Cultural dance fosters social cohesion, emotional well-being, creative thinking, and cultural identity by conveying cultural values and social meanings. However, systematic comparative research on cross-cultural and indigenous cultural dance education remains limited. This study, adopting a global perspective, examines the current applications, core issues, and educational strategies in this field. Through a systematic literature review and grounded theory approach, the research scrutinizes studies conducted from 2010 to 2024. The results show that intercultural research primarily focuses on multicultural exchange, cultural integration of immigrant groups, and cultural acceptance among socioeconomically disadvantaged populations, highlighting the influence of intercultural adaptability and globalization. In contrast, indigenous cultural research emphasizes local culture and educational systems, with a particular focus on local cultural identity and educational reform. While both types of research reach a consensus on the importance of cultural transmission, diversity in teaching strategies, and the critical role of educators, significant differences remain in cultural identity and the design of educational content. Future research could concentrate on virtual dance education, innovation in indigenous cultures, the exploration of dance education's role in mental health, and the deep integration of artificial intelligence into dance pedagogy. Furthermore, consideration of the potential impact of globalization and technological advancement on cultural identity and educational models will foster theoretical innovation and practical development in dance education. We investigated the impact of kindergarten organizational climate on teachers' job involvement, and assessed the mediating role of teaching efficacy in this relationship. We conducted a survey with 326 kindergarten teachers and the results revealed a significant positive correlation between kindergarten organizational climate and teachers' job involvement. Furthermore, teaching efficacy played a mediating role in this relationship. Our findings contribute to understanding of the interplay among kindergarten organizational climate, job involvement, and teaching efficacy in the context of early childhood education in China. These insights provide educators with practical understanding for enhancing the job involvement of kindergarten teachers in China and suggest directions for future research. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This article describes a SlipChip-based approach to perform bead-based heterogeneous immunoassays with multiple nanoliter-volume samples. As a potential device to analyze the output of the chemistrode, the performance of this platform was tested using low concentrations of biomolecules. Two strategies to perform the immunoassay in the SlipChip were tested: (1) a unidirectional slipping method to combine the well containing a sample with a series of wells preloaded with reagents and (2) a back-and-forth slipping method to introduce a series of reagents to a well containing the sample by reloading and slipping the well containing the reagent. The SlipChips were fabricated with hydrophilic surfaces on the interior of the wells and with hydrophobic surfaces on the face of the SlipChip to enhance filling, transferring, and maintaining aqueous solutions in shallow wells. Nanopatterning was used to increase the hydrophobic nature of the SlipChip surface. Magnetic beads containing the capture antibody were efficiently transferred between wells and washed by serial dilution. An insulin immunoenzymatic assay showed a detection of limit of ~13 pM. A total of 48 droplets of nanoliter volume were analyzed in parallel, including an on-chip calibration. The design of the SlipChip is flexible to accommodate other types of immunoassays, both heterogeneous and homogeneous. Structural morphology and surface features of torrefied cornstalk are investigated under the given torrefaction temperatures of 250 °C, 270 °C, or 290 °C and the different atmospheres at Air or N2. The surface functional groups and pore volume distribution tests are conducted experimentally with Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer and N2 adsorption/desorption methods, respectively. Meanwhile the morphology analysis proceeds by comparing scanning electron microscope images directly. The results show that the adsorption capacity is well developed more than 2 times as the torrefaction process is O2 involving. The adsorption capacity of meso-pores can be enhanced significantly with the rising torrefaction temperature. The experimental data indicate that the presence of O2 leads to the complicated microscopic surface morphology and varies the adsorption/desorption characteristics of the torrefied cornstalk, obviously.
