Aims Cardiac cycle morphological changes can accelerate plaque growth proximal to myocardial bridging (MB) in the left anterior descending artery (LAD). To assess coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA)-based vascular radiomics for predicting proximal plaque development in LAD MB. Methods and results Patients with repeated CCTA scans showing LAD MB without proximal plaque in index CCTA were included from Jinling Hospital as a development set. They were divided into training and internal testing in an 8:2 ratio. Patients from four other tertiary hospitals were set as external validation set. The endpoint was proximal plaque development of LAD MB in follow-up CCTA. Four vascular radiomics models were built: MB centreline (MB CL), proximal MB CL (pMB CL), MB cross-section (MB CS), and proximal MB CS (pMB CS), whose performances were evaluated using area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC), integrated discrimination improvement (IDI), and net reclassification improvement (NRI). In total, 295 patients were included in the development (n = 192; median age, 54 ± 11 years; 137 men) and external validation sets (n = 103; median age, 57 ± 9 years; 57 men). The pMB CS vascular radiomics model exhibited higher AUCs in training, internal test, and external sets (AUC = 0.78, 0.75, 0.75) than the clinical and anatomical model (all P < 0.05). Integration of the pMB CS vascular radiomics model significantly raised the AUC of the clinical and anatomical model from 0.56 to 0.75 (P = 0.002), along with enhanced NRI [0.76 (0.37–1.14), P < 0.001] and IDI [0.17 (0.07–0.26), P < 0.001] in the external validation set. The development of highly active, sensitive and durable gas sensing materials for the detection of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) is extremely desirable for gas sensors. Herein, a series of mesoporous hierarchical Co3O4–TiO2 p–n heterojunctions have been prepared for the first time via the facile thermal conversion of hierarchical CoTi layered double hydroxides (CoTi-LDHs) precursors at 300–400 °C. The resulting Co3O4–TiO2 nanocomposites showed superior sensing performance towards toluene and xylene in comparison with Co3O4 and TiO2 at low temperature, and the sample with a Co/Ti molar ratio of 4 shows an optimal response (Rg/Ra = 113, Rg and Ra denote the sensor resistance in a target gas and in air, respectively) to 50 ppm xylene at 115 °C. The ultrahigh sensing activity of these Co3O4–TiO2 p–n heterojunctions originates from their hierarchical structure, high specific surface area (＞120 m2 g−1), and the formation of numerous p–n heterojunctions, which results in full exposure of active sites, easy adsorption of oxygen and target gases, and large modulation of resistance. Importantly, hierarchical Co3O4–TiO2 heterojunctions possess advantages of simple preparation, structural stability, good selectivity and long-term durability. Therefore, this work provides a facile approach for the preparation of hierarchical Co3O4–TiO2 p–n heterojunctions with excellent activity, sensitivity and durability, which can be used as a promising material for the development of high-performance gas sensors. In order to determine whether exercise self-handicapping mediate of the college students has influence on perfectionism and exercise behavior, 582 students were investigated with multidimensional perfectionism scale and exercise self-handicapping scale. Mediation was tested by using linear regression analysis suggested by Baron & Kenny (1986). The result showed that personal standards, doubt about actions and concern over mistakes have significant influence on exercise behavior of the college students. But their effects were diminished when some aspects of exercise self-handicap-ping(seeking excuse, reducing effort) were included in the predictive equations. It suggested that some aspects of exercise self-handicapping mediate the relationship between perfectionism and exercise behavior. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
