to their body weight. For the model group， serum uric acid （SUA） was determined after 7 days of intra-gastric administration of potassium oxyazinate. The model group were randomly divided into model control group， positive control group， and low， medium， high dose group based on SUA level. Each group from the model group continued to receive potassium oxyazinate in the morning. The animals in the model groups received 0.5% CMC-Na， 10 mg·kg-1 benzbromarone （Doses by body weight） and Liqing granules 0.6， 1.2， 2.4 g·kg-1 （Doses by body weight）， respectively in the afternoon. 0.5% CMC-Na suspension with the same volume was given both in the morning and afternoon for the solvent control group. Levels of SUA， creatinine （CREA）， alanine aminotransferase （ALT） and aspartate transaminase （AST） were determined after 32 and 45 days administration of the test substance.ResultsSUA of the model group was （218±23） μmol·L-1 after 7 days of modeling， which was significantly higher than that of the solvent control group （P0.05）. CREA in the medium and high dose groups significantly decreased （P0.05）.ConclusionLiqing granules can assist in lowering blood serum uric acid in the rat HUA model， and no damage to liver and kidney function is found.

[Objective]To addresses the problem of traversing multiple fields for agricultural robots in hilly terrain, a traversal path planning method is proposed by combining the Floyd algorithm with an improved genetic algorithm. The method provides a solution that can reduce the cost of agricultural robot operation and optimize the order of field traversal in order to improve the efficiency of farmland operation in hilly areas and realizes to predict how an agricultural robot can transition to the next field after completing its coverage path in the current field.[Methods]In the context of hilly terrain characterized by small and densely distributed field blocks, often separated by field ridges, where there was no clear connectivity between the blocks, a method to establish connectivity between the fields was proposed in the research. This method involved projecting from the corner node of the headland path in the current field to each segment of the headland path in adjacent fields vertically. The shortest projected segment was selected as the candidate connectivity path between the two fields, thus establishing potential connectivity between them. Subsequently, the connectivity was verified, and redundant segments or nodes were removed to further simplify the road network. This method allowed for a more accurate assessment of the actual distances between field blocks, thereby providing a more precise and feasible distance cost between field blocks for multi-block traversal sequence planning. Next, the classical graph algorithm, Floyd algorithm, was employed to address the shortest path problem for all pairs of nodes among the fields. The resulting shortest path matrix among headland path nodes within fields, obtained through the Floyd algorithm, allowed to determine the shortest paths and distances between any two endpoint nodes in different fields. This information was used to ascertain the actual distance cost required for agricultural machinery to transfer between fields. Furthermore, for the genetic algorithm in path planning, there were problems such as difficult parameter setting, slow convergence speed and easy to fall into the local optimal solution. This study improved the traditional genetic algorithm by implementing an adaptive strategy. The improved genetic algorithm in this study dynamically adjusted the crossover and mutation probabilities in each generation based on the fitness of the previous generation, adapting to the problem's characteristics. Simultaneously, it dynamically modified the ratio of parent preservation to offspring generation in the current generation, enhancing population diversity and improving global solution search capabilities. Finally, this study employed genetic algorithms and optimization techniques to address the field traversal order problem, akin to the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP), with the aim of optimizing the traversal path for agricultural robots. The shortest transfer distances between field blocks obtained through the Floyd algorithm were incorporated as variables into the genetic algorithm for optimization. This process leads to the determination of an optimized sequence for traversing the field blocks and the distribution of entry and exit points for each field block.[Results and Discussions]A traversal path planning simulation experiment was conducted to compare the improved genetic algorithm with the traditional genetic algorithm. After 20 simulation experiments, the average traversal path length and the average convergence iteration count of the two algorithms were compared. The simulation results showed that, compared to the traditional genetic algorithm, the proposed improved genetic algorithm in this study shortened the average shortest path by 13.8%, with fewer iterations for convergence, and demonstrated better capability to escape local optimal solutions. To validate the effectiveness of the multi-field path planning method proposed in this study for agricultural machinery coverage, simulations were conducted using real agricultural field data and field operation parameters. The actual operating area located at coordinates (103.61°E, 30.47°N) was selected as the simulation subject. The operating area consisted of 10 sets of field blocks, with agricultural machinery operating parameters set at a minimum turning radius of 1.5 and a working width of 2. The experimental results showed that in terms of path length and path repetition rate, the present method showed more superior performance, and the field traversal order and the arrangement of imports and exports could effectively reduce the path length and path repetition rate.[Conclusions]The experimental results proved the superiority and feasibility of this study on the traversing path planning of agricultural machines in multiple fields, and the output trajectory coordinates of the algorithm can serve as a reference for both human operators and unmanned agricultural machinery during large-scale operations. In future research, particular attention will be given to addressing practical implementation challenges of intelligent algorithms, especially those related to the real-time aspects of navigation systems and challenges such as Kalman linear filtering. These efforts aim to enhance the applicability of the research findings in real-world scenarios.

