Ammonia, as a high‐energy‐density carrier for hydrogen storage, is in great demand worldwide. Electrocatalytic nitrate reduction reaction (NO3RR) provides a green NH3 production process. However, the complex reaction pathways for NO3RR to NH3 and the difficulty in controlling intermediate products limit the reduction process. Herein, by incorporating atomic‐level bismuth (Bi) into CuCo2O4 hollow carbon nanofibers, the catalytic activity of the electrocatalyst for NO3RR is enhanced. The maximum Faradaic efficiency of Bi1‐CuCo2O4 is 95.53%, with an NH3 yield of 448.74 µmol h−1 cm−2 at −0.8 V versus RHE. Density Functional Theory calculations show that the presence of Bi lowers the reaction barrier for the hydrogenation step from *NO2 to *NO2H, while promoting mass transfer on the release of *NH3 and the reactivation of surface‐active sites. Differential charge density calculations also show that after Bi doping, the charge supplied by the catalyst to NO3− increases from 0.62 to 0.72 e‐, thus reasoned for enhanced NO3RR activity. Increasing evidence highlights that fibroblast growth factor receptor 2 (FGFR2) fusion/rearrangement shows important therapeutic value for patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC). This study aims to explore the association of FGFR2 status with the prognosis and immune cell infiltration profiles of patients with ICC. A total of 226 ICC tissue samples from patients who received surgery at the Department of Liver Surgery at Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University, were collected retrospectively and assigned to a primary cohort (n  = 152) and validation cohort (n  = 74) group. Fluorescence in situ hybridization was performed to determine FGFR2 status. Multiplex immunofluorescence (mIF) staining and immunohistochemistry were performed to identify immune cells. Thirty-two (14.2%) ICC tissues presented with FGFR2 fusion/rearrangement. FGFR2 fusion/rearrangement was associated with low levels of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA, P  = .026) and gamma glutamyl transferase (γ-GGT, P  = .003), low TNM (P  = .012), CNLC (P  = .008) staging as well as low tumor cell differentiation (P  = .016). Multivariate COX regression analyses revealed that FGFR2 fusion/rearrangement was an independent protective factor for both overall survival (OS) and relapse-free survival in patients with ICC. Furthermore, correlation analysis revealed that an FGFR2 fusion/rearrangement was associated with low levels of Tregs and N2 neutrophils and high levels of N1 neutrophils infiltrating into tumors but not with CD8+ T-cell or macrophage tumor infiltration. FGFR2 fusion/rearrangement may exert a profound impact on the prognosis of ICC patients and reprogram the tumor microenvironment to be an immune-activated state. The demand for reliable memory devices capable of operating in harsh environments, such as space and vehicles, necessitates the development of high-temperature-resistant technologies. In this study, we propose a novel ferroelectric domain wall (DW) memory utilizing BiFeO3 thin films, which exhibit exceptional retention and fatigue properties at 135 °C. Achieving this performance was made possible through precise control of the oxygen vacancy density in the epitaxial thin films induced by a post-annealing procedure conducted under an appropriate oxygen pressure of 10 Pa. Initially, prototype nano-memory devices lacking post-annealing treatment demonstrated resistive switching behavior at room temperature, with a current rectification ratio of 100:1, achieved by manipulating the uncompensated DW induced by polarization switching. With the additional annealing procedure in lower oxygen pressure, the wall current magnitude of the devices increased significantly, indicating the critical role of the oxygen vacancies in modulating the DW conductivity. Moreover, the nanodevices exhibited improved polarization retention due to oxygen vacancy-mediated charge injection that can be further enhanced at the elevated temperature. The electrons trapped deeply at the artificial DW were found to stabilize the switched polarization at the expense of reduced DW conductivity, emphasizing the importance of precise control over oxygen vacancy density for achieving a balance between high DW conductivity and excellent polarization retention. Carbon monoxide (CO) plays an important role in controlling the oxidizing capacity of the atmosphere by reacting with OH radicals that affect atmospheric methane (CH4) dynamics. We develop a process-based biogeochemistry model to quantify the CO exchange between soils and the atmosphere with a 5 min internal time step at the global scale. The model is parameterized using the CO flux data from the field and laboratory experiments for 11 representative ecosystem types. The model is then extrapolated to global terrestrial ecosystems using monthly climate forcing data. Global soil gross consumption, gross production, and net flux of the atmospheric CO are estimated to be from-197 to-180, 34 to 36, and-163 to-145 Tg CO yr-1 (1 Tg Combining double low line 1012 g), respectively, when the model is driven with satellite-based atmospheric CO concentration data during 2000-2013. Tropical evergreen forest, savanna and deciduous forest areas are the largest sinks at 123 Tg CO yr-1. The soil CO gross consumption is sensitive to air temperature and atmospheric CO concentration, while the gross production is sensitive to soil organic carbon (SOC) stock and air temperature. By assuming that the spatially distributed atmospheric CO concentrations (∼ 128 ppbv) are not changing over time, the global mean CO net deposition velocity is estimated to be 0.16-0.19 mm s-1 during the 20th century. Under the future climate scenarios, the CO deposition velocity will increase at a rate of 0.0002-0.0013 mm s-1 yr-1 during 2014-2100, reaching 0.20-0.30 mm s-1 by the end of the 21st century, primarily due to the increasing temperature. Areas near the Equator, the eastern US, Europe and eastern Asia will be the largest sinks due to optimum soil moisture and high temperature. The annual global soil net flux of atmospheric CO is primarily controlled by air temperature, soil temperature, SOC and atmospheric CO concentrations, while its monthly variation is mainly determined by air temperature, precipitation, soil temperature and soil moisture.
