Objective: To explore the metabolic differences between dry eye patients with Qi-Yin deficiency and heat stagnation in liver meridian patterns, and clarify their metabolic characteristics. Methods: Patients with dry eye who were treated in the Ophthalmology Ward and Outpatient Department of the First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from October 1, 2020, to October 30, 2021 were enrolled as the research participants in the study. They were assigned to two groups based on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome types: heat stagnation in liver meridian pattern group and Qi-Yin deficiency pattern group. Healthy volunteers who underwent health check-ups in the Health Management Department were included as healthy group following the random number table method. The tears of the patients and the healthy volunteer participants were tested by high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS). The differential metabolites were screened out by multivariate statistical analysis, and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway enrichment was performed on the differential metabolites. Finally, the association analysis of differential proteins and metabolites was conducted to verify and supplement the metabolites. Results: A total of 32 dry eye patients were enrolled, including 16 cases with heat stagnation in liver meridian pattern and 16 cases with Qi-Yin deficiency pattern. Fourteen healthy volunteers were included as healthy group. There were no significant differences in baseline characteristics among the three groups (P > 0.05). A total of 412 biomarkers were determined in Qi-Yin deficiency pattern group, mainly including lipids, lipid-like molecules, organic acids and their derivatives, organic heterocyclic compounds, and nucleosides and their analogues. For heat stagnation in liver meridian pattern group, 112 metabolites were determined, mainly including organic acids and their derivatives, lipids, and lipid-like molecules. The KEGG enrichment results of pathways and the relative content analysis of differential markers demonstrate that purine metabolism and caffeine metabolism pathways are common metabolic characteristics of all dry eyes. Among them, deoxyinosine monophosphate (dIMP) and 2-(formamido)-N1-(5-phospha-D-ribosyl) acetamidine can serve as their biomarkers. The main characteristics of Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome pattern were the significant enhancement of metabolic pathways such as lysine degradation, ovarian steroidogenesis, cholesterol metabolism, pyrimidine metabolism, and bile secretion (P < 0.05). Dry eye associated with the heat stagnation in liver meridian pattern is mainly characterized by inhibition of the valine, leucine, and isoleucine biosynthesis pathways (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Metabolomics can be used as an effective basis for TCM syndrome classification. Different patterns of dry eye syndrome exhibit typical characteristics in the types and concentrations of metabolites, which correspond to the syndrome classification in TCM. This study initially confirms the rationality of TCM syndrome classification and provides significant reference for the mechanism of dry eye and drug development.

Cerebral vascular bypass is a key method for the treatment of complex intracranial aneurysms. After nearly 60 years of exploration, its application range now covers the whole cerebral vascular region. With the advent of detachable coils and the mature application of related assistance techniques, endovascular intervention treatment is highly favored in the treatment of routine intracranial aneurysms due to its minimally invasive and rapid characteristics. The introduction of flow diverter (FD) has further ushered in a new era in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms. This article reviews the history and development of cerebral vascular bypass in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms, elaborates on the application and promotion of flow diverter, and discusses the limitations of endovascular intervention treatment in the flow diversion era. It also explores the application and prospects of a comprehensive cerebral vascular bypass system, reaffirming the application value of the whole - region cerebral vascular bypass technique.

