The cooperative region search of UAV swarm can obtain ground information of the mission region and reduce the uncertainty of environmental information effectively. The traditional collaborative region search methods based on the balanced allocation of divided region and the heuristic algorithms depend on the pre-designed rules and heavy computation, and have no ability to generate new rules of the cooperative search. These algorithms belong to the algorithms that can not evolve new rules. Due to the complexity of the mission environment, the algorithms must contain fast,intelligent and robust characteristics, the cooperative searching algorithms of UAV swarm based on emerging theory with strong information fusion ability, self-learning ability have been widely concerned. Evolutionary and reinforcement learning algorithms are the important parts of the emerging theory and both of them can generate some new cooperative searching rules according to the different environment and task. The paper would systematically analyze and summarize the current research status and progress of cooperative search methods. Finally, the shortcomings of the existing research and the further development are put forward.

We present a rare case of Lymphoplasmacytic Lymphoma/Waldenström Macroglobulinemia (LPL/WM) diagnosed in a 65‐year‐old female initially presenting with recurrent bilateral epistaxis. Despite multiple cauterizations and a history of ineffective conventional treatments, comprehensive evaluations led to the diagnosis, underscoring the critical need for thorough investigation in persistent epistaxis cases, particularly when standard approaches fail. This case emphasizes the importance of considering indolent lymphomas in the differential diagnosis of recurrent epistaxis and showcases the diagnostic pathway leading to successful identification and treatment of a rare etiology. This paper summarizes the relevant literature through the content analysis method and combines expert advice. The company built a four-level indicator including traffic knowledge and skills, and 13 pilot-level traffic literacy evaluation indicators system including traffic rules and mechanical common sense. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis method is used to determine the weight of each indicator of urban driver traffic literacy evaluation, and conduct pilot survey and evaluation of motor vehicle drivers in Zhengzhou. The results show that the evaluation value of motor vehicle driver traffic literacy in Zhengzhou is 72.07, including a traffic knowledge score of 77.09, traffic awareness score of 73.95, traffic skill score of 78.12, and traffic behavior score of up to 84.3. It shows that the respondents have relatively more active and responsible traffic behaviors and have a certain degree of understanding of traffic skills and traffic knowledge. However, they are relatively low in traffic awareness.

Carbon materials have been widely used in multifunctional composites with their high electrical and thermal conductivities. However, most current research focuses on nanocarbon materials such as graphene and carbon nanotubes, ignoring their high cost, inability to mass‐produce, and poor dispersion in polymers. To address these issues, we propose one‐step melt‐blending of commercial carbon materials to construct conductive pathways in polymer matrix. Thus, low‐cost and robust polymer composites can be fabricated in a green and scalable way to achieve efficient thermal management and avoid electromagnetic radiation pollution. Here, a continuous network of carbon materials with orientation‐aligned carbon fibers and well‐dispersed mesocarbon microbeads (MCMBs) induced by melt blending is shown to be an ideal structure for thermally conductive (1.77 W m−1 K−1) electromagnetic shielding (46.9 dB) composites. In addition, the excellent mechanical properties (tensile strength 162.7 MPa and flexural strength 250 MPa) and absorption property (39.4 dB) exhibited by the composites under the optimized filler ratio also really broaden the way for the preparation of high‐strength wave absorbing materials by melt blending. This work provides a general strategy for large‐scale production of thermally conductive electromagnetic shielding composites and opens up possibilities for the application of MCMBs in high‐power electronic devices. In this case report, we describe a 21-year-old man with recurrent hemangiomas in his left eye socket and nasal cavity. Traditional surgeries were unsuccessful, so we used Bevacizumab, a drug that inhibits blood vessel growth. This approach significantly reduced the tumor size and stopped frequent nosebleeds. Tumor vaccines trigger tumor-specific immune responses to prevent or treat tumors by activating the hosts' immune systems, and therefore, these vaccines have potential clinical applications. However, the low immunogenicity of the tumor antigen itself and the low efficiency of the vaccine delivery system hinder the efficacy of tumor vaccines that cannot produce high-efficiency and long-lasting antitumor immune effects. Here, we constructed a nanovaccine by integrating CD47KO/CRT dual-bioengineered B16F10 cancer cell membranes and the unmethylated cytosine-phosphate-guanine (CpG) adjuvant. Hyperbranched PEI25k was used to load unmethylated cytosine-phosphate-guanine (CpG) through electrostatic adsorption to prepare PEI25k/CpG nanoparticles (PEI25k/CpG-NPs). CD47KO/CRT dual-bioengineered cells were obtained by CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing technology, followed by the cell surface translocation of calreticulin (CRT) to induce immunogenic cell death (ICD) in vitro. Finally, the extracted cell membranes were coextruded with PEI25k/CpG-NPs to construct the CD47KO/CRT dual-bioengineered cancer cell membrane-coated nanoparticles (DBE@CCNPs). DBE@CCNPs could promote endocytosis of antigens and adjuvants in murine bone marrow derived dendritic cells (BMDCs) and induce their maturation and antigen cross-presentation. To avoid immune checkpoint molecule-induced T cell dysfunction, the immune checkpoint inhibitor, the anti-PD-L1 antibody, was introduced to boost tumor immunotherapy through a combination with the DBE@CCNPs nanovaccine. Electrocardiogram (ECG) signals are susceptible to be disturbed by 50 Hz power frequency in the process of acquisition and conversion. This paper puts forward the improved Levkov algorithm combined with the antisymmetry of sine wave and the characteristic of not--easily mutation of the sine wave amplitude. The improved and the original algorithms were compared with signal to noise ratio (SNR), root mean square error (RMSE) and coincidence of the signals. Based on the experimental comparison, it was concluded that the improved algorithm had better filte-ring functions, because it not only highly coincided with ECG, but also retained certain details of ECG.

As more and more people are becoming aged in China and many of them tend to suffer from chronic cardiac problems, the long-term dynamic cardiac monitoring for freely moving patients becomes essential. A new design for continuous ECG recording on the freely moving patients at home and/or at work is proposed here. It is miniature in size, using digital technologies of the low gain amplifier, the high resolution analog to digital converter and the real-time digital filter that features > 100dB input signal dynamic range (ISDR), > 100dB common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR), and < 5microV (RMS) internal noise. The device works continuously more than 24 hours with a pair of AAA batteries, and is capable of storing the recorded data into a storage card. The preliminary tests showed that the P-QRS-T waveforms were captured and displayed smoothly in resting, walking, and activities, making the device useful in monitoring and analyzing for the patients on the move.
