Drought and land salinization are inhibiting factors for the sustainable development of forestry, and the plants will release volatile substances such as terpenoids during biological or non-biological stress. The 1-hydroxy-2-methyl-2-(E)-buteny-4-pyrophosphate reductase is the terminal active enzyme of the MEP pathway, which provides precursor terpenoids and has the main rate-limiting effect. In order to investigate whether HDR gene of Pinus massoniana is involved in stress response under drought and salt stress, the open reading frame of PmHDR gene was cloned, and bioinformation, tissue specific expression and preliminary function were analyzed. The results were as follows: (1) The coding region length of PmHDR gene is 1 458 bp, encoding 485 amino acids, and its encoded protein contains the core sequence of LytB/IspH gene superfamily and PLN02821 multifunctional structural domain, which belongs to the HDR family. (2) The PmHDR codon use preference was weak, with a preference for codons ending in A/U. Nicotiana tabacum, Arabidopsis thaliana and Saccharomyces cerevisiae were more suitable as its heterologous expression receptors. (3) Results of qRT-PCR showed that the PmHDR gene was most highly expressed in old needles of Pinus massoniana, followed by young needles, young stem and old stem and least expressed in root. (4) The gene expression vector pBI121-PmHDR was constructed and transformed into Arabidopsis thaliana. The transgenic A.thaliana showed greater resistance to drought and salt stress. These results indicate that PmHDR is involved in plant response and regulation to drought and salt stress, and provide some theoretical supports for Pinus massoniana stress-resistance breeding.

Peripherally inserted central catheters (PICCs) are used as first-line central venous catheters for the delivery of chemotherapy and supportive care in cancer patients. However, PICCs-related complications, such as phlebitis, blockage, infection and allergic dermatitis may increase the level of pain and affect the following treatment. This paper summarized the nursing experience of allergic dermatitis after PICC placement in a breast cancer patient undergoing chemotherapy. Based on analyzing the relevant factors of allergic dermatitis and syndrome differentiation, timely medication, psychological intervention, dietary guidance, and other nursing interventions were carried out to relieve the local symptoms such as sitching, inflammation, rash and redness. This paper proposes a three degrees of freedom parallel anti-swing method by the main and auxiliary cables to address the problems related to underactuated double-pendulum anti-swing for a ship-mounted jib crane. By analysing the dynamic coupling relationship between the swing of the hook and the payload, it seeks to establish an accurate dynamic model of the anti-swing device under the ship’s rolling and pitching conditions, and discusses the influence of ship excitation, the crane state, load posture and anti-swing parameters on the in-plane and out-of-plane swing angles. The analysis shows that the primary pendulum reduces the in-plane angle by 90% and the out-of-plane angle by 80%, the in-plane angle of the secondary pendulum is reduced by 90%, and the out-of-plane angle is reduced by 80%. The reliability of the simulation data is verified through experiments.

