There are a series of new requirements for the education in the new era. We should integrate the spirit of educators into the entire process of teacher education, guide and inspire teachers to adhere to their educational mission, cultivate educational ethics, develop educational wisdom, firmly pursue education, cultivate educational sentiments, and enhance the realm of education. New requirements and standards should be taken for talent cultivation in the new era as the starting point, and attention should be paid to updating the content of teacher education to create a "trinity" teacher education model of local government, higher education institutions, and primary and secondary schools. We should adhere to moral education, and comprehensively improve the quality of independent talent cultivation. We should actively respond to the opportunities and challenges brought by the "digital intelligence" era to modernize education, and elevate the mastery of digital technology and its application in the field of education to a strategic level. By formulating comprehensive digital technology training plans, providing teachers with the necessary digital education resources and technical tools, establishing professional learning communities for teachers, creating a cultural atmosphere that encourages innovation and collaborative sharing, and gradually improving evaluation and reward mechanisms, we can continuously enhance teachers' digital literacy and application skills. We need to deeply grasp the dialectical relationship between Chinese characteristics and world-class education, attach great importance to cultivating teachers' international perspective with a global perspective, and explore effective training paths from multiple aspects such as cooperation and exchange, teacher training, resource sharing and standard formulating.