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of intracranial-intracranial bypass for the treatment of complex intracranial aneurysms. Methods and Results A total of 32 patients with complex intracranial aneurysms who were hospitalized for treatment at Huashan Hospital, Fudan University from January 2015 to December 2023 were included. Surgical methods included in-situ bypass, reimplantation, reanastomosis and bypass with interposition graft. For middle cerebral artery (MCA) aneurysms (n = 16), there were 5 cases of in-situ bypass, one case of reimplantation, 3 cases of reanastomosis, and 7 cases of bypass with interposition graft. For anterior cerebral artery (ACA) aneurysms (n = 8), there were 5 cases of in-situ bypass and 3 cases of reimplantation. For anterior communicating artery (ACoA) aneurysms (n = 2), both cases were in-situ bypass. For posterior circulation aneurysms (n = 6), there were 3 cases of in-situ bypass, 2 cases of reanastomosis, and one case of bypass with interposition graft. The intraoperative graft vessels patency rate was 100%. Among the 23 patients who participated in follow-up imaging for more than 6 months postoperatively, no obvious recurrence was indicated by imaging. Among the 28 patients who participated in modified Rankin Scale (mRS) follow-up, there was one case of 5, 5 cases of 3, 2 cases of 2, one case of 1, and 19 cases of 0. Postoperative hemorrhagic complications occurred in 3 cases (9.37%), and ischemic complications occurred in 10 cases (31.25%), with no patients requiring unplanned secondary surgery for complication treatment. Conclusions Intracranial-intracranial bypass has good efficacy and safety for the treatment of complex intracranial aneurysms and has unique advantages in the microsurgical treatment of complex intracranial aneurysms.

BackgroundComorbid attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder （ADHD） and emotional dysregulation may represent a distinct subtype of ADHD， which is characterized by an increased risk of anxiety or depressive disorder and a poor clinical prognosis， so research is urgently required to explore its unique executive functioning profile and clinical characteristics. However， there is limited research comparing the clinical symptoms and executive function in children with ADHD in terms of the presence or absence of emotional dysregulation.ObjectiveTo explore the executive function and clinical characteristics of ADHD children with emotional dysregulation.MethodsFrom June 2020 to December 2023， 118 children aged 7 to 12 with ADHD attending the Mental Health Center of West China Hospital， Sichuan University and fulfilling the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders， fifth edition （DSM-5） diagnostic criteria were enrolled. Children were classified into emotional dysregulation group （n=68） and non-emotional dysregulation group （n=50） based on the standard T-scores of Achenbach's Child Behavior Checklist （CBCL）- anxious/depressed， aggressive behavior and attention problems subscales. All children were then subjected to complete the Chinese version of Swanson Nolan and Pelham，Version IV Scale-parent form （SNAP-IV）， Chinese Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children （C-WISC）， Weiss Functional Impairment Scale-Parent form （WFIRS-P） and 4 tests of the Cambridge Neuropsychological Test Automated Battery （CANTAB）： ①Stockings of Cambridge （SOC） testing spatial planning. ②Intradimensional-extradimensional Set Shifting（IED） testing cognitive/attentional flexibility， adjusting the total errors across the task. ③Spatial Working Memory （SWM） testing spatial working memory. ④Rapid Visual Information Processing （RVP） testing sustained attention.ResultsThe SNAP-IV Inattention， Hyperactivity/Impulsivity and Oppositional Defiant Disorder domain scores and total score were all higher in emotional dysregulation group compared with non-emotional dysregulation group （t=3.206， 5.088， 6.316， 6.553， P

AIM: To explore the neuro-ophthalmological characteristics of acute macular neuroretinopathy(AMN)after SARS-CoV-2 infection.METHODS: A total of 8 patients(14 eyes), including 6 females and 2 males, who were diagnosed with AMN in the neuro-ophthalmology department of Xi'an No.1 Hospital(The First Affiliated Hospital of Northwest University)from December 27, 2022 to February 1, 2023 were included in the study. All patients had a history of SARS-CoV-2 infection before the disease, and the results of best corrected visual acuity(BCVA), non-contact indirect intraocular pressure measurement, fundus color photography, near infrared(IR), spectral-domain optical coherence tomography(SD-OCT), OCT angiography(OCTA), fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA), indocyanine green angiography(ICGA), visual field, visual evoked potential(VEP), and electroretinogram(ERG)were collected. Furthermore, the neuro-opthalmology characteristics of the included patients were analyzed and summarized.RESULTS: The included 8 patients aged from 20 to 43, with an average age of(30±6.63)years old. The patients had a history of SARS-CoV-2 infection 3 to 11(mean 5±3.51)d before the disease, and 6 out of 8 patients developed visual symptoms within 5 d of infection with SARS-CoV-2, with manifestated with decreased vision or visual scotoma. The visual acuity varied from 0.08 to 1.0, with visual field defect characterized by central, paracentral or peripheral scotoma. VEP showed prolongation latency of P100 or P2, and ERG revealed impaired function of retinal photoreceptor cell. In the early stage of the disease, the size and shape of early visual acuity, visual field, and extraretinal lesions in patients with AMN associated with SARS-CoV-2 infection may not match, and the lower the visual acuity, the later the VEP peaks.CONCLUSION: The neuro-ophthalmic features of SARS-CoV-2 infection-associated AMN require the attention of clinicians. In addition to multi-mode fundus imaging, clinicians should use a variety of methods to comprehensively evaluate visual function and prognosis of patients.