This paper summarized the curative effect of manual lymphatic drainage of the breast combined with blood-pricking and cupping therapy and related nursing measures for a patient with mastitis of Qi-stagnation and Heat-congestion type. The manual lymphatic drainage of the breast was carried out under the guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation, and then combined with the selection of Dazhui point (DV 14) and Tianzong point(SI 11) for blood-pricking and cupping therapy, so as to achieve the effect of relieving symptoms and expression of breast milk. The manual lymphatic drainage of the breast combined with blood-pricking and cupping therapy, supplemented by symptomatic nursing, can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients and improve the treatment effect. As a key specialty of the hospital, the Department of Breast Diseases has one of the first Tradtitional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing clinics officially authorized by Beijing Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and undertakes the task of clinical teaching and practice for nursing students from various colleges and universities every year. The TCM nursing clinical teaching path had been used in clinical teaching and practice, aiming to teaching the breast diseases characterized TCM nursing technology, presenting the unique characteristics of TCM, giving play to the specialty advantages, looking forward to the "integration of schools and departments" model. Objective To observe the effect of auricular acupoint sticking and pressing on postoperative pain of patients undergoing surgical treatment for granulomatous lobular mastitis (GLM). Methods Totally sixty GLM patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. All patients received routine post-operative nursing, and those in the treatment group were given auricular acupoint sticking and pressing therapy within half an hour after operation. The degree of postoperative pain was evaluated by Numerical Rating Scale(NRS) at 6 h, 24 h and 48 h after operation, and the collected data were analyzed. Results The overall rate of pain relief in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group at 24 h after surgery (83. 33% vs. 53. 33%, P＜0. 05 ). The overall rate of pain relief in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group at 48 h after surgery (93. 33% vs. 73. 33%, P＜0. 05 ). Conclusion The auricular acupoint sticking and pressing is an easy-to-operate and safe technique of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and it is effective in relief of postoperative pain in GLM patients. (目的 观察耳穴贴压治疗肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎术后疼痛的效果。方法 将60例肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎患者随机分为对照组30例和治疗组30例。两组均接受手术治疗, 对照组实施术后常规护理, 治疗组在对照组基础上, 于术后30 min内给予耳穴贴压。采用数字评分法(NRS)评估患者术后6 h、24 h和48 h疼痛程度, 评价干预效果。结果 术后24 h, 疼痛有效缓解率治疗组为83. 33%(25/30), 高于对照组的53. 33%(16/30), 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。术后48 h, 疼痛有效缓解率治疗组为93. 33%(28/30), 高于对照组的73. 33%(22/30), 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 耳穴贴压能有效缓解肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎术后疼痛程度, 且操作简单、安全。)

This paper reviewed the clinical data of an acute mastitis patient undergoing paracentesis of breast abscess, and summarized the effect and measures of milk-ejection manipulation technique combined with external application of Rutong powder in postoperative pain relief. Nursing assessment, manipulation technique, component analysis of Rutong powder, external application methods and cautions and routine nursing intervention were summarized. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing by syndrome differentiation, application of milk-ejection manipulation technique combined with external application of Rutong powder is effective to relief the pain of the patient after paracentesis of breast abscess. It is an effective Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing technology which helps mothers to build confidence in breastfeeding and ensure the maternal and infant safety. Objective To investigate the effect of rubbing therapy with Chinese herbal medicine ointment on pain relief in patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland. Methods Totally 40 patients suffering from pain caused by mammary gland hyperplasia were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group, with 20 cases in each group. All patients received oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine, and those in the treatment group were given rubbing therapy with Chinese herbal medicine ointment. The Numerical Rating Scale was used to evaluate the degree of pain before treatment and 14 days after treatment. Results After 14 days intervention, better pain relief was noted in the treatment group than that in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0. 05). Conclusion The rubbing therapy with Chinese herbal medicine ointment is an easy-to-operate, safe and effective treatment on pain relief in patients with mammary gland hyperplasia. This paper summarized the effect observation and nursing measures for a patient with patient with postoperative pain after granulomatous mastitis surgery under local anesthesia. On the basis of improving the routine postoperative nursing, auricular acupoint sticking and pressing therapy was carried out to relieve the postoperative pain of the patients. This paper summarized the nursing measures for a patient with breast milk oversupply during breastfeeding treatment with intradermal needle at auricular acupoint. Key issues of nursing included nursing assessment and health education about operation method and precautions of intradermal needle at auricular acupoint. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing by syndrome differentiation, intradermal needle at auricular acupoint is effective in relief of breast milk oversupply and establishment of maternal confidence in breastfeeding. This paper summarized the nursing experience of a patient with Liver-Qi stagnation and phlegm stagnation type hyperplasia of mammary glands treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) ointment rubbing combined with moxibustion. Nursing measures and efficacy observation of TCM ointment combined with moxibustion at Zusanli acupoint were performed. In addition to the targeted interventions by TCM syndrome differentiation, health education on dietary and emotion regulation was carried to achieve the effect of dredging milk collaterals, detumescence, relieving pain and improving gland hyperplasia. In order to ensure the toxic or harmful gases can be effective drainage to return air lane, this paper adopts the method of numerical simulation and uses Pyrosim simulation software to establish the actual size model of the transportation roadway, and to simulate and analyze the spread of toxic and harmful gases in the roadway when a fire occurred. The results show that when CO diffused to the leeward side, it was first detected at the height of 3.1-3.3 m. Based on this characteristic, the control sensor in the drainage system was placed at the height of the transportation lane about 3.3 m, and the detection effect was the best when the sensor was 15 cm below the vault. The core strategy of sensor control is designed for the drainage system. The PLC control device is installed in the return air diversion lane. The double CO and double smoke sensors are used to control the aluminum alloy rolling shutter air window for air flow automatic regulation. In order to ensure that the fire smoke flow is completely drained, a two-way wind speed sensor is set to assist the control, and the remote monitoring system through the wind window is used to realize the real-time monitoring and control of the workers on the shaft. Through field application, a good drainage effect has been achieved.