With the transformation of the new medical structure in the new era, the center of gravity of treatment for patients with mental disorders gradually shifted from the hospital to the community. The study randomly divided 70 community hospitalized patients with mental disorders who met the diagnostic criteria into an experimental group and a control group of 35 patients each and treated them with visualization music therapy and traditional spiritual rehabilitation therapy, respectively. At the end of the treatment, the basic characteristics, sleep quality, cognitive function, and related symptoms of the patients with community psychiatric disorders before and after the treatment were analyzed by using independent samples t-test, and the quality of life and intimate adaptability of the patients after community rehabilitation before and after the treatment were also explored. BackgroundGinseng Radix et Rhizoma (GS) is frequently used as an adjuvant therapy for patients with heart failure (HF). Metoprolol is widely used in patients with HF. However, there is no report on the combined effects of GS and metoprolol in patients with HF.ObjectiveThis study investigated the combined effects of GS and metoprolol in male C57BL/6J mice with HF and the underlying mechanisms.Materials and methodsWe utilized a mouse myocardial HF model to measure the serum levels of creatine kinase (CK) and creatine kinase-MB form (CK-MB) using an automated biochemical analyzer. Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and cardiac troponin (cTnT) levels were determined using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays. Autophagy of myocardial cells was evaluated using transmission electron microscopy, and changes in signal pathway proteins related to autophagy were analyzed by Western blotting.ResultsGS combined with metoprolol improved heart function, reduced heart damage, and decreased serum levels of CK, CK-MB, LDH, and cTnT. The combination of GS and metoprolol decreased autophagy in myocardial cells by reducing the levels of autophagy-related proteins (LC3, p62, Beclin1, and Atg5) and increasing the ratios of p-PI3K/PI3K, p-Akt/Akt, and p-mTOR/mTOR.ConclusionGS enhanced the anti-heart failure effect of metoprolol. Its mechanism of action might be related to the inhibition of autophagy mediated by the activation of the PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway.

The catenary system, as a framework within railway electrification projects, constitutes an exposed suspension structure deployed along railway lines. It serves the purpose of providing electrical power to electric locomotives through pantographs but lacks backup facilities and falls into the category of a specialized form of high-voltage transmission line. To ensure the safety and reliability of the catenary system and the stable current collection of the pantograph, thereby safeguarding railway operational safety, it is imperative to research the aerodynamic response of the catenary system induced by environmental winds. For this study, the catenary system in the 4m windbreak wall section of the Lanzhou-Xinjiang high-speed railway bridge has been selected as the research subject. To determine wind speed correction coefficients at the supporting cable and contact wire locations, a finite element model was created using wind tunnel experiments and numerical simulations. Samples of wind speed fluctuation have been obtained using the harmonic synthesis method. Based on quasi-steady aerodynamic theory, a temporal analysis has been conducted on the aerodynamic response of supporting cables and contact wires under the influence of both average and fluctuating winds. Temporal results, such as lift at positive and negative positioning locations and mid-span displacement, have been extracted to assess whether the existing structure complies with regulatory requirements. This study offers valuable insights for engineering applications that are similar.

With the continuous development of information technology, digitalization and networking have become the main features of today’s society; in such a context, ideological and political education in higher education institutions faces many challenges. In this paper, the acceptance process of ideological and political education for higher vocational students is divided into five major elements: transmission subject, acceptance subject, acceptance object, acceptance intermediary, and acceptance environment, and the interaction mechanism between the five major elements is analyzed. Secondly, it proposes to adopt the knowledge tracking of fusion learning factors (EKPT) model to decompose contradictory factors for the prior probability of curriculum fusion ideological and political knowledge matrix V and the prior probability of fusion ideological and political elements modeling students’ knowledge level tensor U. The final results of the empirical analysis of acceptance of ideological and political education based on the EKPT model show that the correlation coefficients between teaching efficacy and acceptance of ideological and political teaching behaviors range from 0.361-0.559, and the correlation coefficients between psychological strength, psychological optimism, total psychological resilience scores, and ideological and political teaching efficacy show high correlations ranging from 0.538-0.683. The research in this paper helps higher education institution’s ideological and political education to better adapt to the needs of the data era and improve students’ ideological and political quality and comprehensive literacy.

In order to improve the processing quality of wheat, newly harvested wheat was treated with glow discharge cold plasma. The changes in the physicochemical properties of wheat flour and the rheological properties of wheat flour dough after the treatment were studied, and the molecular mass distribution and secondary structure of wheat flour proteins were furthermore analyzed. The results showed that the gluten index of wheat was significantly increased after cold plasma treatment with oxygen or argon as the gas source. Dough development time and stability time were improved, and the mixographic parameters midline integral at 8 min (MTxI) and midline width at 8 min (MTxW) were significantly increased (P < 0.05), while weakening slope (WS) was significantly decreased (P < 0.05). The content of macromolecular polymeric storage protein fraction F1 was increased, and the ratio between macromolecular polymeric storage protein fraction F1 and small-molecule polymeric storage protein fraction F2 was significantly increased (P < 0.05). The protein secondary structure was transformed from β-sheet and β-turn to more ordered intermolecular β-sheet. In conclusion, glow discharge cold plasma treatment changed the molecular mass distribution and secondary structure of wheat storage proteins, significantly enhanced the elasticity and mixing tolerance of dough, and improved the tensile resistance of dough, thereby enhancing the processing quality of wheat to some extent.