AIM:To compare the differences of ocular biometric parameters of age-related cataract between Tibetan and Han ethnic groups, and to analyze the distribution characteristics of ocular biometric parameters in Tibetan cataract patients.METHODS:Retrospective cohort study. A total of 661 patients(1 030 eyes)with age-related cataract confirmed in the hospital between January 2019 and December 2020 were enrolled. The parameters of axial length, anterior chamber depth, keratometry, corneal astigmatism and astigmatic axis were measured by IOL Master 500 in 483 cases(739 eyes)of Tibetan age-related cataract patients and 178 cases(291 eyes)of Han patients.RESULTS:The axial length, anterior chamber depth and corneal astigmatism of the Tibetan patients with age-related cataract were 23.33(22.81, 23.86)mm, 3.04(2.79, 3.30)mm and 0.73(0.47, 1.07)D. This paper explores the relationship between college students’ consumption views and their consumption views under Civic Education in the context of multiple datasets. Secondly, a multi-agent, multi-source heterogeneous data collection model is used to collect data on consumption view and Civic Education. A CNN model is designed to study the correlation between consumption view and Civic Education. The CNN and LSTM multi-grain data classification models are used to fuse the features of consumer outlook and Civic Education, respectively. Then, build an online learning platform for college students’ consumerism. Finally, the platform’s fusion effect and learning results for college students were analyzed and studied. The average JS index of data fusion was 93.32%, and the fusion effect was good. The total score of students’ pre and post-test consumerism scores increased from 86 to 100, and the effect of college students’ consumerism education was positive.

In this work, the nucleation and growth behavior of Ti2AlC and Ti3AlC nano-precipitates in Ti–44Al–1.2C alloys were systematically studied by observing their distribution, morphology, and interface atomic structure. The experiment results show that the needle-like C atom segregation zones in TiAl alloys are the nucleation site of Ti2AlC, and the long axis direction of segregation zones is parallel to the TiAl(111) plane. The rod-like Ti2AlC nano-precipitates mainly distribute at the TiAl/Ti3Al interface, and the orientation relationship between them is [1̅01\bar{1}01]TiAl//[112̅011\bar{2}0]Ti2AlC//[112̅011\bar{2}0]Ti3Al, (111)TiAl//(0001)Ti2AlC//(0001)Ti3Al. The needle-like Ti3AlC nano-precipitates distribute in TiAl with the orientation relationship of [001]Ti3AlC//[001]TiAl, (100)Ti3AlC//(100)TiAl, (020)Ti3AlC//(020)TiAl, and (110)Ti3AlC//(110)TiAl during the nucleation stage. After growing into the rod-like, the orientation relationship between Ti3AlC precipitates and TiAl is [11̅01\bar{1}0]Ti3AlC//[11̅01\bar{1}0]TiAl, (001)Ti3AlC//(001)TiAl, (220)Ti3AlC//(220)TiAl, and (111)Ti3AlC//(111)TiAl. Both the needle- and rod-like Ti3AlC precipitates preferentially grow along the [001]TiAl direction. The crystal structure and lattice mismatch between Ti2AlC and Ti3AlC nano-precipitates and the TiAl matrix determine their distribution, morphology, and interface atomic structure.