The continued rise in oil prices and environmental concerns have made natural gas (NG) one of the world’s most important energy sources. As populations and economies grow, the demand for natural gas is increasing due to the expansion of the industrial and commercial sectors, as well as increased household incomes. The potential for significant increases in natural gas supply to meet growing demand makes decisions at all strategic, tactical and operational levels necessary in building new or restructuring existing natural gas transportation systems. In this paper, the multi-objective optimization of natural gas hydrate (NGH) transportation is proposed as a tool for supporting regulatory decisions. Three objective functions are involved in the formulation of the problem: minimization of subsidy costs, maximization of energy utilization, and maximization of profit for each NGH plant. As part of the design parameters for the NGH project, the regulatory agency must consider the entrepreneur’s return on investment and the needs of current and future consumers. In the absence of an optimization tool, this problem may result in unfair gas prices or a lack of investor interest. With a continuous increase in natural gas consumption, the proposed analysis examines growing markets. The mixed subsidy mechanism was applied to a typical example in order to demonstrate the performance of the proposed approach.

As a means of transportation, automobiles produce large carbon emissions. On the basis of analyzing the carbon emissions of automobile transportation in 2021, the ownership model, new car sales structure model and carbon emissions analysis model are constructed, and the carbon emissions of automobiles under the baseline scenario and dual carbon scenario in 2022-2060 are predicted. For dual carbon, the main technology path of automobile can be divided into four parts: popularizing new energy vehicles, energy-saving fuel vehicles, green transportation and zero-carbon fuels.

The green tax system includes various taxation measures implemented for the purpose of environmental protection and has been widely adopted in developed countries. Based on the basic situation of China’s tax system for automobiles, this article proposes a green tax system plan for China’s automobile products from 2021 to 2035 in accordance with the basic principles of tax neutrality, environmental protection priority, tax system flexibility and orderly progress. In addition, this article uses the nested multi-logit model to predict the impact of the plan on the structure of vehicle market and finally conducts comprehensive evaluation on the environmental benefits of the plan by combining with the changes in energy consumption level, mileage of passenger vehicles, pollutant emissions of a single vehicle and other factors.