[Purpose/Significance] Identifying potential technological opportunities will help countries and enterprises seize scientific and technological opportunities, which is particularly important for innovation entities to enhance their core competitiveness and gain competitive advantages in scientific and technological innovation and application. A systematic review of existing research is provided on technology opportunity identification, discriminating current limitations and research prospects to provide theoretical support for further research and practice on technology opportunity identification. [Method/Process] This paper first clarifies the connotation and types of technology opportunities, and the research holds that technology opportunities can be divided into three types: emerging technology, blank technology and fusion technology. It then sorts out the research status of three different types of technology opportunity identification at home and abroad through literature review, and focuses on the summary of the characteristics of different types of technology opportunity identification. It includes the core ideas, main methods, representative literature, and each type of data sources, and evaluates the existing research results. Finally, the limitations of the current research, and the development direction of future are discussed. [Results/Conclusions] Diversified types of technology opportunity identification are found and rich research methods are used in the literature, and a relatively standardized and systematic research paradigm has come into being. By analyzing each type of technology opportunity, some common elements can be found, including representative methods, method principles, data sources, knowledge representation units, technology opportunity definitions, technology opportunity evaluation, advantages and disadvantages, and other characteristics. The main limitations of the existing research are summarized as follows. First, the existing research is primarily carried out from a single perspective view, and a complete system of cross-domain technology identification and reference methods has not yet been formed. Second, in terms of data sources, most of the data sources of technology opportunity identification are papers or patent data, and there is a lack of research on the integration of multi-source data and study on multiple relationships. In terms of identification methods, the representative technology is primarily at a macro or micro level, and the semantic relationship between words is seldom considered. Finally, in terms of post-evaluation, there is a lack of a comprehensive and systematic evaluation system. The possible research work in the future may focus on the following aspects: cross-field and cross-topic technology opportunity identification to achieve cross convergence among more technology elements will become the development trend; more diversified and targeted data sources, research methods, and research content are expected; the analysis framework and process will be more standardized, and the post-evaluation system will be improved.

To realize the precise stress relief and permeability enhancement of the coal seam with non-uniformly distributed gas, the criterion and optimization method of key construction parameters of hydraulic flushing was studied by modeling, numerical simulation and field tests. First, the multiphysics coupling model for stress-relieved coal seam was developed and index of optimal coal discharged was analyzed. Then the criterion and determination method of optimal coal discharged was put forward. Finally, the determination map of key construction parameters of hydraulic flushing was drawn, and a precise permeability enhancement technique for coal seam with non-uniformly distributed gas was proposed. The main conclusions are shown as follows: ① for a given gas extraction time, the residual gas content decreases while the residual gas pressure reduces followed by an increase with a rise of coal discharged; ② the criterion of optimal coal discharged includes the constraints of gas extraction reaching standard and minimization of roadway instability risk and construction cost. When the residual gas content and pressure are less than the critical values, it is considered that the gas extraction reaches the standard. On the premise of meeting the standard of extraction, the coal discharged should be reduced as far as possible to ensure the stability of coal roadway and reduce the project cost; ③ The optimal coal discharged decreases with the increase of ground stress, and increases with the increase of cohesion, gas pressure and borehole spacing. For a given coal seam, there is a maximum value of coal discharged and a minimum value of extraction time reaching standard; ④ comprehensively considering the correlation between coal seam gas pressure, coal yield, borehole spacing and extraction time reaching standard, the optimization map of key parameters of hydraulic flushing is drawn. Based on the map, a precise pressure relief and permeability enhancement technology for coal seams with non-uniformly distributed gas is put forward. In this technique, the construction parameters of hydraulic flushing corresponding to various gas occurrence areas can be determined, with the combination of gas occurrence and optimization map of key parameters, realizing the precise permeability enhancement of the coal seams with non-uniformly distributed gas.

Objective To investigate the early changes of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD) in patients with severe aortic valve stenosis (AS) after transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) and the effect of the changes on the prognosis of TAVR. Methods A single-center retrospective cohort study was performed on 113 severe AS patients undergoing TAVR treatment in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2021.When the improvement of postoperative to preoperative LVEDD ≥1.8 mm was defined as early LVEDD improvement by echocardiography, the patients were divided into improvement group and non-improvement group.After the patients were followed up in 1 year after TAVR through clinic or telephone visits, their clinical data on cardiac ultrasound, electrocardiogram, and surgery-related complications were collected.The endpoints were major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE), including 1-year all-cause mortality, myocardial infarction or angina, and heart failure-related hospitalization. Results The average age of the patients was 71.2±6.5 years, and 59(52.2%) of them were female.The postoperative (4 d after TAVR on average) LVEDD was 48.9±6.5 mm, significantly shorter than that preoperatively (50.7±7.3 mm, P < 0.001).There were 53 patients obtaining early improvement of LVEDD before discharge, accounting for 46.9% of the discharged patients.Univariate Cox regression analysis found that preoperative diabetes (HR: 2.635, 95%CI: 1.013~6.858, P=0.047) and postoperative pacemaker implantation (HR: 3.518, 95%CI: 1.336~9.263, P=0.011) were risk factors for MACE at 1 year, and early improvement of LVEDD was a protective factor (HR: 0.176, 95%CI: 0.052~0.601, P=0.006).Multivariate Cox analysis indicated that early LVEDD improvement was still an independent protective factor for MACE at 1 year (HR: 0.231, 95%CI: 0.062~0.857, P=0.029). Conclusion LVEDD can be improved to various degrees in the early stage after TAVR, and the cumulative risk of developing MACE at 1 year in patients with early improvement of LVEDD is lower than that of patients without improvement.