The combination of medicine and engineering is gradually becoming a new model for clinical diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson's disease (PD). Intelligent assisted diagnosis and treatment is attracting more and more attention from clinicians, among which video technology is favored for its advantages of simple operation and no need to wear. Video technology combined with artificial intelligence (AI) can discover the early symptom characteristics of PD, quantify the symptoms of PD, and realize the remote medical treatment of PD. This article reviews the latest progress in the diagnosis and treatment of PD through intelligent video technology and looks forward to its future application in order to promote its clinical application.

The cruise industry is an important driving force for China’s economic supply-side reforms during the 14th Five-Year Plan period. The construction of a large cruise ship is a complex, customized, and giant project, and it is the only high-tech ship product that remains to be conquered in China. This study focuses on the final assembly construction and industrial development of domestic cruise ships and summarizes the final assembly practice of China’s first large cruise ship on the basis of studying the construction modes of European large cruise ships and considering the characteristics of Chinese ship construction. We summarize the frontier progress and engineering experiences of cruise construction from the aspects of overall layout, technical ability, supply chain capability, and key technologies; analyze the effects of management ability construction from the aspects of cruise project organization, project command, and technological and constructing features; and prospect the industry development directions for cruise ship building in terms of operating ability, production ability, service ability, and production–education–research integration. This study aims to establish a final assembly construction system of cruise ships with Chinese characteristics to ensure the high-quality construction and successful delivery of China’s first domestic cruise ship.

Kernel vulnerability attack is a common attack way for operating systems,and the analysis of each attack stage is the key to defend against such attacks.Due to the complexity and variety of kernel vulnerability types,trigger paths,and exploit modes,it is difficult to analyze the attack process of kernel vulnerability.Moreover,the existing analysis work mainly focuses on forward program analysis methods such as taint analysis,and the efficiency is low.In order to improve the analysis efficiency,this thesis implements an automatic analysis technology of kernel vulnerability attack based on finite state machine.Firstly,the state transition diagram of kernel vulnerability attack is constructed as the key basis for analysis.Secondly,the idea of reverse analysis is introduced,and a reverse analysis model of kernel vulnerability attack process based on finite state machine is established,which can reduce the unnecessary analysis cost.Finally,based on the model,a reverse analysis method of kernel vulnerability attack is implemented,which can automatically and quickly analyze the kernel vulnerability attack process.By testing 10 attack samples,the results show that the reverse analysis method can accurately obtain the key code execution information,and compared with the traditional forward analysis method,the analysis efficiency is greatly improved.

The protection of water resource has been the significant mission globally. Hydrochemical compositions and recharge source are the critical tools to analyze the water quality. In this study, 18 surface water and 5 groundwater samples were collected along the Xiongqu and Sequ rivers in the northern Longzi county of southern Tibet. The combination of factor analysis, correlation of major ions, geochemical modeling, and D–O–Sr isotopes were employed to clarify the hydrochemical compositions and recharge source. The concentration of major ions followed the abundance order of SO42−{\text{SO}}_{4}^{2-} > HCO3−{\text{HCO}}_{3}^{-} > Cl− for anions and Ca2+ > Mg2+ > Na+ > K+ for cations. Ca–HCO3 and Ca–SO4 types were identified for groundwater and surface water. Based on ratios of major ions and geochemical modeling, it is proposed that the dissolutions of gypsum, calcite, and dolomite controlled the hydrochemical compositions. D–O isotopes indicated a meteoric origin for surface water and groundwater, with the recharge elevation of 2,519–3,731 m. The 87Sr/86Sr ratios of groundwater and surface water were compatible with those of sulfate and carbonate minerals, revealing the main type of minerals interacting with water. The achievements of this study can provide a vital reference for groundwater utilization and protection in the Longzi county and adjacent areas in the Tibet.

