To meet the use needs of LNG fuel tanks and storage tanks， the key process control of steel-making and rolling of 9Ni steel were carried， and the influence of two-phase area heat-treatment processes and Nb microalloying on micro⁃ structure and properties of 9Ni steel was studied. The results show that with the increase of intercritical quenching （IQ） temperature， the Yield stress（YS）， tensile strength （TS） and the ratio between YS and TS （Y/T） decreases firstly， then increases. Subsequently as the tempering temperature increases， the YS and TS gradually decrease， while the elongation increases； When the tempering temperature is 600 ℃， the YS and TS reach their lowest values， and the elongation （EL） reaches its peak. The microstructure after intercritical quenching presents distribution of large and small grains， which contributes to the reduction of Y/T ratio of steel plate. The microstructure of Nb micro-alloyed 9Ni low-temperature steel plate is mainly composed of tempered sorbite structure and 3% -8% reverse austenite. The addition of 0. 015% Nb in⁃ creases the average YS and TS of 9Ni low-temperature steel by about 50 MPa and 40 MPa， respectively. The impact ab⁃ sorption energy increases by about 40 J tested at -196 ℃.

The 12-item General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-12) is a self-reporting instrument to assess mental health. The present study was aimed to explore the optimal factor model of the Chinese version of the GHQ-12 in patients with psychological disorders, and examine its measurement invariance across gender. A total of 870 outpatients completed the GHQ-12. Among them, 361 patients also completed the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CES-D) and the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS). Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was adopted to assess the fit of two models of the GHQ-12. Multi-group confirmatory factor analysis (MGCFA) was performed to verify the measurement invariance of the GHQ-12 across gender. The Cronbach's [alpha] coefficients, McDonald's omega coefficients ([omega]), and mean inter-item correlations (M.sub.IC) were calculated to investigate the internal reliability of the GHQ-12. Pearson correlations between GHQ-12 and CES-D/SAS were performed to examine the convergent construct validity. The results showed that the 3-factor model of the GHQ-12 fitted the data better than the 2-factor model, and the 3-factor model of the GHQ-12 was measurement invariant across gender. The Cronbach's [alpha] coefficients of the GHQ-12 and its factors ranged from 0.63 to 0.83, [omega] ranged from 0.80 to 0.90, and M.sub.IC ranged from 0.28 to 0.46. The scores of the GHQ-12 and its factors had significantly positive correlations with scores of CES-D and SAS. The cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire (CERQ) is widely used to measure personal cognitive emotion regulation strategies. This study was aimed to validate the factorial invariance of CERQ across gender and reexamine its psychometric properties. A total of 4572 Chinese college students (50.09% female; age: M = 18.62, SD = 0.97) completed the CERQ and other psychological scales. The factorial invariance of CERQ across gender was conducted by multi-group confirmatory factor analysis. The Cronbach's alpha coefficients, Omega coefficients and mean inter-item correlation coefficients (M.sub.IC) were used to examine the internal consistency reliability, and multiple regression analysis was performed to examine the criterion validity of CERQ. The results showed that nine-factor model of CERQ fit the data reasonably in the total sample and in each gender group, the configural, metric, scalar and strict equivalence of CERQ across gender were all acceptable, and there were significant gender differences in most factors' latent means except Refocusing on planning, which was generally in line with the observed gender differences. Moreover, the internal consistency reliability and criterion validity of CERQ were both well evidenced. Laboratory animal facilities, as the main place for animal raising and experiment, have strict requirements on environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, pressure, noise, air cleanliness class and ventilation rate. Laboratory animal facilities also have standardized management requirements for personnel operation, goods and animals entering and leaving the facilities. Based on the construction and management experience of laboratory animal facilities in Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences in the past 10 years (2012-2022), we summarized and discussed the experience from design planning to equipment selection, aiming to provide practical reference of the construction of experimental animal facilities to universities and research institutes.

This study aimed to promote the synthesis of hispidin, hypholomine B and other phenolic compounds from Sanghuangporus vaninii to enhance the medicinal value, health-care functions, and market competitiveness of its products. To investigate the fermentation for the S.vaninii most widely sold and applied on the market, ethephon was added into liquid culture medium. It was found that the addition of ethephon could indeed promote the synthesis of hispidin, hypholomine B and other phenolic compounds from the liquid-fermented S.vaninii. The final concentration of ethephon in the culture medium was 2 mmol/L, the addition occurred at Day 0, and 1 mol/L Na2CO3 adjusted pH to the value before the addition. The average content of hispidin was calculated by its reference substances, which could be up to 3.17 times the liquid fermentation group in the ethephon fermentation group. The average relative content of hypholomine B was represented by the peak area in HPLC profiles, and the former could be up to 2.55 times the latter. In addition, the addition of ethephon increased the accumulation of other phenolic compounds. The total phenolic content in the extract of the ethephon fermentation group, the liquid fermentation group, and the fruiting body group were (3.76±0.11)%, (1.96±0.12)%, and (0.77±0.04)%, respectively. The in vitro activities evaluation was based on the IC50 value. The IC50 of the extracts from the ethephon fermentation group for the scavenging rate of DPPH free radicals and ABTS cationic radicals and for the inhibiting rate of α-glucosidase were 150.00 μg/mL, 106.46 μg/mL, and 16.08 μg/mL, respectively, which were lower than the extracts from the liquid fermentation group (170.61 μg/mL, 115.36 μg/mL, and 35.48 μg/mL) and the extracts from the fruiting body group (218.10 μg/mL, 130.51 μg/mL, and 56.83 μg/mL).