Iron overload cardiomyopathy (IOC) is a type of cardiac dysfunction caused by several factors resulting in iron overload in the myocardium. Two major causes of IOC include hereditary hemochromatosis and transfusion-dependent anemia. IOC significantly reduces long-term survival of patients. Since IOC is a rare disease in Asian populations that also lacks etiology-specific manifestations, early diagnoses in clinical practice are challenging. Two groups of patients with high risk of IOC should be further investigated: those who present heart failure of unknown origin will be screened for iron overload followed by confirmation of IOC; and those who have high risk of iron overload or an established diagnosis will be monitored for the development of IOC. Serum ferritin is recommended as the first-line screening test for iron overload, while cardiac magnetic resonance T2* should be used to confirm iron overload in the myocardium. Phlebotomy and iron chelating agents can effectively remove the extra iron from the body, preventing IOC, as well as reverse the disease at an early stage and slow down its progession. Timely diagnosis and treatment is critical in improving the prognosis of patients with IOC. Therefore, this review aims to help clinicians to understand IOC in multiple dimensions including pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnostic methods and treatment choices.

With the rising aging population in China, increasing attention has been paid to the spatial layouts of medical and residential care facilities; however, the accessibility and aging suitability of these facilities have received less attention. Taking Guangdong province as an example, this study used the improved two-step floating catchment area method to measure the accessibility of medical and residential care facilities and summarized their spatial pattern characteristics from four dimensions (1 km, four regions, cities, and counties). A correlation was established between the elderly population density data and their degrees using the autocorrelation analysis method and the Gini coefficient to analyze the aging suitability and equality of medical and residential care facilities. Finally, the Spearman correlation coefficient was used to analyze the factors influencing the accessibility and equality from three aspects, namely: the natural environment, society, and economy. The following results were obtained: 1) Compared with the Gaussian two-step floating catchment area method, the improved two-step floating catchment area method was more accurate in reflecting the accessibility of medical and residential care facilities; this showed that the accessibility of downtown areas was relatively lower and that of the suburbs was relatively higher, and the distribution of accessibility values was more reasonable. The results of the improved two-step floating catchment area method revealed an obvious spatial imbalance in the accessibility of medical and residential care facilities for the elderly and the accessibility of medical facilities for the residential care facilities in Guangdong Province. The accessibility of medical and residential care facilities for the elderly in the Pearl River Delta region is relatively good, whereas that in the eastern and western coastal economic zones is relatively poor. However, the Pearl River Delta region has the worst accessibility to medical care facilities for residential care facilities among the four regions and efforts are still needed to realize a combination of medical and residential care. 2) The medical and residential care facilities in the Guangzhou-Foshan metropolitan area and the northern part of Meizhou city were not suitable for the elderly. There was a substantial inequality in the accessibility of medical and residential care facilities for the elderly in Guangdong Province. The accessibility of medical facilities for the residential care facilities in Guangdong province is more equal, but there is still a large inequality; 15 cities in Guangdong province have Gini coefficients greater than 0.5. 3) Road network density, population density, per capita GDP, and local financial expenditure were significantly correlated with the accessibility of medical and residential care facilities. The average altitude, eco-environmental status index, area, road network density, population density, per capita GDP and public financial expenditure were significantly correlated with the equality of medical and residential care facilities for the elderly in Guangdong Province. The results of this study can provide a reference for optimizing the allocation and layout of medical and residential care facilities in Guangdong Province.

Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD) is a rare non-Langerhans cell histiocytosis. Its etiology and pathogenesis are yet incompletely elucidated. The clinical manifestations of RDD are highly heterogeneous. It is easy to be misdiagnosed or missed diagnosis. There is no standard treatment at present. Therefore, the progression in pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment are reviewed. The treatment of RDD is best tailored to the individual clinical circumstances. Observation is suitable for patients with uncomplicated lymphadenopathy or asymptomatic cutaneous RDD. For RDD patients with extra nodal unifocal disease or organ compression, surgery is recommended. Systemic therapy can be considered for patients with systemic, recurrent or refractory RDD.

Objective: To develop pigmented rice lactic acid beverage with good antioxidant and hypoglycemic activity. Methods: Taking black and purple rice as the main material, the effect of mass ratio of purple rice to black rice, the addition amount of Lactobacillus bacteria, fermentation time and solid-liquid ratio on the sensory evaluation value, total phenolics content, ferric ion reducing antioxidant power （FRAP）, ABTS free radical scavenging ability, and the inhibition rate of α-glucosidase of pigmented rice lactic acid beverage were explored. Results: The optimal technology of pigmented rice lactic acid beverage was as follows: the mass ratio of purple rice to black rice was 1∶5, the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶8 （g/mL）, the addition amount of lactic acid bacteria was 5%, and the fermentation time was 40 h. Under these conditions, the sensory score of pigmented rice lactic acid beverage was 83.6±2.51, ABTS radical scavenging capacity was （145.02±7.88） mmol TE/g·DW, FRAP was （33.41±1.70） mmol Fe2+/g·DW, total phenolics were （4 208.78±281.26） μg GAE/g·DW, α-glucosidase inhibitory rate activity was （13.94±0.01）%. Conclusion: The pigmented rice lactic acid beverage possessed purplish red color, soft in taste, moderate in sour and sweet taste, with good antioxidant activity and α-glucosidase inhibition effect.