Previous studies show that two typhoons with similar landing area and similar moving tracks may have significant differences in precipitation intensity, which are caused by different structure and characteristics of the cloud systems. Based on FY-2H, Aqua, CALIPSO(Cloud-Aerosol Lidar and Infrared Pathfinder Satellite Observation) and GPM(Global Precipitation Measurement) satellite data, the horizontal and vertical structural characteristics of the cloud system, 3-dimensional structure and characteristics of Typhoon Lekima(1909) and Typhoon Yagi(1814), which landed along the Wenling coast of Zhejiang Province, are discussed.The visibility of typhoon eye area and the helicity of typhoon cloud system in TBB images are important indicators of typhoon development. The precipitation near the typhoon center is the largest, and the spatial distribution of typhoon precipitation is asymmetrical. For the typhoons with similar paths, strong typhoon induces circular strong precipitation center, while weak typhoon is along with belt-type strong precipitation center. In the mature stage of typhoon development, the maximum cloud top height is near the typhoon eye. When the cloud top height on the north side of the spiral rain belt area is lower than that on the south side, the typhoon develops strongly. When the cloud top height on the south side of the spiral rain belt area is lower than that the the north side, the typhoon is relatively weak. Before typhoon landing, the proportion of single layer cloud is higher when the typhoon is stronger, and the atmosphere is optically thicker. Typhoon clouds are mainly deep convective clouds and cirrus clouds consisting of non-directional ice. The height of cloud base and thickness in spiral rainband are related to the development of typhoon. Before typhoon landing, the area of high and low brightness temperature under the same channel, the precipitation type of typhoon, the length and number of convective columns in the 3-dimensional precipitation structure, and the precipitation rate in vertical direction can all indicate the development of typhoon. Regardless the typhoon strength, the total amount of ice water particles is roughly the same, and the difference in intensity is reflected in the areas of the high and low brightness temperature under the same channel. The spiral rain belt of a strong typhoon is dominated by stratiform precipitation, while a weak typhoon is dominated by convective precipitation. The number and length of convective columns of a strong typhoon are far greater than those of a weak typhoon.

Objective： Real-time monitoring of the grinding roller distance of the pulverizer. Methods： CCD industrial camera was used to collect the rolling distance image, threshold segmentation and morphology were used to preprocess the gray image, and then the edge detection algorithm combined with MATLAB software and mathematical operation were used to eliminate the irrelevant edge points, and finally the rolling distance of the mill was calculated. The feasibility and veracity of the system were verified by comparing the value of gauge and the value of system monitoring. Results： The data fluctuation range of the online monitoring system was 0.001~0.002 mm in the steady state, and the fluctuation range was larger in the speeding state, which was 0.001~0.005 mm. Conclusion： The system can measure rolling distance in real time.