Accurate prediction of bus arrival time is essential to achieve efficient bus dispatch and improve bus trip sharing rate. This article proposes using the improved whale optimization algorithm-long short-term memory (IWOA-LSTM) model to predict bus arrival times and improving the whale algorithm by optimizing the hyperparameters of the LSTM model, so that the advantages and disadvantages of the whale algorithm and the LSTM model can complement each other, thus enhancing the robustness of the model. Initially, the bus arrival process and its associated influencing factors are analyzed, with certain factors being quantified to serve as input features for the prediction model. After processing the GPS data of the No. 220 bus in Nanchang, Jiangxi, China, the proposed prediction model is analyzed and validated using an example and compared with other prediction models. The results show that the IWOA-LSTM prediction model has the best-fitting effect between the predicted values and actual values in all time periods. Its MAPE, RMSE, and MAE have been reduced by at least 9.47%, 12.77%, and 8.93%, respectively, and the overall R[sup.2] has been improved by at least 10.65%. Abstract Cancer is the leading cause of death worldwide. Nanomaterials and nanotechnologies could provide potential solutions. In this research, a novel biodegradable poly(lactide-co-glycolide)-d-a-tocopheryl polyethylene glycol 1000 succinate (PLGA-TPGS) random copolymer was synthesized from lactide, glycolide and d-a-tocopheryl polyethylene glycol 1000 succinate (TPGS) by ring-opening polymerization using stannous octoate as catalyst. The obtained random copolymers were characterized by 1H NMR, FTIR, GPC and TGA. The docetaxel-loaded nanoparticles made of PLGA-TPGS copolymer were prepared by a modified solvent extraction/evaporation method. The nanoparticles were then characterized by various state-of-the-art techniques. The results revealed that the size of PLGA-TPGS nanoparticles was around 250 nm. The docetaxel-loaded PLGA-TPGS nanoparticles could achieve much faster drug release in comparison with PLGA nanoparticles. In vitro cellular uptakes of such nanoparticles were investigated by CLSM, demonstrating the fluorescence PLGA-TPGS nanoparticles could be internalized by human cervix carcinoma cells (HeLa). The results also indicated that PLGA-TPGS-based nanoparticles were biocompatible, and the docetaxel-loaded PLGA-TPGS nanoparticles had significant cytotoxicity against Hela cells. The cytotoxicity against HeLa cells for PLGA-TPGS nanoparticles was in time- and concentration-dependent manner. In conclusion, PLGA-TPGS random copolymer could be acted as a novel and promising biocompatible polymeric matrix material applicable to nanoparticle-based drug delivery system for cancer chemotherapy.

This study investigates the compound system Mn5−xZnxGe3 (x = 0.1, 0.2, and 0.3) through experimental investigations and theoretical calculations. Zn doping lowers the Curie temperature and magnetic entropy change of Mn5−xZnxGe3 alloys. Analysis of phenomenological curves, including Landau theories, normalized curves, and Arrott curves during the study of isothermal magnetization curves, reveals a second-order phase transition in this system. Through an extensive investigation of critical behavior using critical isotherm curves and the Kouvel–Fisher (KF) method, the consistency and reliability of these critical indices are validated by the prediction of the scaling theory in the critical region. By scaling the dependence of |ΔSM| on M and applying crucial exponen21t values, an efficient new approach is utilized to calculate the spontaneous magnetization that agrees well with the values deduced from the KF method. Additionally, first-principles calculations reveal that the Mn atoms' 3d orbitals are more significantly close to the Fermi energy level, with Zn doping generally reducing both the electronic density of states and the total magnetic moment of the Mn 3d orbitals. Consequently, the introduction of Zn leads to a decrease in the Mn–Mn atom exchange coupling, resulting in a deterioration of the total exchange interaction. This phenomenon also explains the decrease in the Curie temperature TC due to Zn doping, aligning with experimental observations. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract Multidrug resistance (MDR) in tumor cells is a significant obstacle to the success of chemotherapy in many cancers. The purpose of this research is to test the possibility of docetaxel-loaded poly (ε-caprolactone)/Pluronic F68 (PCL/Pluronic F68) nanoparticles to overcome MDR in docetaxel-resistance human breast cancer cell line. Docetaxel-loaded nanoparticles were prepared by modified solvent displacement method using commercial PCL and self-synthesized PCL/Pluronic F68, respectively. PCL/Pluronic F68 nanoparticles were found to be of spherical shape with a rough and porous surface. The nanoparticles had an average size of around 200 nm with a narrow size distribution. The in vitro drug release profile of both nanoparticle formulations showed a biphasic release pattern. There was an increased level of uptake of PCL/Pluronic F68 nanoparticles in docetaxel-resistance human breast cancer cell line, MCF-7 TAX30, when compared with PCL nanoparticles. The cytotoxicity of PCL nanoparticles was higher than commercial Taxotere®in the MCF-7 TAX30 cell culture, but the differences were not significant (p > 0.05). However, the PCL/Pluronic F68 nanoparticles achieved significantly higher level of cytotoxicity than both of PCL nanoparticles and Taxotere®(p < 0.05), indicating docetaxel-loaded PCL/Pluronic F68 nanoparticles could overcome multidrug resistance in human breast cancer cells and therefore have considerable potential for treatment of breast cancer.