The establishment of deployment spare parts package is of great significance to the support of combat aviation materials of our army,the primary problem is to determine the variety.Starting from 10 factors such as criticality,replaceability,life control,combat damage,reliability,universality,redundant structure,consumption,economy and financing,In this paper,it is put forward that the maintenance department uses the logical decision diagram qualitative method to determine the demand of aviation materials,and the aviation materials department further uses the principal component analysis method to determine the configuration strategy of aviation materials quantitatively,finally,the method is verified by an example.The results show that the method based on logical decision diagram and principal component analysis can quickly and reasonably determine the type of deployment spare parts package.

ObjectiveTo establish a method of two-times second derivative Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy （FTIR） for identifying melamine （MEL） and its conjugates with cyanuric acid （MEL-CYA） or with uric acid （MEL-UA） in human urinary calculi.MethodsMEL， MEL-CYA and MEL-UA were added to calcium oxalate stone samples， and then analyzed by two-times second derivative FTIR for identifying the characteristic response bands of MEL and its conjugates in stones as well as confirming the ratio of detection.ResultsThe second derivative FTIR could improve the detection of MEL in CaOx stones by two orders of magnitude. When CaOx being mixed with MEL （MEL∶ CaOx）， the two-times second derivative FTIR showed the characteristic peak at 1 548 cm-1 and the minimum mass ratio of detection at1∶100 （1%）. When CaOx being mixed with MEL-CYA complex （MEL-CYA∶ CaOx）， the two-times second derivative FTIR showed the characteristic peak on 1 740 cm-1 and 1 538 cm-1 and the minimum mass ratio of detection at 1∶500 （0.2%）. When CaOx being mixed with MEL-UA complex （MEL-UA∶ CaOx）， the two-times second derivative FTIR showed the characteristic peak at 1 117， 982 and 710 cm-1 and the minimum mass ratio of detection at 1∶250 （0.4%）. ConclusionCompare to the original spectra， the two-times second derivative FTIR can improve the detection ratio MEL in the CaOx stones from 0.2% to 1.0%. The second derivative FTIR has the unique characteristic bands and sensitive detection limit for identifying MEL in kidney stones.

Maturity-onset diabetes of the young type 3 (MODY3) is a specific type of diabetes mellitus with inherited impairment of the islet β cell function due to the mutation in the hepatocyte nuclear factor 1α (HNF1α) gene. It is a rare condition and easily misdiagnosed as T1DM or T2DM. In this study, the clinical features of two unrelated Chinese MODY3 probands were described and analyzed. Next-generation sequencing was performed to identify the mutated genes, and Sanger sequencing was employed to verify the location of the pathogenic variant in the related family members. It was found that proband 1 inherited a start codon mutation c.2T>C (p.Met1?) in exon 1 of the HNF1α gene from his affected mother, and proband 2 inherited a frameshift mutation c.1136_1137del (p.Pro379fs) in exon 6 of the HNF1α gene also from her affected mother. Proband 1 and proband 2 differed in islet dysfunction, complications, and treatments due to their different disease durations and levels of hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c). The findings of this study demonstrate that early identification of MODY and diagnosis through genetic testing are critical for the treatment of the patient.

NK cells-based cancer therapy combined with chemotherapeutic drugs for the treatment of tumors can enhance the immunosensitivity of NK cells, increase the expression of NK cell receptors, and eventually boost the killing effect of NK cells on cancer cells. Selenium (Se) with different chemical structures can be metabolized into selenoproteins to regulate tumor and immune cells’ fate and functions. Herein, we found that, functionalized Se nanoparticles (SeNPs) combining with metformin (met) could amply the immunotherapeutic effects of NK92 cells against osteosarcoma cancer. The results revealed that TW80-SeNPs combined with met had the optimum performance on NK92 cells for HepG2 cells, owing to the increased ROS in HepG2 cells and the augmented expression of cell surface receptor proteins ULBP-3/4, PD-L1, MICA, and NK92 cell surface receptor proteins PD-1 and FasL. Additionally, TW80-SeNPs were gradually metabolized into selenoproteins (Gpx4 and TR1) into human osteosarcoma MG63 cells to reinforce the anticancer effect of NK92 cells by regulating the redox balance in the tumor microenvironment. This study provides a therapeutic approach in treating cancer itself or diabetes coupled with cancer. Moreover, it provides a multidrug strategy to improve immune cell function in practical applications, especially for synergistic immunotherapy of osteosarcoma.

The Fuchuan peridotites have dual features of mid-ocean ridge basalt and supra-subducted zone peridotites and have been experienced high degrees of partial melting; chondrite-normalized “U”-shaped rare earth element (REE) patterns of Fuchuan harzburgites indicate that light REE enriched SSZ melts or fluids have participated in the interaction with peridotites; the Fuchuan chromitites are enriched in IPGE and depleted in PPGE, which are basically consistent with high-Al chromitites worldwide, and the low PGE concentrations of chromitites reflect a lack of sulfur saturation of the parental melts during an early stage of their crystallization; the Fuchuan peridotites and chromitites are believed to be formed in a back-arc spreading ridge between the Yangtze and Cathaysia blocks during 860–820 Ma.