Objective To investigate the anti⁃tumoral effect of ACT001, a novel antitumor compound, on the nuclear factor⁃κB (NF⁃κB) pathway and programmed cell death protein ligand 1 (PDL1) expression in U87 glioblastoma cell line. Methods We analyzed the correlation between the expression of P65 and PDL1, pathological grade, and prognosis by introducing The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and Chinese Glioma Genome Atlas (CGGA) databases. CCK⁃8 was used to observe the effect of ACT001 on the proliferation of U87 cells, and calculate the median inhibition concentration (IC50). Immunofluorescence staining was used to detect the effect of ACT001 on nuclear translocation of the transcription factor P65. U87 cells were transfected with small interference RNA (siRNA), and P65 knockdown efficiency was determined by quantitative real⁃time polymerase chain reaction (qRT⁃PCR). The relative expression of P65, phospho⁃P65 (p⁃P65) and PDL1 in different transfected groups and drug treatment groups were determined by Western blotting. Results 1) Bioinformatics analysis showed that gliomas with higher pathological grade hourbored higher P65 and PDL1 expression (P＜0.05, for all). Moreover, patients with high expression of P65 and PDL1 mRNA predicted poor prognosis (P＜0.05, for all). 2) CCK⁃8 assay showed that treatment with different concentrations of ACT001 (5, 10, 20, 40, 80, 160 and 320 μmol/L), the inhibition rates of U87 cells were (9.01±4.75)%, (17.03±2.91)%, (28.50±4.85)%, (45.50±5.15)%, (67.67±8.46)% , (83.02±5.79)% and (94.33±1.59)% , respectively, and the IC50 was about 42.98 μmol/L. 3) Immunofluorescence staining showed that ACT001 inhibited nuclear translocation of P65. 4) qRT⁃PCR showed that the P65 mRNA expression of U87 cells in different siRNA transfected groups was statistically significant (F=164.200, P=0.000), and the mRNA expression of P65 in si⁃P65⁃1 group (t=13.290, P=0.000) and si⁃P65⁃2 group (t=12.730, P=0.000) was lower than that of si⁃NC group. 5) Western blotting showed that the relative expression of P65 (F=681.300, P=0.000), p⁃P65 (F=128.800, P=0.000) and PDL1 (F=20.470, P=0.002) in U87 cells of different siRNA transfection groups were statistically significant different. Among them, P65 (t=59.630, P=0.000; t=29.380, P=0.000), p⁃P65 (t=24.370, P=0.000; t=13.460, P=0.000) and PDL1 (t=6.025, P=0.004; t=6.728, P=0.003) in si⁃P65⁃1 group and si⁃P65⁃2 group were lower than those in si⁃NC group. 6) There were statistically significant differences in the relative expression of p⁃P65 (F=269.700, P=0.000) and PDL1 (F=128.800, P=0.000) in U87 cells treated with different concentrations of drugs. P⁃P65 (t=19.750, P=0.000; t=24.640, P=0.000) and PDL1 (t=12.690, P=0.000; t=19.230, P=0.000) in ACT001 25 μmol/L group and 50 μmol/L group were lower than those in normal control group, ACT001 50 μmol/L group were also lower than those of 25 μmol/L group (t=5.288, P=0.006; t=2.868, P=0.046). Conclusions ACT001 can inhibit the proliferation of U87 glioma cells. By inhibiting the phosphorylation and nuclear translocation of P65 in U87 cells, ACT001 decreased the expression of PDL1 to improve the immunosuppressive environment of glioblastoma and thus inhibit the progression of glioblastoma.

Ni-Mn-based magnetic shape memory alloys have excellent shape memory effects induced by the temperature field and magnetic field, superelasticity, magnetocaloric effect, magnetoresistive effect, elastocaloric effect, exchange bias effect, etc. As a new type of multi-functional material, it is expected to be used in many engineering fields such as actuators, sensors and so on. The research status of Ni-Mn-based magnetic shape memory alloys containing the second phase was described in detail. The formation of the second phase and its influence on martensitic transformation, functional performance and mechanical properties were summarized. Several important and unresolved issues currently were presented, such as the impact of the second phase on magnetic functional properties including magnetic shape memory effect. It was pointed out that in future work, it is essential to study the thermodynamic and kinetic factors of the formation and evolution of the second phase, and properly regulate the second phase so as to optimize the functional properties of the alloys.

The grinding system is the main working part of the mill. Its running stability determines the grinding quality of the mill. Combined the research on the stability of the grinding system in domestic and foreign, this article analyzed the reasons that affect the stability of the grinding system from the aspects of the mill parts accuracy, processing parameters and assembly quality. Moreover, the influence mechanisms of each factor are clarified, and the corresponding solutions are put forward, which can provide reference for the research of grinding stability of the mill.

