Based on the theory of dimension chain,the dimension chain compute with extremum method and probability method is researched. It defines that compute method determined by the number of composition loops,the real statistical data and the statistical process control ability can be used to optimize the dimension chain. Usually,the structure of gearbox is complicated,but the accumulative error must be controlled in a minor range. That method can avoid severe dimension tolerances of components and parts in the design of gearbox,meanwhile products can be manufactured reliably and economically.

The study of Chinese culture by foreign scholars is becoming increasingly prevalent, and as a result, there is a growing need to find new and innovative ways to promote the transmission of Chinese culture. To this end, this study proposes using computer-aided technology and big data analysis to analyze existing cultural communication methods and optimize communication programs. The use of big data analysis can provide valuable insights into the preferences and needs of different audiences, which can be used to tailor communication strategies to be more effective. Additionally, computer-aided technology can be used to create engaging and interactive experiences for audiences, further enhancing the effectiveness of cultural communication efforts. One of the key objectives of this study is to develop a series processing mode that optimizes the program of communication for scientific guidance. To achieve this, the researchers will conduct adaptability analysis from the perspective of computer technology in the context of big data. By applying computer-aided technology, the research team will analyze existing methods of cultural communication and optimize them for maximum effectiveness. To ensure that the optimized programs are effective and respectful of the promoted culture, the researchers will work closely with experts and members of the cultural community. This will help to ensure that communication efforts are appropriate and culturally sensitive. The results of this study will be the development of an analysis of big data sets that can be used to guide the promotion of Chinese culture to a wider audience. To test the feasibility of the optimized programs, the researchers will conduct a series of innovative program tests. Aerobic glycolysis is one of the hallmarks of cancer. The metabolic phenotype of tumor cells is characterized by preferential dependence on glycolysis under aerobic conditions. Recent researchers have provided a piece of information on the effectiveness of targeting glycolysis. Thus, targeted glucose metabolism therapy is still a research hotspot. Interleukin 37 (IL-37) plays an important role in tumor development. Previous studies have found that IL-37 can inhibit the progression of lung adenocarcinoma in a variety of ways. For example, IL-37 can inhibit the migration and invasion of lung adenocarcinoma by inhibiting the interleukin 6(IL-6)/ Signal transducing activator of transcription 3(STAT3) pathway. IL-37 inhibits tumor growth by regulating RNA methylation at the M6A site of lung adenocarcinoma. It has been found that overexpression of IL-37 in macrophages can reverse the Warburg effect. The mechanism of IL-37 on glucose metabolism of tumor cells has not been studied. In research, glucose uptake and lactic acid production were inhibited in A549 cells with recombinant human IL-37(rhIL-37). Also, rhIL-37 inhibited the expression level of PFKFB3 in A549 cells. To verify whether the two aspects of rhIL-37's effects on A549 cells are related, we applied PFK15, a specific inhibitor of PFKFB3, to prove that rhIL-37 inhibits the glucose uptake and lactate production of A549 cells by inhibiting the expression of PFKFB3, and further inhibits the progression of lung adenocarcinoma.

A molybdenum disulfide (MoS 2 ) nanosheet-decorated titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) NRA heterojunction composite was fabricated successfully through a two-step hydrothermal approach. Microstructures and optical properties of specimens were characterized by field-emission scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffractometry, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy. The gaps of the TiO 2 nanorods have been filled with tiny MoS 2 nanosheets, which can increase the surface area of MoS 2 /TiO 2 NRA composite thin films. In addition, the photocatalytic activity of the thin films were measured and discussed in greater detail. The appropriate hydrothermal reaction temperature of MoS 2 is important for the growth of perfect MoS 2 /TiO 2 NRA composites with significantly enhanced photocatalytic performance. The photodegradation rate and k value of MoS 2 -220/TiO 2 are 86% and 0.0105 min -1 , respectively, which are much larger than those of blank TiO 2 .