Objective To investigate the protective effect of pyroptosis and anti-Caspase-1 treatment on retinal ganglion cells (RGCs) in rats with acute ocular hypertension. Methods Forty-two SPF male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, acute ocular hypertension model group and VX-765 (Caspase-1 inhibitor) intervention group, with the right eye as the experimental eye. Acute ocular hypertension was inflicted by anterior chamber irrigation with normal saline in the model group and intervention group. The rats in the intervention group were further given 4 μL VX-765 (200 μmol/L) solution by intravitreal injection on the modeling day and the next day, and those of the model group were injected with equal volume of normal saline in vitreous cavity at the same time. No such treatment was performed on the rats from the control group. All rats were killed at the seventh day after modeling. Retinal morphology and the density of RGCs were observed by HE staining. The survival of RGCs and average absorbance of retina were observed by immunohistochemical assay. The mRNA levels of Caspase-1, gsdmd, IL-1b and IL-18 were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. The protein expression of Caspase 1-p20, gsdmd-n, IL-1b and IL-18 were detected by Western blotting. Results The retinal thickness was 164.53±1.04 μm in the model group, which was significantly thinner than that in the normal control group (181.44±5.13 μm) and the intervention group (173.15±2.15 μm). The density of RGCs was (332.87±16.37)/mm2 in the model group, obviously lower than that in the normal control group and the intervention group. The average absorbance of retina was 0.443±0.014 in the model group, statistically lower than in the normal control group (0.517±0.015) and the intervention group (0.492±0.006). The differences were statistically significant in above values (P < 0.05). The mRNA relative expression levels of IL-1b and IL-18 were significantly higher in the model group than the control group and intervention group (P < 0.05). The protein levels of Caspase1-p20, gsdmd-n, IL-1b and IL-18 were remarkably higher in the model group than the other 2 groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Acute ocular hypertendion exposure enhances the expression of the molecules in Caspase-1-dependent pyropotosis pathway. So, inhibiting Caspase-1 activity can reduce the severity of retinal injury, protect RGCs effectively, and reduce RGCs death.

Carbon dioxide emission is a high-profile issue that can affect both the human economy and human existence, but few scholars have studied the relationship between these two. Therefore, this study constructs the panel threshold regression (PTR) based on the National Bureau of Statistics of China's panel data from 2002 to 2019 in 19 regions. One of the advantages of PTR is to leverage segmented functions, allowing for a more detailed analysis of the data. Besides, by introducing the idea of a threshold, PTR can effectively avoid structural changes in the data. The different between this study and other research is that this study divides 19 regions into two parts: Eastern China and Central China. Based on that, this study researches and compares the different influences of the aging population on carbon emissions in these two regions. The results show that although the Environment Kuznets Curve has been confirmed in both Eastern China and Central China, with the development of the economy, the carbon emissions will increase in Eastern China and decrease in Central China, respectively. In addition, the key factors affecting carbon emissions in Eastern China and Central China are trade dependence and urbanization rate separately. Hence, this study suggests that the regional governments in Eastern China may guide and encourage more international trading companies to move to Central China, and at the same time, the regional governments in Central China should issue more policies to attract these companies, such as: reducing land lease fees and building better transportation infrastructure. Apart from that, the governments in Central China should vigorously increase the rate of urbanization to reduce energy consumption and improve energy efficiency.

Erdheim-Chester disease (ECD) is a rare non-Langerhans cell histiocytosis characterized by the infiltration of bone and multiple organs by foamy lipid-laden histiocytes. ECD is easy to be misdiagnosed due to its complicated clinical manifestations. We report a patient who visited the hospital due to hypothalamic dysfunction, with central nervous system, pancreas, and lower limb bones involvements. Together with the evidence of clinical manifestations, imaging and pathology, this patient was diagnosed with ECD. After treatment with interferon-α, both the clinical symptoms and imaging manifestations of this patient were significantly improved.

Mitophagy affects the activation of hepatic stellate cells (HSCs). Mitochondria-targeted ubiquinone (MitoQ) is a mitochondria-targeted antioxidant that reduces the production of intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS). However, its relationship with mitophagy remains unclear. This study evaluated mitophagy during HSC activation and the effects of MitoQ on mitophagy in cell culture and in an animal model of the activation of HSCs. We found that MitoQ reduced the activation of HSCs and alleviated hepatic fibrosis. PINK1 (PTEN-induced putative kinase 1) is a putative serine/threonine kinase located in the mitochondria’s outer membrane. While the activation of primary HSCs or LX-2 cells was associated with reduced PINK1/parkin-mediated mitophagy, MitoQ reduced intracellular ROS levels, enhanced PINK1/parkin-mediated mitophagy, and inhibited the activation of HSCs. After knocking down the key mitophagy-related protein, PINK1, in LX-2 cells to block mitophagy, MitoQ intervention failed to inhibit HSC activation. Our results showed that MitoQ inhibited the activation of HSCs and alleviated hepatic fibrosis by enhancing PINK1/parkin-mediated mitophagy.

