Based on the current quality situation of ESR bearing steel for passenger railway and wagons in China， the grade 8620 steel bars with diameters between 60 mm and 120 mm are produced with the process as follows：70 t EAF（HotMetal+Scrap）→LF→RH→3 t steel ingot→soaking pit →1350+750/650 rolling mill， whose chemical composition are （%）：0. 18-0. 22 C，0. 15-0. 30 Si，0. 75-0. 95 Mn，0. 45-0. 65 Cr，0. 45-0. 70 Ni，0. 15-0. 25 Mo，≤0. 020 P，≤0. 015 S， 0. 020-0. 050 Al. By taking technological measures such as steel and slag retention operation，slag formation and alloy ad⁃ dition during tapping， vacuum holding time ≥25 min and soft argon blowing， superheat control， full process Argon protec⁃ tion casting and automatic pouring as well as controlling cooling after rolling etc， to keep 8620 steel bars conform to all technical specification requirements， especially， macro-inclusions of finished bars less than 10 mm/dm³， grain size class 8-8. 5， and the density being 7. 854 g/cm³.

This study aimed to reduce the bitterness and astringency properties of autumn green tea using different yellowing and drying treatments. The results showed that as the yellowing temperature increased, the contents of tea polyphenols, gallated catechins, flavonol glycosides, and bitter amino acids decreased, while the content of soluble sugar and flavonols increased. The tea sample (YEL35 °C) subjected to yellowing treatment at 35 °C exhibited weak bitterness and astringency intensities and a relatively low content of flavonol glycosides. As the drying temperature increased, the content of gallated catechins decreased. In addition, the tea sample (DRY75 °C) subjected to drying treatment at 75 °C exhibited weak bitterness and astringency intensities, the highest contents of umami amino acids and Thea, and a relatively low content of gallated catechins. Multivariate statistical analysis revealed that vitexin-2-O-rhamnoside, pferol-3-O-rutinoside, myricetin-3-O-galactoside, and quercetin-3-O-glucoside played an important role in the astringency property of the tea. In addition, Asn, Thr, Pro, and Met were positively correlated with umami. Hence, the quality of autumn green tea was improved under optimal yellowing and drying temperatures of 35 and 75 °C, respectively. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Second-drying has an impact on the development of flavor and aroma in black tea. However, the effect of the shape changes of the tea leaves during second-drying on the quality of black tea has yet to be evaluated. In this study, GC-TOFMS and UPLC-HRMS identified 411 volatile metabolites and 253 nonvolatile metabolites. Additionally, 107 nonvolatile compounds and 21 different volatiles were screened. Significant alterations (p < 0.01) were found in 18 amino acid derivatives, 17 carbohydrates, 20 catechins, 19 flavonoids, 13 phenolic acids, and 4 organic acids. The content of certain amino acids and carbohydrates correlated with the shape of black tea. Furthermore, sweet aroma compound formation was facilitated by hot-air second-drying while the remaining second-drying approaches encouraged the formation of the fruity aroma compound. "The spleen storing yi (overall mental activities) and governing si (thoughts)" is one of the theoretical guiding ideologies in TCM treatment of emotional diseases. Although there is a wealth of clinical experience to support its feasibility, its connotation is still ambiguous with a lacking in objective indicators, resulting in difficulty in wide clinical application. In this paper, by comparing this theory with corresponding knowledge in modern emotional psychology, the commonality and individuality are compared. Based on that, the theory is further interpreted from the three levels of cognition, physiology and expression. Then combined with modern immune cytokine theory, the relationship between emotion and spleen is analyzed, and it's found that emotion is closely related to the spleen with bidirectional adjustment. Hydroxysafflor yellow A (HSYA) is a water-soluble component of the safflower (Carthamus tinctorius), and research has revealed that HSYA exhibits antitumor effects. In the present study, the effects of HSYA on the autophagy of a Hep-G2 liver cancer cell line, as well as the underlying mechanisms, were investigated. Hep-G2 cells were treated with HSYA and the viability of cells was measured using an MTT assay. Western blotting and immunofluorescence assays were performed to determine the expression of light chain 3 II (LC3-II) and p62, as well as the autophagy regulators Beclin 1 and ERK1/2. Transmission electron microscopy was performed to observe the formation of autophagosomes. The combined effects of HSYA and the autophagy inhibitor chloroquine (CQ) were also determined. The results revealed that the viability of Hep-G2 cells decreased with increasing concentrations of HSYA. Furthermore, LC3-II expression increased significantly and the level of p62 decreased significantly in the HYSA group compared with the control group. Additionally, an increase in Beclin 1 expression and a decrease in phosphorylated-ERK1/2 expression was observed in Hep-G2 cells treated with HYSA. Following treatment with CQ and HSYA, a significant increase in the viability of Hep-G2 cells was observed compared with the HSYA group. Collectively, the results indicated that HSYA induced autophagy by promoting the expression of Beclin 1 and inhibiting the phosphorylation of ERK in liver cancer cells. Design of experiments (DOE) was first adopted to analyze the process parameters of a cabinet type air conditioning panel including melt temperature, mold temperature, pressure holding pressure and pressure holding time, which influenced the warpage deformation of the injection-molded part significantly. Subsequently, the response surface methodology (RSM) was applied to construct the second-order response surface model by taking four process parameters as experimental variables and the warpage of the panelas a goal. The process parameters with minimum warpage were optimized, which led to a high accuracy for the model as well as alow prediction error rate of 2.486 %. Finally, the optimal of process parameters were obtained by particle swarm optimization (PSO) for the two-order response surface model. The verification results indicated that the optimization error of PSO was 4.882 %. Compared to the RSM optimization, the actual value of warpage was reduced by 38.367 % from 5. 217 mm to 3.459 mm, which was reduced, suggesting that this optimization effect was much better.