CaO–MgO–Al2O3–SiO2 glass-ceramics with diopside as the main crystalline phase were prepared by melting blast furnace slag obtained from Baotou Iron and Steel Company. The effect of heat treatment on the crystallization behavior of glass-ceramics, containing a large proportion of melted blast furnace slag, was studied by means of differential thermal analysis and scanning electron microscopy. The optimum heat-treatment regime was obtained by orthogonal experimental results for glass-ceramics in which blast furnace slag comprised 70% of the composition and 1% Cr2O3 and 4% TiO2 were used as nucleating agents. The nucleation temperature was 750°C for 2.5 h and the crystallization temperature was 930°C for 1 h. Under this regime, the performance of the glass-ceramic was better than that of other groups in the orthogonal experiment.

Pain is a prevalent and distressing symptom in patients with cancer which has a significant impact on patients’ physical health, psychological well-being, and quality of life (QOL). Deficiency of pain care, inadequate pain communication, and reluctance toward pain medication contribute to the difficulties in improving the situation of patients with cancer pain. Fortunately, the integration of self-management and professional healthcare provides new opportunities for patients with cancer pain.

Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative application of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) on pupil diameter (PD) in diabetic patients during femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery (FLACS). Methods A total of 80 patients (40 diabetic patients and 40 patients with normal blood glucose) who underwent FLACS in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were prospectively recruited in this study. The 40 eyes of the diabetic patients and 40 eyes from the non-diabetic patients were randomly divided into 2 groups (20 eyes in each group). Those receiving 0.1% pranoprofen (4 times per day, in 1 d before surgery) served as the trial group, and those without such pretreatment as the control group. The PD at each time point within 30 min after FLACS was observed. Results Within 30 min after FLACS, PD was increased firstly and then decreased in all the patients, with in a small range when compared to the pre-operative value. At the observed time points within 30 min, there was no obvious difference in PD between the patients receiving pranoprofen pretreatment but with diabetes and not, and between those without pranoprofen pretreatment but with diabetes and not (P>0.05). Conclusion Pranoprofen pretreatment shows no effect on PD in diabetic patients undergoing FLACS

Kyo-machiya, a type of traditional townhouse in Kyoto, is considered as cultural heritage that needs to be preserved. However, the high air leakage due to its unique structure and poor thermal insulation because of its traditional appearance may lead to high heating energy consumption. Therefore, an appropriate energy-saving renovation technique is proposed. However, the lack of quantitative analysis hinders the establishment of effective renovation guidelines focused on the energy-saving and healthy indoor environments of Kyo-machiya. Previously proposed retrofits were conducted using conventional methods with limited effectiveness. The soil wall in Kyo-machiya has an impact on indoor environments and is considered as a significant feature, and its appearance is crucial for the residents. Also, the soil wall has a moisture-buffering effect. Therefore, the adoption of interior insulation should be considered with caution. In addition, high air leakage is not fully resolved via the conventional methods. In this study, we used a numerical model of a typical traditional Kyo-machiya to evaluate different renovation designs, including interior and exterior insulation, vapour/moisture proof solutions, and effectiveness of enhancing air tightness. Finally, we proposed a renovation plan based on the conventional methods, considering the balance between energy-saving and hygrothermal risk.

Based on the "octahedral structure model" of three-dimensional reticulated porous materials, the mathematical deductions are introduced one by one for the mathematical relations of their basic physical and mechanical properties in this paper. The present review on these deductions covers the unidirectional tension and the multidirectional tension/compression of porous materials, as well as the conductivity and the fatigue property. Emphasis is placed on describing the equivalent circuit of the inner structure of porous materials, and the force action model both of quasi-rigid body and deformed body structure of porous materials under unidirectional tension. On this basis, the compressive strength is discussed, and the biaxial tension and triaxial tension/compression are mathematically deducted and analyzed. According to this octahedron model, the mathematical relations of mechanical properties can be also obtained from the deduction of unidirectional tension and compression, for porous materials under loading of non-direct tension and compression.