Objective To investigate the correlation of olfactory function and cognitive function and motor symptoms in patients with primary Parkinson's disease (PD). Methods Total 152 patients with PD diagnosed and treated were recruited from August 2018 to October 2019 in The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University. The Chinese Smell Indentification Test (CSIT) was used to evaluate the olfactory recognition function. According to the test results, patients were divided into the normal olfactory group (n=62) and the olfactory disorder group (n=90). The Unified Parkinson's Disease Assessment Scale Ⅲ (UPDRS Ⅲ) was used to evaluate the motor function, the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) Beijing edition was used to evaluate the degree of cognitive function, the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) and Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA) were used to assess the patients' depression and anxiety levels. Patients' visual spatial working memory function were tested by the n⁃back test. Pearson correlation analysis and Spearman rank correlation analysis were used to investigate the correlation between olfactory function with cognitive function and motor symptoms in patients with PD. Results CSIT⁃self score (Z=⁃2.081, P=0.037) and CSIT⁃OI score (t=13.966, P=0.000) were lower in patients with anosmia than in those with normal smell. Overall MoCA score (t=3.008, P=0.003), as well as the scores of visuospatial executive function (Z=⁃2.277, P=0.023), naming (Z=⁃2.397, P=0.017), attention (Z=⁃3.203, P=0.001), language (Z=⁃2.229, P=0.026), delayed memory (Z=⁃2.426, P=0.015) were all decreased. The accuracy of 1⁃back test (t=2.341, P=0.027) and 2⁃back test (t=2.406, P=0.024) decreased, and the response time of 0⁃back test (t=⁃2.309, P=0.029) and 2⁃back test (t=⁃2.314, P=0.029) increased. Correlation analysis showed that olfactory function score was positively correlated with total MoCA score (rs=0.298, P=0.000). Conclusions The olfactory function of PD patients is closely related to cognitive function, PD patients with olfactory disorder have poor visual spatial working memory function. Therefore such patients should be paid more attention to cognitive function and visual spatial working memory function.

The high-quality semi-polar (11-22) AlN thin films were grown on m-plane sapphire substrates by hydride vapor phase epitaxy (HVPE). The surface morphology and crystalline quality of the AlN film were greatly influenced by the growth temperature and the substrate miscut angle. As the temperature increased, the grain size on the surface increased and the grain density decreased. In addition, the higher growth temperature also resulted in smaller values of the full width at half maximum (FWHM) of X-ray rocking curves (XRC) when temperature was more than 1,460 °C. At high temperature of 1,530 °C, the introduction of 1° -off miscut angle to the substrate resulted in smooth surface, low density of stacking faults and low FWHM of XRC. The misfit dislocation density was calculated from the tilt angle of epilayer measured by X-ray reciprocal space mappings along [−1−123] AlN. The misfit dislocation density of the sample grown on 1° -off substrates was 6.7 × 105 cm−2. The improvement of crystal quality is believed to be due to the enhancement of adatom mobility at higher temperatures and also the appropriate miscut variation.

Cerebral small-vessel disease (CSVD) is the main cause of vascular cognitive impairment (VCI), and the accumulation of amyloid β-protein (Aβ) may be significantly involved in CSVD-induced VCI. The imbalance between Aβ production and clearance is believed to be an important pathological mechanism of Aβ deposition in Alzheimer disease. In this study, we aimed to disclose the roles of aquaporin 4 (AQP4) and neuroinflammation in CSVD, which were the key factors for Aβ clearance and production, respectively, and the effect of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) on Aβ deposition and these two factors. The stroke-prone renovascular hypertensive (RHRSP) rats were grouped and received MSC and MSC + AS1517499 (an inhibitor of pSTAT6). The latter was used to explore the underlying mechanism. The cognitive function, white matter lesions, Aβ expression, expression, and polarity of AQP4, neuroinflammation and the STAT6 pathway were investigated. Compared with sham-operated rats, RHRSP rats showed spatial cognitive impairment, white matter lesions and Aβ deposition. Moreover, AQP4 polarity disorder and neuroinflammatory activation were found, which were linked to Aβ deposition. Treatment with MSCs markedly improved cognitive tasks and reduced Aβ deposition but failed to reduce white-matter lesions. Furthermore, MSCs not only promoted AQP4 polarity but also alleviated neuroinflammation probably through the STAT6 pathway. The present study demonstrated that Aβ deposition, AQP4 polarity disorder and neuroinflammation might be involved in CSVD and the regulatory effects of MSCs on them suggested potential therapeutic value for CSVD.

