This study aims to discover the stress-state dependence of the dynamic strain aging (DSA) effect on the deformation and fracture behavior of high-strength dual-phase (DP) steel at different deformation temperatures (25–400°C) and reveal the damage mechanisms under these various configurations. To achieve different stress states, predesigned specimens with different geometric features were used. Scanning electron microscopy was applied to analyze the fracture modes (e.g., dimple or shear mode) and underlying damage mechanism of the investigated material. DSA is present in this DP steel, showing the Portevin-Le Chatelier (PLC) effect with serrated flow behavior, thermal hardening, and blue brittleness phenomena. Results show that the stress state contributes distinctly to the DSA effect in terms of the magnitude of thermal hardening and the pattern of blue brittleness. Either low stress triaxiality or Lode angle parameter promotes DSA-induced blue brittleness. Accordingly, the damage mechanisms also show dependence on the stress states in conjunction with the DSA effect.

To prepare the egg yolk immunoglobulin (IgY) against soluble egg antigen (SEA) ofThe urine samples of indirect haemagglutination test (IHA) positives from endemic areas and healthy people from non-endemic areas were collected. The Anti-SEA IgY was obtained through immunization by subcutaneous injection of SEA into Laihang hen, and its molecular weight was determined by SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) . The circulating soluble egg antigen (CSEA) in the urine of IHA positives and healthy people were detected by ELISA-double antibody sandwich method with the Anti-SEA IgY as the capture antibody.Anti-SEA IgY was prepared and purified successfully. Totally 48 urine samples of IHA positives were detected by ELISA and 26 of them were CSEA positives (54.17%); 10 urine samples of healthy people were detected, and all of them were negative.The CSEA in human urine can be detected effectively by ELISA based on IgY. As a convenient and atraumatic method, it could be applied in schistosomiasis screening.［

Self-questioning update rules is the selected process of the optimal strategy of the individuals by comparing the payoff from various alternative strategies. In this paper, a self-questioning dynamical evolutionary game with altruistic or spiteful preferences via weighted sums of own and opponents payoffs is studied. In order to obtain the influence of long-range connections and degree heterogeneity on evolutionary game model, we study three kinds of spatial structure: the two-dimensional lattice, homogeneous small-world networks (only the introduction of long-range connections) and heterogenous small-world networks (both long-range connections and degree heterogeneity). Through the Ising model theory and Monte Carlo simulation the following conclusions are obtained: long-range connections make the individuals perplex in strategic choice which is similar to the state of frustration in spin glass; the degree heterogeneity makes the different individual has the different field (the more neighbours, the larger of field); when the field is positive, long-range connections promote cooperation, but the heterogeneity of degree inhibits the production of cooperation.

The spatial public goods game is one of the most popular models for studying the emergence and maintenance of cooperation among selfish individuals. A public goods game with costly punishment and self-questioning updating mechanism is studied in this paper. The theoretical analysis and Monte Carlo simulation are involved to analyze this model. This game model can be transformed into Ising model with an external field by theoretical analysis. When the costly punishment exists, the effective Hamiltonian includes the nearest-, the next-nearest-and the third-nearest-neighbor interactions and non-zero external field. The interactions are only determined by costly punishment. The sign of the interaction is always greater than zero, so it has the properties of ferromagnetic Ising. The external field is determined by the factor r of the public goods game, the fine F on each defector within the group, and the relevant punishment cost C. The Monte Carlo simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis results. In addition, the phase transitions and critical behaviors of the public goods game are also studied using the finite size scaling theory. The results show that the discontinuous phase transition has the same finite size effects as the two-dimensional Ising model, but the continuous phase transitions is inconsistent with Ising model.

In order to construct recombinant baculovirus carrying Schistosoma japonicum 26 ku glutathione S-transferase gene (Sj26), and observe the expression of Sj26 in mammalian cells, the Sj26 gene was amplified with plasmid pGEX-3X as template by PCR, and then recombined into T vector for sequencing. Sj26 gene was inserted into the downstream of CMV promoter of donor plasmid pFBDGC, and the recombinant donor plasmid pFBDGC-Sj26 transformed into DH10Bac, then the recombinant bacmid AcCMVSj26 was isolated and transfected into Sf9 cells. The recombinant baculovirus was harvested and final titer of vAcCMVSj26 was measured. BHK cells were transducted with recombinant baculovirus in vitro. By using Western blot, the expression of 26 ku glutathione S-transferase (GST) was detected. The results showed that after enzyme digestion and sequencing, the donor plasmid was successfully constructed. PCR confirmed that pFBDGC-Sj26 and Bacmid homologous recombination occurred in E. coli. After transfection of Sf9 cells with recombinant Bacmid, recombinant baculovirus was replicated in Sf9 cells and expressed green fluorescent protein. PCR further revealed recombinant baculovirus contained Sj26. The titer of the harvested baculovirus was 1.24 x 10(8). Western blot demonstrated that recombinant baculovirus could express 26 ku GST in BHK cells. It was concluded that Sj26 recombinant baculovirus was successfully constructed, and the 26 ku GST was expressed in mammalian cells.