The "octahedral structure model" is introduced for three-dimensional reticulated porous materials, as well as the mathematical relations of their basic physical and mechanical properties. On this basis, the verification works about some performance relations, including the conductivity and tension, etc, are reviewed in this paper. A number of issues were discussed with the emphases on the practicality of these mathematical and physical relations, the rationality of the correction coefficients, the significant influence on the calculation results, and the allowable stress and the plastic index value of the corresponding dense body were also analyzed in details. According to this mathematical and physical relationship, the performance indexes such as the electrical resistivity of porous products can be calculated by the easily measurable basic parameters like the porosity. The experimental results prove this way feasible. Therefore, this method can be superior to the finite element and other complex computational methods.

Three-dimensional reticulated porous materials are excellent engineering materials, and their application cover energy engineering, bioengineering, aerospace, environmental protection, transportation, etc. Author of this paper put forward a simplified structure model of octahedron based on the structural characteristics of these materials. On this basis, serial mathematical relations were obtained for their performance. This model and the related mathematical characterization of the basic physical and mechanical properties of this kind of materials,from unidirectional tension to multidirectional tension and compression,as well as conductivity and specific surface area were comprehensively introduced. The origin and characteristics of the simplified structural model were described comprehensively, and compared with other similar models; different property models and their relationships were explained one by one. Among them, the representative problems including the thin beams assumption of pore struts, the bending of pore struts and the restraint force of bearing units for the loaded porous body, and the correction coefficient and the plastic index value involved in the tension or/and compression relationship. The theoretical results were verified by the experiment of samples prepared in production line, which were well practicable.

To address the uneven distribution of the thermal environment in buildings and the temperature deviation between the end temperature sensing devices and the thermal environment of the work area, this paper presents a simulation and experimental study of the indoor temperature distribution characteristics and its influencing factors, taking an office in a northern area as the research object. Firstly, a three-dimensional model of the building is constructed based on ANSYS software to simulate the indoor temperature distribution characteristics in summer and winter under the influencing factors of outdoor environment, building orientation, window-to-wall ratio (WWR), and the form and arrangement of indoor terminals. Secondly, based on the simulation and experimental data, the effect of different influencing factors on indoor temperature is analysed, and a formula for fitting the WWRto indoor temperature and a formula for fitting the temperature deviation between the temperature sensor and the working area with the characteristics of influencing factors is proposed, laying a theoretical foundation for indoor temperature end control technology.

Background: Increasing evidence suggests an important role of the gut microbiome in the pathogenesis of mental disorders, including depression, along the microbiota-gut-brain axis. We sought to explore the interactions between gut microbe composition and neural circuits in late-life depression (LLD). Methods: We performed fecal 16S ribosomal RNA (rRNA) sequencing and resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging in a case-control cohort of older adults with LLD and healthy controls to characterize the association between gut microbiota and brain functional connectivity (FC). We used the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) to assess depressive symptoms. Results: We included 32 adults with LLD and 16 healthy controls. At the genus level, the relative abundance of Enterobacter, Akkermansiaceae, Hemophilus, Burkholderia, and Rothia was significantly higher among patients with LDD than controls. Reduced FC within mood regulation circuits was mainly found in the frontal cortex (e.g., the right superior and inferior frontal gyrus, right lateral occipital cortex, left middle frontal gyrus, and left caudate) among patients with MDD. Group- characterized gut microbes among controls and patients showed opposite correlations with seed-based FC, which may account for the aberrant emotion regulation among patients with LDD. The abundance of Enterobacter (dominant genus among patients with LLD) was positively correlated with both HAMD scores (r = 0.49, p = 0.0004) and group-characterized FC (r = -0.37, p < 0.05), while Odoribacter (dominant genus among controls) was negatively correlated with both HAMD scores (r = -0.30, p = 0.04) and group-characterized FC. Limitations: The study's cross-sectional design and small sample size limit causal inferences; larger longitudinal studies are required for detailed subgroup analyses. Conclusion: We identified significant correlations between LDD-characterized gut microbes and brain FC, as well as depression severity, which may contribute to the pathophysiology of depression development among patients with LLD.