Objective To investigate the anatomic factors influencing the implantation depth (ID) of self-expandable valve during transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) surgery, and to analyze the impact of ID on the short-term clinical prognosis. Methods Clinical data of 54 patients with severe aortic stenosis who underwent TAVR in our hospital from October 2017 to May 2020 were collected and retrospectively analyzed. The anatomic diameter of aortic root and its ratio to the implanted valve size was measured and calculated, and the depth of the valve implanted was also measured. The patients were assigned into either over-implanted group (>14.8 mm, the highest quartile of ID) or well-implanted group (≤14.8 mm) based on the ID of their valve. The differentiation of anatomical structures was compared between the 2 groups. Additionally, the impacts of ID on the clinical outcomes such as hemodynamics and conduction block were analyzed. Results There were 21 cases of bicuspid aortic valve (BAV) and 33 cases of tricuspid aortic valve (TAV), and the ID of valve was 0~21 mm, with a median of 11.6 mm. Among the BAV patients, the average diameter of sinotubular junction (STJ) was significantly larger in the over-implanted group than the well-implanted group (36.06±2.29 vs 29.69±2.55 mm, P=0.001). As for the TAV patients, the over-implanted group had a higher proportion of large prosthesis implantation (100.0% vs 26.9%, P=0.025), and a smaller ratio of the length of the left ventricular output tract to the bottom diameter of the valve (0.99±0.03 vs 1.12±0.15, P=0.021) when compared with the well-implanted group. Postoperative mortality was comparable between the 2 groups (4.88% vs 15.38%, P=0.242). However, the incidence of being converted to open surgery was higher in the over-implanted group than the other group (15.4% vs 0%, P=0.055). In 1 week after TAVR, there were no statistical differences in the mean aortic valve gradient, maximum velocity, permanent pacemaker implantation rate, moderate or severe paravalvular leakage, or new-onset left bundle branch block (LBBB) between the 2 groups (P>0.05), whereas the incidence of new-onset LBBB (50.0% vs 13.3%, P=0.044) and paravalvular leakage (33.3% vs 0%, P=0.009) were higher in the over-implanted group on the 30th day. The early safety was inferior in the over-implanted group (69.2% vs 95.1%, P=0.025). Conclusion The anatomical structure of the aortic root and its ratio to the size of the implanted valve have a certain effect on the implantation depth of self-expandable prosthesis. The BAVs patients with greater STJ as well as those TAVs patients treated with larger size valve may be both correlated with increased risks of deep implantation. Over implantation of the valve may increase the risk of new-onset LBBB and moderate or severe paravalvular leakage in 1 month after operation, and thus compromise the early safety.

The study of intangible cultural heritage tourism is of great significance to deeply explore the connotation of intangible cultural heritage and promote the in-depth integration of culture and tourism, and it is necessary to grasp the research trend of intangible cultural heritage tourism. This paper takes 3329 documents selected from the CNKI database and the “Web of ScienceTM Core Collection” database as data samples, and uses Citation Space (CiteSpace software) to conduct metrological analysis to summarize the research situation of Chinese and foreign intangible cultural heritage tourism. The results show that:(1) The research on foreign intangible cultural heritage tourism started 10 years earlier than that in China, and the volume of literature was higher than that in China, and it experienced three stages: the initial period, the rapid development stage, and the deepening and expansion period. Although domestic research started late, the growth rate is fast, from 2008 to 2016, the number of publications caught up with foreign countries, and then entered a period of steady development. (2) In general, domestic and foreign authors have not formed a close cooperation network, foreign authors have partial cooperation, but domestic has not formed a stable core author group. (3) Independent research between domestic research institutions, lack of cooperation, scattered and unbalanced research geographical distribution, lack of cross-regional cooperation, high-yield research institutions are Tarim University, Guilin University of Technology, Guangxi and Xinjiang are the leading places for research. There are many cross-border and cross-regional research institutions in foreign countries. China, the United States and Spain are the research centers, and Sichuan University, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Sun Yat-sen University are the backbone of research. (4) The research on intangible cultural heritage tourism in domestic hot spots mainly includes the development, protection, inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage tourism, the research on the authenticity and temporal and spatial characteristics of intangible cultural heritage tourism, the research hotspots of foreign intangible cultural heritage tourism focus on the comprehensive attributes of intangible cultural heritage tourism, the impact of the authenticity, sustainable development, management, protection and development of intangible cultural heritage tourism, the development model and the experience summary of intangible cultural heritage tourism in destinations, and the research on the subject’s participation attitude, emotional perception and satisfaction. In short, there are differences in the research of intangible cultural heritage tourism between China and foreign countries, and domestic research should strengthen the collaboration between research institutions and authors, continuously broaden the research content, improve research methods, and make research more scientific and objective.

Brain edema is one of the major causes of fatality and disability associated with injury and neurosurgical procedures. The goal of this study was to evaluate the effect of ulinastatin (UTI), a protease inhibitor, on astrocytes in a rat model of traumatic brain injury (TBI).

Objective To explore the potential association between particular living habits and recurrent aphthous ulcers (RAU), and provide some references for RAU prevention among the young and middle-aged. Methods The multistage random sampling method was adopted to select 850 young and middle-aged people in Nanjing. The disease status and living habits of young and middle-aged people with RAU in Nanjing were investigated by a questionnaire, and the influencing factors were analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results The prevalence of RAU was 20.5% among 799 individuals, including 357 men and 442 women. The risk of RAU at medium and low stress levels was 0.533 times and 0.419 times that at high stress levels, respectively (P > 0.05), indicating that high stress was an independent risk factor for RAU. The risk of RAU in patients with low exercise levels was 1.513 times that in patients with high exercise levels (P > 0.05), indicating that high exercise levels were a protective factor for RAU. There were no statistically significant differences in age, sex, smoking, drinking or bedtime (P < 0.05). Conclusion Multivariate logistic regression showed that mental stress and physical activity were independent influencing factors for the development of RAU. The living habits of RAU patients and RAU susceptible populations should be treated with corresponding interventions to prevent RAU.
