A modified equivalent-input-disturbance compensation method is investigated for repetitive control systems with state time delays, which achieve effective rejection of unknown disturbance and effective tracking control of periodic reference input. By incorporating the sliding mode observer into the equivalent-input-disturbance theory, the equivalent-input-disturbance estimator structure is determined. The structure presented in this work can effectively estimate the unknown disturbance without making use of the inverse model of the system. Moreover, an asymptotic stability condition is devised to ensure that the repetitive control systems are stable, as well as the corresponding controller gains are designed with the aim to guarantee the performance of the system to suppress unknown disturbances. The paper analyses the impact of ligament stretch and tension on the speed of movement in martial arts from the perspective of sports physiology. It establishes the numerical relationship between the peak impact value of the ligament speed and the differential equation of the flexibility of the joints in the initial stage of tension (impact peak). It was found that the differential equation of the ligament tension of the movement is formed after the movement is stable, which cannot reflect the flexibility of the ligament and the mastery of the movement. In this paper, a tension calculation model for ligament equilibrium is established by using a kinetic method of motion. Although it is a static equation, continuous use can obtain dynamic effects. The simulation proves that the initial tension change is more realistic.

On 31 July 2021, Ningbo, an eastern coast city in China, experienced a severe convective rainstorm, characterized by intense short-duration precipitation extremes with a maximum rainfall rate of 130 mm h−1. In this research, we first analyzed this rainstorm using Doppler radar and precipitation observation and then conducted high-resolution simulation for it. A three-dimensional precipitation diagnostic equation is introduced to quantitatively analyze the microphysical processes during the rainstorm. It is shown that this rainstorm was triggered and developed locally in central Ningbo under favorable large-scale quasi-geostrophic conditions and local conditions. In the early stage, the precipitation increase is mainly driven by the strong convergence of water vapor, and a noticeable increase in both the intensity and spatial extent of uplift promotes the upward transportation of water vapor. As the water vapor flux and associated convergence weaken in the later stage, the precipitation reduces accordingly. Cloud microphysical processes are also important in the entire precipitation process. The early stage updraft supports the escalations in raindrops, with the notable fluctuations in raindrop concentrations directly linked to variations in ground precipitation intensity. The behavior of graupel particles is intricately connected to their melting as they fall below the zero-degree layer. Although cloud water and snow exhibit changes during this period, the magnitudes of these adjustments are considerably less pronounced than those in raindrops and graupels, highlighting the differentiated response of various condensates to the convective dynamics. Enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) has important clinical value in the diagnosis of tumors. Much effort has been made to improve the relaxivity and specificity of contrast agents (CAs) in tumor diagnosis over the past few decades. However, there is still a lack of CAs which not only enhance the signal intensity of tumors rather than surrounding tissues in MRI but also maintain a high signal intensity prolonged for a long time. Herein, we synthesized a dual-targeted CA, RGD-(DOTA-Gd)-TPP (RDP), in which RGD is used to target the αvβ3 integrin receptor overexpressed in tumor cells and TPP is used to bind to a mitochondrion further. The structure of RDP was characterized and its properties, such as relaxivity and biosafety, were measured and in vitro and in vivo MRI assays were carried out. It has been proven that RDP has higher relaxivity of aqueous solution than Magnevist used in clinics. Moreover, RDP achieved higher signal intensity and a longer signal duration in tumor imaging. Therefore, RDP can be applied as the potential dual-targeted MRI CA for clinical tumor diagnosis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
